Abstract
This research was carried out because there were several cases of financial statement manipulation that were only detected after the fraud resulted in considerable losses. Fraud pentagon theory which has five elements of fraud is considered to influence the occurrence of fraudulent financial reporting. The five elements are opportunity, pressure, rationalization, competence, and arrogance. The elements contained in the fraud pentagon theory is considered to be able to detect fraud in financial reporting so that fraud can be prevented as early as possible. This study aims to examine how effect of each element of fraud on the pentagon fraud theory is partially and simultaneously on the occurrence of fraudulent financial reporting in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2013 to 2017. The independent variable used in this study is the opportunity variable that is proxied by the nature of industry using a receivable ratio, the pressure variable proxied by external pressure uses leverage ratio, the rationalization variable proxied by the total accrual ratio, the competence variable that is proxied by change of auditors uses a dummy variable, and the arrogance variable that is proxied by frequent number of CEO-s picture uses a dummy variable. While the dependent variable in this study is a fraudulent financial reporting variable that is proxied by the fraud score (F-Score). The samples used were 24 mining sector publicly listed companies that listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2013-2017, with 120 observations. The data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements and company annual reports which are used as research samples. Data test equipment uses SPSS software version 22. The results of the study indicate that all independent variables (opportunity, pressure, rationalization, competence, and arrogance) simultaneously have a significant effect on fraudulent financial reporting. The results of the study also show that partially, the pressure variable proxied by external pressure and the rationalization variable proxied by the total accrual ratio proved to have a significant effect on fraudulent financial reporting. While opportunity variables that are proxied by the nature of industry, competence variables that are proxied change of auditors, and arrogance variables that are proxied by the frequent number of CEO-s picture do not have a significant effect on fraudulent financial reporting.

The growth and development of non-vocational Indonesian universities totaling 2,141. Under the ministry Kemenristekdikti, which is in great demand in Indonesia because of their popularity and prestige both public and private and various associations, positive images and images in the eyes of prospective customers, especially state universities can be associated only for those who are intelligent so competition to enter state universities is very tight. The Permendikbud no.24 of 2012 and Permenristekdikti Regulation No. 15 of 2018 article 1 points 9-18 concerning the implementation of distance education at universities that have opened opportunities and opportunities for universities other than Open Universities (UT) to organizing distance education. This is a threat and also an opportunity for UT and the tertiary institution to become a competitor of UT. This reality requires UT to increase the quantity, quality and service. In marketing management there are various strategies that can be applied to maintain the life cycle of an organization in dealing with competitors including the Open University, one of which is to pay attention to the attributes of the organization. One of the most important attributes is the brand. Brand equity is closely related to the level of brand recognition, the quality of the brand that is believed, the association of a strong mental and emotional as well as other assets (Kotler, 2007). The purpose of this study is 1) Knowing the level of significance of each element of the brand equity variable in building an Open University, 2) Knowing the series of promotional programs that have been carried out, their strengths and weaknesses and whether those efforts have shaped the image desired by management and 3) To find out whether the UT promotional effort is able to increase customer loyalty. The methodology using SEM PLS with a sample number of 200 people was carried out in Palangkaraya, Research Results and Conclusions and Suggestions This indicates the influence of Brand Image H1 on Brand Awarness of 12.8, H2 Brand image has a significant effect on the Association Based on the t-statistic value of 10.7, H3 Brand image has a significant effect on Quality Based on t-statistics 9.87 ,. H4 The effect of Brand Image on Loyalty is 5.64, the value above is greater than the t-table value of 1.98 for a significant level of 0.05 (5%). UT brand image in the eyes of students is easy to remember, especially the UT logo, but for non-customers who do not know about the logo. Loyalty of a brand is a picture of the relationship of customers in a brand, this measure can affect the thinking of consumers for the selection of products or services. UT brand is only thinking about the students, there needs to be innovations to be able to introduce UT to remote areas as well as UT brand awareness in terms of computerized services that have many network constraints and collaboration with vendors in the IT field is needed to strengthen the in

Abstract
Farmers generally provide a high level of concentrate to the cattle in order to improve cattle productivity. However, feeding a significant amount of concentrate to cattle can promptly induce rapid fermentation in the rumen, which results in high production of lactic acid and volatile fatty acid, decrease rumen pH and generate metabolic disease such as ruminal acidosis. A microbial approach, using microbes isolated from the rumen, may be an alternative eco-friendly option to prevent and treat this metabolic disorder. Lactic acid-utilizing bacteria isolated from the rumen can be a new alternative as it is naturally increasing during low ruminal pH conditions. Through several studies, a potential bacterium which can alleviate acidosis condition in ruminant is discovered. Pseudoramibacter sp. MF926250, which has a high activity of lactic acid utilization, may become the potential to a ruminal acidosis in the area of ruminant agriculture.

Abstract
The number of motor vehicle increases at each year in Indonesia involve much negative impact on human life such as traffic jam. People choose to go by bus to avoid the traffic jam. Another negative impact is an increase amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions in the air. Replacing motor vehicle to electric vehicle is the better way to decrease amount of carbon dioxide emissions. Range extended electric bus is a type of electric bus which use electric and fuel for energy source. On the basis of a typical Japanese driving cycle, optimal control strategy is designed according to the state of charge (SOC) consumption trend, which is optimized by the dynamic programming (DP) algorithm. The SOC value determines the mileage and fuel consumption, it will be the main goal of energy management. The result show that when REEB go through distance as long as the distance of BRT UNDIP – UNNES bus route, the amount of Japanese driving cycle are 11 cycles. The energy and fuel consumption that optimized by DP strategy can reach 121.66 MJ and 0.0143 L/Km. Compared with the conventional bus, the fuel consumption reach 0.212 L/Km. The overarching objectives of this paper are to get the REEB energy management strategy model based on dynamic programming, to get the results of optimization of REEB fuel consumption based on dynamic programming, and REEB energy flow.

Autonomous Vehicles is a system which can maneuver through its surrounding to reach a certain location and orientation. Path following control is one of the most proposed control scheme to achieve this objective. In this paper, the path following control, based on the Lyapunov stability approach, designed specifically for a bus, will be proposed and tested experimentally. The mathematical model of the bus kinematics and controller will be presented. The main concerns of the presentation will be the technical details of the path following control implementation such as the design of the system, the controller and actuator and also the data communication among all components. The experimental investigation was conducted using a miniature scaled bus with the length and width of the bus is 39 cm and 15.5 cm respectively. The communication protocol MQTT has been implemented for the data communication. The experimental results show how the bus followed the desired path satisfactorily.

METHOD To identify and predict in silico of functional protein interaction in dura mater healing process, we use available analysis software to perform the protein-protein interaction (PPI) analysis (http://gpsprot.org/index.php). GPS Protein is an interactive platform for visualizing human protein interaction by integrating HIPPIE and CORUM databases. We excluded HIV-1 proteomic and RNAi databases, hence focused on human PPI (Confidence level 0.75). Two proteins were inputted as query to identify the potential protein network in dural healing according to previous studies, i.e fibroblast growth factor-2 (FGF2) and transforming growth factor beta-1 (TGFB1). RESULTS In previous study used dura mater cells culture found the role fibroblast in dura mater healing process, FGF-2 and TGFB as the promoters of dural closure. PPI results showed the more important role of TGFB1 with more interactions of TGFB1 to some remodeling proteins (COL, ITG, MMP etc). TGFB1 encoded regulates cell proliferation, differentiation, growth, modulate expression and activation of other growth factors, also induce epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and cell migration in various cell types. CONCLUSION This bioinformatics approach is an efficient and cheaper method for analyzed the molecular aspect of protein that have a special contribution in dura mater healing process. This results could help to focused the further research in more complex laboratory examinations.

Abstract
Endometriosis is characterized by the growth of endometrial outside the uterine cavity, which is found in women with subfertility and pelvic pain problems. The development in reproductive age and the decrease after menopause or ovariectomy prove that endometriosis is an estrogen dependent disease. Effect of the estrogen hormone depends on the binding to its receptor. Estrogen receptor alpha (ERa) polymorphisms which admit by PvuII enzyme restriction has associate to some womens disease like endometriosis. This Study aimed to determine the correlation between ERa 397 T/C with the risk of endometriosis. This study is an analytical observational study with the case control design. There were 70 samples which were divided into 2 groups: 35 cases (endometriosis group) and 35 controls (non-endometriosis group). The determination of genotypes and allotypes used PCR-RFLP method and the data analysis by chi square test a<0,05.The results showed that genotype frequencies of case group are 11,4% TT, 54,3% TC and 12% CC while genotype of control group are 34,3% TT, 51,4% TC and 14,3% CC with p value 0,032. Allele frequencies of case group are 38,6% T and 61,4% C while control group are 60% T and 40% C with p value 0,011. Conclusion: there is a significant correlation between the genotype and allel polymorphism of ERa gene 397 T/C with the risk of endometriosis.

Abstract
Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ) field has been producing oil and gas since 1979. The producing wells produce the formation of water at the average of 78%. Due to the decreasing of production rates, Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ) is required to search and find new additional reserves to unlocking Hydrocarbon in Reservoir Rock which can be produced faster, integrity of the wells can be maintained, and without Workover. There are several case histories where the depth of the potential zones is above the first packer. If those zones are directly produced by performed the perforation thru Tubing, The integrity of the wells will not be well maintained, as there is no double barrier in the annulus between the Tubing and the Casing. To maintain the integrity of the wells prior perforation, one barrier must be added to the inside of the annulus above the potential zone to be produced. Cement Packer technology itself is one of cementing techniques in which to put cement from inside the tubing through the annulus between the tubing and the casing using Coiled Tubing, where previously, communication has been made between the tubing and the casing to replace the function of packer to maintain the integrity of the wells. This paper will outline the method for cement packer technology, comparison with another technique and case history of cement packer technology in Offshore Northwest Java, started from the preparation phase to the operation phase. The safety aspect and treatment result for each wells will also be discussed in details.
