Abstract
Fire events reduce the strength of the steel structure on the bridge and can cause collapse which results in losses, so it is necessary to consider the effects of fire when planning construction. Considering that the joints affect the performance of steel structures, the results of research on the performance of steel beams need to be augmented by testing the post-fire girder bridge bolt connection performance. Structural tests will be carried out on six specimens of bridge steel beam elements with high quality bolt connections in the center of the beam with sliding type bolt connections. Two control specimen beams were tested with shear loads without combustion. Two specimens with temperature of 700oC and 900oC with different torque bond variables. From the displacement control test using UTM on six specimens, it will be known the performance of each type of connection by evaluating changes in carrying capacity, stiffness, deflection capacity, ductility, and stress-strain capacity due to the influence of temperature acting during the fire process. The results can prove which type of bolt connection is better for use on bridges with fire risk.

Abstract
Native and local chickens play an important role in the development of the local chicken industry in rural communities. Local chicken industry significantly contributes to the income value of national agricultural development as well as become an important foundation in building food self-sufficient. Indonesia has a wealth of genetic resources of native and local chicken with abundant genetic diversity, but has not been managed and utilized properly. In Indonesia, local chicken agribusiness is less developed due to lack of genetic improvement and has a direct impact with the very low contribution of meat and eggs. Indonesia has a variety of genetic sources for native and local chickens spread throughout the region. Native and local chickens have a significant contribution to the rural economy, however its production is still limited. Despite its low productivity, native chicken production is very important for rural communities. However, they face challenges how to increase the productivity of their population, which can benefit them financially and increase food security and reach market potential. This native chicken has the characteristics of slow growth and varied egg production. The development of the potential of native chicken and related issues of food security and food independence, local chicken is suitable for this. Information on the performance and productivity of local chickens is needed for local chicken development. Potential local chickens such as pelung chickens are known as singer chickens with a large body frame. Sentul chickens are another potential local chicken, known as meat-producing chickens with good egg production. Through breeding programs (selection and crossing), increasing the productivity of meat and eggs of native chicken can be done effectively. In addition, improving the quality of local chickens can be improved through conventional feeding management. The availability of selected local chicken in accordance to market demand is still limited. To overcome the lack of selected local chicken, the Faculty of Animal Science, IPB has been developing superior local chicken breed since 2012-2018 namely IPB-D1. The up-to-date Next Generation Sequencing technology through RNA Sequencing can identify candidate genes and potential SNPs quickly, thoroughly and comprehensively, as biomarkers for increasing both productivity (egg production, growth rate, and resistant to diseases) and meat quality (tenderness, flavor, meat fiber and fatty acid composition). During the last 6 years (2012-2018), several studies have been conducted on genes related to various trais: (1) disease resistance: toll receptor-4 (TLR4), mycovirus-1 (Mx-1), natural resistance associated macrophage-1 (NRAMP-1), inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), transforming growth factor β (TGF β) genes; (2) meat production: growth hormonr receptor (GH-r), growth hormone secretogauge receptor (GHSR) genes; (3) meat quality: calpastatine (CAST), calpain (CLP)

Abstract
INTRODUCTION The main problem in increasing the production of black soybean is the absorption of the element nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. Not yet the maximum absorption of nutrients by black soybean plants causes low yield production. Therefore one alternative that can be done to increase production by finding environmentally friendly technologies is to use mycorrhiza and PGPR to optimize the absorption of nutrients, especially phosphorus and nitrogen. The general objective of this study is to find an effective combination of mycorrhizae, PGPR and Fertilizers. While the specific purpose of this study is to find mycorrhiza that are effective in nutrient absorption to increase chlorophyll content. This study was designed using a completely randomized design (CRD) with three factors: the first factor is mycorrhiza application, the second factor is PGPR (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria) and the third factor is the application of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers. Data from observations were analyzed with Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) to determine the effect of the treatment being tried. If the results of the analysis have a significant effect then proceed with the LSD test (Least Significance Different) at a 95% confidence level. The results of this study indicate that the most effective application of mycorrhizae in increasing total chlorophyll content is pabrikan mycorrhiza without being combined with PGPR and fertilizer (TP.TR.MP: 80 g / ml). The most effective application of brawijaya mycorrhiza in increasing total chlorophyll content is brawijaya mycorrhiza combined with PGPR without fertilizer (TP.R.MB: 83 g / ml). The most effective application of mycorrhizal unida treatment in increasing total chlorophyll content is unida mycorrhiza without combined with PGPR and without fertilizer (TP.TR.MU: 80 g / ml). RESULTS AND DISCUSSION Chlorophyll a is the main pigment in photosynthesis whose function is to donate electrons in the photosynthetic electron transport chain. Chlorophyll a most effectively absorbs the spectrum with wavelengths of 429 nm and 659 nm. This chlorophyll reflects the blue-green color. Factors that influence the chlorophyll content are nutrients N, Mg, Fe and Light. All green plants contain chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b, chlorophyll a making up 75% of the total chlorophyll (Pratama and Laily, 2015). The results showed that there were very significant differences between mycorrhizal, PGPR and fertilizer treatments according to Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). In this study, it was found that there was a different response between mycorrhizae with other mycorrhizae towards fertilizer and PGPR. According to Pratama and Zakiah (2017) research, bacteria attached to hyphae show a close relationship between mycorrhizae and PGPR bacteria. fungal symbionts with host roots, the third on receiving host plants for the presence of root infections. Abstract
Research regarding the relation between MSMEs, IFIs and SDGs is interesting topic, many studies have been done. However, there are very scare that involved comprehensive approach. It is therefore aim of the study can be categories in two side. First side from demand perspective: to assess the perceptions and knowledge of MSMEs on their own capacities to access Islamic Finance Institutions and to identify factors why they use or do not use IFIs as source of financing. From supply side: to what extend the role IFIs to support MSMEs toward SDGs, and what are the possible strategies to deal with the problem related this issues. This research basically descriptive research by using mix method. From demand side used quantitative method by involving 384 respondents and semi structures interview to select the importants person. The finding revealed that IFIs support MSMEs towards SDGs achievement in terms of poverty alleviation, industrial innovation, infrastructure, financial stability, economic growth, and income distribution. Currently, from demand side, the intention to use and access MSMEs to IFIs is still very low, but in the future could be better, if strategy is implemented such financial literacy that improve MSMEs understand the advantages and features of Islamic financial products. Besides that, the role of government concern to support the regulations and policies. From supply side, support IFIs to strengthen the role MSMEs toward SDGs also very weak, it is because the number of IFIs financing available to support MSMEs is quite enough in average just 50% from total financing. However, Islamic microfinance has good chance to support MSMEs financing needed by increasing their capacity, hence, the role of government very urgent. This study recommend for future research to explore important factor influenced the two sides supply side and demand side as well.

Abstract
Banking sector plays an important role in the economy. The emergence of the dual banking system era has become an alternative source of financing aside from conventional banks in supporting economic growth. Banks are also expected to be able to manage their risks well, one of them is systemic risk. This risk arises due to the contagion effect and is compounded by the financial linkages between banks. This research aims to analyze the contagion effect through a systemic risk approach and financial linkage on the dual banking system in Indonesia. This study uses the Conditional Value at Risk (CoVaR) by Adrian and Brunnermeier (2008) with a sample of 8 Islamic banks and 7 conventional commercial banks in Indonesia from January 2012 to December 2018. The results of this study shows that systemic risk and financial linkage are able to explain the contagion effect in a banking system. High systemic risk and high financial linkage can drive negative externalities towards other institutions in the banking system, in this case transmitting risks.

Abstract
ABSTRACT Linguistic Landscape has been widely used to capture not only linguistic situations but also sociocultural dynamic of society or even a nation. In relation to this, observation on Linguistic Landscape reveals the diversity of local richness, i.e. socio-cultural references, and the local authenticity. This later notion is crucial to establishment of social conceptualization for the English learners. As it contains the rich concepts including the metaphorical extension as is expressed in the commercial signages. This contributes much on the students- creativity in vocabulary building including the students- sensitivity, especially on socio- pragmatic aspect of language use which so far has been widely neglected in ELT. This may break the deadlock of ELT-s stagnancy due to its too much focus on the formal and literal aspect of English. This is certainly relevant with the spirit of curriculum 13 (K 13) on the importance of students- language creativity. This paper is expected to elaborate the dynamic use of authentic materials derived from Linguistic Landscape in relation to the teaching of English by focusing, such as the information structure, the sociocultural references, and the local material authenticity which eventually is expected to strengthen learners- identity.

Abstract. There are some Indonesian works of literature, especially novels, have been translated into some languages in the world. One of them is Cantik Itu Luka written by Eka Kurniawan and has been translated into more than 30 languages. This novel has been translated into English by Annie Tucker. Annie Tucker is a translator and writer specializing in Indonesian literature, arts, and culture. She is an American who loves Indonesian culture and art. The story of this novel combines history, satire, tragedy, legend, humor, and romance. This novel narrates about a beautiful Indo prostitute, Dewi Ayu, and her four daughters that are assailed by incest, murder, bestiality, rape, insanity, monstrosity, and vengeful undead. The story of this novel weaves its way through Indonesian-s history that describes the society-s life of Dutch colonialism to the modern age of Independence that automatically presents the cultural sides of the society at that time. Besides, gender issues as portrayed in this novel become such an interesting thing to discuss. Since the writer of this novel is Indonesian male and the translator is American female, this study focused on translators ideology in translating two significant items carried out in this novel; cultural and gender sides. Abstract
Western Europe nations, and especially France, have erased most of their regional languages in the past two centuries, in an effort to improve national unity. Fortunately, Indonesia did not make the same mistake; the national language, Indonesian, ensures the cohesion of the nation, and the 668 regional languages do not represent any danger for the unity of the Republic of Indonesia. Local regional languages of Indonesia, with fewer than 1,000 speakers are obviously in danger of extinction in Indonesia as elsewhere in the world. But, in the long run, Indonesias "big" regional languages are also threatened, due to the urbanization and mixing of the population. In schematization, the strongest regional languages in Indonesia have less than one million speakers, and more than 100,000.

Abstract
Lung cancer is a cancer with the highest incidence in the world. Conventional chemotherapy for lung cancer has side effects, high resistance and toxicity, so it is necessary to search for sensitive and effective chemotherapy drugs from natural ingredients that are widely Tersedia di in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the anticancer effect of compound 1,2-epoxy-3 (3- (3,4-dimethoxyphenyl) -4H-1-benzopiran-4on) propan (EPI) which is synthesized from clove leaf oil and its combination effects with Doxorubicin on HTB183 lung cancer cells. This research is a pure in vitro experimental study of HTB183 lung cancer culture cells. Toxicity tests were carried out using the method of tetrazolium 3- (4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-il) 2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) to calculate cell viability. IC50 value was obtained by analysis using probit regression calculation using SPSS software. The synergism of this compound with Doxorubicin was determined based on the value of the Combination Index (IK) using a combination test with series 1/2IC50, 3/8IC50, 1/4IC50, and 1/8IC50 and the data was analyzed using Compusyn 1.0 software. The results showed IC50 EPI compounds is 1.41(±0.86)μg/mL, and Doxorubicin is 2.21(±0.98)μg/mL. The IK value of EPI-Doxorubicin has an average value of 0.3-0.7 which means it has a synergistic effect, and the lowest value is obtained from a combination of EPI 0,63μg/mL and Doxorubicin 0,26μg/mL with CI = 0.066. In conclusion EPI compounds have anticancer effects potent to HTB183 lung cancer cells and synergistic with Doxorubicin.
