Abstract
Along with the many products created by competing companies, many old and existing companies keep trying to maintain their existence. They are even working hard to make and offer their products so that they can market their products very well. Besides, they need to create a very appropriate distribution channel to reduce costs and to be closer to consumers. Products that can survive are products that have advantages and added values compared to other existing products. PT Unilever and Karft have strength in producing the right quality products in conducting product Co-Branding strategies in increasing sales volume. The companies use this as one of the competitive advantages in dealing with companies which do not use quality products as competitive advantages. They instead put more emphases on the price of more affordable products.

Abstract
One of the main concerns of the company is the effort to achieve the desired level of profit. That goal can be achieved through good asset management. Good asset management reflects that the company is able to control its financial performance efficiently and effectively. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of asset management on financial performance. The approach taken to measure asset management is Fixed Asset Turn Over (FATO), while financial performance is measured by profitability using Return on Assets (ROA). This research model looks simple and uses only one independent variable. The selection of the best model is done after testing several other variables, and the more relevant variable to explain the diversity of ROA dependent variables is FATO. This study uses panel data analysis, which consists of six companies in the period 2013-2017. Panel data analysis models include the Common Effect Model (CEM) Fixed Effect Model (FEM) and the Random Effect Model (REM). With the Chow test and Hausman test, the best model is the Fixed Effect Model. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is found that the independent variable FATO has a positive and significant effect on ROA. This means that asset management is needed to improve the profitability of the company

Abstract
CSR becomes an important part of a company, along with the communitys concern for the environment and social surroundings. In addition to economic orientation, CSR represents an entitys efforts to preserve social and environmental sustainability to maintain sustainable development. The disclosure of company information has grown by utilizing website pages, not only through financial statements. The difference in the use of a media naturally invites different user attitude responses. This study aims to determine whether the appearance of a website that contains company-s CSR information can affect the users attitude towards it, because the disclosure of CSR to users is considered as proof of the companys commitment to social and environmental aspects around it. Through the experimental method, researchers collect primary data by handed out some questionnaires that will be filled in accordance with the appearance of the website seen by respondents. The first is about the website with a static displays, texts and images. While the second one is a website with text views, static images, interactive images, and videos. This study conducted data analysis using the Mann-Whitney Test. The results show that the users attitude towards website with more attractive views is higher than the website with a static display. Thus it can be said that the richer a website, the attitude shown by stakeholders associated with the website will be better. In addition, the level of trust and satisfaction with information presented on websites with a more attractive appearance is higher than websites with a static display.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of agarwood leaf extract on high temperature environmental stress levels on the physiology of broiler chickens. The research method uses a completely randomized design (RAL) trial method, using 200 broiler chickens aged 21 days divided into 4 treatment groups with the level of leaf extract administration The different agarwoods are P1 (control), P2 (250 mg / kg BW), P3 (300 mg / kg BW), P4 (350 mg / kg BW) with 5 replications and each repetition contains 10 broilers. The parameters observed were production performance, consumption, body weight gain, and feed conversion. The results of the study showed that the administration of aloe leaf extract had no significant effect (P> 0.05) on feed consumption, body weight gain, and conversion of rations that experienced heat stress during maintenance from the age of 21 to 35 days compared to broiler chickens without giving aloes extract. The conclusion of giving agarwood leaf extract to broilers experiencing heat stress at the age of 21 to 35 days did not have a significant effect (P> 0.05) on consumption, body weight gain, and feed conversion, but numerically showed the addition of agarwood extract 350 mg per kilo of body weight shows a decrease in feed consumption but results in heavy weight gain

Abstract
The main problems in Integrated Solid Waste Treatment Facility (ISWTF) Diponegoro University is the large amount of waste disposal that must be managed every day, that is 11,82 m3/day. ISWTF Diponegoro University has made effort to reduce the waste disposal, one of them by producing compost from dry leaves waste with adding EM4 activator. Therefore, in this study will be made a organic waste composting of dry leaves waste in ISWTF Diponegoro University by performing the addition of leaves as an bio-activator. The goals of this research is to know the influence of the usage of bio-activator against the content of C-Organic and N-Total from the product of solid compost. Variations made on the study i.e. compost without addition of bio-activator, compost with addition of bio-activator 1 (Terminalia catappa – Switenia mahagoni), bio-activator 2 (Terminalia catappa – Pterocarpus indicus), and bio-activator 3 (Terminalia catappa–Switenia mahagoni–Pterocarpus indicus). The optimum variation for solid compost is variation with bio-activator 2 (Terminalia catappa- Pterocarpus indicus) with the value of C – Organik 24,353% and N – Total 1,227%.

Abstract
Biodrying is a technology used to reduce water content in waste using microorganisms that naturally increase the temperature in the decomposition process. With this process, the water content can drop more within a month. Biodrying produces a product in the form of Solid Recovered Fuel (SRF) which is produced from partially degraded waste. To obtain a waste that is not fully stabilized and maintains a high biomass content, degradation of organic compounds is carried out partially. During the biodrying process, temperature affects the degradation process. Temperature affects the biodrying which will also affect the biodrying product that is indicated by the value of water content. Therefore, in this study, the change of process parameters will be explained, which is in the form of temperature and water content, that is caused by the difference in the air discharge entering the reactor (0, 2, 4, and 6 l/m) with initial water content of 60% - 65%. After 30 days, the optimum air flow is 4 l/m with a decrease in water content of 58.29%; on the last day of the biodrying process (30th day).

Abstract
About 15% of the total population of Semarang City does not get any waste management service. The lack of the infrastructure for collecting and processing waste, transportation, and disposal of the waste in the unserved area are believed to be the causes of the problem. As a result, incineration becomes the solution chosen for some people. Unfortunately, incineration has negative effects. The ash produced by the incineration contains pollutants. To reduce the ash, the pollutant control devices that can be applied to the incinerator are needed. It is also necessary to monitor air quality emissions to find out the ash opacity value of a burning material. The modification into two variations was carried out to determine the performance of the incinerator. The first system variation uses the principle of spreading water on the ash produced by the incineration. While the second system variation uses the principle of passing the ash in the submerged water. The composition of the waste burned in the incinerator was 38.115% leaves, 3.458% branches, and 20.475% food scraps. The measurement of the opacity value is done at the inlet and outlet of the incinerator.

Abstract
Thekelan Hamlet is one of the tourist hamlets in Kopeng District, Semarang Regency, Indonesia, which is near the Gunung Merbabu National Park area. Furthermore, the potential of biomass from the livestock and agricultural sectors in this village has not been well utilized. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of energy use in the Thekelan hamlet, and analyze the potential use of renewable energy (biogas) to substitute conventional electricity. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative combined with IPCC default methods based on a questionnaire from 40 respondents taken randomly. The result of the research shows that the use of energy sources from fuel wood is 9,830 kg and LPG is 215.5. The number of cattle in the hamlet of Thekelan is 70 heads and 34 goats. The largest GHG emissions are generated from the use of fuel in animal husbandry activities with a value of 0.206 Gg CO2e / year while the lowest GHG emissions from LFG utilization activities are 0.008 Gg CO2e / year. The total emissions of all activities are 0.599 Gg CO2e / year. The use of biogas as an alternative energy is known to be able to reduce GHG emissions by 34.3% because the substitution of fuel wood and LPG is transferred to the use of biogas. This research is expected to be a stimulant and basic data for the realization of low carbon energy conscious villages.
