Abstract
Propane R-290 as hydrocarbon refrigerant has more benefits from the aspect of thermophisical properties, but the only weakness from this refrigerant is flammable. The distribution prediction of R-290 leakage to an air-conditioned room was simulated using Numerical Simulation of CFD ANSYS FLUENT V.13. The distribution of R-290 with a leakage rate of 0,001kg/s and an airflow of 0,1m/s will run out after 600s, with 0,002kg/s will run out after 300s and with 0,005kg/s and 0,5m/s will run out after 120s. The mass flow rate can influence the refrigerant distribution of leakage effect flowrate. Air flow can increase the dispersion of refrigerant gas and decrease the level of refrigerant amount at any certain point in the room after the refrigerant charge was run out. This momentum effect was due to the impact of supply air initial velocity. The buoyancy effect was due to R-290 density is greater than the air makes the refrigerant flows downward, accumulated and stagnant. Make sure that the contactor relays and other electrical tools have the position of: x=0 m ≤ x ≤ 1 m on y= 0 m ≤ x ≤ 2.6 m and then y= 1 m, x= 0 m ≤ x ≤ 4 m.

Abstract
This study aims to demonstrate a new design of low-cost and portable laboratory kit that is prospective for bending test. The kit is using hydraulic pressure tools with maximal capacity about 6 ton. Economic analysis and smaller dimension of this kit (700x100x750 mm) showed that this kit is a low-cost and adaptable to classroom. The test result obtained by calculating the maximum compressive force, moment of cross section inersia, fluxtural strength and elastic modulus of speciment. The result also compared with another test material from bending test machine with American standard testing and material and showed that there is not much different in the test result for both. Further development of this kit is potentially implemented as an experimental tool for student.

Abstract
In practice, the parameters in the kriging model are unknown, but they can be estimated based on the behavior of the observed data. Parameters in the kriging model can be estimated based on the consideration of Regression-Kriging models. Regression-Kriging models are Universal Kriging models with polynomials of degree zero (Ordinary Kriging), one (Universal Kriging with degree one), or two (Universal Kriging with degree two). A new method for estimating the parameters in the Kriging model with semiparametric bootstrapping is proposed in this paper. The semiparametric bootstrapping procedure works by combining the bootstrap method and Kriging

Abstract
Learning models that stimulate high order thinking skills have been applied in the learning process of processing plantations and herbs but the results have not been optimal. In addition, the learning time in the class is very limited, while the material is sufficiently large so that it is difficult for teachers to guide students to improve their high-level thinking skills. One of the relevant models used based on these problems is the classroom flipped learning model. Research on the application of flipped classroom learning models by using website is needed in order to improve students high order thinking skills. This research was carried out by adapting the class action research method (CAR) by Kemmis and Mc Taggart (1998) in 3 cycles. The population and samples used were the studnet of class XI-2 APHP Vocational High School PPN Lembang which consisted of 19 people. Assessment of learning activities at home in the first cycle (83.63%) experienced an increase in the second cycle (85.38%), and in the third cycle (81.87%). The lowest N-Gain value is in the first cycle, which is 0.35 which is in the medium category. This shows that the classroom flipped learning model with website in the first cycle has a lower increase in learning outcomes compared to Cycle II and Cycle III. In the analyzing dimension (C4), the highest increase in students high order thinking ability occurs in the third cycle with N-Gain for the ability to analyze (C4) 0.50. But the increase is still included in the medium category. Likewise with the ability to evaluate (C5) and create (C6), the average increase is 0.33 and 0.38 respectively. In this study, flipped classroom is able to improve students high order thinking skills.

Abstract
Entrepreneurial activity is believed to be a tool to encourage economic growth and to solve other economic problems such as unemployment. Entrepreneurship has been widely applied in schools, especially in vocational schools that aim to produce graduates so they can work and be entrepreneurs. There are many learning models that exist in vocational schools at this time, but the learning model does not have an impact on students to have a soul or desire to become entrepreneurs. Therefore, we have conducted a literature review to explain an alternative learning model, which is a self-designed project learning model that is expected to trigger students to become entrepreneurs. A systematic mapping study is used as a basic method for conducting literature reviews. Various relevant journals, which are learning models that can enhance ones entrepreneurship from various circles, were selected by researchers as preliminary data for a literature review. The various learning models that currently exist do not have enough impact to foster a sense of entrepreneurship in students, whereas learning in SMK should every productive learning must make students master and can make students have a sense of entrepreneurship when learning has ended. In this study describes a self-designed project learning model that will be applied in the automotive field in light vehicle engine tune-up subjects. This alternative learning model has been used by other studies, the researcher applies this alternative learning model in the field of machining that produces an impact on students, ie students can increase or make it have the desire to become entrepreneurs.

Abstract
Low-cost sensor is now widely used in various application ranging from the environment to daily live application. On the other hand, the low-cost sensor signal is dealing with noises due to external disturbances, quality of sensor material, or its electronic circuit. The raw data provided by the low-cost sensor is also still in digital n-bit data, the conversion to the physical meaning is thus needed. In this paper, the low-cost sensor node as part of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) for CO measurement based on electrochemical sensor module has been investigated. Although the measurement signal consists of noise, it could be attenuated by applying a digital IIR filter. By applying the Response Surface Method (RSM), the 10-bit data of sensor has been calibrated to the commercially CO detector and resulted in the th-square transfer function equation. The sensor node measurement performance has a strong correlation (R2=0.98) with the performance of the sensor module in the wireless sensor node system. The data has been transmitted well to a gateway with needed settling time about 5 minutes for getting stable measurement condition. The results can be used while dealing with a low-cost sensor in various application.

Abstract
The aim of this article is to discuss trends and forecast meat production and consumption to 2027 in Indonesia by using different statistical forecasting models. Forecasting of meat production and consumption is important to be carried out so that food security development can be planned strategically in the future. Meat production and consumption are observed in the period from 1990 to 2017. The types of meat analyze include beef, poultry, goat and pork. Based on the seasonality and trend data, the forecasting methods used are Double Exponential Smoothing and Holt-Winters Seasonal Smoothing. All data is analyzed using STATA software. The accuracy of forecasting is examined based on the root mean squared error. Accordingly, the Double Exponential Smoothing method is more accurate than the Holt-Winters Seasonal Smoothing in predicting meat production and consumption for 2027 in Indonesia. Overall, meat production and consumption are projected to increase by 4,449,286 tonnes and 5,061,993 tonnes respectively. Hence, meat consumption is higher than meat production. Therefore, livestock technology innovation should be carried out thoroughly in the fields of breeding, processing/production, marketing and increasing the capacity of human resources both farmers and extension workers in order to produce livestock products efficiently and effectively.

Abstract
In addition to its high content in protein and lipid, Black soldier fly (BSF) (Hermetia illucens. L) has antimicrobial peptides (AMP) that could inhibit the growth pathogenic microbes. Therefore BSF extract could be very potential in substituting the use of antibiotics in animal production system. This research was conducted to determine the antibacterial activity of BSF extract in vitro on the growth of Salmonella typhimurium, E. coli and Pseudomonas aureginosa. The experiment was carried out according to the Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of six treatments and three replications for each treatment. The treatments were different concentration levels of BSF extract, i.e. 75, 125, 175, 225, 275 and 325 mg.ml-1. Chloramphenicol with concentration of 30 µg.discs paper-1 was used as a positive control and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) as a negative control. BSF extract was made using maceration extraction method. The antibacterial activity of BSF extract was determined by measuring the diameter of inhibitory zone (mm) formed around the discs paper following the 24 h of the incubation period. The results of this study indicated that the antibacterial activity of BSF extract increased (P<0.05) in line with the increase level of BSF extract concentration. The average diameter of the inhibition zone for Salmonella typhimurium, E. coli and Pseudomonas aureginosa was 11.77 ± 0.03 mm, 11.15 ± 0.05 mm, and 11.15 ± 0.23 mm respectively, which was categorized as strong inhibition zone, even though was still lower compared to a very strong inhibiton zone of chloramphenikol, which was 14.74 ± 0.38 - 27.61 ± 0.35. In conclusion, the concentration of BSF extract of 325 mg.ml-1 is an effective concentration to inhibit the growth of the bacteria Salmonella typhimurium, E. coli and Pseudomonas aureginosa.

Abstract
This article examines the integration between Islam and culture in Reyog Ponorogo Art. The noble values contained in Reyog Ponorogo art, which has been latent, it is very possible to be studied more deeply through the symbols contained in the equipment and the variety of the dance, to be actualized in the form of explicit meanings as the basis for the transformation of meaning in the community. In certain contexts, the meaning and truth of a teaching often do not appear explicitly, so that it requires cultural action to uncover it, one of which is through cultural symbols. In Bergers theory, it is explained that a symbol always has cultural significance and resonance. It has the ability to influence and also has a deep meaning.

Abstract
Background: SCMV (Sugarcane Mosaic Virus) is a disease that cause reduction in growth and productivity of sugarcane. Infection of SCMV show yellowish spots symptomatic sugarcane leaves that indicates a decrease in the concentration of chlorophyll. Infection by the virus causes chloroplast damage, decreased photosynthesis and a sugar productivity loss of approximately 20–50% [1, 2]. Aims : to compare resistences of transgenic sugarcane derived from PDR and RNAi method against artificial infection of SCMV Materials and Methods: the experiment was conducted by cultivation of PDR and RNAi-transgenic sugarcane in green house for 3 weeks. Artificial inoculation of SCMV was performed on the leaves of 3 weeks transgenic sugarcane. The resistences of transgenic sugarcane against SCMV infection were observed by the presence of yellowish spot and by analysis of RT-PCR and western blot. Results: One of the efforts to overcome the SCMV infection is the development of resistance against SCMV through genetic transformation. The transgenic sugarcane resistant to SCMV was successfully developed by Pathogen Derived Resistence (PDR) and RNA interference (RNAi) approaches using coat protein mediated resistances. Both of these techniques have the ability to suppress virus infection, but there is no study on their effectiveness. In this study, the transgenic sugarcane were grown and treated with SCMV inoculation test to determine and compare the resistances. The symptomatic observation and molecular analysis such as PCR, Western blot and RT-PCR were conducted to determine the effectiveness of the transgenic sugarcane. The PCR analysis confirmed that the transgenic sugarcane were genetically stable inserted by the targeted coat protein DNA at ± 700bp. The level of expression of coat protein genes was analyzed using Western blot and showed the results of protein size ± 30 Kda. Conclusions:Artificial inoculation using SCMV virus sap fluid showed that non-transgenic sugarcane have yellowish spots symptoms on the leaves, while transgenic sugarcane did not show the symptoms. This results showed that transgenic sugarcane developed by PDR and RNAi methods inhibit the replication of the SCMV virus when it is infected. References 1. Abstract
Background: SCMV (sugarcane mosaic virus) is one of the important pathogens in sugarcane, it-s can reduce sugar production around 30-50% (Dewanti et al., 2015). Genetic engineering is one way to develop virus-resistant plants, and the SCMV-resistant sugarcane has been obtained using PDR (Pathogen Derived Resistance) techniques through genetic transformation (Apriasti et al., 2018). It has been proven that the transgenic sugarcane shows resistance to SCMV infection, but growth performance and sugar production has never been characterized. This study aims to characterize the morphological and sugar production of transgenic sugarcane and comparing to non-transgenic sugarcane. Aims : To characterize of growth performance and sugar content of transgenic sugarcane resistance against mosaic virus. Materials and Methods: This study uses bululawang as a non-transgenic sugarcane, transgenic sugarcane (SCMV-resistant sugarcane by overexpression of the gene encoding the coat protein (CP) of SCMV), and Variety of PS.864 and Ps.881 (sugarcane infected by ScMV as a source of disease). The Sugarcane plants were grown for nine months, naturally-infection of mosaic virus by grown of infected plants between transgenic plant plot. The sugarcane leaves at the age of 3 months were collected for analysis of resistance to mosaic virus using RT-PCR and Western Blot. Morphological traits of transgenic sugarcane were observed for three time at the age three, six, and nine months after planting, whereas brix on stem was measure only at the age nine months after planting Results: The morphological traits include the number of plants, plant height, stem diameter and length of internodes did not show significant difference between sugarcane transgenic compared by Non-transgenic. However, the brix in transgenic sugarcane exhibited enhance compared to non-transgenic sugarcane. Conclusion: The SCMV-resistant sugarcane have not difference of the morphological traits compared to non transgenic sugarcane, whereas the brix on stem enhanced in transgenic sugarcane. References 1.
