Abstract
Hyperlipidemia is one of risk factor that can induce cardiac and vascular disease. Kersen leaf is believed lowering lipid profile because it is consist of flavonoids and tannins. The present study was a laboratorium experimental study with pre and post test control group design. The subjects were 30 male white rats (Rattus norvegicus), body weight approximately 200 grams, aged 3-4 months. Rats model were given high-fat diet and PTU for increasing lipid profile level. Rats divided into 5 groups with random sampling. The groups were negative control was not given any treatment, positive control was given simvastatin treatment, and (P1),(P2),(P3) group was given ethanol extract of kersen leaf 100, 200, and 400 mg/kgBB respectively. This study was held for 4 weeks. Lipid profile level was measured before and after therapy. The results showed that ethanol extract of kersen leaf (Muntingia calabura L.) at dose 400 mg / kgBB optimally can decrease LDL, total cholesterol and triglyceride level and can increase HDL level compared to standard therapy simvastatin. Abstract
Cervical cancer caused by infection with Human Papiloma Virus (HPV) is one type of cancer which has high prevalence and belongs the second leading cause of death for women in the world after breast cancer. It is estimated that every day 40-45 new cases appear and around 20-25 people die due to cervical cancer. To prevent pre-cancerous lesions gradually and develop into invasive cancer, primary prevention needs to be done through the provision of health promotion and guidebook on early detection of cervical cancer. This detection can use the easiest, cheapest and affordable method, namely of Visual Acetate Inspection (IVA). In Kudus district the coverage of early detection of cervical cancer by the IVA method is only 2% of the number of women aged 30-50 years. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of health promotion and guidebook on the early detection of cervical cancer as an effort to participate in womens IVA examination. This study was quasi-experimental with the design of the pretest posttest non equivalent control group, with a sample of 66 respondents divided into two groups taken using consecutive sampling technique. Later on, the data were analyzed using McNemar and Chi Square tests. The results showed the results of the McNemar test on knowledge in the intervention group had p value of 0.003 while in the control group had p value of 0.630. In the intervention group the participation of women doing IVA examination had a p value of 0.004 and in the control group participation of women conducting IVA examinations had p value of 0.500. Chi Square test results for comparison between the intervention group and the control group had p value of 0.003. Providing health promotion and guidebook for early detection of cervical cancer is very effective on increasing the participation of women in Payaman village in Kudus Regency of IVA examination. Abstract
The outbreak of the bloodshed in Marawi City has displaced nearly 500,000 people. The survivors have sought shelter in evacuation centers in nearby municipalities in Lanao del Sur and Lanao del Norte including Iligan City. This war caused distress and may even increase for a period after the exposure to stressful to this event may continue for quite a few persons many years after. In this kind of conflict, people are the most vulnerable but are affecting children the most. Exposure to this conflict causes trauma to children which cannot be expressed verbally but through expression of nonverbal gestures and visual arts. And the best way to provide psychological support is through art-based intervention which is the goal of this study. The qualitative and quantitative data was gathered at Maria Cristina Evacuation Center in Iligan City. The stress level of the respondents shows that they have problem in their emotional aspect. The mean shows that they do not have difficulties in Pro social, hyperactivity, peer, and conduct problem. The mean (X=5.43) of art based intervention questionnaire shows that the respondents have positive feeling in the activity in which they are confident, playful, excited, and pleased in the activity. They were neutrally competent and they were not averse joining the activity. The t-test has shown that stress level and art based intervention have a significant relationship which means that there art based intervention reduces stress. Majority of the drawings are houses that signifies the aftermath of war- houses are being destroyed and ruined and as a result, they need a new house to live. The study recommends assessing the stress level before and after the activity. Future researchers as well as therapists may improve the study by providing therapeutic setting in doing this activity and adding more materials that will help the children express themselves even more.

Abstract
The issue of death anxiety and fear of death is a great concern for health care providers due to the emotional and behavioural outcomes of the recipients of care. Theoretic and observed findings on the death concept have not been thoroughly examined in the nursing research especially towards the elderly point-of-view. This theory generation utilized the grounded theory methodology via inductive approach to theory development that would explain the death experience, consciousness and acceptance towards death in an individuals lifetime. Data were gathered from the older population using purposive sampling. Interviews were semi-structured and based on the death perception and experiences of the older participants. Both memo writing and comparative analysis was used during the course of the study and also aided by the method of open, axial and selective coding. In this study, theoretical categories were generated to derive the following propositions: Overcoming death experiences results to death acceptance; death consciousness influence death acceptance; death acceptance lead to the process of death preparation; and spirituality is an essential element of death experience, death consciousness, death acceptance and death preparation. The theory generated is that death acceptance is an accumulation of death experiences and ones spiritual beliefs which translate to death consciousness that results to the acceptance of ones mortality gearing towards death preparation.

Abstract
Agriculture is an important engine to grow and to alleviate high level of poverty in the rural setting. Dependency of agriculture on the quality of soil and availability of water is soaring, as soil and water are fundamental elements for plant based food production system for human sustenance. During the management practices of agriculture, efforts to gradually boost productions up for food are in many times impacting negatively on the quality of soil and water. Many factors have been identified as reasons for poor farming practices; over cultivation, low sufficient means and skills to apply sustainable farming practices, inadequate infrastructure availability, few access to credits, lack of government incentives and policy supports etc. are some of examples. Uncontrolled destructive farming practices have been recognized since it is resulting in low crop yields. However, with limited resources available, many small farmers have creating simple innovation to convince production processes can be done. This study was done within qualitative method, exploring the ways small scale farmers develop innovation in the farming system adjusted to local ecological knowledge and resources. The study is explaining best practices of soil and water conservation initiated by farmers, trying to protect the region from detrimental habits on the land management practices. Physical and institutional arrangements have been taken to stop soil erosion and to sustain water availability. Physical treatments are including tree planting, stone bench terraces, gulley plugs, silvipasture, all technologies were built independently by groups of farmers. Local institution namely farmer groups aimed to support development of conservation norms have been established. This institution also serves economic development of local communities since family welfare and rural economic stability is very crucial to convince sustainability of conservation activities.

In the reality of life, accounting management has many variables related to social aspects by identifying basic behavioral assumptions according to the Islamic world. The rule used in this approach is "maintaining good old things and taking new things better". Accounting management ideally must be built and practiced based on social values. Abstract
Communication is sharing meaning through the exchange of information where the process is determined by the communication technology used, the characteristics of the sender and recipient, the culture that is behind and how the communication is carried out. In this process, the type of communication must be distinguished. But with the development of the internet, a new form of interactive communication emerged, Castell called this a new form of mass communication, or what he called mass-self communication. This is mass communication because it has the potential to reach a global audience, at the same time, it is intrapersonal communication because the production of messages is self-made, the definition of the recipient is self-directed. On its journey mass-self communication is useful for public openness as done by several regional heads in Indonesia, Ridwan Kamil and Ganjar Pranowo. The mass-self communication strategy carried out by these two regional heads basically has almost the same thing. Content placement is based on the suitability of the platform so that it successfully encourages community participation. Community participation can ultimately succeed in government programs because of the accuracy in the use of effective and efficient social media. The YouTube platform developed into a kind of industry, with users who can make YouTube as a land for opportunities to earn income or even as a profession. Now those who rely on income from YouTube are known as Youtubers. Youtubers, both individuals, groups, communities, and large companies, produce their own unique videos, specifically to be displayed on YouTube. The material obtained by a Youtuber is actually not easy to obtain. Requirements, the channel must have reached 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours of viewing time in the last 12 months. They not only produce but also distribute to a wider audience. Commodification of audiences and workers occurs where producers and consumers of their lines run away and are then called prosumer. This platform generates large profits for the owner, of course, the greater the profits the owner gets from the user.

Abstract
The potential of zakat to enforce a fair socio-economic order is very high. In 2018, the potential for zakat in Indonesia amounted to Rp 240 trillion, up from Rp 217 trillion in 2011. However, in 2011, the realization of zakat just reached Rp 1.7 trillion . There is a very long gap between potential and realization. Among the causes of the gap is the institutional management of zakat which is still problematic. This paper will discuss one of the problems in the governance of zakat institutions in Indonesia with the case study of BAZNAS in Sragen Regency. This research uses qualitative methods, with the viewpoint of institutional theory. As a result it was found that Sragen BAZNAS experienced a double structure, on one side BAZNAS was a muzakki agent, but at the same time it was under the local government structure. This position makes BAZNAS ambiguous in taking responsibility for its performance. BAZNAS Sragen is more directing its accountability to the government than the community (muzakki). As a result, the general public lacked a sense of bilonging with BAZNAS, and was reluctant to pay their zakat through BAZNAS

Abstract
The Surabaya IV Regional Construction Services Center (BJKW IV) is an Organizational Unit under the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing. One of the main tasks is the management of Non-Tax State Revenues. BJKW IV Surabaya has the assets of the Hall, Mess/Dormitory and Classrooms which can be used for internal activities and leased to private institutions related to construction services. However, the rental rates of the above building assets that are still used Government Regulation Number 38 of 2012 cannot meet operational and maintenance needs. This study aims to establish the latest rental rates that are able to meet operational and maintenance needs. In this paper, the analysis of rental rate determination uses the method of Activity Based Costing (ABC). The results show that the tariff requirements to meet operational and maintenance requirements are as follows: Hall rental rates is 1.15 times the original rate, Mess/Dormitory Rooms rental rates is 2,75 times the original rates, Large Classes rental rate is 2,25 times the original rates and the Small Class Room rental rate is 1,85 times the original rate. Based on the results above, BJKW IV Surabaya needs to consider tariffs for commercialization to the private sector.

Abstract
The inconsistency of the results of previous studies regarding the factors that influence the level of financial literacy in both general and Islamic financial literacy attracted researchers to conduct this research. Demographic factors such as gender, education level, income level and so on are factors that are often used in this type of research. Changes that occur in the community go according to patterns of change, especially seen in the attitudes and behavior of community members who are more often influenced by specific cultural groups or communities. Islamic financial literacy indicators are arranged in constructs of knowledge, skills, beliefs, attitudes, and behavior based on aspects of religiosity and Maqasid al-Shariah. The communities that were compared in this study were the temporary sellers community in Malioboro, Yogyakarta City and the ASN (State Civil Apparatus) community of the Regional Government in Wonosari City Gunung Kidul. The determination of the Islamic financial literacy index is carried out by the survey method. The data in this study uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from interviews and distribution of tests and questionnaires. Then the factors that influence the Islamic financial literacy index are carried out using ethnographic studies.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the consistency of sharia operational systems and the application of risk management to Islamic bank mudharabah contracts according to ushul fiqh at the Bank Muamalat Indonesia Cipulir Branch Office. This research was conducted by conducting in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews) and using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data analysis used descriptive analysis in the form of describing and explaining data. The results of this study indicate that in its operation, Bank Muamalat Indonesia Cipulir Branch conducted mudharabah transactions on fund collection products with a profit sharing system. Customers who deposit their funds at Bank Muamalat Indonesia are guaranteed by the National Guarantor Board (LPS). Fund Guarantee by LPS is permissible according to the MUI fatwa, but contrary to the fatwa of the OKI Islamic organization, with a fatwa if the mudharabah contract is guaranteed, the contract is changed to qard (credit) and this cancels the contract and the profit received becomes riba dayn. Therefore, Bank Muamalat Indonesia is not consistent in carrying out mudharabah agreements. Then the division of revenue using the system of revenue sharing and losses will be borne by the bank (mudharib) this is contrary to the Sharia becauseit should bear the loss is Shahibul Maal, mudarib only suffer losses from time and energy unless mudarib do negligence in doing business. The application of risk management at Bank Muamalat Indonesia applies private principles, confidentiality and prudence in its operations which are supervised by the Sharia Supervisory Board.
