Abstract
Semarang City is the center of the economic activities of the province of Central Java and as a business center and trade center which includes national strategic areas. As we know that, Semarang city is located between 2 (two) large cities, namely Jakarta and Surabaya. Thus, the city of Semarang has quite large and strong access to regional economic growth. Semarang as a business center that is connected with other cities. Surabaya is one of them. Surabaya-Semarang is an important route because it connects two provincial capitals. To anticipate high passenger growth, support from the transportation sector is urgently needed. This research was conducted in order to see the characteristics of railroad mode assumption, assuming trains operate with travel time service faster than conventional trains in the Surabaya-Semarang corridor. The research method uses stated preference and binomial binary logit with attributes of travel time and travel costs. We believe that the attributes that affect conventional trains respondents in choosing the mode between the conventional trains and the Surabaya-Semarang corridor fast train are travel time and travel costs so that it will have a negative impact on the growth of conventional railway passengers.

Abstract
The need for biodiesel as an alternative fuel will increase along with the increasing energy consumptions and the depletion of fossil fuel reserves. Jatropha oil and soybean oil are potential raw materials for biodiesel. Each raw material gives different properties to biodiesel. Mixing the two types of oil makes it possible to improve the quality of biodiesel. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of variations in the composition of the oil mixture on the biodiesel properties. Jatropha oil was mixed with soybean oil in various compositions. The mixture was heated and stirred for 60 min at 90oC. The more the percentage of soybean oil biodiesel, the viscosity of the biodiesel mixture decreased. Mixing with 20% soybean oil has a significant reduction in viscosity. The increasing percentage of soybean oil also influences the higher heating value of the biodiesel mixture.

Abstract
Although large-scale migration has been a long history of human movement since the emergence of countries around 6,000 years ago, the issue of migration is still a very interesting topic. The most recent example of a border problem due to migration is President Trumps plan to build a border wall. Talks about migration are also very closely related to government policies at international, regional and national levels. The demand to understand the issue of migration for decision makers is driven by political, economic and social pressures in line with the increasing phenomenon of migration itself. This paper aims to see the impact caused by modern and contemporary migration events in Indonesia. The development of world politics which caused conflict and war in several countries gave rise to a wave of refugees as a new form of migration. The case of Indonesia illustrates that this country is a transit country from the invasion of refugees from Syria, Afghanistan and Myanmar, as a new phase of people moving space for political reasons. By looking at the phenomena of migration that occur, it is expected to be able to add scientific insight to the study of transnational migration and border studies with the discovery of symptoms, forms and characters of modern migration and its impact on the countries concerned.

Abstract
Some of the factors that cause premature damage to the flexible pavement system in Indonesia was allegedly caused by several things including the equation Equvalent axle load (EAL) that are not in accordance with the situation in Indonesia, where the majority of heavy vehicles carrying excess load (overloaded). The value of EAL which is based on the theory of permanent deformation in flexible pavement is highly dependent on the value of the modulus of elasticity (E) the structure of the pavement, vertical strain , and the deflection (d) right under the tire load and tire pressure (q) certain. By testing the value of a deflection in flexible pavement before and after a given pavement overlay in the suspect will affect the equation EAL. Pavement deflection testing was done at the time before and after a given flexible pavement overlay. Implementation of the testing was done using a Falling Weight Defflectometer (FWD) with a variety of loading. The data of test results that the value of the deflection (d), the modulus of elasticity (E) and vertical strain further analyzed to obtain equation form EAL. The analytical method used to obtain the form EAL equation is linear regression analysis and non linear. Based on the analysis results will be obtained form the new EAL equation. From the research analysis it is obtained that the power rank value for applying the maximum load limit regulation shall be as follows EAL= (p/8.16)^5.18 before overlay to the type single axle dual wheel (SADW) and EAL = (p/8.16)^4.63 after overlay to the type single axle dual wheel (SADW). As for the type tandem axle dual wheel (TADW) EAL =(p/13.76)^5.22 before overlay and EAL = (p/13.76)^4.55 after overlay.

Abstract
In 2017 worldwide, it is estimated that nearly 9 million people die from cancer and will continue to increase to 13 million people per year by 2030. In Indonesia, the prevalence of cancer is also quite high. Patients with advanced disease, both cancer and non-cancer, generally experience high symptom prevalence and psychosocial pressure as well as low physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs that require palliative care that is expected to improve the quality of life for patients and their families. Methods: Review article from Pubmed with keyword anesthetist, anesthesia, palliative care. Result and discussion: Anesthesiologists with substantial experience in interdisciplinary pain management can provide palliative drugs for cancer patients such as: 1) use of opioid analgesics; 2) consider the biopsychosocial pain model; 3) help patients live as actively as possible until they die, and 4) help families deal with patients illnesses and lose family members. It is important for anesthesiologists to assist patients at the end of the life stage, even in limited number of anesthetists. Conclusion: there is still a need for a palliative service model involving anesthesiologists because of some of their abilities, although the number of anesthesiologists is still limited.

Abstract
This paper presented the application of gold mining waste which is called "tailing" as the substitution material of fine aggregate in the hot rolled sand sheet. Several amounts of tailing are substituted to modify the gradation of the fine aggregate. The gradation analyses are conducted to evaluate the effect of the substitution of tailing on the gradation distribution of the mixed material. The Marshall tests are also conducted to asses the impact of tailing substitution on the strength of the hot rolled sand sheet. The gradation analysis shows that the substitution of 50% tailing has a significant effect on the distribution of mixed materials. The coefficient of uniformity, Cu and coefficient of curve, Cc of 4.82 and 1.72 are obtained, respectively. The mechanical test results using the Marshall test shows that the substitution of 50% tailing brings about a significant improvement in the strength of the hot rolled sand sheet. The strength of hot rolled sand sheet increase 100% or 2-fold higher compared than those without the tailing is obtained. The results of this study have indicated that the gold mining waste of tailing may be viable as the substitution material in the hot rolled sand sheet.

Abstract
The effect of temperature and time duration of degumming process on tensile properties of Pandanus Tectorius fibers has just been studied. Whilst degumming temperature and soaking time for alkali treatment were kept constant at 80 degree C and 2 hours, respectively, degumming time was varied at 1, 2, 3 and 4 hours, and sodium hydroxide solution content were varied at 2.5 and 5 wt percent. A bundle of fiber was placed in an O dashed shape cardboard holder for being tensile tested until fracture occurred. Cross sectional areas and fracture modes of representative fibers were captured under optical microscope. Whilst the cross section image areas were then measured by means of an open source software, the imageJ, the fracture images were closely evaluated to determine their respective fracture modes. The result shows that, except for epsilon at 3 hours soaking time and 5 wt percent alkali content, sigma, epsilon and E increase with the increase of degumming time up to 3 hours, then decrease for 4 hours degumming time. The highest sigma, and E were found being 684.31 MPa, 1074.21 MPa, respectively. The highest epsilon was found being 0.140 mm/mm at 4 hours degumming time and 5 wt pecent alkali content.

Abstract
This research is aimed at investigating the effectiveness of the Reciprocal Teaching Method in teaching reading comprehension and the interaction between the Reciprocal Teaching Method and students learning styles. This research is quasi-factorial design with posttest-only design. The population in this research is 334 second semester students of English Education Study Program. The students reading comprehension achievement is obtained from a reading comprehension test while students learning style is identified using learning style questionnaires. The result of this research is in contrast with the result of other research which revealed the effectiveness of the Reciprocal Teaching Method. This is possibly caused by the slight visual different mean between the experimental group and the control group, the identical method implemented in control group, the dominant visual learners, and the stages in the procedure of the treatment. Further, the result of this research revealed that there is no interaction between the Reciprocal Teaching Method and the students with different learning styles.

Abstract
There is misperception that implementing Quran moral codes in social life does not guarantee that implementator are Pancasila supporters. The opposed perception is that whoever implementing islamic values in social life they could be considered as they have already been Pancasila supporters. The purpose of this manuscript is to find evidence that every single moral value name derived from Pancasila has philosophical meaning correlationship with several verses in the Quran. The focus of manuscript will be seeking evidences wether every single moral name derived from every sila Pancasila has philosophical meaning relationship with Quran moral codes. The method to finding answer is by comparing list of 45 Pancasila moral names against 150 moral code of do it and dont do it from the Quran. Conclution saying that implementing moral value Pancasila identical implementing parts of Quran moral codes. The consequency is implementing parts of islamic values of do it or dont do it means that the implementator can be regarded as Pancasila supporter. The possible impact is for the Indonesian muslims to have no need idea to change the Pancasila as state idiology because by nature implementing moral value of Pancasila identical implementing Quranic moral codes. In another words Pancasila it-self already islam. This is important finding to deradicalization program.

Abstract
Development of the fetus in the uterus (embryology) was much mentioned in Al-quran and hadith. Along with advances in science and technology, especially in the digital era, reinterpretation of embryology with the multidisciplinary approach between Islam and medical sciences, especially embryology, is a challenge and a necessity so that Islamic teachings can be the right answer in overcoming the problems faced by the people. This study aims to analyze embryology in Al-quran and hadith in an expanded multidisciplinary perspective. This study used a library research method with a multidisciplinary approach between Islam and medical sciences, especially embryology. The result of the study showed that the stages of nuthfah, alaqah, mudhghah, and blowing of spirit already were formed within 40 days of pregnancy. These stages are embryologically more accurately translated as follows: nuthfah as the conception of a part of woman fluid (ovum cell) by a part of male fluid (spermatozoon cell), alaqah as resembling leech, something that attached to the surface, and something that depended, and mudhghah as resembling a chewed substance. Alaqah and mudhghah morphologically and functionally describe human characteristics that can be shaped and affected by environmental factors.

Abstract
The growth of population leads to high traffic volume on several urban road in Yogyakarta. Sentul signalized intersection is one of intersection in Yogyakarta that is very potential causing traffic congestion. Therefore, this study aims to analyse the performance of intersection with simulation using Vissim 10 and to estimate the congestion cost. The methods used in this study were traffic counting at intersection and modelling the traffic using Vissim 10. The results of study showed the performance of existing condition at intersection was very poor with level of service (LOS) F and average delay of 106.71 second per vehicle. In addition, the estimated congestion cost of intersection was 3,722,627 rupiah per hour. The solutions simulated using Vissim 10 were consisted of re-setting green time of the traffic light, road widening for each approach area, applying left turn on right (LTOR) for the west-arm of intersection, and removing on-street parking area The analysis results showed that intersection performance was increasing with LOS of E, average delay was 74.23 second per vehicle, and congestion cost became 1,876,757 rupiah per hour. Hence it is concluded that the alternative solutions in this study can be applied to reduce congestion cost at Sentul signalized intersection.

Abstract
Every single effort or process taken by Islamic bank to maximize output should also uphold Islamic values, so that maqashid sharia (maslahah-sharia objectives) would be authomatically achieved. There were some research conducted to measure Islamic bank performance using maqashid sharia framework. However, these studies were not explicitly addressing the issue of cost-saving strategies within the framework of efficiency measurement. It is therefore this paper aims to have financial and social efficiency in one assessment framework that is social-financial efficiency quadrant (SFEQ). Hence, in order to measure efficiency level of Islamic Banking Industry this study use Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Free Disposal Hull (FDH) method and employ Banxia Frontier Analyst 3.1 for data analysis. Within the SFEQ framework, the study revealed that Sharia Panin Bank and Sharia Bukopin Bank are excellent since both are within the first quadrant.Whereas Sharia Maybank, and BCA Sharia are considered good at the second quadrant; Bank Sharia Mandiri (BSM), Bank Muamalat, Bank Rakyat Indonesia Sharia (BRIS), Bank Negara Indonesia Sharia (BNI) and Mega Sharia are fair at the third; and Victoria Sharia, and Bank Jabar Banten Sharia (BJB) are poor at the fourth sequentially. It is urge for Islamic bank that are in low level of social efficiency to have a critical policy to keep in line with the five factor of maqashid sharia apart of having efficiency in order to reach maslahah.

Abstract
The occurrence of hormonal reproduction disorders in women is one of the risk factors for the occurrence of infertility which influences the process of folliculogenesis. Hormonal disorders need to be overcome through conventional medicine, one of which is FSH hormonal therapy as a follicular development therapy for triggering ovulation. But FSH therapy has the risk of ovarian hyperstimulation side effects, high maintenance costs, emotional burdens, and unsatisfactory results so that it requires other alternative ways which are more economical and have no side effects. Red fruit or Pandanus Conoideus is a typical Papuan plant that has many compounds, one of which has essential compounds needed for the female reproductive system. This study analyzed the amount, diameter, and area of de graaf follicles after being given red fruit oil extract in infertile female mice. The results showed that the red fruit oil extract had an effect on the number, diamater, and area of de graaf follicles with p value

Abstract
Abstract Background A persons nutritional condition is influenced by her nutritional status during the womb. In other words, the nutritional status of pregnant women is very influential on their own health and as a predictor of pregnancy outcomes for mothers and nutritional status of newborns (Senbanjo et al, 2013). This is due to fetal food intake can be through the umbilical cord that is connected to the mothers body (Indreswari et al, 2008). Various maternal and child health efforts are carried out to reduce mortality. One of them is obstructed fetal growth which must be known while still in utero so that the clinician can be more stringent in monitoring and planning the delivery method to reduce the risk of perinatal death. The increase in maternal weight during pregnancy is directly related to the weight of the baby and the risk of giving birth to low birth weight increases with a lack of weight gain during pregnancy. This shows a significant relationship between the increase in body weight of pregnant women and the weight of the baby born. (handayani, 2013). From several studies, it is still not known what factors most influence the birth weight of the baby, so in this study sistematic review was carried out as a strong first step for other researchers in developing this research. Method A systematic review through journal reviews of the relationship between maternal weight, fetal weight, age at pregnancy, status of Gravida with birth weight Result and Discussion Based on the analysis of the article it was found that the relationship between maternal weight, fetal weight, gestational age, gravida status and birth weight. Several studies have reported an increased risk of low birth weight (LBW) among offspring (generally defined as women <20 years). The number of births for women 35 years and over is increasing in both high-income countries and middle-income countries. Several mechanisms have been suggested to explain this. Biological mechanisms for increasing infant birth Low birth weight (LBW) in teenage mothers <20 years can be explained as follows. Blood circulation to the cervix and also to the uterus in adolescents is still not perfect so this can interfere with the process of channeling nutrients from the mother to the fetus she contains. Nutrition of pregnant adolescents also plays a role because adolescents still need nutrients to be shared with the fetus they contain compared to adult pregnant women who do not need nutrients for growth (Johanes, 2009 in Rahardjo et al, 2011). Teenage mothers are inherently at risk for birth outcomes that are compromised because biological factors are considered. A large US sample shows that unfavorable birth outcomes for adolescent mothers compared to older mothers occur at several levels due to biological factors (Fraser, Brockert, & Ward, 1995; Chen, et al., 2007). However, additional research shows that this difference does not exist among African-American women because of higher average exposure to social and environmental losses compared to whites (Geronimus, 1987; 1996). This explanation shows that unfavorable birth outcomes among teens compared to older mothers are the norm, from which African American mothers deviate as a result of lower socioeconomic status (SES). The role of social loss in understanding the risks of compromised young mothers from birth outcomes is examined, especially those related to the selection of disadvantaged teenagers to give birth to children. Thus, the way the age of young mothers is associated with unfavorable birth outcomes is considered, both cross and in racial / ethnic groups Conclusion This study has not been able to find a relationship between the weight gain of pregnant women on the weight of the baby born. According to assumptions, this happens because there are still other factors that are not yet known exactly where these factors can affect the weight of the baby born.

Abstract
This research is aimed at exploring the roles of the head of department as the middle level manager in higher education institution in the quality assurance of teaching and learning especially in the Indonesian context. This research is significance as research on the role of middle level manager in higher education are less found especially in quality assurance of teaching and learning. This research focuses on the management strand of quality assurance (c.f. Steinhardt et al. 2017). The role of the middle level managers are seen from the activities of the managers in the stages of quality assurance of teaching and learning (c.f. Elton, 1995) and the support to the presage and process dimension of quality teaching and learning (Gibbs, 2010). In addition, the concept of tactical/middle-level management is analysed from an organisation structure perspective (c.f. Turbino et al., 2013). Data were collected from documents analysis and interviews to seven heads of departments and a head of Centre for Teaching and Learning in the universitys. The findings show that the role of middle level managers in quality assurance of teaching and learning fell under seven categories such as (i) translating university vision into concrete benchmark, (ii) empowering subordinates and building partnership with other parties, (iii) monitoring and controlling quality teaching and learning, (iv) planning, managing, evaluating programs for quality assurance, (v) becoming hub between top and lower level management, (vi) leading academic convention, and (vii) fund tactician. This research, even though has described vividly the roles of the heads of departments as the middle level manager in higher education, is very context specific and other higher education in other countries may possess different mechanism. However, most universities especially in Indonesia or similar contexts may take the practical benefits of this research, which is to raise awareness and potential contribution of the middle level managers in quality assurance of teaching and learning.
