Abstract
Abstract As resource of living for the farmers, farming activities must being the sustainable livelihoods. Practicing organic farming is the way that can be chosen to realize the sustainable livelihood. However, the practicing of organic farming in Indonesia was only 0.6 % (208,042 hectares) in 2017. The orientation of conventional farmers to achieve more profit from their farming activities is the issue to increase the conversion from practicing conventional to organic farming. The objective of this study is to analyze the profit earned in conventional and organic paddy farming where the analysis is based on the cost of paddy production (variable, fixed, and total cost), the total of paddy production, and the selling result of paddy. Two village in Lawang district, namely Sumber Ngepoh and Mulyoarjo, are chosen as study field. There are 32 organic paddy farmers from farmer group of Sumber Makmur 1 and 34 conventional paddy farmers from farmer group of Mulyo 2, who are as respondents and interviewed. The independent t-test is used to analysis the different of profit earned by respondents between both villages. The statistical test of the means shows that the mean for variable cost and total cost of farmer group of Mulyo 2 is 18 and 15 percent respectively less than farmer group of Sumber Makmur 1. And, the mean of the fixed cost, the production, the selling price, the selling result and the profit of farmer group of Sumber Makmur 1 are 104, 185, 8, 211, and 843 percent respectively more than farmer group of Mulyo 2. It is concluded that practicing organic paddy in Sumber Ngepoh village is more profit compared to practicing conventional paddy in Mulyoarjo. This conclusion can be basic for farmers in Mulyoarjo village to convert from practicing conventional paddy to practicing organic paddy by objective to get similar benefits as gotten by farmers in Sumber Ngepoh village.

Abstract
Physicochemical characterization of rice germplasms is an important step of the rice breeding program. The physicochemical characteristics are important for consumers- acceptance. The objective of this study was to analyze physicochemical characteristics information to obtain suitable accessions for breeding programs and to cluster accessions according to their main characteristics. A total of 46 accessions of ICRR & ICABIOGRD collection were evaluated for 24 physicochemical traits. Principal component Analysis (PCA) was carried out to analyze the variation and the contribution of each trait to the total variance. This study showed that physicochemical variation might be divided into 5 principal component: Principal component 1 (PC1) was dominated by grain roundness, PC2 by low amylose content, PC3 by high milling yield, PC4 by long and slender grain, and PC5 by premium quality. Clustering analysis yielded 4 clusters. The 1st cluster was dominated by round grain, 2nd cluster by low milling yield, 3rd by high broken grain, and the last cluster by high milling yield and premium quality. This work showed that there were 7 potential accessions to be included in the rice breeding program of high milling yield and premium quality rice, i.e. accession no. 10479 (Umbul-umbul), 10486 (Babad Cianjur), 10491 (Marus), 10499 (619), 10515 (Siregi), 10551 (Logawa), and 10562 (Umbul-umbul). Those varieties can be used by rice breeders to develop new varieties to answer the global challenge of food security.

Abstract
The rapid numbers of corporate action which is known as mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in Asian market for the past three decades is growing tremendously. The two actions are widely used as a means to pursue strategic targets – for example to maintain stable growth and to gain strong power to control the market. This study investigates abnormal return to shareholders of bidder firms around the announcement day for Indonesia and Taiwan. Using a sample of 160 corporate action M&A, the study found that the stock market responses positively to the two corporate actions. The evidence shows that there are expected cumulative abnormal returns in two different event windows: a two-day window and a three-day window. Investor is found in favour of M&A information. However, non-financial sector is experiencing higher abnormal return compares to the financial sector. The study suggests that the market is trying to reap the maximum benefits from M&A announcement and justify the strategy as an optimistic way to deal with any dynamic changes in the industry. The market has been identified as having its semi-strong form in which every information is well-reflected at the equilibrium price. Henceforth, non-organic growth strategy may be highly recommended to Indonesia and Taiwan managers especially to those who are coming from non-financial sectors.

Abstract
1. Introduction and research problem Research conducted by Deloitte (2015) shows that digital financial services can provide an easier access to financial services, so that they can benefit the national economy. In Indonesia, the development of financial technology (FinTech) shows that in 2018 the number of FinTech in Indonesia was 190 companies divided into three parts, namely 157 Startup Companies, 24 Financial Institutions, and 9 Associate Partners (Indonesian FinTech Association, 2018). On the knowledge side, data published by Dailysocial (2018) shows that many Indonesian people are familiar with FinTech reaching 70.63%. Although experiencing growth, the numbers have not been able to match the level of public literacy about Fintech, which is equal to 58.14%, even that number has dropped of the number of users in 2017 amounted to 60.96%. Data according to Dailysocial (2018), shows that in Indonesia 32.48% have not used P2P lending services. Looking at the number of people who have not used fintech services, especially P2P lending. This research approach uses a theory created by Ajzen (1989) which is "Theory Planned Behavior" in which it functions to describe several factors that can influence a behavioral intention or a persons behavior. This theory has the perspective that trust is the main factor that can influence behavior. These factors are the attitude towards behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control. This research was conducted in Jakarta because the highest per capita Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) is still held by Jakarta at 194 million per year. But on the other hand, data published by OJK (2016) shows that there are still 22% or at least 2.2 million people of DKI Jakarta who have not used financial services, both digital and non-digital, even the number could be more for people who have not or not use FinTech services especially Peer to Peer Lending. Millennial was chosen because the generation is close to the use of technology (CHCD-PPM Manajemen, 2018) 2. Methods This study aims to determine the effect of Atitude Toward Behavior, Subjective Norm, and Perceived Behavioral Control on Behavioral Intention of millennials using Peer to Peer Lending services. Determination of the sample using the basis of Hair, et al (2005) which states that for the purpose of research that is causal analysis, the required respondents are at least 15-20 respondent times the number of independent variables. In this study using three independent variables with a number of indicators or questions as many as 19 indicators, so that a minimum of 95 respondents as a sample. Researchers distributed questionnaires and got 157 respondents. This survey uses a Likert scale which aims to measure peoples attitudes, opinions and perceptions about the use of P2P (Sekaran, 2013). The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to explain how much influence the independent variable has on a dependent variable. The SP

PT XYZ is an e-Logistics startup company that provides an application system service in the form of a trucking platform technology that connects the shippers and the transporters in case of the assignment of shipping goods. To optimize the function of the application system, PT XYZ needs to build a collaborative environment with shippers and transporters in their service supply chain management. Based on the data, the COGS of MP increased drastically, and the number of Loss of Sales (LoS) for “MP not Available” is very high. This is due to the lack of collaborative relationships with MP transporters. Therefore, to overcome the issue requires a partnership strategy between PT XYZ and MP transporters. This research using the approach of interviewing, observing, and distributing questionnaires with the selected respondents. Using a descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis, it was found that at present the partnership which being undertaken has a type of 2 (Medium). Then, the type of partnership which they want is type 3 (High). From the gap analysis, it produced 3 new partnership targets in the form of the development of the existing target to overcome the issue of COGS and LoS. The new targets is the basis for the design of the partnership strategy implementation for period of 2019-2021.

Abstract
Cyclophosphamide is a chemotherapeutic agent which has immunosuppressant effect against the host immune system, so adjuvant which has immunostimulant effect is often needed, one of the example is the polysaccharide fraction contained in plant starch. Temulawak is a plant that is widely known to have immunostimulant effects, but its starch has not been widely studied. The purpose of this study was to determine the immunostimulant effects of temulawak starch in Sprague Dawley male rats which were induced by cyclophosphamide in vivo. Test animals were divided into 6 groups, namely normal control, cyclophosphamide control, levamisol as a known chemical, and temulawak starch in dose of 200, 400 and 800 mg/ gBW. For 56 days, the test animals are treated with test compounds. Cyclophosphamide induction of 1000 mg/kgBW was given i.p on days 16 and 18. Evaluation of the test animal model was seen from the number of leukocytes and platelets, while the evaluation of immunostimulant activity was seen from the parameters of rat body weight, spleen relative weight, and nitric oxide secretion. The results showed that there were no significant differences in the parameters of body weight and relative spleen weight, but there was an increase in the secretion of nitric oxide (NO) in the temulawak starch dose group of 200 mg / kg compared with the other groups. This increase in NO secretion is associated with an increase in non-specific immune response.

Abstract
Dry extract of binahong (Anredera cordifolia (Ten.) Steenis) has been known to have several pharmacological activities, one of those is antidiabetic and has been developed as alternative medicine. Making the dry extract by adding fillers could shorten the drying time and increase the shelf life of extract. This study is aimed to determine the type and ratio of fillers to the characteristics of binahong dry extract, thus the optimum formula is obtained using response surface methodology. The fillers which is used include corn starch, amprotab, microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) 102, dextrin, lactose, and maltodextrin. The results showed that the ratio of extract : MCC : amprotab 1 : 0.5322: 0.9978 was the optimum formula of binahong dry extract. Appearance of binahong dry extract was dark green to brown dry powder with characteristic odor and bitter taste. The characterization results include loss of drying of 8.36% ± 0.14%, water content 6.42% ± 0.42%, angle of repose 12.14° ± 1.63°, and total phenolic content 1.83% ± 0.30%. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the combination of MCC and amprotab provides good characteristics of binahong dry extract with optimum total phenolic content. The prototype of binahong dry extract which has been characterized could be combined with other extract, which are expected to be an alternative treatment and also increase its pharmacological activity.

Abstract
Binahong (Anredera cordifolia) is one of the useful medicinal plant. Nevertheless, post-harvest studies of Binahong still lack of data. In terms of drying, very view studies have attempted to apply advanced drying methods to improve Binahong quality and reduce drying time. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of post-harvest methods on the quality aspect of Binahong. The leaves of Binahong was dried at oven in 40oC and direct sunlight. Two pretreatments of drying method adopted were steam-blanching and non-blanching. Experimental results showed that steam-blanching pretreatment can abbreviate the drying time on both treatment of oven and direct sunlight drying. However, steam-blanching can cause leaves browning and decreasing in total flavonoid and total phenolic content during the drying process. The TLC showed that all of the treatments contain the vitexin compound. The microbial contamination evaluation showed that the highest total plate count showed by oven drying. The steam-blanching pretreatment combine direct sunlight were recommended.

Abstract
Adequate and appropriate nutritional support for malnourished hospitalised patients plays an important role in reducing the effects of malnutrition in patients and improving patients immunity to accelerate the healing process and shorten hospital stay. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in nutrient intake and weight changes in malnourished patients received High Energy High Protein (HEHP) diet with and without nutritional support. This study was a quasi-experimental, pre-post-test design with a control group. In total, 40 malnourished hospitalised patients at RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya were allocated to either an intervention (HEHP diet + nutritional support 2 x 100 ml of milk) or a control (usual HEHP diet) group evenly. Data were collected at baseline and within three days of intervention. The changes in patients weight, energy and protein intake between the control and intervention groups were assessed using two independent sample t-test. Of 40 malnourished patients, mean BMI and age were 16,7 ± 1,4 and 31,2 ± 9,3 years respectively with an even sex distribution of 50% each. The average energy and protein intake of the intervention group were 2129,64 ± 392,20 kcal and 104,85 ± 31,76 grams respectively while in the control group were 1894,58 ± 544,45 kcal and 82,80±26,76 grams respectively. The intervention group experienced weight gain by 1.11 kg within 3 days. In contrary, the control group had slightly increased in weight by 0.32 kg. No significant difference was found in energy intake (p = 0,054). However, there were significant differences found in protein intake (p = 0,022) and changes in weight (p = 0,048). The results show that additional nutritional support use of milk into the usual HEHP diet for malnourished patients is an effective option for improving protein intake and weight gain.

Abstract
There are two criminal offenses that are interconnected, namely money laundering and human trafficking. Both are transnational crimes. Money laundering is a predicate crime from human trafficking. The problem in this research is how the cohesion and relation of money laundering and human trafficking. The results of the research prove that the proceed of crime is the blood of the crime meaning that the results of the crime are the blood that supports the crime itself as well as the weak point of the crime. Thus the effectiveness of the law will get a touchstone whether Law No. 8 of 2010 can be used as a tool to eradicate human trafficking.

Abstract
The point on the psychrometric chart shows 7 properties of certain air conditions. If two properties are known then 5 other properties can be calculated. Air treatment will change properties of air conditions. Changes in air condition can be determined by measuring each air condition and plotted on a psychrometric chart. One of the uses of psychrometric analysis is to determine the amount of cooling capacity used in air conditioning systems. To show the condition of the air at any time needed a system that is integrated between the data acquisition device and data display. This research designs and develops applications that are ready to display data and air psychrometric charts that can later be integrated with hardware equipped with sensors through an interface. Psychrometric applications are designed using the JavaScript programming language, so they can be opened using any web browser. Psychrometric charts are drawn using iteration calculation methods. The appearance of the air psychrometric chart is in the form of air processing points, namely outside air (OA), air mixing (EA) and indoor air condition (RA) and other air processing lines.
