Abstract
Bamboo in Indonesia is already known as one of the building construction materials. In Indonesia, bamboo plants are a potential and abundant source of raw materials, although they are still uncultivated. Various types of bamboo grow and are spread almost all over the country. Bamboo is very likely to be developed in making charcoal, because bamboo is a fast growing plant, it can be maintained. Same as wood charcoal, bamboo charcoal is a microporous material that has a very good absorption (adsorption) for a specific surface area. This research was conducted to develop the opportunity of bamboo to become a provider of renewable energy. This research was carried out experimentally where the manufacture of bamboo charcoal briquettes would be an alternative energy supply. In the manufacture of charcoal briquettes used materials from Petung Bamboo (Dendrocalamus Asper) and Apus Bamboo (Gigantochloa Apus). Percentage of adhesives used in making briquettes is 5%, 10%, and 15%. Briquettes that have been made are used as an alternative energy supply. Testing the energy produced by briquettes using a prototype steam power device. The results of the study showed that the water content value of petung bamboo ranged from 6.1 to 6.9%, whereas for apus bamboo the higher water content was obtained, which was 8.4-10.7%. Testing of combustion rate aims to determine the fuel efficient rate of briquettes. The burning rate of charcoal briquettes for petung bamboo ranges from 0.25-0.32 grams / minute, whereas for apus bamboo the burning rate ranges from 0.23-0.29 grams / minute. Testing of briquettes on a prototype steam engine to determine the feasibility of briquettes as an alternative energy provider. Briquette fuel can produce electricity up to 4.1 volts and last for approximately 29 minutes. Background: Bamboo as a natural material that is relatively inexpensive and easily available. Bamboo is a potential and abundant source of raw materials in Indonesia. The use of fossil fuels triggers an increase in the rate of environmental destruction and pollution. This phenomenon raises a thought about the use of alternative energy that is clean and environmentally friendly. Several types of alternative energy sources that can be developed include solar, wind, geothermal, and biomass energy. This research was conducted to provide renewable energy whose raw material is from bamboo as an alternative electric fuel. Aims: Research to find out the opportunities for using bamboo as a renewable alternative energy provider. Materials and Methods: This research was carried out for 2 months, material data collection, sample making and prototype of the steam engine were carried out in Turen sub-district, Malang Regency. In the manufacture of charcoal briquettes used materials from Petung Bamboo (Dendrocalamus Asper) and Apus Bamboo (Gigantochloa Apus). Data collection and testing of charcoal briquettes was conducted in the forestry laboratory of the University of Muhammadi

Various evidence on the success of green building concepts, particularly passive strategies, in saving energy use and reducing environmental impacts has been widely shared in various scientific and popular media. The information is not only about theoretical but also best practice of green building implementation, including information about the addition of investment value, savings and profit earned on the operation. The government and the private sector have also encouraged the acceleration of its implementation through the establishment of regulations and rating tools that regulate liabilities and appeals for property industry actors to participate in implementing passive strategies as part of the implementation of green building concepts. This study aims to find out the obstacles of green building implementation through policy review and also questionnaires and interviews to stakee holders. Apparently, the policy system is still need to be completed in order to manage and control the building and also the stake holders to implement the green bulding concept.

Abstract
Some Indonesian and international people certainly know about the shooting incidents that took place in Yigi District, Nduga Regency, Papua Province, Indonesia, on Monday, December 3, 2018. Shooting incident allegedly carried out by the West Papua National Liberation Army led by Egianus Kogoya, the military wing of the Free Papua Organization (OPM) labeled as the Armed Criminal Group responsible for the event. The incident ignited the spirit of the OPM to re-ignite the fire of struggle to part with the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. But like two sides of a coin, on the one hand, OPM knows that the incident can make them appear to exist both domestically, Southeast Asia, to the corners of the world. To part with the parent country, at least the Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States of 1933 must be the main reference, and it will be difficult because the elements in Article 1 alone they (OPM) have been unable to fulfill, the proof is that until now the OPM has not been included in the Non-Self-Governing Territory category in accordance with the rules of the United Nations Charter.

Abstract
This study examines the relationship between self-efficacy and reduced audit quality practices (RAQP), including the moderating effect of burnout. Based on prior research self-efficacy has the potential to, directly and indirectly, reduce RAQP, and burnout may enhance the possibility of RAQP. The reduction effect in RAQP is hypothesized as a consequence of self-efficacy, serving as another source of influencing factors. A questionnaire consists of 24 items using seven points Likert scale was deployed to public auditors in Indonesia. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to run the data from the 236 samples gathered. The findings provide the support that auditors burnout correlates to RAQP, and self-efficacy reduces the burnout and RAQP. Based on these findings, we suggest future research to investigate possible intervention strategies designed to counteract the effects of burnout towards audit quality by strengthening the auditors- self-efficacy that manifest in negative consequences to the individual and the firm.

Abstract
The company has a goal to meet market demand, increase competitiveness and improve performance. Achievement of these goals shows the results of the work owned by resources, especially from HR so that many companies implement HR management systems as a way to maximize the ability of employees to improve performance towards organizational optimization. One step in HR management is to make sure they are satisfied with their work. Job satisfaction as a positive or negative attitude towards work so that if an employee feels satisfied, he will contribute optimally. Job satisfaction is also assessed from the suitability of the work with the personality of the person who is doing it, so that in carrying out work rotation, the company needs to pay attention to this further. This research was conducted in the Wilayah Telkom Lampung with the achievement in 2018 of 90.27%. The percentage of employees experiencing job rotation during 2018 is 23% of total employees and the level of job satisfaction is 90% on work rotation. This is a concern even though employees are satisfied with work rotation, but 94% employee performance is only categorized as P3. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job rotation on performance, determine the effect of job rotation on job satisfaction, determine the effect of job satisfaction on performance and determine the role of job satisfaction as a mediator between job rotation on performance. The design of this study is causal research by seeking explanations in the form of a causal relationship between several variables. The analysis approach uses a quantitative data collection approach that examines the population with the method of collecting data using a questionnaire. Questionnaire measurement uses a Likert scale with 68 respondents. Analysis of data processing in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis to see the distribution of data, and in this study there are mediating variables that theoretically can affect the causal relationship between independent variables and dependent variables so that they are further processed using regression analysis of the Causal Step method and Product Coefficients.

Abstract
Manufacture industries spent more than 50% of budget to buy raw material from suppliers. Procurement and supply become concern of management. Furthermore, an effective management is needed in order to provide optimal results for the company. However, the company has tendency to be dependent on suppliers, hence, it caused some risks, such as limited control of the company on availability, delivery schedules and the quality of the products produced. Developing good relations is an idea to improve competitiveness to other companies. Supplier segmentation is grouping of some suppliers which are shared the common characteristics. It is important for companies that have many suppliers. Supplier segmentation leads to some segments which each requires a separate strategy for the management. The purpose of this study is to make supplier segmentation based on priority of the capability and willingness variables. Furthermore, the appropriate strategy for each segment will be determined. Supplier capabilities can be evaluated from product quality, price, monitoring technology, innovation and others. On the other hand, willingness can be evaluated from the criteria of communication openness, commitment to always make improvements to products and processes, long-term relationships and others. The Focus Group Discussion method will be used as the method to select the variable. Then the selected variables will be weighted using ANP (Analytical Network Process). This study will be conducted in a pipe company in which suppliers which will be segmented are raw material suppliers. From segmentation, there are 2 suppliers in segment 2, 2 suppliers in segment 3, and 10 suppliers in segment 4. The results of that segmentation are then used by company for supplier development in the different segment.

Abstract
Account receivables are one of the problems faced by companies that provide postpaid or payment at the end of the period. PT PLN (Persero) Pasuruan Customer Service Managing Unit (UP3) is one of the sixteen units that have quite high arrears in the East Java Distribution Main Unit (UID). With a composition of 53% postpaid subscribers from over 900,000 registered customers, accounts receivable that issued every month reach 293 billion Rupiah. Of that value, more than 4.5 billion Rupiah is receivable arrears. Several improvements have been made by PT PLN (Persero) to increase the accounts receivable turnover ratio, such as socialization, cooperation with local governments, installation of banners and others. However, these efforts have not yet gotten optimal results. One other effort that gets pretty good results is by collaborating with third parties through billing officers. From the data obtained, several customer service units have gotten quite good results, but five of the nine customer service units in UP3 Pasuruan have not had satisfactory results. This is because the officers bear too heavy workloads. The research uses the NASA-Task Load Index (TLX) and Rating Scale Mental Effort (RSME) method to measure the mental workload of an officer. Objective research methods are also conducted through Stopwatch Time Study to measure the needs of standard time and calculate Full Time Equivalent (FTE), so that the optimal number of officers can be determined. The results found that the billing personnel had a considerable workload, so the required transfer and the addition of the number of billing officers in some service units.
