Abstract
Project planning has a high level of uncertainty in execution so it needs to be controlled and good planning in every process. The Maturity Model (MM) approach is used to measure the level of development in project planning, and that level is measured by maturity level to determine project planning at which level of MM. In this research, the MM method is implemented together with waste identification of project activity at the executing stage which has not been done before by other researchers. Waste Identification is introduced to find out the reason why project planning is at that level. The purpose of this study is to eliminate waste and identifying the level of maturity will increase the maturity level of planning so the MM level will go up and project more developed. The dredging project was taken as a research object because it has an iterative process, so the lean method can be used. Researchers use MMLPPC to measure the maturity level of project planning. After that, identifying project activities waste during the execution stage using WAM and VALSAT methods. The results are to recognize the maturity level of project planning to go to the next level and make an improvement to develop the next project.

Abstract
Higher education in Indonesia has started to elaborate the rapid transition that has led to concerns as to whether or not the skills and knowledge of the increased supply of graduates are being fully utilized in employment. In Indonesia, the government plays an important role in the funding, regulation, monitoring and delivery of higher education. In recent times, there has been an increased supply of graduates from these programmes, but there appears to be a gap between graduates theoretical knowledge and “work-readiness” qualifications. Quality and accreditation are the heart of much debate for academic institution. As a result, an exciting but rather complex, picture of higher education in Indonesia is changing. It is therefore important that educators are au fait with the impact of this gap between theory and practice and develop strategies to build a bridge between these two areas. This paper discusses an attempt to close this gap in the form of a team-based assignment project, called “Socio-Eco-Preneurship” project, that was undertaken by the author and her students at Master in Management Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Telkom University, a higher education institution under PT. TELKOM Education Foundation or Yayasan Pendidikan Telkom (YPT). The new curriculum for graduate students launched at the start of the academic year 2019/2020 and “Socio-Eco-Preneurship” project was part of the new curriculum implementation during this transition period.

Abstract
Geneticists have succeeded in producing and strict selection a better broiler breeds that can that can provide better yields for shorter periods of time. However, chicken farm management is still a significant factor in producing broiler production. Some risks in the maintenance phase that are not treated early become one of the causes. This paper proposed application of risk management to identify, assess, analyze risks events in boiler farm management and how to mitigate those critical risks to increase the performance and productivity of the broiler production in closed house system. Bayesian networks can be used to analyze more specific information regarding rearing management and can be expected to provide solutions for the issue. Five processes in broiler management identified as basis to identify risk events such as receiving DOC, brooding period in 1st week, brooding period in 2nd week, growing period in 3rd week, growing period in 4th week until catching. Several risk events have identified based on interview and related literature and document such as risk of bad quality DOC on receiving DOC until risk of heat stress impact on last growing period . Measurable risk analysis is expected to revise any bad rearing management.

Abstract
Electronic word of mouth (eWOM) recognized as a highly influential aspect in online consumer behaviour, information transfer between customers is considered as a more relevant marketing communication than any company commercial advertising; consumers tend to seek information provided by experienced and credible informant in online platform especially for high involvement products like a vehicle. However, consumers tend to be less interested in participating in eWOM especially on experiential products. The goal of this research is to determine what factors from consumption value theory that motivates electric vehicle consumers to contribute in eWOM. Most consumers online are characterized as “lurkers” who read information and reviews but rarely or never participate (Heinonen, 2011 and Rau et al. 2008). For these reasons, understanding social/relational interactions in eWOM communication through the application of social relationship theories may no be entirely appropriate in the context of social media websites (Brown et al., 2007). A questionnaire is used to test the hypothesis using SPSS and Lisrel. This research aims to analyse what factors that attract online consumers and determine their motivation to contribute to Ewom.

Abstract
It is undeniable that in the use of IT services can not be avoided from problems. A functional unit is required to handle problems in IT services that occur in the organization to ensure IT services can provide value to the organization, namely the Service desk that acts as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between service providers and users. E-government IT services have their own uniqueness that can be seen from various aspects including organizational culture, drivers, budgets, to human resources. Various studies related to service desk previously have discussed a lot about how the service desk process model in general. However, the overall existing process model does not explain the accuracy of its use in certain focus areas, but is still being developed for IT services in general. Besides based on previous studies, there are also a number of frameworks or process models that have links with service desks, namely ITIL, The Global Service Desk Standard, ISO 20000, Knowledge-Centered Service, Microsoft Operation Framework, A Guide to Service Desk Concepts and HDI Support Center Standard. The whole also discussed general service desk process. Therefore, this study aims to produce a e-government service desk model by comparing several existing service desk process models and formulating the service desk model by identifying the details of activities based on the characteristics of e-government IT services at each stage.

Abstract
Expected returns are a central input in asset allocation decisions and understanding the drivers of expected-returns variations has been coined the “central organizing question” in modern empirical asset pricing research (Cochrane, 2011). Log-Linear Present Value (LPV) framework offers a more parsimonious accounting-based approach for the estimation of expected returns across international markets. This paper will compare how optimal portfolio can be made based off LPV framework which will be compared to the more established Fama-French Five Factors model. The research uses sample of stocks in Indonesian Stock Exchange with observation period of five years, starting from November 2014. Portfolio was formed from selection of 50 stocks using Sharpe ratio as proxy for optimal reward-to-risk ratio. The research finding suggests that Fama French Five Factors model shows superior portfolio.

Abstract
This study aims to investigate and compare the performance of Fama-French Five Factor Model and Hou et.al q5 factor model before and after the effect of transaction cost is taken into account in Indonesia Stock Market. To compare the performance of each factor before transaction cost, we use ordinary least square with monthly time-series data from 2002 to 2018. When comparing the performance of each factor after transaction cost, we use new performance metric from Novy-Marx and Velikov (2016) named generalized alpha. We find that Hou et.al q5 factor model cannot explain Fama-French SMB and HML factor while Fama-French five factor model cannot explain ROE and IA factor of Hou et.al q5 factor model. Except for SMB factor, this result is robust even when transaction cost is incorporated into the analysis. Our findings indicates that transaction cost is not a significant factor for comparing both model despite of monthly rebalancing of Hou et.al q5 factor model.

Abstract
This paper observes the linkage between working capital management and firm financial performance of manufacturers in ASEAN-5 (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, and Singapore). In the previous research, the optimum working capital investment was sensitive to financial constraint in which the relation shows the U-shaped. The fundamental information was used as the variable in order to see such sensitivity. In contrast, this paper uses not only fundamental information but also financial development index (published by World Bank) as variables. Therefore, we can see the influence of country development on working capital management. The paper also analyses whether the optimal working capital level for manufacturers with financial constraint are lower than those who are unconstraint. This can help the management in deciding the optimal investment level on working capital and maximizing the firm-s value and performance.

This research scrutinizes more in-depth the application of human resource management in hotels that won the Green Hotel Awards. The research is conducted through perceptions and green human resource management concepts related to employee commitment, employee ecological behavior, and environmental performance of the green hotel award-winning hotel
