Abstract
The price of Palm Fatty Acid Distillate (PFAD) is relatively cheap and its utilization does not compete with food needs. The availability of PFAD in Indonesia is considered sufficient as a supply of raw material for making biodiesel. This study aims to make biodiesel that is in accordance with SNI 7182-2015 with PFAD raw materials and to determine the Induction Period (IP) value of biodiesel made without and with the addition of antioxidant Z. The research stage begins from making biodiesel through etherification reaction and continues with the determination of each IP biodiesel using a modified Rancimat device. PFAD used as raw material is composed of free fatty acids, 88.35% mol of saturated fatty acids and 11.5% mol of unsaturated fatty acids, or the total free fatty acids of 99.85% mol. Biodiesel with PFAD raw material was successfully made with the value of viscosity, density, alkyl ester content and oxidative stability value are in accordance with SNI 7182-2015, but the value of water content and acid number values are out of range with SNI 7182-2015. The average IP of produced biodiesel without addition of antioxidant has reached the minimum standard of 6 hours, which is equal to 6.15 hours

Abstract
Plastic label company is one of the manufacturers that provides plastic label products in the form of Flexible Packaging. Company production data in 2018 show that there is a fluctuation in the amount of Defect. Not only that, the defect value is always above the maximum limit applied by the company which is a maximum of 8%. Data on the number of compliance with Flexible Packaging requests from 2015 to 2018 continues to decline. Increasing productivity by reducing waste becomes one of the things that need to be done to increase production. Waste analysis in the Flexible Packaging production process is carried out by the Seven Waste Assessment (SWA) and Waste Relationship Matrix (WRM) methods. SWA is used to identify waste, while WRM is used to determine the level of interrelation between waste. Also carried out weighting of each waste with the Waste Assessment Questionnaire (WAQ) method. From the weighting of waste chosen appropriate tools using the VALSAT method. From this study produced four priority wastes that will be recommended to be reduced, namely Motion, Defect, Inventory and Transportation. The recommended improvement for Waste Motion is to implement Quality Improvement, namely the application of 5S principles. Whereas recommendations for improvement for waste transportation by changing the layout of the factory engine using the U-Shape Layout principle. Reduce improvements to Inventory waste by applying the principles and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) equations to control raw materials and adding lamination machines to reduce WIP Printing Inventory. Meanwhile, to reduce waste Defect, it is recommended that the Poka-Yoke principle be applied in the production of Flexible Packaging.

Abstract
In Indonesia, agency problems in the family structure has developed even further due to concentrated ownership adoption on publicly traded firms. This study aimed to determine the effect of family structure on the cash flow sensitivity of cash (CFSC) in manufacture sector. It also investigates the indirect impact of busy directors as a moderating effect on this relation. These finding suggests that families are likely to hold more cash out of their cash flows for expropriation purposes. This study uses secondary data from all manufacturing firms that are listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. Family structure is measured by family ownership and a CEO family member, cash flow sensitivity of cash is determined by the change in cash and cash equivalent of total assets, meanwhile busy directors as a attribute of board is measured by dummy of board of commissionaires. In this study also measured the control effect of firm-s size, the market to book ratio, capital expenditure, and the change in net working capital. The results shows that family structure has positive impact on cash flow sensitivity of cash and statistically significant. Meanwhile, the indirect impact of busy directors found to have a negative effect and weakened the relationship of family structure and cash flow sensitivity of cash, suggesting that the quality of busy directors is an efficient corporate governance tools that is likely to monitor family corporate decisios.

Abstract
There are still plenty of rooms for the manufacturing industry in Indonesia to potentially grow and develop, despite that the current condition in the industrial revolution 4.0 era is more advantageous to the service industry. However, the industrial challenge regarding manpower turnover is still unavoidable until now, especially in the manufacturing sector, which mostly hires temporary workers. The consequence of industrial revolution 4.0 disruption has also given a significant contribution to replace manpower with automated machine technology. As many factor-related had been raised to analyze the root cause of intentional turnover issues, this study examines the correlation analysis of job satisfaction (including nine different dimensions), as an independent variable, and employee turnover intention using work-life enrichment as the mediating variable in PT Excel Metal Industry. Local survey on 133 production operators are collected as respondents to test the proposed conceptual model, classify to only Casting, Machining, and Finishing department. Under limited scopes and manufacturing circumstances, this study provides comprehensive statistical analysis, which determines the correlation among all variables using the linear regression method using SPSS software. More importantly, results are delivered to test the hypothesis in the proposed conceptual model. Based on the research, we found that both job satisfaction and work-life enrichment are inversely correlated to employee turnover intention. The result shows the significance regression values of 0.000 and 0.030 between both job satisfaction and work-life enrichment. The coefficient regression values were -0.146 for job satisfaction and -0.190 for work-life enrichment. The data is normally distributed for each variable based on the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test of normality. Furthermore, we found a linear correlation to turnover intentions for both variables. Job satisfaction contributes around 0.635, while work-life enrichment contributes around 0.302 in deviation for linearity test. Finally, theoretical analysis, practical implication, and management recommendations are discussed. Recommendations for further study are also added.

Abstract
During 2011-2015, the export of essential oils increased from $580 to $637 billion, making Indonesia as the 12th largest suppliers. However, in the previous researches, problems faced by the industry include uneven organizations of farmers and the visible income gap of each essential oil supply chain. Moreover, farmers are faced with production risks, price fluctuations, and limited marketing channels. The purpose of this research is to examine a solution to stabilize the welfare of farmers and refiners as part of the upstream essential oil industry. We use case study method at two agriculture areas and obtained data through in-depth interviews and observations. The study shows that stabilization can be achieved through the paradigm approach that both farmers and refiners are entrepreneurs. Thus, suitable business models for both are generated. Second, there must be a linkage between farmers- production level and industry needs through agricultural cooperative so the production plan will always be aligned with the market.

Abstract
This paper delineates the implementation of a business coaching program conducted in an Indonesian Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSME), named ENF, operated in the food and beverage industry. The objectives of this study are to explore MSME-s potentials and challenges, analyze MSME-s problems, and provide solutions. This study is based on a qualitative method, which is gathering the data through interviews, observations and written documentations, and using five external and internal analysis tools, namely (1) Porter-s Five Forces, (2) Business Process, (3) Business Model Canvas, (4) Marketing Mix, and (5) SWOT. The analysis shows that EnF is facing financial issues in preparing financial statements and evaluating the price setting. For the financial issues, we recommend using an Android-based mobile financial application called Akuntansi UKM to record financial information systematically and accurately. The application generates financial reports to improve the MSME-s performance. For the latter issue, we recommend cost-based pricing to recalculate the cost of goods sold and formulate price setting by markup per unit.

Abstract
Indonesia will experience a demographic bonus in the period between 2020-2030 that will only occur once in the history of a nations journey. At that time, the age of the labor force reached around 70 percent. The millennial generation is the major productive age population in this era. The millennial generation, who has extreme fun and social values, makes organizations consider to introduce fun at work to retain employees. The phenomenon of war for talent makes the need to reduce employee turnover intention increasingly important. This study also focuses on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), which contribute to organizational effectiveness. This study examines and explains how fun at work could influence turnover intention and OCB with affective commitment as a mediating variable. This study was conducted on 316 millennial employees in the digital creative industry. The respondents completed a questionnaire to assess elements of fun at work, turnover intention, OCB, and affective commitment. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method is used to show the causal relationships between these variables. We found that fun at work was negatively and directly related to turnover intention and positively and directly related to OCB. In addition, having fun at work are also more likely to increase millennials- affective commitment in organizations, and consequently, bring a more significant impact on reducing turnover intention and increasing OCB. This study provides evidence that implementing fun at work can help organizations manage millennial employee turnover rates. Creating a fun and comfortable work environment can also encourage them to give their best performance through OCB. To the best of our knowledge, research that explores the impact of fun at work in the digital creative industry is still very limited. Currently the industry is making a significant contribution to the national economy and millennial generation plays an important role in it.

Abstract
The objective of this research is to examine the influence of role overload on organizational citizenship behavior of National Standardization Agency (BSN) employees, mediated by emotional exhaustion and investigate the influence of supervisor autonomy support as a moderating variable on the relationship between role overload and emotional exhaustion. The proposed model is built based on the Conservation of Resource theory and the theory of Self-Determination. All of the participants in this study were permanents employees of BSN. Data were collected using an online survey, and all analyses were carried out using SPSS and SEM-PLS. Based on the study of 212 employees from BSN, the results provide support for a hypothetical model that determines the correlation among all variables. The role overload was found to have an indirect and negative effect on OCB through emotional exhaustion, and supervisor autonomy support was found to buffer the negative relationship between role overload and emotional exhaustion, and indirectly to organizational citizenship behavior. These findings may help us to understand the intervening variable that may explain the negative relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and challenge stressors. Furthermore, this findings provide information about managerial practices at government agencies to reduce the negative effects of excessive workloads.

Abstract
During this time, the competency framework for the Government Internal Oversight Apparatus (APIP) has no clear theoretical foundation concerning supervisory performance or the personality of the officers. Holistic personality theory is seen to be able to build a competency and personality relationship framework so that it can be selected from the beginning in which personality is capable of producing the best performance for the implementation of the APIP task. Based on these considerations, the purpose of this study, in general, is to analyze the various relationships between personality and cognitive, emotional, and social competencies in predicting the performance of regional inspectorate APIP supervisors following holistic personality theory. The survey was conducted on 180 respondents in 11 inspectorates in Bengkulu province to examine the relationship between variables. Respondents consisted of 123 auditors and 57 local government supervisors. This study examines the variables of personality extroversion, neurotic, conscientiousness, openness, agreeableness, cognitive competence, emotional, social, generic, and supervisor performance. The relationship between these variables was examined using the structural equation model and the Sobel test. Model development is carried out by analyzing four new personality types: average personality, calm, selfish, and role models. This study found a significant relationship between personality and cognitive competence, between cognitive competence with generic competence, and between generic competence and supervisor performance. The results of the study also indicate that cognitive competence can mediate the relationship of personality to generic competencies, and generic competencies mediate the relationship between cognitive competence and supervisor performance. Furthermore, it was found that personality role model that has a positive effect on employee cognitive competence. The results of this study suggest that organizations improve generic competence. The organizations also need to carry out activities that can support cognitive competencies such as specialized training and plan training to improve the personality of the employee.

Abstract
The overarching question for the government as the sole owner of the State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) is why the company needs to be owned by the state. On the other hand, there are SOEs that conduct similar business activities like Indonesia Trading Company (ITC) – PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia (PPI) and Perum Badan Urusan Logistik (Bulog). This study aims to measure the financial health of business, performance and competitiveness as well as to predict the risk of bankruptcy of ITC itself. This research was conducted by using secondary data from the company-s financial statement and the application of the Altman model and the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. As the result of the research about the financial health of the company, it has not shown positive performance and even loss. It can be seen from the Altman Z-Score which is in the gray area and also while using the DEA method, the efficiency score shows less than one. This study recommends that a restructuring of ITC can be carried out to make this SOE healthy, so it can operate efficiently, transparently and professionally. To realize this, this study finds the possibility of Perum Bulog to acquire ITC.

Abstract
This research analyzes work-family balance as a mediator of the relationship between social support from multiple domain (supervisor support, co-worker support, partner support) and job satisfaction on offshore workers. This research uses quantitative methods employing self-administered survey. A total of 230 respondents filled out the questionnaire, both online and offline. The analysis involves the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The findings show that work-family balance has a mediating role in two sources of social supports (supervisor support and partner support). This result indicates that increasing work-family balance is due to social support received by offshore workers that affects job satisfaction. Work-family balance does not provide significant effect on co-worker support and job satisfaction; however, there is a positive correlation. The mediating role of work-family balance occurs most effectively in the relationship between partner support and job satisfaction. The research contributes to the understanding of the work family-balance as an intervening variable to solve job satisfaction problem of offshore workers, especially in Indonesia because only a few researches has been done on this topic.

Abstract
Internet becomes the major need in Indonesian households. Based on APJII data in 2019, therere 500 Internet Service Providers, both mobile and fixed internet. For fixed internet service providers (FISP) alone, the customer faced the top 6 of FISP which can be an alternative for providing household needs. This study examines the factors that influence a customers switching intention on fixed internet services provider using the Push-Pull Mooring model. The study employs a quantitative approach using an online survey on about 200 Indonesian respondents experience using cable internet for at least one month. The study uses the structural equation model to examine the data. The result shows that push factors (service quality, perceived price, perceived value), and pull factor (alternative attractiveness, subjective norm) have positive impacts on switching intention, and mooring factors (inertia, commitment) has a negative impact to switching intention. For moderation, the mooring factor has a varying level impact on switching intention. The validation of the most factors influencing customer-s switching intention can be a reference for the internet service provider to formulate a marketing strategy to minimize customer-s switching intention. This study builds a comprehensive model of the customer switching intention for internet service providers in Indonesia.

Abstract
The revenue apparel from garment and textiles industry in Indonesia reaching almost USD 16 billion (2018). It offered employment to 4.2 million people in 2016, majority of them women. However, finding shows that the industry is plagued by poor working conditions, such as long hours, low wages and insufficient occupational safety and health standards and abusive practices such as the verbal and sexual harassment. From previous studies showed that high commitment HR practices were positively related with job satisfaction through mediating effect of psychological contract and job security. High commitment HR practices were positively related to employee performance through the mediating effect of perceived organizational support (Latorre et al., 2016). Resilience which known as phenomenon with positive psychological capacity to recover, to rise again from adversity, uncertainty, conflict, failure or even positive change, progress and increased responsibility, positively related with job satisfaction (Siu et al., 2009; Youssef & Luthans, 2007). Empowerment was positively related with job satisfaction (Kirkman & Rossen, 1999). Then, job satisfaction is negatively related to turnover intention and positively related to employee performance (Allen et al., 2003; Latorre et al., 2016). This study is conceptual paper which explore employment relationship and job satisfaction in garment factories.

Abstract
The thalassemias are a group of inherited hematologic disorders caused by defects in the synthesis of one or more of the hemoglobin chains. Affected patients need blood transfusion regularly during their lifetime. Repeated transfusion will increase ferritin levels and cause hemosiderosis in various organ including lungs. The aim of this study was to find correlation between ferritin levels and pulmonary function in thalassemia patients seen from PEF measurement. This was an observational analytic study with cross sectional design. Ferritin levels was taken from medical record and PEF measurement using peak flow meter. This study was performed to 35 thalassemia patients. Data were analyzed using pearson test with STATA ver 11.0. The result shows mean value of ferritin levels was 4917,043 (SD±2493,99) ng/dL, meanwhile mean value of PEF was 126,57 (SD±51,86) L/min. This result indicate there was no significant correlation between those two variables. Increase in ferritin value because of repeated transfusions and hemolysis will induce hemosiderosis and pulmonary dysfunction. Besides of pulmonary dysfunction, another condition will affect the result of pulmonary function measurement which reflected by PEF value.

Abstract
The research was conducted to reconstruct molecular engineering activity for chemistry teacher education through interactive simulations on ionic liquids structure-properties relationships. This activity is aimed to enhance the View of Nature of Science and Technology (VNOST) of the pre-service chemistry teacher. This study refers to the Model of Educational Reconstruction (MER) with three steps: (1) scientists conception study, (2) study of students pre-conceptions, and (3) design and development of learning environments. The instruments used were text analysis form, validation form, interview guidelines, VNOST questionnaire, expert assessment form and the test items available in the interactive simulation program. The questionnaire and interview were conducted to 20 pre-service teacher of the fifth year students. According to the scientific perspective and the results of the validation of learning outcomes, the chemical concepts related to the topic of ionic liquids structure-properties relationships are ionic bonds, inter-molecular interactions, melting points and salt melting processes. The results of the interviews as preconception data indicated that the topic of ionic liquids structure-properties relationships is new to students but some students can relate them to the related chemical concepts after analyzing illustration pictures and animation. The initial understanding of VNOST students is generally in the category of Has Merit and Naïve. All data obtained is used as the basis for the reconstruction of interactive simulations. The results of expert judgement of the simulation in terms of the media obtained a CVR value of 90% and in terms of content of 93%. The results of a small scale trial of the simulation which involved 15 pre-service teachers showed an increase of the number of the pre-service teachers with Realist category of their VNOST. This shows that the reconstructed interactive simulation is feasible to be implemented in learning to build pre-service teachers VNOST.
