Abstract
Anthropometry is the most universally applicable, inexpensive, and non-invasive method available to evaluate the proportion, size and composition of the human body. Many research shows that elevated blood pressure and excess weight are established major risk factors for cardiovascular disease (CVD). The preliminary studies addressed issues raised by this relationship. These included the strength of relationship between hypertension and aging, cigarettes smoking, physical activity, the prevalence of hypertension at various levels of obesity, and blood glucose. On the other side, the accuracy of sphygmomanometer is crucial to give the true value of blood pressure. The failure of sphygmomanometer can change blood pressure classification in these patients. In this study, we evaluate the correlation between body weight, aging and blood pressure value as preliminary study to get the critical value of sphygmomanometer calibration. The interactions between blood pressure and body weight and aging were examined using data from 100 participants. Either the systolic and diastolic blood pressure was examined with body weight and age, then the cardiovascular disease (hypertension risk) analyze using WHO classification of blood pressure range. The correlation between blood pressure (both systolic and diastolic) with body weight shows the negative correlation (p<0.05). The odds ratio for hypertension increased by 10% for each additional body weight, compared to 6% for each year increase in age. The correlation between blood pressure with body weight is negative. Furthermore, the association between blood pressure and body weight is higher than age. It is found the new paradigm about critical value of sphygmomanometer calibration, the calibration should have specific range for the certain body weight.

Abstract
At this moment it is realized that the diminished knowledge of local culture is a guideline in community life. The increasingly advanced impact of science and technology makes cultural values less. There needs to be a relationship of science and technology that does not leave cultural values in the students so that life is aligned so that technological advancement is coupled with the cultural values inherent in the students. The presence of technology is not a barrier for students to create and innovate. Rather, students can train students to convey positive new ideas and not contradict the culture of the community. One of the patterns of kinship adopted from the value of Batak culture contains many positive and good elements that can be used as a role model in the use of technology. Making the use of technology is growing by having a cultural corridor that can align in its development and use in both the digital world though. In this study gave birth to a visual learning media that collaborated with the values of Batak culture. The research is using the 4 D Thiaganrajan development model consisting of Define, Design, Development and Dissemination. The validation results of three experts consisting of material experts, design experts and media experts with a very decent category. Abstract
PT.Virginia Indonesia Company (PT. VICO) is one of the oil and gas company which production of coal bed methane. The company is located in East Kalimantan province with the basin are processes namely Kutai Basin. Calculation of methane gas in place of coal bed can be done by several methods such as : material balance, volumetric and desorption test. Each method has its advantage and disadvantages. The method that used by PT. VICO to calculate gas in place at the moment is only the method of material balance. By using that method for calculating gas in place considered less accurate. Therefore we need other method of calculation of gas in comparison and evaluation of whether the value obtained relatively the same. One method of calculation, named volumetric method. This research will analyze the determination of the methane gas in place of coal using a volumetric method at Mutiara field PT VICO, East Kalimantan. Abstract
In this paper, we report magnetic and microwave absorbing properties of magnetic based nanocomposites, which synthesized through mechanically alloyed the magnetic crystalline powders. The first component of composite was Mn andTi doped Barium hexaferrite (BaFe12O19) or BHF obtained through a mechanical alloying process which was mixed with the second component of mechanically alloyed the CoFe2O4 magnetic compound to form composites of [Ba (Fe, Mn, Ti) 12O19]1-x/[CoFe2O4] x (x = 0.2; 0.5; 0.8) compositions. Prior to composite the two magnetic components, the remanence and saturation magnetization of the components were obtained optimally. Before Mn-Ti doping, the BHF has remanence (Mr) and saturation magnetization 0.206 T and 0.42 T respectively, with the corresponding coersivity (Hc) was 263.1 kA/m. On the other hand, CoFe2O4 (CFO) which has a high saturation magnetization (0.48 T) but with a low coersivity (16.22 kA/m). In form of magnetic composite, the high remanence was almost retained, but with the coercivity value decreased further to the lowest 80.82 kA/m. These two main properties (high remanence and low coercivity) were led the composite being good candidates for microwave absorbing materials. Microwave absorbing characteristics of [Ba(Fe,Mn,Ti)12O19]1-x/[CoFe2O4]x (x = 0.2; 0.5; 0.8) composites were discussed inthis paperin relation with their corresponding magnetic properties for designing the best microwave absorbing materials.

Abstract
Recent theory and research efforts have demonstrated the efficacy of brand communities at establishing long-term relationships with their customers (Carlson, Suter, & Brown, 2008). Therefore, marketers are becoming more aware and increasingly interested in creating brand communities. However, the psychological underpinnings of customer perceptions about the community with other brand users are less explored. The theory used in this study is social identity theory by examining new antecedents and consequences of psychological sense of brand community (PSBC) within the context of iPhone users. An online survey was conducted during 1 week in October 2019 with 160 usable responses collected. The measurements were adapted from previous related studies. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to assess the hypothesized relationships. The findings showed that PSBC positively contributes to iPhone users- commitment and loyalty regardless of the presence of their social interaction with one another.

Abstract
As the world population grows, tourism has become the cornerstone of the global economy. This study aims to analyze the relationship between market orientation (MO) on service quality (SQ) and customer satisfaction (CS) as well as its impact on organizational performance (OP) in the context of sustainable tourism destinations in Bali. Furthermore, the study also explores the mediating effect of service quality on the relationship between market orientation and customer satisfaction. A total of 37 managers of tourist destination areas with more than three years of experience participated in this research in the Bali region. The data collection technique was carried out with a self-administered questionnaire survey. PLS-based structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data. The results showed that MO significantly influenced SQ, MO influenced SC, MO influenced organizational performance, SQ influenced CS. Interestingly, SQ partially mediates the relationship between MO and SQ. This study provides practical implications for senior managers by implementing market orientation and service quality as a competitive strategy of tourist destination areas to influence customer satisfaction and the yields of business operations. This paper empirically provides an understanding of the implementation of market orientation practices to improve service quality levels and strengthen satisfaction models. Approval of Informed Consent based on available data was found as much as 80 percent of the 300 cases examined at MKDKI (Indonesian Medical Disciplinary Honorary Council) found in the implementation of Informed Consent was incomplete, it is not clear if information is provided before informed consent is carried out and there are some Informed Consent agreements signed by people who have no competence or authority. What are the consequences that can arise with the approval of the informed consent? and what are the legal consequences?. This paper is an empirical study based on field data and then carried out a qualitative analysis and is supported by a statute approach, conceptual approach and medical law (medicolegal approach). The results found that informed consent was incomplete, unclear and not signed by those who did not have competence or authority, because doctors are too busy with other work so do not have time to meet face to face with patients or the patients family, doctors do not have enough knowledge or understanding of the law, the importance of medical approval from the legal aspect, and there are still doctors who think that the patient or family the patient does not have knowledge of medical science so there is no need to get an explanation or information about the medical action as a result there can be a legal defect or illegal actions

Abstract
Criminal law policy is a political law that aims to enable positive criminal law regulations to be formulated better in terms of substance. Criminal fines are the imposition of financial obligations that must be paid by the convicted to the state. Therefore, the regulation needs to be maximized because the fine is included in Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP). There is one major weakness in the substance of criminal fine regulation. The formulation of criminal sanctions for fines in criminal law legislation does not have the power of execution yet, so there are many cases of unpaid fines and it always lead to imprisonment in lieu of fines. Therefore, criminal law policy needs to transform the Collateral Confiscation (Conservatoir Beslaag) in civil legal system with the aim that criminal fines will be more effective in their execution. Collateral Confiscation at the investigation level can be implemented because criminal fines are debts to be paid (Article 1311 of the Civil Code) so that all movable and immovable properties belonging to the debtor (convicted) become the collateral of debtors debt (convicted)

Abstract
Evaluation of genetic such as heritability value and non-genetic fator of reproductive traits play important to improve the breeding and management practices in beef cattle. This study was carried out to evaluate heritability value and non genetic factors affecting reproductive traits in Ongole grade cattle. A total 553 records reproductive triats inculding of age first calving (AFC), calving interval (CI), days open (DO) of cows distributed over a period of 8 years (2012 to 2019) were used to estimate genetic and non genetic parameters Parity, sex, mating system, season and year of birth calf were included in the model to estimate their effect on reproductive traits. Heritability estimation was calculated using Mixed Model analysis by SAS 9.4. The General Linear Model (GLM) procedure of the Statistical Analysis System (SAS) version 9.4 was used to determine non genetic factors. The overall means for AFC, CI and DO were 39.62±0.39 months, 393.81±2.85 days, 84.29±0.34% , respectively. The results showed that AFC, CI and DO were significantly (P<0.01) influenced by mating system but sex, parity, year of birth had no significant (P>0.05) effect. With regard to AFC, season affected AFC of ongole grade. Estimation of heritability AFC, CI and DO were 0.28±0.026; 0.46±0.007 and 0.21±0.040 respectively. It might be concluded that an improvement in Ongole grade cattle reproductive traits is possible through improving genetic merit by selection criteria using genetic paramters and utilisation of controlled breeding techniques.

Abstract
Family Involvement in the Implementation of Education in the Early Childhood Unit in Instilling Nationalism Values (Darnowo, M.Pd, Erni Sukmawati Dewi, M.Pd, Yedi Kusmayadi, S.Pd) ABSTRACT Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation No. 30 2017 concerning Family Involvement in Education Units explains that family has a strategic role in supporting the delivery of education to achieve national education goals, and the involvement of families in the administration of education requires synergy among education units, families and communities. This is in line with the thought of Ki Hajar Dewantoro who stated that education was a shared responsibility among education units, families and communities known as the tri education center. The results of the preliminary study indicated that the ECCE units had been conducting a family engagement, though its implementation was not yet optimum, including: 1) the parents meeting with the teacher was only at the time of the distribution of childrens development reports 2). The implementation of parent classes was still lacking in media and methods and did not yet involve parents as resource persons, 3) Inspirational classes did not yet involve parents as resource persons and methods were not varied, 4) Class performances were limited to the performance of children and did not involve parents from the beginning. The survey, in Anggita Putri (2013) concluded that junior and senior high school students in the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok and Bekasi regions, considered Pancasila to be no longer relevant as the basis of the State (25.8%), justifying the bombing (7.5%), agreeing enactment of Islamic Sharia (21.1%), approved of radical actions (28.2%), lazy to follow the flag ceremony (83.3%), preferred foreign products (73.3%), did not care about the problem - the problems faced by the nation (63.3%), like schools abroad 56.7%, prefer foreign names (40%), feel western figures are better (33.3%). To answer the above problems, Center for Development of ECCE and Community Education West Java developed a model of involving families in the provision of education in ECCE units in inculcating nationalism values. The model was supposed to encourage ECCE units to seek parental involvement in various activities that support the educational process and inculcating nationalism in children. The model of involving families in the provision of education in ECCE units was an innovative pattern that reflects the synergy among the school, parents and the community. The scope of the model included a description of the management of the family engagement program, and the optimization of family involvement to increase the awareness, role and ability of parents in supporting education and inculcation of childrens nationalism. The model developed was divided into 3 major stages, namely the stages of design, action, and the results stage for the activities of educational unit meetings with parents, parent classes, inspirational classes, and classroom performances. The model aimed to: 1) Increase the value of nationalism of students, 2) instill love in the nations culture in students, 3) reduce individualistic attitudes, consumerism, in some communities, 4) Increase parental participation in teacher meetings, 4) Strengthen Students Nationalism character and values , 5) Increasing parents knowledge, attitudes and skills in family education. The method used in the development of this model was the research and development method, through the collecting, processing, analyzing, and presenting of data, which were carried out systematically and objectively accompanied by activities to develop a product to solve the problems faced. This method was considered suitable bearing in mind the purpose of developing the ECCE and Community Education models, which intended not to find theories, but rather to produce or develop a product that can be used as an input for policy making, as well as a formula for improving the quality of education services, in this case family education services. This model has been tested in 4 locations, Wiyata Bhakti Play Group, Kab. Purwakarta, Dewi Pramanik ECCE unit in City of Bandung, Golden Age Kindergarten, Kab. Subang, Public Kindergarten in Cimahi. The products produced included model, dictates (patriotism, diversity, and nationality), and media (posters, flipcharts, discussion cards). The results of the family involvement program in ECCE units are supposed to have a positive impact on students in the form of having the character of nationalism

Abstract
abstract Model of Educational for Sustainable Development (ESD) Insight-Based Pre Literacy Learning Media Current environmental conditions are declining or experiencing degradation both in quality and quantity. This is in line with the increase in human activities in meeting the needs that tend to try to obtain the maximum benefit without regard to the preservation of environmental and social aspects. It is necessary to have a holistic understanding of the use of the environment in meeting human needs to always strive to create a balance between meeting needs with the preservation of the natural environment. Thus meeting the needs of the present can be met without reducing the quality and quantity for meeting the needs of future generations. ESD is a holistic approach that is not just a process of providing knowledge about sustainability or environmental issues, but, rather, the challenge of changing peoples mindsets and actions (Weber at UNESCO, 2012). This is what is meant by the mindset of thinking about Educational Sustainable Development (ESD). ESD mindset formation will be very appropriate if done from an early age because at this age a variety of growth and development begins and lasts, which will be the basis for further child development. The introduction of ESD from an early age is expected to provide understanding and build awareness of the surrounding environment from an early age, so that it will encourage the empowerment of children in interacting with the natural environment, social environment and economic environment. Pre-literacy is an important ability for children to develop the ability to interact with the natural, social and economic environment. The ability of pre-literacy for early childhood is done by preparing a literacy environment through various ways and various media that are interesting and in accordance with the principles and ways of early childhood learning. Therefore, ESD-oriented pre-literacy learning media are needed to build an ESD mindset early on through pre-literacy skills in preparing children for further education. The three pillars in ESD are packaged in a package of learning models for ESD-oriented pre-literacy series which includes: (1) Learning Media Love the Environment; (2) Economic Smart Learning Media Model; (3) Socially Smart Learning Media. Model package The learning media of ESD-oriented pre-literacy series consists of model scripts, story book media, motion media and songs, as well as ladder snake media games, which are equipped with guidelines for their use. Story book, motion and song media as well as ladder snake games are supplements for learning activities with ESD insight. The three media complement each other in building ESD-oriented pre literacy capabilities. This model is focused on children 5-6 year The development activities of this model trial have been carried out through two stages, namely conceptual testing and operational testing. The trial locations used were (1) Alam Pelopor Kindergarten in Bandung Regency, (2) PAUD Kartina Garut Regency, (3) PAUD Almarhamah, Cimahi City. Based on the trial results, the advantages of ESD-oriented pre-literacy learning media models are (1) enriching vocabulary mastery in children, (2) interesting and fun learning processes, (3) fostering positive characters related to the ability to interact with the natural, social and economic environment, (3) the availability of media for the preparation of a literacy environment in PAUD. Abstract
Abstract— Electric Vehicle (EV) cars have developed very rapidly. In line with a growing number on the streets, the need for electric vehicle battery charging stations is increasingly expected. In community, there are three levels of battery charging stations that have been implemented. Level 1 is a charger with a 120 Vac source and it is the slowest charger level. Level 2 is a familiar charger found in homes and garages use a 240 Vac source. While level 3 is a Direct Current Fast Charger (DCFC) charger which is urgently needed for electric vehicle (EV). This paper will present the results of research on charging a Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery using a DCFC buck converter. The converter is dedicated to be a charger of the EV. The result shows that the proposed converter has good performance because it has successfully charged the battery pack at 4 Ampere in the initial stage and it turned into full charge stage in 30 minutes at stable voltage at 14.4 Volt.
