Abstract
El Nino climate is one of the issues related to water management in Indonesia, especially rice plants that only rely on rain water. Therefore, this research has conducted a study to measure water loss or evapotranspiration using the SEBAL algorithm. ET estimation methods like Surface Energy Balance Algorithm for Land (SEBAL) method can be used based on the satellite images. The results of the study showed net radiation flux (Rn) has a real interaction with Surface temperature (St), which increase in the value of Rn along with an increase in St. Next, the values of G, λ and H gradually decrease with decreasing Rn. Compared with H and G, the diurnal variation amplitude of λ is much greater. Overall the actual evapotranspiration value during El Nino climate is smaller than in normal climate. This indicates that there are a lot water in paddy field during normal years compared to El Nino years, although the value of St in El Nino years is higher than normal years.

Abstract
Millennials, or people born between 1981 and 1996, make up the largest portion of the world population and have different traits than other generational cohorts. In 2015, PEW Research Center findings showed that 34% of millenials do not identify with a religion. Millennials believe in human rights more than religion. In connecting with spirituality, they believe in the concept that all human beings are equal. They feel a deep sense of connection in helping each other regardless of gender, race, religion, or political affiliation. They want to defend their future and the planet, which is leading them to choose firms that embrace sustainability. Natural-product consumerism and anything that connects them with nature appeals them. With increased attention being paid to the role of millennials during a time of critical change in Indonesia, this research emphasizes the importance of student specific action and understanding on the implementation of 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 2030) through their learning activities at Telkom University Indonesia, focusing on ecopreneurship and sociopreneurship courses. The ecopreneurship and sociopreneurship concept provides the millennials with ideas, actions and starting points towards a sustainable world. This research is aimed to illustrate the graduate students- perceptions of how the SDGs 2030 create an initiative to view and assess the potential of resources and opportunities with the target of bringing for-profit ventures into existence through their environmental and social lenses.

This study examines how significant others perceptions and positions on the formation of childrens self-concept, and how the childs self-concept in Latimojong Village. The approach in this study uses the phenomenology approach to get a picture of communication behavior related to perception, describe according to the meaning of the subject and a thorough description based on the focus of the study while the significant others in this study are mothers and PAUD teachers. The results of research on the description of the childs self-concept based on the perception of the mother as a significant others ie mothers tend to have negative perceptions compared to positive perceptions including physical, psychological perceptions perceived by character came (fussy and spoiled), and children are more dominant having positive stimuli from peers and the media than the mother while social perception is passiritan (shy), so early children are prone to experiencing negative Pygmalion effects due to the influence of negative mothers perception as a significant other. Furthermore, the significant position of others tends to use the nickname of the reproach of children as a joke, using behavioral discipline and emotional control through promises, using instructions rather than persuasion and reactive to mistakes (labeling bingo or stupid) and less responsive to positive behavior of children. So overall the role of parents and teachers has not been significant, so the importance of nature-based approaches.

Abstract
Population growth and economic development over time has the potential to increase damage on earth. The large number of felling trees and changes in land use for development, the increase in millions of tons of waste, the increase in industry and vehicles also contribute to the threat to the environment. The above problems are not easy to overcome in the near future, need a long process and expensive costs. One solution that can be done by every individual is to love the environment and understand the relationship between humans and the environment, that human behavior will have an impact on the environment which will later return to its own effect on humans. Cultivating a love for the environment can be done from an early age, namely by developing intelligence called naturalistic intelligence. This research was conducted to analyze the role of parents in developing naturalist intelligence in early childhood. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was carried out using observation sheets, in-depth interviews and documentation. The findings of this study reveal that only 42% of parents are developing their childrens naturalist intelligence at home. It was also found that parents who develop their childrens naturalistic intelligence love the environment so much that they want their children to love and protect the environment.

Abstract
Science learning in early childhood is very important to develop all aspects of child development. Learning about science will encourage children to be more creative and critical, but based on our exploration study, there are some problems in science learning. The most crucial problem is the lack of teacher competence in teaching science that is appropriate to children development. Story and Science Experiment to Develop Scientific Attitude of Children is a model to solve that problem. Story in this model is a short story which describes the process of science. Science experiment is an activity doing by the children to practice the process of science. A scientific attitude can be defined as way of viewing things, a curiosity to know how and why things happen with an open mind and governed by facts. There are six scientific attitudes that are developed in this model, they are curiosity, creativity, problem solving, confidence, environmental awareness, and cooperation. This model has twenty stories and science experiments, they are written in 20 flip charts. This model was tried out on 100 Kindergarten respondents, that are divided into experiment and control group. The result of this try out showed that, this model was effective to develop scientific attitude. Based on t independent test, the t value is 12,511 with the p-value 0,000. Because of the p-value 0,000 <  (0,05), so it could be concluded that there is a significant deference of scientific attitude between experiment and control group after using Story and Science Experiment to Develop Scientific Attitude of Children Model. This model has been implemented in some Early Childhood Education Institutions in Central Java.

Abstract
This study aims to explore the role of parents and community to strengthen children literacy. This study using participatory action research (PAR). Data collection are using interview, observation and documentation. This study conducted in Landak and Manggarai Barat, part of Wahana Visi Indonesia area program. The interview is conducted to tutors, parents, and village officer. The result of the study describe that the role of parents assists children literacy through assisting children creating reading corner and by interaction with children after storytelling or reading a book. The support of community, including the availability of reading camp can increase parents- awareness of children literacy. The inhibiting factors of strengthening support children literacy is when parents do not have enough time to support the children and parents have a low literacy competency to assist children. It seems that, when children have access to early childhood education, it may affect parent-s self-efficacy towards their children literacy. Interestingly, parents also have a more positive behavior to be more patient as they know children development stages during assisting children literacy.
