Abstract

Abstract
Down to earth ECCE program implementation is relying on enough planning process at first hand. According to regulation No. 25 Year of 2004, states working unit plan of municipal either district office as bottom line. In fact, musrenbang (= development planning workshop) is start since rembug warga (= neighbourhood meeting) declared. This meeting aimed to identify and collect relevant data and information related to community need and expectation. In 2017, Bandung municipal is piloting e-musrenbang, as an application to assist BAPPEDA as a planning bureau to gather all necessary data source from neighbourhood meeting mechanism. According to ECCE program planning, limited data and information reflects on describing information, somehow data reduction occurs and unable to comply toward the system. Instead of ECCE program planning must be supported real data and required basic information, further data processing still just follow working unit deliberation.

Abstract
Maternal caring in Early Childhood Education (ECE) is a concept that has been heavily debated, praised, and also critiqued. From the feminist point of view, maternal caring equals to unpaid labor done mostly by women as teachers in the centers and mothers at home. The growing post-structuralist influence in many western universities has enabled more diverse opinions pointing at the complex tensions between caring practices and women-s roles as carers. What about Indonesia? This paper aims at juxtaposing the theoretical relevance of maternal caring in Indonesia-s ECE. It consists of two methodological parts: the first part will provide a background for this study. It reviews some historical milestones of women-s participation in ECE and how the notion of “care” is constructed across times. The second part will use an ethnographic case study with ECE teachers from Eastern Indonesia. In the second part, I present how concepts of caring brought by the ECE expansion position women critically at the center; yet, their struggles are ambivalent and remain invisible. I argue that maternal caring is a discursive practice, producing meanings that are varied, fragmented, incoherent, competing but also hybridized and unequal.

Abstract
The role of technology is getting stronger involved in educational practices. The future development of this role is considered to facilitate heavy work and higher thinking can be simplified. However, these conditions must be realized by the teacher so as not to shift and be able to control the role of technology. Some of the roles of technology include the involvement of IoT in the education sector, namely the administration system and the teaching system with the concept of cohesiveness between teachers, students and technology integration. Thus, social and emotional learning (SEL) requires learners to be able to understand and manage emotions to set and achieve positive goals, build and maintain positive relationships and make responsible decisions. This review study aims to describe SEL competencies in future work towards (a) self-awareness; (b) self-management; (c) social awareness; (d) relationship skills; and (e) responsible decision making. The research method uses literature review with big data from various online databases. The teacher will be able to organize learning well by considering the achievement of SEL competencies. Finally, some suggestions were proposed for future research, technological involvement in the field of vocational work.

Abstract
This study aims to determine and examine the stages of preparation, implementation, obstacles and the final results of the training that has been carried out by the trainer. The research method used is a qualitative method. The subjects in this evaluation study were the extracurricular trainers of elementary school sports clubs who were registered in the decree on the formation of a sports club by the head of the North Hulu Sungai District education office. The results showed that most trainers did not understand the basic concepts of coaching, and did not understand the basic concepts of child development at elementary school age. In conclusion, the trainer does not carry out the preparatory activities properly, with the preparation phase that is not well prepared, the training runs without any clear direction and goals. Moreover, the trainee will be traumatized because the training carried out by the trainer does not pay attention to aspects of child growth and development. In addition, the limitations of advice and supporting infrastructure are the main obstacles in the implementation of training activities carried out. Thus, for the last 3 years (2014-2016) children training for sports clubs in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency have minimal achievements, which can only get 2 medals, namely 1 silver medal from the mini volleyball branch in 2014 and 1 bronze medal from the gymnastic branch in the year same. Furthermore, in 2016 the children training the Hulu Sungai Utara Elementary School sports club were only able to rank 4 in the mens chess sport, ranked 4 in the mens swimming, 6 in the mens table tennis and in 5 in the male martial arts.

Abstract
The existence of Islamic banks in the disruption era should be reinforced by accelerating financing process through an easier, more efficient and effective application using risk management based on Islamic principles. This legal research was aimed to exsplore regulation-s power of Islamic bank financing risk management and its application in BNI Syariah. The data was qualitatively analyzed using a systemic interpretation method. The results are; first, some regulations related to digital-based risk management of Islamic bank financing haven-t regulated credit scoring system and there is no fatwa from DSN-MUI concerning risk management guidelines of Islamic financing. Second, BNI Syariah financing starts applying digital-based risk management by screening process using Intranet LAN-based EFO (Electronic Financing Origination) application that the history data of customer transaction connected to Financial Information Service System (FISS/SLIK) managed by Financial Services Authority (FSA/OJK) will be easily recognized. Once the financing is given, risk mitigation is operated in BNI Syariah through ICONS (Integrated and Centralized Online System) application using Intranet LAN for checking customers- funds and debt transactions. Financing submission services are provided in offline, while the payment is provided in both offline and online (ATM, auto debit, mobile banking, and internet banking).

Abstract
The objective of this research is to analyse the feasibility of implementing single currency policy in ASEAN+3 countries based on annual data from 1993 to 2017. In this research, the panel data is analysed using Pooled Least Square regression model and Moving Average forecasting method to predict optimum currency area indices of ASEAN+3 in the period of 2018 to 2022. The results showed that (1) ASEAN+3 region is not ready to implement single currency policy because of an increasing trend of asymmetric shock, lack of business cycle synchronization, and differences in production structure, trade relations, and economy size among ASEAN+3 countries. (2) There are four converged country pairs which mean higher feasibility of forming optimum currency area for the four country pairs; Brunei Darussalam and Singapore have the most symmetrical foreign exchange volatility among the other country pairs.

Abstract
Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) in Indonesia is a commodity that priorities to developed, and has the potential to be marketed in the domestic as well as export . One of the obstacles is important that faced is pathogen soil-borne which is caused by the Ralstonia solanacearum. This pathogen can causing loss of yield of potato 40-100%. Bacillus sp. and P. fluorescens are antagonistic microbes that are proven to be able to control bacterial wilt disease (R. solanacearum) by 69,95 % and 61,67%. This study aimed to determine the effect of the comparison composition of growing media and the ability of some agents of biological within suppress the growth of the disease wilt bacteria of potatoes which is caused by R. solanacearum . This research using completely randomized design (CRD) nonfaktorial with 10 treatments, namely: M0(top soil), M1(top soil, R. solanacearum), M2(top soil, R. solanacearum, P. fluorescens), M3(top soil, R. solanacearum, Bacillus subtilis), M4 until M9 are combination of them. The results showed that the application of biological agents was able to suppress the growth of the pathogen R. solanacearum, as well as significantly affect plant height, number of shoots, and production.

Abstract
Pempek is a traditional ethnic food originated from Palembang, South Sumatra, Indonesia. Currently, there is not exist any profiles which could be used as a determining factor for quality, originality, and ethnicity of pempek. The objective of this research was to obtain the chemical profile of pempek as a determining factor of quality, originality and ethnicity. The samples were collected from the ten famous branded vendors in Palembang. The fish used in making pempek of the samples are snake head fish, Spanish mackerel, and the mix of snake head and Spanish mackerel. The type of pempek used in this experiment was steamed cook pempek lenjer (cylindrical) type. The analysis was performed at a KAN accredited laboratory. It was found that the energy content of pempek used in this experiment was in the range of 125 to 160 kkal/100 g sample and all the pempek used had a 0% of fat. All pempek used had 17 types of amino acid, and all of them had an essential amino acid. The significant finding was that the concentration of glutamic acid was 200% of the concentration of common concentration which indicated that all the vendors used artificial mono-sodium glutamate to improve the taste of pempek. The analysis of color show that the color of pempek is a bright yellow with a little greenish. All pempek contained the mineral Ca+, Na+, and Fe+ in the various degree. Out of texture variables measured: hardness, adhesiveness, cohesiveness, springiness, gumminess, and chewiness it was found out that pempek only had the significant parameter of hardness, springiness, and gumminess. The type of fish used and the art of making pempek gave a different external surface profile which was measured with the help of Scanning Electron Microscopy. It was concluded that the chemical and physical profile found on this research could be used as database for creating a standard of identity of pempek.
