Abstract
Ngancar Subdistrict is a production center for pineapple varieties Smooth Cayyene and Queen that supports the superior product of Mount Kelud tourism in Kediri Regency. SMEs "Murni Mandiri" is one of the producers of pineapple juice brand "Namako" with a production capacity of 50 liters per day. The monthly sales turnover is 3-4 million with a profit of around 25-30% so it is feasible to be developed. During this time, the production process uses manual equipment ranging from boiling, filtering, and packaging in the form of cups and bottles. The demand of product has reached 100 liters per day, even during the Lebaran season and holidays can reach up to 100 times. The problem point faced by SMEs “Murni Mandiri" is the low production capacity due to inadequate production equipment so that consumer demand cannot be maximally fulfilled. For this reason, it is necessary to transfer technological innovations that will improve efficiency and effectiveness in the production of pineapple juice in the form of Integrated Filter Machines and Cup Sealers with Appropriate Technology scale that meets LLM (Low Technology, Low Investment and Marketable) requirements so that they are easily adopted by SMEs. The advantage of this machines is that it can implement a continuous pineapple juice production system and directly evaluate the resulting quality which is integrated from cooking, filtering, controlling and packaging in one continuous flow so that the quality and quantity will be more effectively controlled.

Several stages are required for the village to be idependetly feasible and viable as ATP. In this first and initial stage, the training and technology introduction to process orange, coffee, sugar cane, tuber plants and cow milk are required. Several activities, up to date, have been carried out include processing orange fruit into orange juice, orange syrup, jelly and orange candy. Meanwhile, for the coffee fruit, introducing coffee pulper to enhance drying process and increase the economic value of coffee bean has been done. In this case, coffee farmers are positively encouraged to process the coffee fruit themselves rather than freshly sold at a low price to middleman. Identification of potential tourism destination was carried out to support the creation of ATP Donowarih. Further stages are still needed to assist the development of ATP.

Abstract
In journalistic practice, the meaning of the truth is debatable. It is something absurd because it can be interpreted differently depending on the needs. According to Harsono (2001), in the book of Elements of Journalism that is written by Bill Kovach and Tom Rosenstiel, the meaning of the truth is in the functional level, not in the level of philosophical. For example, in the daily lives people need information about traffic jam, weather forecasts, currency rates or football match. This article explores the views of three online media journalists about the implementation of the first principle of the nine element of journalism which is the first obligation of the journalist is to the truth when they were covering the event of reunion of 212 on December 2nd, 2018.This research implements a qualitative method by interviewing the journalists from republika.co.id, detik.com and liputan6.com. They were journalists who were assigned by their offices to cover the event. The result shows that as journalists who were on the spot of event, they would only publish news articles based on the facts they gather from the place of coverage.

Abstract
Oil palm empty fruit bunch (OPEFB) constitutes a great source of lignocellulosic biomass, mainly comprising of 66.97% of holocellulose (cellulose and hemicellulose) and 24.45% of lignin. This present work aimed to hydrolyze cellulose present in OPEFB to form glucose with aid of Aspergillus niger. Aspergillus niger is a type of filamentous fungi able to produce cellulase, a multi-enzyme complex consisting of endoglucanase, exoglucanase, and -glucosidase, able to converting cellulose into glucose. The glucose produced is then fermented to produce bioethanol. In this present work, we compared hydrolytic activity of cellulose between OPEFB with preteatment using NaOH 10% and OPEFB without pretreatment, with regard to temperature, pH, and hydrolysis time. The concentration of reducing sugar derived from cellulosic hydrolysis was determined by using glucose assay of 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid. The results showed that hydrolysis of cellulose operated at 40°C for 3 days yielded reducing sugar of 13.01 mg/mL (OPEFB-untreated) and 1.16 mg/mL (OPEFB-pretreated).

Abstract
Fasciolosis is a disease caused by Fasciola gigantica or Fasciola hepatica that infected ruminants and caused liver damaged and loss of productivity. This research aimed to understand cases of Fasciolosis in slaughter house at Batu and Pujon, East Java, Indonesia which include 50 samples in each region from various type of livestock conducted from February to March 2019 (2 months). Observation of liver flukes was conducted by liver organ necropsy, Fasciola worm counts, and liver organ changes (fibrosis) including the weight of damaged and discarded liver. Data analysis was done descriptively. The results showed that average percentage of cattle infected by Fasciola from Limousin type, Simmental, Ongole cattle breeds (PO), and FH cows breeds (PFH) were 35.94%; 58.33%; 30.95%; and 58.33% consecutively. Average number of Fasciola worm observed in each type of cattle/cows were 105 in Limousin, 49 in Simmental, 27 in PO, and 129 in PFH. Meanwhile liver fibrosis score average in Limousin, Simmental, PO, and PFH type were 1.48; 1.89; 1.33; and 1.75. Average percentage of liver damaged that were discarded in Limousin, Simmental, PO, and PFH were 11.77%; 14.19%; 4.84%; 20.95% consecutively. It is suspected that different types of livestock affect the susceptibility to Fasciola infection. There are indications that Limousin cattle are more tolerant of liverworm infections.

Abstract
The tubers plant of the Dioscorea family is a carbohydrate-producing plant suitable for growing in Indonesia and has the potential to be developed to support diversification of food and energy which is increasingly important due to the reduced fossil energy. The Yam (Dioscorea alata L.) are easy to growth, and has a broad adaptability in terms of altitude and astronomical boundaries. In Indonesia, where the main food ingredients are rice, corn and cassava, making the yam potencial plant an alternative carbohydrate producer that will not compete with rice and cassava to support alternative energy. The research aims to obtain optimal cultivation techniques through efficient use of seeds and fertilizing, to provide sufficient carbohydrates for bioethanol raw materials from yam. The research was carried out in the Station Research of the Faculty of Agriculture, Merdeka Madiun University, done in the rainy season of November 2018 until July 2019. Tuber seed size and Fertilizer combination be tested by RCBD and analysis by F-test and DMRT. No interaction between fertilizer combination and size of tuber seed. Combination of organic fertilizer and addition of NPK inorganic fertilizers showed a significant response to the increase in tuber weight and biomass dry matter. While the size of seed tubers, the difference in size / weight does not significantly affect the tuber yield, although there is a tendency to increase with increasing tuber weight

Abstract
Corn is the main commodity of food crops in Indonesia. The planting area of corn continues to increase every year. Corn production can reach 10-12 tons/ha with waste ranging from 1.8-2.7 tons/ha. Corn crop waste in the form of corn straw, cob, and corn husk is very potential to be used as ruminant animal feed, but its use as animal feed is not yet optimal. Through the application of silage feed technology using additives, local microorganisms are expected to improve the physical quality of silage feed. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of local microorganism additives (MOL) and fermentation time on the physical quality of corn straw silage. This study uses a completely randomized design, factorial 3 x 3 with 3 replications. The factor I is various dosages of MOL (1%, 3%, 5%), Factor II in various fermentation times (7, 14, 21 days). The parameters observed included texture, color, flavor, and taste. The results showed that the MOL dosage and fermentation time had a very significant effect (P <0.01) on the texture and flavor of silage, there was an interaction between the MOL dosage and the fermentation time. MOL dosage and fermentation time had a significant effect (P <0.05) on the taste of silage and there was no interaction between MOL dosage and fermentation time. MOL dosage had no significant effect (P> 0.05) on the silage color, but the fermentation time had a very significant effect (P <0.01) on the silage color, and there was no interaction between MOL dosage and fermentation time. Conclusion: fermentation treatment at various dosages and time of fermentation can improve the physical quality of corn straw silage. The use of various dosage and duration of fermentation affect the texture, flavor, and taste of silage of corn straw, but does not affect the color of silage.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to obtain a natural textile dye taken from the sap from the banana tree part. To obtain the yield yield of dyes and the intensity of the sap collection is done by maceration extraction process. The part of the banana tree taken by the sap is the stem, stem and fruit stalk. This research was conducted with the sorting stage, namely thinly slicing stems, midribs and fruit stalks. The results of sorting are dried in the sun for 5 days in the sun then crushed until smooth with a size of 60-80 mesh. The powder was extracted by maceration by immersing each stem, stem and fruit stalk with soaking media: aquades, methanol, ethanol and ethyl acetate for 5 days with manual stirring. The filtrate is distilled so that it gets concentrated liquid and in the oven to become a dye powder. In the powder, yield and color testing are done using a spectrophotometer. The most optimal yield produced is on the banana fronds with methanol media. The most optimal color intensity obtained in banana fronds with ethanol maceration media.
