Abstract
Indonesia is an archipelago state that has a diverse natural wealth, one of which is coral reef. Indonesia is included in The Coral Triangle; the center of the worlds coral reef biodiversity, together with Malaysia, the Philippines, Papua New Guinea, Timor Leste and Solomon Island. However, 35.15% of coral reefs in Indonesia are in poor condition due to natural phenomena, as well as human activities. One of the main causes of damage to coral reefs is coral bleaching. The purpose of this research is to raise awareness of the damage to coral reefs that occur, especially coral bleaching, through fashion products. The visualization of coral bleaching can be achieved by ruffles, pleats, and tie dye techniques. The research method used is a qualitative form of observations on brand competitor, literature studies by reviewing various sources of information regarding coral bleaching, resort wear, and business opportunities in the Indonesian fashion industry, conducting survey to target market, then continued with direct experiments techniques used to achieve the texture, shape and character of the coral reefs affected by coral bleaching. The exploration results are implemented into resort wear fashion products with reference to the lifestyle of the target market of the product in order to have potential as one of the new business opportunities in the Indonesia-s creative industry.

Abstract
Indigo is categorized as a vat dyes, which is needs to pass a fermentation phase in the extraction process before it could be used as a textile dye due to its lack of fastener substances. Fermented dyes are known to be the most solid dye with high endurances compared to other textile dyes according to how the color will fade caused by acid or alkaline substances. The fermentation process of Indigofera dye could be done using chemical or natural ingredients. Natrium Hydrosulphite could be used in chemical fermentation, while Javanese brown sugar is used in natural fermentation for Indigofera dye. In this study, comparison between the use of Indigofera dye with natrium hydrosulphite fermentations and Indigofera dye with Javanese brown sugar fermentations will be explained, by using experimental methods. The results of this dyeing experiment from using two kind of reductors, will be analysed to learn each of its advantages and disadvantages.

Abstract
Telkom University is one of the private universities that has a dormitory program for students as a residential facility in Bandung. The large number of students coming from outside Bandung makes a dormitory program on the campus area of Telkom University as the appropriate residential solution for non-indigeneous students. The dormitory is in the form of a 4- storey building that can be reached using stairs. However, there was actually found another problem that the residents of dormitory who lived in the third and fourth floors found the difficulty when transporting goods that were quite heavy and large in term of going up and down using stairs. In a previous study with the title “The Design of goods-transporting tools through stairs in multi-storey buildings based on system perspective”, it was still found a lack in the part of the system where the chain wheels have not been able to run well yet and also inavailability of the safety system for goods which prevents items from falling off the conveyance. Therefore, it is necessary to redesign the goods transport equipment through stairs by focusing on developing wheel system and also goods safety system. The method used in this redesign is the qualitative method by observing Telkom University dormitories and conducting interviews with a number of dormitory residents. In addition, an analysis of the design of wheel system and safety of the previous conveyance of goods is carried out. The result of this analysis produce, products transporting goods that can be used through stairs so as to reduce the risk of accidents when transporting goods in multi-storey dormitories.

Abstract
In Bandung, there are buildings that have three levels or more with no escalator and elevator for their daily needs in moving goods. One of example is Telkom University dormitory. As a resident of a building, problems are often found unconsciously and that has not been found a clear solution, for example when moving goods from the ground to the top level. The goods are referred to as suitcases, gallons, dispensers, large bags, etc. Some people will call the services of a porter or friend to help them transport goods. Because of that, a clear solution must be made for goods mobilization activities to be more effective and efficient, therefore, transportation equipment such as trolleys with good material and it can accommodate the load of goods that are usually moved in multi-storey buildings without elevators is a solution for this problem.

Abstract
One of the characteristics in the 15th century Renaissance that there was a dramatic visual expression in the works of art, especially painting. It-s usually visualized by the artists at that time with the use of the light-dark principle on the objects presented in the artwork. This light-dark principle is known as chiaroscuro, and in the history of its development this chiaroscuro principle was applied also in printmaking by several artists in Europe. The chiaroscuro character can be built with the composition of color values with different intensities through the process of printing a matrix on the print media. There are two methods that can be used to produce color printmaking work, multi-block and reduction method that have their own advantages and disadvantages in visualizing the chiaroscuro principle. In addition to paper materials, the application of woodcut printmaking is also carried out on textile materials known as block-printing. However, there are not many works on textile materials that use the chiaroscuro principle because in general the coloring character in the visual image or design used tends to be solid color. Based on the explanation, there is an opportunity to apply the visual chiaroscuro character to the textile materials by using woodcut printmaking technique. The use of woodcut printmaking technique allows artist to produce a number of different color values by referring to the light layer falling on the object, so that the impression of volume and depth created in the artwork will be more visible. In this study, researcher conducted a literature study and observations to analyze chiaroscuro visual characters which were then tested in the experimental process of creating works to show the potential application of the chiaroscuro character by using woodcut printmaking in textile materials. The results of this study produce data on the analysis of technical aspects and visual characteristics of chiaroscuro by using woodcut printmaking technique on textiles. It can be used as material for the development of art making and learning process to be conveyed to the artists, textile designers and academic community.

Baduy is a tribe located in Lebak Banten. The Baduy still adhere to their customary law (pikukuh), how their cosmology (view of nature) is to this world. So from that made a customary law (pikukuh) to keep the ancestral culture in order to stay sustainable. Taken from various phenomena that exist, through the internet it is now very easy to find out information and learn something new. But it turns out that there are still few people who know about the Baduy Tribe cosmology, especially the Baduy Luar Tribe, and it turns out that a lot of information is not accurate even far from the reality. Like various information on social media related to the Baduy Tribe, the information presented is not true, especially the issue of customs, culture which means it includes the cosmology of the Baduy tribe itself. The lack of exposure is also the view of the Baduy Tribe towards nature, so that people cannot take lessons on how to treat nature well by the Baduy tribe itself. Through the method of observation, interviews and literature study related to the Baduy Tribe, it was added by using SWOT to conduct data analysis. So a solution is formed to get a lesson from the Baduy tribe about the importance of protecting nature and cosmology or their views on nature, so that we can both preserve nature properly. Through the media of information and learning that are packaged in the form of photography books, so that they can be portrayed in a real and accurate manner. It is expected that the results achieved also meet the needs of the target audience and can educate and provide accurate data through

In this paper, the author will examine the work of artist Tisna Sanjaya titled IMAH BUDAYA (IBU) CIGONDEWAH / CIGONDEWAH CULTURAL CENTER. Created in 2011, this work can be regarded as one of the breakthroughs done by Tisna Sanjaya as an artist. By posing as a building, this work has shown Sanjaya departure-s from previous approaches which put the issue of politics and the environment as mere inspiration for his artworks, to become directly involves within the vortex of political and environmental conflict. To analyse IBU CIGONDEWAH as artwork and its impact on the environment and society, the author examines the symbolic aspects of this building and its physicality and functionality as a building. In order to explore its impact upon people and ecology, the author also explores the programmes run by IBU CIGONDEWAH. The author also conducted interviews with stakeholders in the Cigondewah area (including Tisna Sanjaya himself, people of Batu Rengat, and the local authoritative) to get a wider perspective on the artwork-s impact upon the environment where the artwork is located. Cigondewah itself is well-known as the centre of textile industries which regularly dumped their waste into its river, namely Cikendal-which also serves as a tributary of Citarum River. The latter recently become the centre of attention because of its pollution and how the river itself increasingly attracts political interests. This paper ultimately aimed to reconsider and dissect artistic practice as one of the alternative approaches in solving the issue of ecology and political issues. This paper could be seen as an effort to evaluate artistic practice in comprehensive manner, not only for its artistic/symbolic merit but also to dissect how the artwork or artistic/speculative practice could play a role in the conflict of everyday life.

Abstract
Design with the Green Design approach is now starting to get more attention in interior planning in big cities in Indonesia. Human awareness about the environment and healthy living space is a driving factor. In addition, the application of Green Design in the interior provides benefits such as increased employee productivity, soundness, selling points, especially for prospective (corporate) international tenants and various government reliefs for those who have Green certification. Based on research, one of the causes of damage to environmental conditions is due to the presence of buildings / high rise buildings (the interior is part of the building). The use of materials in the interior is often not environmentally friendly and does not pay attention to the health of the people who are active in it. The research methodology used in this research is analytical descriptive. This methodology is carried out by analyzing examples of the implementation of material use with the Green Design approach in the field through theories sourced from the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI). The analysis is presented in tabular form. The results of the analysis show that the application of the Green Design approach through materials is very broad, not only limited to the use of natural materials or materials that do not contain hazardous substances, starting from the production process of the material until the expiry of the materials life. The results of this study, one of which is intended as a guide (initial introduction) in designing specifically for students (interior design program) who will become professionals in the future.

Most of the universities in Indonesia, especially private universities rely on tuition fees as the main income for their operational costs. However, some universities are beginning to think of being more independent in managing institutions, especially in the cost of the operation, one of the solutions is the Endowment Fund. One of the Universities using the Endowment Fund unit is Telkom University namely Endowment and Alumni Directorate (EAD) of Telkom University. EAD is a continuous investment facility whose results are used for non-profit purposes such as assistance for victims of natural disasters, environmental preservation, religion, culture, education, and other non-profit purposes. The endowment fund is sourced from Alumni, Telkom Officials, and Corporate. Since 2017, Telkom University has managed the Endowment Fund program, but until now it has not been very successful, because the achievement of the target funds collected is far under target. One of the reasons is the ineffectiveness of the promotion and socialization of the Endowment Fund program to potential donors. The results of the initial identification show that one of the main media for promotion is the website of the Telkom University Endowment and Alumni Directorate, but in the initial study of prospective donors because they have not received information about this website, and who has visited this website too, feels the appearance of the website is not attractive, and unclear information. In this study, prospective donors were assessed on the appearance, content, and message delivered on the website of Telkom University Endowment and Alumni Directorate using the user satisfaction index method. The result of the USI index is 43% of overall user assessment of the website, which indicates that the website is still low.

Abstract
Reverse innovative design (RID) of insole shoe orthotics for patients with diabetes and the manufacturing strategy in optimizing the production time of the insole were examined in the present work. The plantar surface of the feet from two female patients was scanned using a 3D scanner yielding a 3D mesh foot for each patient resulting in an STL file format. The geometric shapes of the 3D models of the feet were fitted very well using curve based surface modeling (CBS-modeling) for insole orthotics design and integrated with CAM (computer-aided manufacturing). Optimization of the manufacturing time was simulated in CNC milling with the Taguchi approach. The manufacture of the optimal insole design was achieved at the optimum machining parameters such as tool path strategy with raster machining, spindle speed of 15000 rpm, feed rate of 900 mm/minutes, and step over about 0.30 mm. The optimal design of the orthotic insole has the geometric tolerance of 0.75 mm for patient 1 and 1.50 mm for patient 2. The optimal machining time for the insole of patient 1 is 227.48 minutes and 241.65 minutes for patient 2. These valuable data are needed for the real manufacturing process in CNC milling

Abstract
Vertical Axis Wind Turbine is one of the most widely developed Renewable Energy. Many experiments and research are conducted to obtain maximum power efficiency. To get the maximum energy conversion efficiency required TSR (Tip Speed Ratio) is constant. To have the efficiency controller to change the Angle of Attack is required to maintain maximum efficiency at any wind speed. The method is applying controlled blades (aileron), the blades represent the value of Angle of Attack. In accordance with the changing of wind speed. In the VAWT Darrieus TSR reference value of 5, this value becomes the reference to obtain maximum efficiency against changes of wind speed. PID method is used to control the blades to form an Angle of Attack corresponding to the dynamic changes in wind speed. So that the VAWT speed is used as feedback into control. The shape of the blade affects the efficiency of the resulting spin, therefore the most efficient blade of the blades is the thin airfoil family in order to obtain the maximum flow of wind to rotate the generator. From the simulation done by using VAWT, it can be shown that the power efficiency obtained up to 32% in any wind speed.

Abstract
Abstract. The study of seismic hazard is carried out to minimize the impact of earthquake disasters in particular region. The study presented a seismic hazard analysis using a probabilistic approach for Makassar city, South Sulawesi. PSHA analysis is carried out, namely at T = 0 secods (PGA), T = 0.2 seconds (short period) and T = 1 second ( long period ). The Three dimensional earthquake source model and various attenuation functions that are considered to be in accordance with the seismic characteristics and earthquake source models of the Indonesia-s region are used to calculate the peak ground acceleration with a probability exceeding 10 % and 2 % in 50 years in bedrock. The software used in this analysis is ez-frisk 7.25. The result show an acceleration value of 0.07 g for PGA, 0.13 g for T = 0.2 seconds, and 0.09 g for T = 1 second with probability exceeding10 % in 50 years, and an accelerationvalue of 0.12 g for PGA, 0.22 g for T = 0.2 seconds and 0.15 g for T = 1 second with a probability of 2 % in 50 years. Based on the deagregation curve, the earthquake that make the biggest contribution hazard to the city of Makassar is an earthquake with average magnitude of 6.36 Mw and average distance of 412.72 km from Makassar.

Abstract
Abstract: Study of complex compounds structures of zinc(II) chloride (A) and cadmium(II) chloride (B) with potassium cyanide and N,N--diethylthiourea (detu) have not been reported. Therefore, the synthesize of those complex compounds A and B should be conducted to study their structure prediction. In this research, complex compounds A and B were prepared by means of direct method using aquadest and methanol at 25 ºC and 1 atm. These data of characterization showed that both of A and B complexes have melting points of 203-205 ºC and 210-213 ºC, respectively. Structure prediction and free energy calculation of the A and B complexes used Semi-Empirical PM6. The free energy of both complexes are -129,605 kJ/mol and -381,0029 kJ/mol with tetrahedral coordinate around the metal ion(II), respectively. The interesting finding is that the electrical conductivity of the complexes show different characteristic: ionic for compound A but molecular for compound B. EDX analysis of A and B revealed that the atomic percentage ratio between central and donor atom (S) were 1:4 and 1:1, respectively. In conclusion, the chemical formula predictions of A was [Zn(detu)4](CN)2 and B was [Cd(detu)(CN)2].

Abstract
The State Civil Apparatus Act confirms that civil servants must uphold the principle of neutrality. The principle of neutrality indicates that every ASN employee is impartial from any form of influence and does not take the interests of anyone. On the other hand, the climate of democracy provides individuals with ample scope for expression in online media, and political actors who are intensely campaigning for themselves through social media. ASN must maintain their behavior on social media to maintain the principle of neutrality. Social media can be a new window in seeing ASNs professionalism seen from the aspect of upholding the principle of bureaucratic neutrality. ASN is a unifying agent of the nation, so that enforcing bureaucratic impartiality is one of the keys to the establishment of bureaucratic reform in the future.
