Abstract
Diabetes mellitus is a disease characterized by chronic hyperglycemic conditions. Hyperglycemia condition can increase free radicals in the body. Excessive free radicals will be toxic and cause oxidative stress. Oxidative stress can be characterized by high lipid peroxidation activity and reactive oxygen species (ROS). Free radical activity can be prevented with antioxidants. The materials that contain strong antioxidants are black soybeans tempe and purple sweet potatoes. The antioxidants are isoflavones and anthocyanins. This study aimed to determine the effect of black soybean Tempe and purple sweet potato extract on reactive oxygen species (ROS) activity in liver DMT2 mode. In this study, mice were made diabetic with a high-fat diet, 10% sucrose drink and injected with multiple low-dose streptozotocin. The animals experiment were divided into 7 groups: Negative control (K-), Positive Control (K+), Treatment 1 (P1), Treatment 2 (P2), treatment 3 (P3), Treatment 4 (P4), Treatment 5 ( P5). Abstract
As part of the Balinese culture, Balinese script has rarely been used today. Its Balinese-to-Latin script transliteration knowledge is also affected by that condition and has caused concern over the threat of the extinction. This study is aimed to preserve that knowledge through technological approach by collaboration between Information Technology and Balinese Language discipline. This research analyzed ubiquitous learning aspect of Balinese-to-Latin script transliteration as part of Balinese Language education, which is a mandatory local subject from basic to high school in Bali Province. This analysis was conducted on Balinese Glyph Recognition (BalineseGR) web application that was developed as a technology product of Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha), Indonesia. BalineseGR is basically a sort of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) web application that receive Balinese script image and output Latin text. It was considered as the first Balinese-to-Latin script transliteration web application and its initial development has covered transliteration knowledge of eighteen Balinese script-s basic syllable only. Since ubiquitous learning is supported by mobile computer through wireless network, and it is aimed to provide learners with content and interaction anytime and anywhere, BalineseGR web application has several aspects to enhance, i.e.: 1) its counterpart mobile application where image input not only from file but also more useful directly from camera; and 2) richer knowledge content, including transliteration of the vowels, Akśara Şwalalita, sound killers (Pangangge Tengenan), consonant killers (Pangangge Tengenan), numerals, punctuations, ligatures, and miscellaneous glyph.

Abstract
The windmill tail that is widely used is a single tail that has a performance of a large zero offset. This study is to get a windmill tail pattern with a fast response and good direction stability. The aim of this study is to obtain a windmill tail pattern with the most stable direction stability under load conditions and changing wind direction by comparing the stability of several alternative windmill tail patterns. The process of data collection is done by comparing the performance of 3 types of windmills: single tail, semi-differential tail, and differential tail. The variables are speed of wind direction, speed of change of wind direction, differential angle of zero offset error, speed of change of direction, and torque produced. The material obtained from the test results was transcribed and analyzed. The results of the analysis are used to design windmill tail prototypes. From the analysis results show that the swing torque at the differential windmill tail is proportional to the sinusoidal swing angle, the differential angle gives the effect of the torque scale in a cosine manner. Whereas on a single pinwheel produces torque proportional to the sine squared with respect to the swing angle. The differential tail has performance with better speed and stability, but produces vertical vibrations so it is preferable to use a semi-differential pinwheel with a differential angular size tuned in the system.

Abstract
Indonesia has a number of small businesses totaling 757,090 units in 2017. One of these small business units is the household scale industry. The number of tofu industries in Indonesia is very much, seen from the figures of tofu consumption in Indonesia in 2012 which reached 3,010,742.3 tons. However, most industrial sectors know that household scale in Surabaya does not yet have tofu wastewater treatment units. This is due to financial constraints and the land owned so that the liquid waste produced is directly discharged into the river without any processing. This can cause a decrease in environmental power due to the high content of organic pollutants in tofu liquid waste. Through the Karsa Cipta Student Creativity Program (PKM-KC) a "ABACTOR - CELLS" tool has been designed as a household scale wastewater treatment unit. This tool adopts the working principle of the Anaerobic Baffled Reactor (ABR) and Microbial Fuel Cells (MFCs) which are combined into one processing unit. MFCs are wastewater treatment units that utilize bacteria to convert organic pollutants into electrical energy. MFCs are combined with ABR which is a practical processing unit and does not require high operational costs so it is suitable for application to the tofu industry sector. ABACTOR - CELLS can be an innovation as an electricity generating unit by utilizing bacteria to process pollutants in wastewater. This ABACTOR-CELLS requires a processing time of 12 hours. With this process, this unit is capable of producing electricity of 0.336 Watts. In addition, this unit is able to reduce the Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) content from 1563.86 mg / L to 297,474 mg / L with a percentage of 81% which is equivalent to the weight of COD of 0.055 kg. While the percentage of removal for Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) content is 84.4% with BOD inlet of 953.74 mg / L and BOD outlets of 148.74 mg / L. The decrease in the value of COD and BOD shows that besides producing electricity, ABACTOR-CELLS can also play a role in reducing environmental pollution, especially in water bodies.

Abstract
Several major tsunami events in Indonesia, such as in Aceh, Pangandaran, Palu and Banten areas, have raised our awareness of the importance of paleotsunami deposits study, especially in relation to the determination of their occurrence time intervals. The Palu and Banten tsunami events have given new perception to the community that tsunami waves can be caused not only by earthquakes but also by landslides (or underwater landslides). One of the problems faced in paleotsunami deposits study is that their sediment show some similarities to those of storm deposits. Another problem is to determine whether the deposits are related to earthquake-induced or landslide-induced tsunamis; hence, it is important to study their characteristics, respectively. Age of tsunami-derived material sedimentation is critical for estimation of tsunami event time intervals in a particular region. Several alternative age determination methods will be discussed in this study, taking into account the estimated age of the tsunami deposits.

Abstract
Abstract
Groundwater provides an overview of environmental conditions in an area. Chemical analysis of groundwater will provide information about the origin and quality of groundwater as a basis for groundwater utilization. In this paper, analysis is carried out by determining the water types of unconfined groundwater. Unconfined groundwater sample were taken from Southern Bandung. Measurement of major ion (sodium, potassium, magnesium, calsium, chloride, sulfate and bicarbonate), also pH and electrical conductivity were carried out in 16 groundwater samples. Paper discusses a) the classification of groundwater types determined by Kurlov method, b) the correlation of chemical properties in groundwater determined by Stiff method. Result showed that unconfined groundwater in Southern Bandung was dominated by calcium cations and bicarbonate anions, and water type were dominated by calcium – alkali – bicarbonate – chloride. Correlation of chemical properties in groundwater is seen in several location which show groundwater in the same flow and is fresh.

Abstract
Waste tire is one of the largest waste contributors. Due to the abundant amount of waste tires that would require the proper way to utilize waste tires as an aggregate replacement in concrete. Crumb rubber is a fiber-shaped material, which is produced from shred or scrap of post-used tires from trucks. Tire Chips is a material which consists of small pieces of waste rubber tires. This study explores the ameliorative effects of rubber particles on some properties of concrete. The objectives of this work is to present the mechanical properties of concrete (compressive strength, modulus of elasticity and split tensile strength) with variations of crumb rubber + tire chips 0%, 10%, 20% and 30% on fine and coarse aggregate volumes. Two types of rubber particles (crumb rubber and tire chips) have been used in the rubberized concrete mixtures replacing partially natural aggregates. Cylinder-shaped test object with 100 mm in diameter and 200 mm in length. Compressive strength testing was conducted at 3, 14 and 28 days. While the modulus of elasticity and split tensile strength were tested at 28 days. The results showed that the weight of the concrete volume decreased by 3.5% in each addition of 10% crumb rubber + tire chips. Compressive strength and split tensile strength decreased with increasing the number of crumb rubber + tire chips in concrete. The decrease in compressive strength was 24% on the addition of up to 10% crumb rubber + tire chips, while the split tensile strength decreased by 16%. Adding more than 10% of crumb rubber + tire chips to fine and coarse aggregate volumes is not recommended.

Abstract
Abstract Regeneration is a manifestation of human responsibility in order to preserve dignified and civilized humanity, children are the next generation of the nation who must get knowledge, moral provisions and the provision of religion at the same time. Islam teaches that education can start from an early age even when still in the womb. Children are a very valuable asset in regeneration, because what is achieved by the current generation will be continued by them, without them the regeneration process of humanity will be completed and a little bit of humanity will experience a decline in civilization. However, when looking at statistics relating to the numbers of crimes against children, especially sexual crimes, it seemed to make the hair goose bumps, moreover the cases of child sexual crimes occurred in the area which in fact had the connotation of a district that was very well known as religious. Cirebon Regency is the largest and most strategically populated regency in its time in the map of the spread of Islam, especially in West Java, with the central figure Sunan Gunung Djati inheriting advice "entrusted to the poor" who in his interpretation entrusted the religion of Islam and the poor when this becomes an icon of the holder of the government in carrying out the task of regulating the government order. Metro TV (25/10/2016) released a news titled "Cirebon emergency child sex crime", because cases increased 38% strengthened by official data from the Cirebon Resort Police 10 to 15 cases from reporting sexual crimes against minors. In 2016 according to the Cirebon District Integrated Service Center for Women and Children Empowerment (P2TP2A), said that as of October 2016 there were 38 cases of violence, consisting of cases of violence against children (KTA) under the age of 31 children and the rest of violence that occurred at the age of 18 year up (KTP). This shows an increase in numbers compared to the previous year which only recorded 34 cases. The President of the Republic of Indonesia some time ago has ratified the Government Regulation in lieu of the Law on the Second Amendment to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, in which regulates criminal additions in the form of chemical castration against perpetrators of sexual crimes and / or with Agreement The House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia sets out the Law on the Elimination of Sexual Crimes. The Perppu has not yet seen how the state regulates the rights of children and women as victims of sexual crimes they experience, because it has only concentrated on the punishment for the perpetrators.
