Abstract
In teaching reading, teaching strategy and reading interest influences students reading comprehension. It can be used as a variation of teaching strategy in teaching reading comprehension of Recount text. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of using Listen Read Discuss (LRD) and Reading Encode Annotate Ponder (REAP) strategy and students reading interest on reading comprehension achievement of Recount text. The researcher here needs to find whether LRD or REAP strategy is more effective in teaching and learning process, especially in teaching reading comprehension. Reading comprehension is constructing meaning that is reasonable and accurate by connecting what has been read to what the reader already knows and by thinking about all of this information until it is understood. Recount text is a text with a purpose to retell the readers about something which happens in the past time through a sequence of events. The technique of analyzing the data applied in this study is quantitative data. The quantitative data are taken from the tests. The validity of the instrument is measured in terms of content and constructs validity. The sample of this study is eighth students of Junior High School.

Abstract
Cooperative Principles which was proposed by Grice consist of a set of maxims which are fundamental to establish effective communication. However, people tend to fail in observing certain maxims. This paper is aimed to describe the types of flouting maxims in courtroom, specifically in Administrative Court since people in the courtroom have their own purposes and needs related to the case, they tend to produce flouting maxim to get what they want. Descriptive qualitative research will be applied in this research. The data in this research will be clauses which consist of flouting maxims in the courtroom of Administrative Court. The source of the data will be taken from the courtroom of Administrative Court. The recorded cases will be about land affairs and employment, because cases which handled by Administrative Courts are those kinds of cases. The data will be collected through observation, video-recording, transcribing, sorting, enlisting, and arranging the obtainable data systematically. The data will be analysed by using Theory of Maxim which was proposed by Grice (1975) as the guidance to select the appropriate data in this study.

Abstract
Language is a reflection of speakers. A person can guess the identity such as the origin, character, or behavior of the interlocutor of the language he uses. Gender affect the use of language, both oral and written language. As Lakoff said that male and female groups have different linguistic characteristics. As an essential skill in learning English, writing involves the application of grammar and sentence pattern, vocabulary, or diction and cross cultural understanding. It can be said that writing ability is someone capability to express their idea in the form of written representasion. Narrative is a fundamental language process for learning how to give an opinion of a story, write about a story and imagine thinking of student. By writing narrative text, they know how to express their opinion. The question is do male and female students also use language differently in writing. In line with this idea, the objective of this study is to investigate the linguistic form of narrative text written by male and female students. The use of language features proposed by Lakoff 1975, such as, empty adjectives, hedge, intensifier, hypercorrect grammar super polite form, tag question and emphatic stress, even though the characteristics of color words and question intonation have not been found in the characters utterances. The data of this study will be gathered by sentences in narrative text written male and female students. They are students in Senior High School to write a topic given about their experience .

Abstract
The Lombok Strait that located between the island of Bali and Lombok is one of the seas in Indonesia that connects the Pacific Ocean and the Indian Ocean. Therefore, the characteristics of the Lombok Strait waters get influence from those oceans. In this research, the analysis of water masses in the Lombok Strait waters are investigated and analysed by using TS diagram. The main data used are temperature and salinity from the HYbrid Coordinate Ocean Model (HYCOM) model in 2011 – 2015 with 1/12 x 1/12 degree horizontal resolution and vertical resolution up to 1500 m. The TS diagram was used to identify water masses contribution in the Lombok Strait and the ocean heat content was calculated for each water masses. The Timor Sea Water (TSW) and Australasian Mediterranean Water (AAMW) contributed maximumly in thermocline layer with 65,85% of the total heat content (1,12 x 10^13 J/m2) and 24,46% (4,16 x 10^12 J/m2) in a row. Then, The Antartic Intermediate Water (AAIW) and Banda Intermediate Water (BIW) contributed maximumly in intermediate layer (500 – 1500 m) with 8,17% of total heat content (1,39 x 10^12 J/m2) and 1,52% (2,59 x 10^11 J/m2). In addition, each water masses influenced by El Nino Southern Oscillation (ENSO) and Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD). The ocean heat content of TSW and BIW increased when El Nino and positive of IOD appeared and decreased during La Nina and negative of IOD. Conversely, The ocean heat content of AAMW and AAIW decreased when El Nino and positive of IOD appeared and increased during La-Nina and negative of IOD

Abstract
In a disaster event, the impact of the tsunami is measured based on wave height along the coast. During its propagation towards the coast, tsunami wave that develop in the ocean will be amplified due to shoaling. The elevated waves that struck residents in Palu Bay were very severe, far exceeding predictions. Recent research shows that the strike-slip earthquake on 28 September 2018 (Mw 7.5) along the Palu-Koro fault caused several landslides in Palu Bay, which then triggered a significant tsunami wave. Closer investigation, the extreme height of tsunami in Palu Bay was due to geographical factors such as narrowing of the bay, and the presence of a bump in the mouth of the bay, both of which have the same effect, namely wave focusing. Our study here is focused on the effect of bathymetry on wave focusing in bays. The momentum conservative scheme with wet-dry procedure was implemented here to solve the 2-dimensional shallow water model. The scheme is validated via simulation of wave amplification in an (idealized) parabolic bay, to be compared with the existing analytical solution. Next, wave amplification due to a bump on a flat topography will be evaluated. Finally, wave amplification in the mouth of Palu Bay using real topography will be assessed.

Abstract
Abstract. Sustainability reporting is a model of reporting company”s informations to stakeholders that integrates several reports, namely financial, social, and environment which are integrated in one reporting package. The purpose of sustainability reports is to provide information to stakeholders that the company does not merely prioritize aspects of profit, but also pay attention to social factors and environmental sustainability. This study aims to investigate whether disclosure of sustainability reporting on banking companies that are measured using content analysis is influenced by bank soundness, which include risk profile non performing loans (NPL) and loan to deposit ratios (LDR), good corporate governance (GCG), earnings that use ROA as indicators, and capital that is measured by CAR ratio. Abstract
The application system in the industrial era 4.0 is currently growing rapidly. One of them is the implementation of smart manufacturing in the industrial sector. In smart manufacturing, production processes can be monitored automatically and real time, starting from material selection, then the production process to the planned product. In this study discussed the design of a monitoring system on smart manufacturing based on internet of things technology. Smart technology is implemented on material scans automatically based on color sensors, then from the material it will also be known that with these materials produce certain products and require any material. In addition, the system will also automatically detect through the initial material to find out which processes will be passed. The methods used include literature studies, system requirements analysis, system design and system testing. The results of this study are in the form of a hardware system design and display of production process monitoring system applications. In the system that is made also a notification is displayed if a bottle neck occurs in the production process.

Abstract
Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), one of the versatile nature-inspired optimization algorithm, continue to suffer from premature convergence regardless of the rigorous amount of research. Many research had tried to address this issue but often use a complex algorithm which tax on computational time and complexity. This research introduced a novel perturbation method to mitigate premature convergence / to increase exploration while keeping the computational cost at a minimum. The particles memories (i.e the position of personal and global best) are modified by a random multiplier which in turn will -perturb- the particles- velocity. The implementation of this novel perturbation method in early iterations had resulted in 100% success rate in finding global optima in our benchmark tests (Sphere, Schwefel 2.22, Rosenbrock, Rastrigin, and Ackley problem) – whereas the original PSO failed in all benchmark tests – without adding a significant amount of computational complexity and time.

Abstract
Microbial fuel cell (MFC) is a technology developed to obtain new sources of renewable energy to produce electricity. It can be an alternative for wastewater treatment and bioenergy producers of renewable electricity. This method requires bacteria to convert substrate in wastewater into electrical energy. The mechanism of MFC were oxidation of substrate by bacteria to produce electrons and protons at the anode. The proton in anode chamber passes through a membrane exchange to the cathode chamber, however the electrons couldn-t through. It caused accumulation of electron in anode chamber and then both of electrode had a potential difference, so electron in anode chamber passed through membrane exchange to cathode chamber. In this study used dual-chambers reactors with each compartment having 8 cm × 10 cm × 10 cm of dimensions and 5 mm of thickness. This study was subjected to evaluate the performance of MFC in soybean washing wastewatertreatment with bacteria of EM4 to analyze the potentials production of electricity energy. The focus of this study was to evaluate the effect of time to electricity. MFC system was observed for 40 hours, measurement of voltages and electric currents performed every 2 hours. The results showed that there was potential of electricity production from soybean wastewater treatment by MFC. The maximum electricity reached in soybean wastewater media were voltage 441 mV (at 24 h), the electric currents 170 µA and the power density 51, 35 mW/m2(at 24 h after acclimatization). Increasing of time effect to decreasing of electricity produced.

Abstract
This study investigates the effect and equilibrium of macroeconomic variables on real effective exchange rates(REER) in short and long terms in Malaysia. This study used time series data from 1986-2017, and Johansen-Juselius and error correction model (ECM). There are two main findings in this study. First, financial development, economic openness, and inflation have a significant effect on real effective exchange rates in Malaysia. Second, in the short term, foreign direct investment (FDI) and inflation disrupt the balance of effective real exchange rates, although in the long terms the inflation will return to its equilibrium. This research is recommended to the government to increase foreign direct investment in Malaysia, because it is a major factor that influences the equilibrium of real effective exchange rates.
