Abstract
Innovation is an opportunity for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to do business according to market needs. It helps SMEs have new market shares. As a spearhead of the Indonesian economy, SMEs can survive extreme inflation. SMEs may survive, but the growth of SMEs is offset by the fall of SMEs whose business types are not a current trend. SMEs in Indonesia are spread throughout the region, including Koto Gadang which has indigenous SMEs for the regional specialty products. The Koto Gadang community (Minangnese) is known as a smart businessman, but the number of indigenous SMEs tends to be stagnant every year. This is influenced by the motivation of the Minangnese in doing business. The necessary motivation is higher than the the opportunity motivation. Because of that, the innovation is lack to be applied. This study uses a quantitative approach to see innovation that is characterized by motivation in indigenous SMEs in Koto Gadang. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to indigenous SMEs and conducting in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders. The results of observations and comparisons with existing theories, indigenous SMEs in Koto Gadang can survive if they innovate while maintaining the distinctive characteristics of the products sold.

Abstract
The film is a product of mass media that elevates the cultural and social values in society. Women in social construction are always portrayed feminine, as in Disney animated films. However, since the early 2010s, Disney animated films shift their image of women. Women in Disney used to be portrayed in a subordinated, dependent and passive position have now turned into an independent, capable, active and not necessarily need men, such as Brave and Moana. The concept of Gender and Media in this study aims to see how the media constructs women. The theory used is Sigmund Freud identification theory which discusses how to construct and establish gender subjectivity and map gender with Mulvey Gender Concept. This is qualitative research with Chris Mertz semiotics to show signs in films and Charles Sanders Piere semiotics in interpreting data. The paradigm in this study is constructivist, to explain how meaning is being formed. The results of this study construct women to be the main characters in the films Brave (Merida) and Moana (Moana) which lead to masculine characteristics. Like being strong, independent, active, rational, intelligent and not always related to romance. Suggestions from this study are expected to be a reference for gender studies and provide awareness about being women in this era.

Abstract
One of the factors increasing community welfare is the existence of good licensing services so the growth of independent community businesses also increases. Therefore, the government issued an Online Single Submission (OSS) program, an application that provides easy investment through the implementation of an integrated licensing system electronically. This research method uses a variety of literature including books, previous research, news and other literature. It was found from literatures that this program still had many obstacles including the limitations of the system, the absence of regulatory synchronization and lack of socialization in the community. Even so, the One Single Submission (OSS) program is a government innovation that is feasible to continue to be developed because it provides many benefits to the community and fosters economic development so there needs to be evaluation for this program so it can provide appropriate facilities for the community, especially business people and stakeholders.
