Abstract
In telemarketing activity, selecting the most potential customers are important because can reduce processing time and operational cost. Therefore, the ability to select the most likely buying customers are urgently needed. In this study, we propose a clear sequence in doing telemarketing activity based on the previous telemarketing data which applying data mining technique. We weight the importance of 16 customers characteristics through 45,211 observations from a Portuguese bank. Applying Random Forest algorithm along with Information Gain Ratio as a criterion and 10-fold Cross Validation, the model able to weight the importance of attributes and achieves 90.01 % accuracy in predicting telemarketing success. Furthermore, the rank of attribute importance was designed to be a guidance map in selecting potential targeted customers as a managerial implication.

Laut tawar Lake is a tourist attraction located in the Indonesian province of Aceh that has been visited by more than 1,000 tourists during 2018 (www.lintasgayo.com, 2018), in contrast to the attractions of Lake Toba located in the Indonesian province of North Sumatra, more than 381,643 visited during 2018 (www.medanbisnisdaily, com 2018.). The number of tourist visits to tourist destinations to these 2 lakes has contributed to achieving the target of foreign tourist arrivals in Indonesia, which exceeds 12 million (www.kemenpar.go.id, 2018). But the difference in visits by tourists to the two tourist destinations is interesting to examine how the attitude of the residents around the tourist destination to support for the development of future tourism. The research data was collected through distributing questionnaires to residents around freshwater lake and Toba Lake tourist destinations, population samples as many as 139 were obtained for residents around Laut tawar lakes and 174 for residents around Toba Lake using convenience techniques. The research instrument refers to the instrument developed by McGhee and Anderect (2004), namely 5 Likert scales for 5 issues of residents attitudes in tourism development, namely (1) tourism negative impacts, (2) tourism positive impacts, (3) personal benefits from tourism, (4) Support for increased tourism, (5) support for tourism plans. The results of this study showed that the characteristics of the respondents personnel had no effect on the attitude of the tourism negative impact and the tourism positive impact. The personal benefits from tourism is negatively effect on the tourism negative impact, but have a positive effect on the tourism positive impact. Personal benefits from tourism and tourism positive impact affect support for tourism development, while the tourism negative impact negatively affect support for increased tourism. There are differences in attitudes between residents around the Laut tawar and Toba Lakes in support for tourism development, this Phenomena supported the social exchange theory that the change of tourism development lead change the resident perception (Ap. The measurement study of this research is the organization of the Perkumpulan Petani Vanili Indonesia (PPVI) where the organization aims to develop and improve supply chains for farmer groups incorporated in organizations throughout Indonesia. The improvement in the performance of the supply chain organization focuses on the SCOR 12.0 approach and is processed through the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) with the development of KPIs in supply chain performance attributes. The results of the analysis show that the attributes of reliability, agility, and cost have the lowest valuation so that further development and identification is needed in improving the performance of the supply chain. The discussion and further implications of this research are designing lean agriculture development, improving quality management and developing operational, technical cost structures in the supply chain objects.

The purposes of this article are to investigate the effect of good corporate governance mechanism, featured by number of meeting conducted by audit committee, independency of the boards of commissioners, quality of auditors and institutional ownerships on the mandatory disclosure as required by IFRS and the effect of mandatory disclosure on stock turnover. Two multiple regression models are used for a sample of 13 Indonesian Mining Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data has been collected for 4 years to arrive at 52 data used in the data analysis. The first model is used to test factors associated with the level of mandatory disclosure. Then, the predicted value of mandatory disclosure generated by the first model is used as a determinant in the second model. The second model is set to determine the factors associated with stock turnover. The result indicates that the number of meeting conducted by audit committee is significantly and positively associated with the level of mandatory disclosure; whereas other determinants do not have any significant association with the level of mandatory disclosure. The result also shows that the predicted value of mandatory disclosure is positively and significantly associated with stock turnover.

Abstract
Universitas Budi Luhur (UBL) is one of the private universities that prioritizes the application of IT in the learning process. One application developed by UBL is the Webstudent application. The web-based application presents information and academic services for students. Based on interviews with UBLs Webstudent application users, there are still some complaints and inconveniences to application users. Most complaints are related to access to servers that are often interrupted when the number of application users increases. In addition, the information displayed on Webstudent is also not up-to-date. Therefore, in this study an analysis of the relationship between application user satisfaction and several factors, namely system quality, information quality and perceived usefulness was analyzed. This research uses the success model of DeLone-McLean information systems combined with Seddons success model. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to active students in 2018/2019 odd semester at UBL. Based on the test results it was concluded that user satisfaction is influenced by system quality, information quality, and perceived usefulness simultaneously and significantly at 71.4%. Meanwhile, service quality is influenced by user satisfaction at 70.01%. The results of this study can be used as a basis for developing and improving services in the Webstudent application.

This study aims to analyze the financial ratios of banks to predict bank bankruptcy in Indonesia. Variables used by a number of seven bank financial ratios are CAR, LDR, NPL, BOPO, ROA, ROE and NIM. The research data is obtained by census which means the whole population is used in the research which is 33 banks in year 2013. The analysis tool used is logit regression. The results of the multivariate test showed that the LDR variable had a significant effect on the profitability of bankruptcy of banks in Indonesia at α> 5% but did not have the same sign as predicted. CAR, NPL, BOPO, ROE, and NIM variables have the same mark as the predicted but not significant. The ROA variable is not significant and has a different sign than predicted. In general, the results do not accept all Ha. The accuracy of bank bankruptcy predictions in 2013 amounted to 94.7%. Therefore, the level of errors made in predicting bankruptcy is type II, that is, banks that are predicted to go bankrupt are not bankrupt.
