Abstract
There have been many studies evaluating patient satisfaction with pharmacy services in Indonesia. However, the results remain unclear and vary. Therefore, we conduct a systematic review to observe levels of satisfaction on pharmacy service and factors associated with patient satisfaction in community settings in Indonesia. We used Google Scholar, Portal Garuda, and Neliti as main databases. The date of the last search was May 2019. Inclusion criteria used in this study as follows: (1) original study, (2) measure patient satisfaction on pharmacy service, (3) settings in community pharmacies or community health centers, (4) published in journals or proceeding, and (5) online full text available. We used keyword both in Bahasa and in English in each database. Of the 9,617 studies retrieved through Google Scholar search (9560 studies), Portal Garuda (19 studies), and Neliti (38 studies), 34 records were excluded because of duplication. Of the 44 studies included in the full text review, 38 studies met the eligibility criteria and were included in qualitative synthesis. The most frequently used instrument has been SERVQUAL questionnaire (68.42%), covering 5 dimensions: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible. Twenty-four studies showed that patients were satisfied with pharmacy service. Only 4 studies showed that patients were not satisfied, mostly took place in primary health centers. Factors which showed a significant relationship with satisfaction were pharmacy appearance, drug information service, availability and variety of drugs, speed of service, age, education, employment status, quality of service, and price of drugs. Interestingly, 4 studies pointed that the implementation of pharmaceutical care showed no significant relationship with patient satisfaction. This study suggested pharmacists should promote their existence through delivering more pharmaceutical care to the patients.

Abstract
Background: Tuberculosis (TBC) a health problem in the community because the method of transmission is very fast and can lead to resistance if it is not treated quickly. Indonesia is the third largest contributor to TBC in the world after China. The results of the study of TB prevalence in Indonesia in 2013-2014 found the prevalence of TBC for all types and ages 660 per 100,000 population and it is estimated that there are 1,600,000 people with TB. In the Minister of Health Regulation Number 67, in 2016 it is stated that the diagnosis of tuberculosis is used by theMRT method. Objective: The purpose of this article is to find out a description of the pattern of MRT examination referrals in health facilities. Methode: Cross sectional study design, total sample 33,630 cases. This study is a further analysis of data from the Evaluation Study of Diagnosis of TB with TCM in Indonesia, 2018. Data sources were individual data of patients who performed MRT examinations from 44 health facilities (42 hospitals and 2 health centers) in 42 districts / cities in 26 provinces. Data analysis with univariate and crostabulation. Results: The total sample was 33,630 cases from 44 health facilities. There is an increase in the frequency of MRT examinations every years, from 178 in 2014 until 17,284 in July 2018. Most patients who refer MRT examinations come from internal facilities (71.5%), then from Puskesmas (18.7%), other hospitals ( 5.8%) and at least from independent / clinical doctors (3.3%). The purpose of conducting referrals to MRT examinations is mostly for examination of new pulmonary tuberculosis (76.1%), then drug resistant tuberculosis (19.8%), HIV-Tuberculosis (3.2%) and the least is DM-Tuberculosis (1.0 %). Conclusion: The total number of MRT examinations increases every years from 2014 until 2018. Referral to MRT examinations mostly comes from internal facilities and at least from public private sektor (medical doktor)/clinicians. The most average of MRT examination from the referral facility is for new pulmonary tuberculosis examination. The use of MRT for the purpose of examining HIV-TBC and DM-TBC is very low, ranging from 0.6-4.0%. Keywords: tuberculosis, molecular rapid test, hospital, health facilities

Abstract
Background: The 2018 UNAIDS data showed that 36.9 million people live with HIV. Of these, 4,400 cases found among adults (> 15 years old) and nearly 43% were women. In Sub-Saharan Africa, it was estimated that 24% of maternal deaths during prenatal or postnatal care were associated with HIV. Therefore, clinical attention is highly required during pregnancy and after delivery, particularly for those who are infected or at greater risk of HIV. Purpose: This study aimed to determine pregnancy experience among women with HIV. Methods: PubMed and Proquest were used to search relevant articles from 2015-2018 by typing the keywords: "pregnant HIV" OR "pregnancy HIV" OR "HIV pregnancy" OR "HIV pregnancy" AND “experience”. The inclusion and exclusion criteria was determined through: Population, Exposure, Outcome and Study Design (PEOS) framework, PRISMA flow diagram, data extraction and CASP, and mapping the findings. Results: Of 378 selected articles, 7 articles were found to be relevant with the study objective. Using qualitative designs, the articles discussed the disclosure of HIV status that remained hidden. This was due to lack of courage, high level of violence, negative stigma in community and lack of support from health practitioners in providing information about HIV during pregnancy. Support from family and peers can prevent HIV transmission from pregnant women to their fetus. Pregnant women with HIV can still expect that their pregnancy will be healthy and no HIV transmission to their newborn. Conclusion: Disclosure of HIV status remains be fear and concern. However, positive support from family, community and health practitioners can motivate pregnant women with HIV to improve their health.

Abstract
Colon cancer is one of the most common cancer in the world. Recently, natural products were used widely as complementer therapy for colon cancer. Previous study reported Nigella sativa has in vitro chemopreventive activity. This study aimed to observe the effect of cloroform extract of Nigella sativa seed (NSS) on rat colon cell after initiation of 7,12-dimethylbenz [a] anthracene. An experimental study design was set up with post only control group design using rats. Rats were divided into five groups, 12 rats in each group: Group I, the control group was given DMBA orally 20 mg/kgBW twice a week for five weeks, group V is the solvent control group was given corn oil. The other three groups were given DMBA + NSS, at the dosage of 250 mg/kgBW, 500 mg/kgBW and 750 mg/kgBW. NSS extract was dissolved in corn oil and administered daily per oral during the next two weeks before and during the initiation of DMBA. At the end of the experiment (16 week) all rats were sacrificed. Observations of colonic cell proliferation was performed using hematoxylin and eosin staining (H&E) and AgNOR. Data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA, followed by Tukey HSD. H&E staining showed that necrosis activity was lower in treated groups compared to DMBA group. AgNOR staining showed mAgNOR was significantly decrease following the increasing dose of NSS (250 mg/kgBW, 500 mg/kgBW and 750 mg/kgBW) were subsequently 1.62 ± 0.086, 1. 60 ± 0.101 and 1.39 ± 0.049 (p<0.05). The results showed that NNS reduce the damage of colon cells and inhibit colon cell proliferation in DMBA induced rats. This study indicated that Nigella sativa can be developed into chemopreventive agent for colon cancer.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Continuation of drug use refers to any use of drugs among patients receiving methadone treatment in health clinics. Methadone maintenance treatment is provided for people with addiction to opioids as a part of harm reduction programme, especially reduction in transmission of HIV. OBJECTIVES: This study is to determine the prevalence of continuation of illicit drug use and its associated factors among patients attending methadone clinics. METHODS: A cross-sectional study was conducted in August 2018 involving patients attending methadone clinics in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. Multistage stratified cluster sampling was employed. The data were collected using the questionnaires for demographic data, Hatta Islamic Religiosity Score (HIRS) 96, WHOQOL-BREF (Malay version) and also from patients- clinic files. Data were analysed by single and multiple logistic regressions using SPSS version 24. RESULTS: A total of 150 patients were involved with a response rate of 94.3%. The prevalence of continuation of drug-use was 38.7% (n=58) and 40.7% (n=61), as measured by self-reported drug use within the last 30 days and by urine test positive for drugs, respectively. Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that being Hepatitis C-infected [OR (95% CI: 0.45 (0.21, 0.95)] and higher quality of life score in the domain of psychological health [OR (95% CI: 0.98 (0.95, 1.00)] were associated with reduced continuation of drug use by self-reported use. While for urine positive for drugs, being Hepatitis C-infected [OR (95% CI: 0.27 (0.12, 0.62)] and higher quality of life score in the domain of physical health [OR (95% CI: 0.97 (0.94, 0.99)] were associated with reduced continuation of drug use. CONCLUSION: The prevalence of continuation of drug use among patients attending methadone clinics in Kelantan was high. Those with positive Hepatitis C status and those who scored higher in quality of life in the domain of physical and psychological health, were found to have reduced risk for continuation of illicit drug use.

However until now there has not been an agreement on appropriate and specific definitions Aim: To present a concept analysis of quality of life from the perspective of cardiac surgery Design: The method used in this paper was the approach of Walker & Avant (2011) Data Sources: This concept analysis was carried out with the aid of literature on quality of life obtained through the internet databases of CINAHL, Proquest, and Google Scholar. The key words of interest were “Quality of Life” and “Cardiac Surgery.” The search timeline was adjusted to articles published within 2009 to 2019. Review Method: This concept analysis was performed using the 8-step method Proposed by Walker and Avant. Results: Following the Walker and Avant-s method, identification of the attributes, antecedents and consequences of quality of life led to an operational definition of the concept of quality of life as the individuals perception of himself subjectively related to physical, psychological and social behavior to be prosperous in his life Conclusion: This concept analysis was able to show that, quality of life is the individuals perception of himself subjectively related to physical, psychological and social behavior to be prosperous in his life. Quality of life will provide benefits to cardiac surgery patients: reduce length of stay and maintenance costs, prevent complications and social isolation

Abstract
Background: Radioiodine has been known as an adjuvant therapy for thyroid cancer. Beside thyroid, radioiodine is taken up by breast tissue. So, radioiodine is expected can be as an alternative for breast cancer therapy. The aim of this study was to analyze uptake and toxicity of radioiodine in the SKBR-3 cell line. Material and Method: This study used SKBR-3 cell line that represent a HER2 type of breast cancer. Cells were planted in DMEM medium added 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS), panstrep 1% and amphotericin B. Cells were grown until 80% confluent and then stripped. Subsequently the cells were sub-cultured on plates 12 and 6 wells respectively for measured uptake and toxicity of radioiodine. Radioiodine uptake was calculated by sum efflux of 125 Iodine (125I) and the amount of uptake after the addition of 95% ethanol. Radioiodine toxicity was measured by calculated the 131Iodine (131I) effect to cell proliferation using clonogenic assay. Results: Radioiodine was taken up by SKBR3 cells and the average of uptake was 194 ± 50 cpm/106 cell. Radioiodine showed reducing of cell proliferation. The average cell proliferation after 131I exposure was 47 ± 6%. Conclusion: Radioiodine is taken by SKBR3 cells and it demonstrate the toxicity to the cell. Our finding shows an opportunity for radioiodine as an alternative for breast cancer therapy. Further study is need to understand the mechanism.

Abstract
Some patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) have high expression of dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP4) enzyme that breaks down glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) and glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP1) hormones. During eating carbohydrate, K and L cells in the human small intestine produce GIP and GLP1 respectively that stimulate pancreatic β cells to release insulin. Recent evidence has revealed that fruit consumption before meals reduces fasting blood glucose level in patients with T2DM. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the effect of fruit consumption before meals on DPP4 activity among patients with T2DM. A randomized control trial study with pre-posttest control group design was performed in 19 T2DM patients. They were randomly divided into 2 groups: 10 in the control (C) group eating a standardized diet and the other in the treatment (T) group eating fruit before consumption of standard diet. Fasting and post prandial serum DPP4 activities were measured using a H-Gly-Pro-pNA substrate in the 1st and 7th day-s intervention. Kruskal Wallis and paired t tests were used to analyze mean DPP4 activity in both groups with p value < 0.05. In 1st day intervention, mean fasting DPP4 activity in the C group (189.42+116.27 nmol/ min/ mg protein) was higher than mean fasting DPP4 activity in the T group (121.75±74.86 nmol/ min/ mg protein). Reduced post prandial DPP4 activity was found in the C group (111.84±71.05) and increased in the T group (143.99+72.41). After 7 days intervention, reduction of fasting and post prandial DPP4 activities was observed in the C and T groups respectively. Meanwhile, mean fasting DPP4 activity in the T group remained unchanged and increased post prandial DPP4 activity was in the C group. Fruit consumption before meals reduces fasting and increases post prandial DPP4 activities in patients with T2DM.

Abstract
Background: Quality of life (QoL) related to health is an important aspect in the treatment of diabetes mellitus. Purpose : This study aims to find a relationship between blood pressure and QoL of patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus by controlling other variables. Methods: A Cross-sectional study of DM patients in the city of Bogor who were community-based participants with the application of inclusion and exclusion criteria. The QOL data were collected using DM Quality of Life modification questionnaire. Statistical analyses were conducted using logistic reggresion. Results: From the research conducted on 144 people with diabetes mellitus, more than half of the patients had hypertension (68.1%), adults aged 25-60 years (69.4%), women (79.9%), low education with less than 12 years of education year (62.5%), not working formally (66.0%), having a partner (77.8%), and getting treatment (75.7%). The quality of life of patients is balanced between good and poor quality of life (50%). Based on the results of the bivariate test, blood pressure, education, and the presence of partners had a significant relationship to quality of life (p <0.05). Based on multivariate test results, the OR value for blood pressure does not increase or decrease by more than 10% in the full model or partially, this indicates that the effect of pressure on quality of life is relatively stable (OR = 0.293). People with DM who are not hypertensive are protective factors against poor quality of life. The multivariate final model shows that the variable that greatly influences the quality of life is education (OR = 3.63). Conclusion: Blood pressure, education and the existence of partners have a significant relationship to the QoL of patients with Diabetes Mellitus (p <0.05). Age, sex, occupation and therapy were not statistically related (p> 0.05).
