Abstract
Abstract Every traditional ceremony of the Toba Batak community always requires the role of women, both in traditional marriage and death ceremonies. Batak women-s role is very important and respected in traditional ceremonies. The ceremonies will not run perfectly if there is no role for women. This is seen at the customary wedding. The first respectful is given to women-s party (hulahula). If they will perform a traditional ceremony, they will first perform the ritual of martonggo. The ritual of martonggo is a tradition of praying to Debata (god), and also means calling or asking of blessing both in the religious and traditional ceremonies. As for what is requested or called in traditional ceremonies is gondang (the traditional music of Batak). This gondang serves as a complement or offering to God who accompanied them to dance, (manortor). The purpose of this paper is to describe (1) how the role of Toba Batak women in martonggotonggo performance at the Toba Batak traditional ceremony, (2) the function of Toba Batak women in martonggotonggo performance at the Toba Batak traditional ceremony. This paper reviewed using an anthropolinguistic approach with the analytic parameters are interconnection, valuability, and sustainability. The qualitative paradigm with ethnography model used in this study.

Abstract
Abstract Objective: to see the link between an attractive landscape and improved medical outcomes and well-being of the patients through investigation of previous studies and documents, also to identify extent and suggestion for the implementation of therapeutic principles in healthcare units. Method: A qualitative study on literatures to gather evidence of the benefits of the attractive landscape-s existence in hospitals/healthcare environment. Descriptive analysis was conducted in order to present scientific results regarding the benefits of attractive landscapes in humans environment, especially in healthcare units. Apart from that, this study also conducted a survey to study landscape architects experience and opinion toward the application of the therapeutic landscapes Results: This study investigation found evidence regarding the significance of attractive landscape in the hospital environment for patients- recovery and well-being which have been scientifically tested. Landscape architects are aware of the benefit of therapeutic landscape, despite whether they have experience in any hospital landscape design or not. In accordance, most of them have/will put the therapeutic consideration into their design in hospitals/ healthcare units. Conclusion: This paper managed to include evidence of the benefits of the existence of an attractive landscape in the hospital environment and proven for its feasibility for application as confirmed by the landscape architects. Therefore, considered enough for justification of their significance.

Abstract
Abstract Objective: This study aimed to determine serum TNF-α levels in pregnant women with the risk of preeclampsia and those who have preeclampsia. Method: This research was a cross-sectional study and conducted in two maternal and child hospitals in Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia, that is Pertiwi and Fatimah hospitals. As many as 86 pregnant women; 31 normal blood pressure, 26 high-risk preeclampsia and 29 preeclampsia pregnant women checked their blood pressure and then gave informed consent. TNF-α level was examined used Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in Hasanuddin University laboratorium. Pregnant women with antiplatelet therapy, infectious, and inflammatory diseases were excluded from the study. Data presented in the form of tables and narratives. The bivariate analysis presented in the form of a cross table between variables TNF α levels with pregnant women at risk for preeclampsia and preeclampsia and analyzed used Kruskal Wallis Test. Results: TNF-α levels in normal patients are 24.47 pg/ml, whereas those at the risk of preeclampsia appear two times higher than preeclampsia (57.052 pg/ml), pregnant women with preeclampsia have approximately five times higher levels than normal pregnant women (327.330 pg/ml) Conclusion: Increased levels of TNF have begun to occur during the high-risk phase and have increased very high during preeclampsia.

Abstract
During fetal ovarian development, the stroma penetrates and expands in the developing ovary and might play a role in the formation of ovigerous cords, follicles, and the ovarian surface epithelium. Pertubation of stromal development might lead to some reproductive diseases such as Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). PCOS is a multifactorial reproductive and metabolic endocrine disorder with increased ovarian stroma. Recent genotyping studies have discovered susceptibility loci containing candidate genes for PCOS. However, little is known about their expression patterns and interactions during ovarian development. Using bovine ovaries (n=27) due to their histological similarity to human ovaries, we investigated stromal behaviour morphometrically in the ovarian cortex and the expression of these candidate genes throughout gestation. The stromal proportion and stromal total volume in the cortex significantly increased (P < 0.05) throughout gestation. Except SUMO1P1, all candidate genes were expressed in fetal ovaries. The expression of GATA4, HMGA2, TOX3, DENND1A1 and FBN3 was initially high and decreased at about the end of the first trimester, whilst FSHR and INSR, increased from around the second trimester. Those genes were strongly correlated with gestational age. LHCGR expression was high in the first trimester, decreased to its lowest by 130 days of gestation, and then sharply increased until the end of gestation. The expression of the remaining genes was not correlated with gestational age. FBN3, HMGA2 and TOX3 expression decreased significantly during follicle formation in the fetal ovary. Collectively, GATA4, HMGA2, TOX3, LHCGR (before 150 days) and FBN3 were abundantly expressed and positively correlated with each other during early development when the cortical stromal expansion peaked, while FSHR, AMH, INSR, AR and TGFB1I1 were expressed during folliculogenesis and negatively correlated with the early expressed genes. Dysregulation of these genes during gestation might cause the PCOS phenotype later in life.
