Abstract
Digital social innovation is an emerging field that use digital tools for social change in order to solve a variety of issues in many areas such as education, health and environment. In the area of environment for example, digital innovations could be developed to help the society to dispose and collect recyclable waste in an appropriate way. From our survey on the waste disposal in Malaysia however, we have found that there is no digital application available for the society to properly dispose and collect the household recyclable waste. This study aims to design a digital solution for the society in order to provide them with a mobile application that could be used to track content level of recycling bins in their locations. The application is developed based on Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology and run on Android platform. At the end of the study, we propose and discuss a model that we have developed for the solution, which could also be applied by other society to achieve the same goal. We conclude that an affordable digital social solution could be implemented by leveraging the current open source tools, low-cost hardware, crowdsourcing and cloud technologies.

Abstract
In determining the number of optimal server in highway, a method is needed to automatically provides information when the queue is predicted will be too long. The approach taken is optimization mathematical modeling by modifying the queue formulation that has been developed. The Mathematical modeling process use methodology proposed by Daellenbach, starting from system modeling and followed with mathematical modeling along with verification and validation. We find mathematical models that can optimize the allocation server, adapting to the flow of vehicle. The focus of the findings is on the M/M/C queue system (The number of arrivals per unit memoryless time with Poisson distribution, memoryless service time with binomial distribution, and more than one servers).

Abstract
Research has shown that many accounting jobs are ripe for takeover by Smart Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Algorithms (STARA). The future for the finance and accounting function rests in human only activities and human and machine hybrid activities. This paper explores the challenges faced by Small Medium Practitioners of accounting and business services in the face of the changing competitive landscape brought about by automation and artifical intelligence. The authors reviews research done by professional bodies as well as in academic literature to discuss changes that SMPs may need to make using Teece Business Model Design framework to ensure sustainability of their practice in the digital era. SMPs will need to review the services they provide and the service delivery methods of existing work to be able to create value in an efficient and effective manner that would entice customers thus ensuring their survival. Thus development of a business model that focuses on the customer segmentation, value propositions and delivery channels of these services that leverages on technology would help business success. Transformation of the accounting profession is sorely needed to make them ready for Industrial Revolution 4.0 era and beyond.

SAP Business One (SAP B1) is one of the most used Enterprise Resource Planning system for small and medium enterprise because of cost compared to other SAP package. But SAP B1 do not come in handy to handle some feature like Stock Opname in warehouse. Stock Opname is process to check whether stock in the system is the same in the reality. Usually companies that have logistic do Stock Opname once or more in a year depends on their industry. Therefore add-on to manage Stock Opname is needed. This add-on will be developed in Website and Android mobile application. The development use SCRUM as framework to manage time and quality of the system. To support the Android mobile application, there is a barcode scanner and solution disconnected scenario feature to make application still usable without internet connection. These system will allow worker to maximize their productivity while doing Stock Opname and also integration with SAP B1 so company will have integrated system.

Abstract
Abstract The finance and accounting domain today require institutions of higher learning to produce competent graduates who are familiar with digital soft skills. These include Blockchain, e-audit, Big data, cryptocurrencies, auditing on the cloud, softbot counselling, robotics in business process automation, peer to peer transactions, application of artificial intelligence in treasury related work and crowd funding. The voguishness of technology usage in the digital economy today has become an impelling force to the accounting and finance profession. Some critical views from the job industry suggest that graduates must possess certain FinTech skills to provide expert counsel which they aren-t able to do at the moment. Industry experts argue that the lack of skill set will definitely impact on recruitment and create pressure for reform in institutions of higher learning to prepare students to fill that gap. FinTech enabled platforms result in disruption to the accounting workforce as newer emerging business models and processes are slowly rising across banking, finance, audit and integrated reporting. In this paper we present findings of top ten skills needed in terms of FinTech readiness that should be included in existing curriculums offered at the tertiary level from expert opinion gathered by relevant stakeholders.

Introduction The telecommunications industry have contributed positively to the Malaysian economy, as reported by the Department of Statistics of Malaysia. The expansion of the industry is vital to ensure prosperity of areas i.e. Internet of Things and Digital Financial Services. Despite the growing number of licensees, the cancellation rate of the Individual licences have been rising from 2007 till 2017. Financial difficulties appear to be the source of these firms- licence cancellation. Malaysia may not be able to achieve its 2020 national agenda to become full national digital economy if the problem continues to exist. Aim of the study The aim of the research is to investigate the performance of the NFP and NSP Individual licensees- financial status to assess the extent of the financial performance-s influence on the cancellation, non – renewal and surrender statuses of these licences. Method Our sample consists of the financial information of the six major operators in the industry and 2 operators who have exited the industry. Profitability, liquidity and the solvency ratios were computed for 5 years. Regression analysis was employed to test the impact of financial performance for selected licensees. Results Results obtained shows that there is no relationship between the financial performances (profitability ratios) with the liquidity ratios although a strong relationship is observed between the financial performance and the solvency ratios. The research found that the financial performance of the firms impacts the cancellation, surrender and non-renewal of the firms- licences. The firms also contributes significantly to the GDP of this particular industry. Conclusion The overall GDP of the country is influenced by the decrease of percentage share by the telecommunications industry contributed by the exit of the firms- holding the NFP and NSP Individual licences.
