Abstract
Increased grain production is strongly influenced by the irrigation system owned by farmers. With optimal irrigation system then the farmer will dare to buy more expensive seeds. Farmers will be willing to take greater risks because of grain production to be acquired greater. According to the Data Collection Guidelines for Food Crops and Horticulture, BPS - Ministry of Agriculture in 1993, several factors can affect the rise and fall of the average rice production per hectare is the problem of soil fertility, use of fertilizers, seeds, how to grow crops, pests and so on [2]. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of agricultural systems on seed selection in Sidrap. This study was conducted in 11 districts in Sidrap, using 99 samples. To answer the purposes of this study, the research institute using logistic regression data analysis is an approach to create predictive models such as linear regression, or commonly referred to as Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression. Y = B0 + B1X + e. Where e is the error variance or residual. The results showed that a good irrigation system such as the system of irrigation the farmers are more willing to take the risk to buy seed expensive that have good quality, unlike the case with rainfed and pumping which tends to farmers choose to use seed that relatively cheaper, because farmers do not dare to take the risk of failure of grain production because irrigation systems are less supportive.

Slip of the Pen as A Psychopathology of Everyday Life on Wilde-s Happy Prince and Other Tales Abstract Oscar Wilde is recognized for his tragedy and supernatural short stories as one of his astonishing works, the black cat, still discussed in this very modern days. In 1888, Wilde then succeeds to made a move of his work by published a collection of his work entitled The Happy Prince and Other Tales. The collection consists of seven stories; The Happy Prince, The Nightingale and The Rose, The Selfish Giant, The Devoted Friend, The Remarkable Rocket, The Sphinx Without A Secret, and The Birthday of The Infanta. Considering seven works in one collection, it is possible that Wilde himself did a slip of the pen among his seven works in a collection. This study aims to find the slip of the pen in Wilde-s collection The Happy Prince and Other Tales, and also to analyze the construction and effect of Wilde- slip of the pen through his collection as well. In analyzing the occurrence of the slip of the pen, this study will use the psychopathology of everyday life, one of the remarkable theories by Freud. In psychopathology of everyday life, slip of the pen alone has kinds of various types and symptoms where this study would also determine the suit kind of slip of the pen in Wilde-s The Happy Prince and Other Tales.

Abstract
Introduction. Objective reasons are necessary for the birth of new theories and new ideas in science. If in some field of knowledge we would have, for example, an ideal theory that would answer absolutely all questions, then hardly anyone would have the desire to change this theory, somehow complement and improve it [1]. If we turn to the modern theory of electromagnetism as a concrete scientific theory, then this theory is completely permeated with all sorts of contradictions and paradoxes. Some paradoxes have their own names: “paradoxes of unipolar induction”, “secrets of unipolar induction”, “paradox of unipolar motor”, “paradox of rail motors,” “paradox of Goering”, “paradoxes of transformer” [5]. Up to now, almost no serious attempts have been made to change or supplement the well-known theory of electromagnetism. The reason for this was not only the contradictions and paradoxes of electromagnetic theory, but also the abstract mathematical formalism applied by Maxwell to describe various electromagnetic phenomena through electric and magnetic fields. Over time, the positive advantages of electromagnetic theory, which, undoubtedly, were, overshadowed its shortcomings and weaknesses. Contradictions and paradoxes in the theory began to be considered as only strange and harmless exceptions in the harmonious theory [1]. Mathematization of the theory played a significant role. The consequence of excessive mathematization of this theory turned the electromagnetic theory from the physical to the mathematical one. The theory of motion in time, the energy of rotation is in many ways similar to Einsteins theory of relativity. In fact, this theory of relativity has a dual character. The first peak of the theory is the peak of human knowledge; the second is the theory of movement in time. In this case, it is not necessary to know this theory, since the theory of motion in time allows you to look at the theory of relativity from the new side and makes it simple and clear [4]. The theory of movement in time is an effective tool for the knowledge of nature. The theory of motion is inextricably linked with the gravitational field. The non-explosive part of electrodynamics and gravity leads to the creation of a single spatial field, which Einstein dreamed of. The aim of the work is to combine all the fields: electric, magnetic, electromagnetic into a single electromagnetic theory of the spatial field. With the help of a single spatial electromagnetic field, such phenomena as the production of fine materials that cannot be obtained by any separators, and if possible, only with a large amount of electricity, are easily explained. Recently, more and more attention has been attracted to research in the field of nanomaterials and nanotechnologies, where they work with objects whose dimensions are commensurate with the correlation radius of a physical phenomenon

Abstract
Rice bran is known having bioactive antioxidant compounds that are hydrophilic and lipophilic. Rice bran extraction on hydrophilic bioactive compounds need to be optimized. This study aims to determine the impact of hydrolysis and non-hydrolysis treatments to bran as well as the solvent type on the antioxidant activity of hydrophilic bioactive compounds in bran extract. The study was conducted by varying the treatment of bran extraction to obtain the best hydrophilic extract. Variation in treatments include with or without hydrolyzing rice brans. In addition, there were variations on the solvent type to dissolve the hydrophilic bioactive compounds by using 96% of ethanol and ethyl acetate. Parameters of the observation consist of yield, total phenol and antioxidant activity scavenging free radicals (DPPH). The results showed that the treatment of hydrolyzed and un hydrolyzed rice brans and the solvent type provided a significant difference to the yield, total phenol and antioxidant activity of hydrophilic bioactive compounds from rice bran. The highest yield (1.72%), total phenol (12.37 mg EAG/g) and antioxidant activity (68.74%) were resulted from the bran treatment without hydrolysis and using ethanol as the solvent type. Extraction of hydrophilic bioactive compounds can be done by using a method without hydrolyzing the rice brand and using ethanol as the solvent.

Abstract
Sovereignty is in the hands of the people and implemented according to the 1945 Constitution.the meaning of people-s sovereignty in the 1945 Constitution is to place the people as a source of state power where it is in line with the understanding of democracy, namely from the people,by the people and for the people. The regional head election is a form of people-s sovereignty. The existence of a blank coulumn in the regional head election is seen as an alternative choice of the people which simultaneously allow regional head election to be held with only one pair of candidates. Such conditions occur because of the absence of other options provided by the party organizing the regional head election. The research is a qualitative research by describing or giving or giving a description of the condition factually and systematically about the facts and phenomena related to the problem under study and usinh the method conceptual approach and statute approach. The result showed that there were legal problems that occurred when the regional head election was carried out using a blank column selection system.therefore, there is a need for a regulation regarding the mechanism for the selection of regional heads in a complete and clear manner so that it becomes a reference for the regional head election organizer.

Abstract
Islamic banking as a financial intermediary is very vulnerable to bankruptcy. One measure of bankruptcy is non-performing financing (NFP). Indonesian Islamic bank consists of Islamic commercial bank and Islamic rural bank. The NPF level of Islamic rural banks is above the maximum threshold. This paper investigates the impact of bank characteristic variables such as assets, financing, CAR, and efficiency and macroeconomic variables such as national output and inflation on NPF. The results show that assets, CAR, and efficiency have a positive effect on NPF while financing has a negative effect on NPF. The domestic output has a negative effect on NFP and the inflation has a positive effect on the NPF. More interestingly, the effect of macro variables is asymmetric on NPF. An increase in output does not decrease the NPF but when a decrease in output raises the NPF. Whereas the inflation worsens the NPF compared to the deflation

Abstract
Carboxymethyl kappa-carrageenan (CMKC), is the result of carboxymethylation of kappa-carrageenan. Carboxymethylation of k-carrageenan is carried out in two stages: (1) Alkalization of k-carrageenan using NaOH, to form alkoxy-k-carrageenan, then etherification of alkoxy-k-carrageenan with monochloroacetic acid (MCA) as reactant to produce carboxymethyl k-carrageenan (CMKC). The success of CMKC synthesis can be measured based on the value of the degree of substitution, (DS), DS is the average number of hydroxyl groups that are converted to carboxyl groups. The success of the conversion of hydroxyl groups into carboxyl groups is influenced by several factors, synthesis temperature, types of reactants and the polarity of the reaction medium. This study has been done to analyze the effect of the polarity of the CMKC synthesis reaction medium,to the DS value. k-carrageenan was reacted with NaOH, then the results were reacted with monochloroacetic acid, insome variation proportion of isopropanol-ethanol-acetone, as reaction medium. The value of DS of CMKC that were synthesized was measured by the titrimetric method. The results showed that the polarity of the reaction medium affected the value of DS CMKC. The highest DS value (1,7) was owned by CMKC which was synthesized in the isopropanol-acetone-ethanol (25:3:2) v/v as reaction medium.

Abstract
Biomass gasification technology has been developed in Indonesia in the last 30 years. During those years, this technology has become one of the choices as a decentralized power plant for remote area. However, the use of synthetic gas directly on diesel engine and steam turbine for electricity generation has a relatively low efficiency. On the other hand, synthetic gas can be used as raw material for Fischer Tropsch (FT) process, a process for manufacturing synthetic diesel and gasoline in high temperature. Because of its high temperature, the exhaust heat can still be used for steam power plant. This paper consists of a study for synthetic gas production from corncob-s gasification which then can be used as FT process-s raw material. Product-s economic level is compared with conventional process. Previous studies show that gasifier optimal temperature is between 800 to 1,000oC. Simulation shows that this approach can produce FT fuel (diesel oil equivalent) 58 million litres per year and electricity 400 GWh per year. With raw material capacity of 300,000 tonnes/year, calculated FT fuel production cost is 6,569 IDR/liter and electricity production cost are 245 IDR/kWh (about 22% of PLN-s average tariffs 1,123 IDR/kWh).

Edible coating such as chitosan was utilized to prevent fruit from ripening and prolong the shelf life. Grapes and tomato were used as samples and treated with chitosan solution at different concentration 1, 2 and 3%. The combination of 3% chitosan solution with polyphenol and ascorbic acid at different concentration were also studied. The polyphenol was extracted from green tea using maceration technique . The fruit samples were analyzed by measuring the color changes of the fruits. The shelf life of the grapes was improved almost 2.5 times longer using 3% chitosan solution compared to the uncoated grapes. The shelf life is increased from 6 days to 16 days. Tomato shelf life was also enhanced using 3 % chitosan solution from 4 days to 15 days for the coated chitosan. The addition of polyphenol and ascorbic acid to the chitosan solution was only slightly prolong the shelf life of the samples although it is not very significant compared to the blank. The results proved that the chitosan treatment to grapes and tomato enhanced their shelf life and this material has potential to be used industrially and it can benefit for farmer.

This research applying remote sensing technology of Landsat 7 2005, 2007, 2010, and 2015 using Lemigas Algorithm to gain information of special and temporal increase of sedimentation, distribution pattern, and density level of sedimentation. The result shows that accretion of sedimentation process between 2005 and 2015 at Lemahwungkuk Subdistrict is 56,989 Ha with a sedimentation rate of 5,699 Ha/year. Kejaksan Subdistrict has increase sedimentation by 16,491 Ha with a sedimentation rate of 1,649 Ha/year. The most significant increase happened at 2010 to 2015, with 46,072 Ha. However, from 2005 to 2010 the sedimentation increased by 5,675 Ha. There are 2 types of distribution pattern at Cirebon City, the first one is the sedimentation that ends in the estuary of river, particularly at Sukalila and Kesunean River deltas. The other type is the sedimentation caused by the presence of longshore currents which carry sediment and stuck on the coast along coastal city of Cirebon. Identification of natural and artificial sedimentation is carried out based on surveys in the field. The Lemigas Algorithm used only for classification of sedimentation (natural and artificial) based on density level of sedimentation content (mg/L).

Abstract
The problem situation can be observed when the capability of several components on a single machine decrease during the scheduling period and need maintenance action. Since the lifetime is variation, that action often interrupts the production process. The solution can be obtained by grouping the maintenance action with determine the number of the group, component on the group, and scheduling the group to the shop. However, that decision must consider the production plan, i.e., the number of the batch, batch size, and schedule the batches. We propose the algorithm to integrate between both of these two problems, so the total actual flow time minimize. The result of experiments shows that the proposed algorithm could increase the performance effectively.

Abstract
Construction is one of the main projects that is stated in the Universitas Indonesia (UI) Strategic Plan-s Key Performance Indicators. Therefore, the success in carrying out this construction projects is enough to enhance UI-s annual performance overall, both the activity performance and budget performance. But in practice, the implementation of construction projects in UI didn-t always succeed as expected. The construction projects were often late or delayed which subsequently followed by the termination of the contracts, it would then hamper the operational activities. This study aims to develop a Quality Management System (QMS) of construction procurement process to improve the quality of contractor-s performance. The research methods used are literature study, survey to targeted respondents, and statistical analysis. This QMS development is expected to improve the quality of contractors by a better construction procurement process and be able to reduce the failure of the construction projects.

Abstract
Environment is related to tourism as one of determinant to determine tourism destination competitiveness. Environmental determinants that can affect destination competitiveness are society, technology, culture, demographic, economy, geography, history, infrastructure, law, opponent, politics, and resources. This research aims to explain how environmental determinants take effect to destination competitiveness in Pentingsari tourism village. This research finds out that seven environmental determinants which are society, culture, economy, geography, infrastructure, opponent, and resources take effect on destination competitiveness by using nature and local value that live in Pentingsari tourism village. But some environmental determinants do not take effect in Pentingsari tourism village such as technology, demographic, history, law, and politics. Lack of nature relation is the main reason that five environmental determinants do not take effect on destination competitiveness. This research conclude that environmental determinants take effect to destination competitiveness in Pentingsari tourism village through seven determinants

Abstract
Abstract. Radiation pattern is an important parameter of the of the antenna performance. This parameter needs to be measured not only accurately but also as fast as possible. For this purpose, the automatic measurement system has been developed. In this research, the system is implemented to analyse the radiation characteristic of Yagi antenna by measuring its radiation pattern. The measurement result of the patterns is compared to those of computer simulation as well as table characteristics of Yagi antenna. For this purpose, a Yagi antenna is designed and realized as the radiation pattern measurement object. Then, the students conduct the experiment to measure and analyse the effect of parasitic elements to the radiation pattern performance of the antenna. The questionnaire is carried out as the method of the research and directed to the students of the Telecommunication Study Program, Bandung State Polytechnic.
