Abstract
Economic growth is insufficient to be a sole indicator of the population-s welfare. Specifically, high economic growth does not necessarily imply that the population is generally prosperous. Equal income distribution is crucial to achieving sustainable economic growth. Since 2000, the Gini index as a measure of income inequality in Indonesia showed an increasing trend. On the other side, the financial technology 3.0 started to develop. This paper seeks to investigate the impact of fintech 3.0 development on income inequality in Indonesia and to identify the determining factors of income inequality in Indonesia. By using the partial adjustment model (PAM) with the observation period of 1990-2017, the study empirically shows that fintech 3.0 development that started in 2000 had a significant impact on income inequality in Indonesia. Besides, the investment variable also positively affect income inequality in Indonesia. Thus, the findings indicate that the Indonesian population did not equally utilize fintech development.

Abstract

Abstract
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate whether information capital readiness (ICR) has a positive effect on business performance (BP). Furthermore, this study also investigates whether online market orientation (OMO) mediates ICR-BP relationship. This study is designed as a quantitative research and partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS SEM) is used to test the hyphotheses. Online and offline questionnaires were conducted and collected from the MSMEs under the Dinas Koperasi and UMKM Provinsi Jawa Timur. This research uses a mediation model approach to test the indirect effect of OMO. The results indicate that ICR directly and positively affect BP of the MSMEs in East Java. Further analysis proves that OMO partially mediates ICR-BP relationship. This study suggests that MSMEs should have readiness in information capital and have online market orientation so it can improve business performance. This research specific context for East Java and caution should be used when generalizing it to other province. This study also limits the sample only in the MSMEs, therefore it limits its generalization. The results of this study suggest that MSMEs should have readiness in capital information to process transactional information, analyze information, and transform their business. This research brings together issues that are usually examined separately in previous studies. It employs a mediation research model to explore the central role of OMO in ICR-BP relationship which is rarely researched. This is also the first study exploring the three constructs of ICR, OMO, and BP in the East Java MSMEs research setting.

Abstract
Teaching materials are currently very dynamic in its development. The development of teaching materials is adjusted to the curriculum and student needs. Sometimes the basic things that are rarely considered in the development of teaching materials based on student needs, namely the text used as student reading material in making it easier for students to understand the subject. It finds it difficult for students in digesting the information or messages that they want to treat through the text, the technique is too long, errors in sentence structure, idea development, and the spelling used. This study aims to describe the thematic development patterns with language tools in the text of Mathematics and Natural Sciences teaching materials for Class VII Schools. This research method uses a descriptive analysis approach from the text contained in two teaching materials based on the 2013 Curriculum. This thematic progression model uses the Danes 1974 and Eggins 2004 models chosen as a theoretical analytical framework. The results of this study illustrates the pattern of progression themes and linguistic features in each field of teaching material analyzed. This will make it easier for students and teachers to understand the reading text contained in teaching materials. If the text of the teaching material has a thematic progression pattern and the language features are not good, this research can be an alternative evaluation in the development of teaching materials, especially in the selection of texts on teaching materials that will be developed by teachers or the government.

Abstract
The meaning of communism discourse in Indonesia is closely related to events involving the Indonesian Communist Party (PKI). The meaning of communism ideology has become a symbolic arena of struggle. Whether PKI as a victim or perpetrator of the massacre became a debate that continues to this day. This assumption has implications for the meaning of "communism as an ideology" in Indonesia. Thus, this day communism is still a scourge for some people become an existing reality. Even though Suharto era had ended, any efforts to preserve anti-communist discourse became a phenomenon in Indonesia. This research focused on how Matan Muhammadiyah East Java Magazine maintained anti-communist discourse. This was done to get the power to produce and showed the world view that had been the most recognized, the most considered true, and had legitimacy. The symbolic preservation efforts on anti-communist discourse carried out with a meconaisance strategy, i.e. euphemization, sensing, and implicature. In addition, Matan presented an old well narration as an effort to preserve the discourse. Through the critical discourse analysis method, this study showed that Muhammadiyah was still an active Islamic organization in reproducing anti-communist discourse in Indonesia.

Abstract
Some previous research found out that teaching the usefulness of mathematics in the classroom was pivotal. However, there was still a lack of research regarding how this happened in the classrooms. Therefore, this qualitative study would to find how British mathematics teachers- beliefs and their teaching practice related to the usefulness of mathematics in daily life. Four British mathematics teachers who were taking master degree program in University of Bristol and had experience in teaching mathematics in the UK were chosen by using non-probability sampling method. The data collection method used was a semi-structured interview using open-ended questions. During the interview, everyone would be asked about 25 minutes to know how their perspective related to their beliefs and teaching practice. The audiotape recording of the interview was transcribed and then analysed using thematic analysis from Braun and Clarke. According to the analysis data, there were four main themes of beliefs from British mathematics teachers regarding to the usefulness of mathematics and two main themes of teaching practice that have been done based on their teaching experience.

Abstract
As part of the international community, Indonesia is an active country to participate at international treaties. To show it commitments, Indonesia has been adopted those treaties into domestic legal system. However, the existing law does not regulate the clear status of the treaties ratified by Indonesia. It is merely regulate about two classifications of treaties whether it needs parliament approval or not. With this situation, this study proposes a new model procedural legislation for the adoption of international treaties under Indonesian domestic law. With normative legal methodology, this study concludes that any effort from Indonesia to ratify treaties must be delivered to the house of representative at the beginning of process before ratification. This must be assisted with the academic research which contains the holistic explanation why the Government should ratify the treaty. The statutory law on treaty ratification must not only mentioning the ratification decision but also specifyng the whole provisions of the treaty that shall has direct binding effect in Indonesian territory.

Cyber espionage employs computer network to gather illegal access to confidential information from government or certain organization. The advance development of technology acknowledges the sophisticated and illegal means of receiving highly confidential data or information for certain purposes that risk the national security of a state. However, international law is still silent to define and regulate cyber espionage especially at the time of peace. By applying the normative legal methodology, this study analyzes the current practices of cyber espionage in the 21st century and how far the international law could reach these illegal activities. This study concludes that the basic diplomatic norms shall be applied to cyber espionage. It strictly in contravention with the principle of non-intervention and sovereignty of a state. Moreover, this study proposed the international legal framework to regulate cyber espionage.

Abstract
Intellectual property disputes can include copyright, trademark, patent, industrial design rights, geographical indicative rights, integrated circuit layout design, and crop variety disputes. They require appropriate resolution and provide not only legal certainty but also provide justice and expediency for the disputing parties. The disputes can be resolved through litigation (court) and non-litigation (arbitration and alternative dispute resolution). Both the dispute resolutions, in and out of court, have their respective advantages and disadvantages. Out of court resolution becomes an alternative solution for the disputing parties knowing all of its advantages compared to dispute resolution through a court. The arbitration and alternative intellectual property right dispute resolutions have their own challenges considering that they are new compared to that carried out in court. The institutions that are assigned to handle intellectual property rights disputes in Indonesia are the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) and the Arbitration and Mediation Board of Intellectual Property Rights (BAM HKI). Both of them have the authority to resolve intellectual property disputes out of court. Businesses in Indonesia currently do not fully understand the importance and urgency of resolving intellectual property rights disputes through BANI or BAM HKI. Moreover, the institutions still have limited authority to resolve intellectual property rights disputes.

Abstract
Surface texturing is becoming an effective way for increasing the performance of hydrodynamic bearings. However, introducing the texture on the lubricated sliding contact may lead to the presence of the inertia effect as well as the cavitation effect. In this study, the correlation between the inertia and the cavitation in textured bearing is investigated in terms of hydrodynamic pressure and load support. The Navier-Stokes equation based on CFD and modified Reynolds equation are applied. In addition, the use of slip condition and its effect on the performance of bearing is of particular interest. The simulations are conducted in very low sliding velocity to address the low inertia effect. The result shows that increasing inertia effect can increase the load support, but the cavitation effects is not found in the bearing pattern in which the inertia is not significant. The other interesting result concludes that slip reduces the load support, but on the other hand slip also increases the load support depending on the texture length.

Secondly how it-s transform by Muhammadiyah from his theological bases to the global citizenship. To get the aims of that-s questions, this article will be analysis with the philosophical approach that is the model of theological and socio-cultural approach in Muhammadiyah. Through tajdi>d and tajri>d in Muhammadiyah that will be interprate use Thomas Kuhn, Michel Foucault, and Antonio Gramsci approuch. And the transformation of theology with Hasan Hanafi-s. and the various issues on religious and politics will be analysis with the perspective of intelectual history Muhammadiyah from 90-s era until 2019. As a results there are shifting paradigm in Muhammadiyah-s political theology than before, ahl al-Aqdi wa as-Syaha>dah is the compatible answer for Islam and domoocrtion in Indonesia, and progressive theology for issues in social and humanities problems

Abstract
Disaster Recovery Network (DRN) is important to help facilitating the network to spread information faster and accurate so that the number of victims can be minimized in terms of disaster. Dealing with the down Base Transceiver Station (BTS) has rekindled the interest to overcome. Most prior research about DRN show that the system has already made in UAV but it can just partially serve the devices regarding previous coding of slotted ALOHA usage. Creating UAV DRN which support a massive number of uncoordinatedly transmitting devices is the key. Coded Random Access has become the challenge to recommend the promising coding technique which provides larger devices connection to reach as many as possible devices to serve. The purpose of this study is to identify Coded Random Access performance for uplink communication in UAV DRN, summarize existing studies and give recommendation on UAV DRN with Coded Random Access. This introduces the relevant past researches and embedded with the material on DRN, UAV, and CRA.

Abstract
Indonesia is an agrarian country, and most of the populations livelihood is in the agricultural sector. One of the results of agricultural commodities is chilli. The chili is a vegetable commodity that cannot be separated from the daily needs of the community. In the process of planting chili plants, water requirements greatly affect the growth of chili plants. However, along it was with the occurrence of delays in watering, especially in the dry or hot season. Watering chili plants based on soil moisture was one way to treat chili plants properly. Using the arduino uno microcontroller was as the main controller for the automatic chilli watering program. The program received input from the sensor soil moisture. The soil moistures were a sensor that worked to determine soil moisture, so when the soil was under certain humidity conditions it can water the chilli plants automatically.

Abstract
The era of disrupti is almost experienced by every individual and society that is driven by information technology in meeting the needs of life. One of them is social media that surrounds every aspect of individual and community life. The purpose of this study is to explore and uncover legal movements in dealing with the post truth paradigm in social media, specifically targeting teachers in vocational high schools in the city of Purwokerto and the use of appropriate cultural approaches to contribute to the resolution of social media disputes. The research method used in the study of doctrinal and non-doctrinal law with anthropological approach to law. The results obtained by each dispute have a variety of weight and each dispute, especially social media. The study of legal anthropology views that the resolution of legal disputes is not singular and absolute opportunities are still open for various patterns of dispute resolution in social media as part of the legal form tangible and itangible. Settlement of disputes with social media can be pursued with the first alternative being to avoid each other, secondly; interact physically by reprimanding the perpetrator of the victim according to the culture of the third local community; request third party assistance, fourth; school leaders limit the movement of perpetrators who are proven to be troubling. The first conclusion is that the legal movement in social media is always active-dynamic and melts, especially interactions between the second netizens; cultural approach according to the character of the local community
