Abstract
This paper aims at examining and analyzing Javanese local wisdom related to sexual spirituality in Serat Nitimani by Raden Harya Suganda (d.1887 AD). The Javanese sex spirituality in Serat Nitimani cones on the spiritual concept of sangkan paraning dumadi (God) and manunggaling kawula gusti in sexual activities. Sexual intercourse is generally understood to be a profane activity and only pursuing biological pleasure. Serat Nitimani teaches that fulfilling the impulse of lust and sexual desire can be refined into a higher and everlasting concept of intercourse with God so that as a result, one obtains the true taste and the essence of taste. The data are collected through documentation method done by examining the text of Serat Nitimani. The data collected are then interpreted through inter-text studies covering Javanese and Islamic spiritual perspectives. The findings of this study show that the spirituality of Javanese sex in Serat Nitimani brings humans to the nature of knowledge, which is, knowing and uniting with God through sexual intercourse. Thus sexual relations are wasilah (means) and shilah (connectedness) between servant (human) and servant (human), at the same time with God. In other words, the activity of worship which is profane and transcendental at the same time.

Abstract
For over a century, Cepu has been known as one of the oil and gas producers in Indonesia. One of the oil and gas field that is estimated to produce natural gas is Balun field with a number of wells still exist in Cepu residential areas. Balun field was first explored and exploited in 1939 until its closure in 2007 due to economical and safety consideration by PT Pertamina. PEM Akamigas, as a vocational education institution specializing in oil and gas, is currently carrying out feasibility study for re-activation of well in Balun gas field, based on technical, safety and financials for city gas purposes. One of the technical aspects in the study is through mechanical preliminary design and construction cost estimation. The gas from P 02 well consists of approximately 29 % of CO2, that needs to be removed. Amine regenaration method has been selected to reduce the carbon di-oxyde content before the natural gas be transferred to city gas pipeline. According to earlier study, the production capacity of the well is only 0.2 MMscfd, however the amine regeneration process equipment is designed to have 1 MMscfd maximum capacity. The mechanical design includes pressure vessel design, i.e. High pressure separator, low pressure separator, gas scrubber and piping system. The design also includes the equipment and piping layout in the gas removal area at PM 01. The pressure vessel design is according to ASME VIII-1, whilst piping design uses ASME B31.3 codes.

Abstract
On its progress Indonesian contemporary art increasingly leads to the hybridization between art and science (whose derivatives are engineering and technology) and cultural criticism. Bandung, in Indonesian art world is known as the "western laboratory" which means that the most work of the artist in this one place explore ideas and mediums that are interdisciplinary and have some scientific approach. One of the factors behind the increasingly diverse forms of interdisciplinary works of art, is the variety of academic backgrounds of young artists today, which previously were dominated by young artists with an art academy background. One of the art groups whose works are interdisciplinary and originating from Bandung is Annuitterra. Annuitterra is one group of collective artists domiciled in Bandung. This group focusing on exploration in the field of art, science and design for the past 4 years. The works vary from works that are strong in scientific elements such as taxidermy, skeletonizing, wet specimen, mummification, diaphonized, plasticization to interactive works with art presentations such as bio art, sound art, scent art, ecological art. This research will focus on using samples from Annuitterras skeleton works to see the development of new media art in Bandung. The results of the analysis show that there is an interdisciplinary tendency and inter-media hybridization in the new media art that enriches Indonesian art discourse.

Abstract
There is a strong relationship between product innovation and the development of the Islamic bank market. This means that the more innovative the Islamic banks products are, the faster the market will develop. So the weak innovation of Islamic bank products, however, will significantly impact the slow market development (market expansion). Weak product innovation and market development (market expansion) of Islamic banks must be addressed immediately, so that the accelerated development of Islamic banks is faster. In order to respond to the acceleration of the development of Islamic banking, product innovation is needed in the form of the implementation of al-uqud al-murakkabah in the al Murabahah wa ar Rahn contract, because the form of a single contract is considered to be unable to respond to contemporary financial transactions. The main problem is that the implementation of al-‘uqud al-murakkabah in the Murabahah wa ar Rahn contract is not in accordance with the principles of sharia compliance. To overcome various problems, this study adopted an analytical method based on doctrinal content, by applying four types of legal approaches, namely: (i) historical / historical; (ii) Jurisprudence / philosophy; (iii) comparison; and (iv) analytical and critical. In addition, a harmonized approach is also needed to align sharia banking product innovation with sharia compliance principles.

Innovation is an effort to accelerate the development of various sectors, the development of human resource productivity is part of the sector. Magelang City has implemented an innovation screening process since 2004 and 2019 replicated in Pekanbaru City, Labuhanbatu Regency and Tuban Regency which have an impact on developing human resource productivity. This study aims to describe, compare and evaluate the practice of innovation replication carried out in Pekanbaru City, Labuhanbatu Regency and Tuban Regency in the context of developing human resource productivity. This research needs to be done because the practice of applying innovation has not been evenly distributed in the territory of Indonesia. The data used in this study is divided into two, namely, secondary data which tend to have little composition and dominance of primary data that complements this study. Primary data include the number of organizers, the number of participants, the number of evaluators, and the total budget. The analysis was carried out with a comparative qualitative description of the study area in a macro manner and a focus on research. As a result, the replication process with limited available human resources can be implemented but still requires capacity building and strengthening human resource capacity, another result is that policies to encourage innovation as a strategy to develop human resource productivity need to be prioritized because of the impact of the regional innovation process.

Abstract
Islamic Financial Institutions have emerged using Islamic values as the basis for institutional development. Meanwhile, the existence of faith-based institutions both for social purposes and profits is often seen as an exclusive institution and is considered a threat to followers of other religions. This study aims to determine the perception of religious leaders about the existence of Islamic financial institutions. This research uses descriptive exploration method through interviews with religious leaders (Christian, Catholic, Hindu, Buddhist and Confucian) related to their knowledge and perceptions about Islamic financial institutions. The results showed that 60% of religious leaders did not know of Islamic financial institutions, while another 40% held that Islamic financial institutions were institutions that were only intended for Muslims (exclusive institutions). the type of institution known by the majority of religious leaders is only an Islamic bank and its institutional form is the same as a savings and credit cooperative or conventional bank. Although considered an exclusive financial institution, Islamic financial institutions are not considered a theological threat to other religious communities. The results showed that socialization efforts regarding the existence of Islamic financial institutions to the religious community were still needed so that the actualization of the concept of Islam through inclusive financial institutions could be realized.

Abstract
The most state revenue is from the tax sector. The government has tried its best to increase revenue from the tax sector from year to year. However, the development of tax variations by the government must not ignore the principle of justice. Likewise in the imposition of e-commerce tax, the government is based on the principle of equity. The imposition of e-commerce tax is regulated in Minister of Finance Regulation Number 210 Year 2018 concerning g Tax Treatment of Trade Transactions Through Electronic Systems. But this regulation was later withdrawn by the Minister of Finance. The reason behind the withdrawal is that the rules are often misinterpreted by the public and business actors because they think the government imposes new taxes on e-commerce players. The government considers that e-commerce tax is important so that there is equality of tax treatment among business people. But on the other hand e-commerce actors want treatment between them and the same online. E-commerce entrepreneurs believe that even though it is not yet regulated in a Ministerial Regulation, e-commerce actors in Indonesia actually pay taxes according to the terms and conditions. The existence of these two different perceptions, the government policy to develop e-commerce tax needs to be reviewed again whether it is necessary to have a special Ministerial Regulation governing e-commerce tax or not. To achieve these objectives this research uses an exploratory approach. With a qualitative explorative method this research produces explorative analytic data. Activities in analyzing this include reducing the data obtained by looking at the concepts and development of the application of the principle of equity in the imposition of e-commerce tax and then presenting data that can provide definitions or explanations about the concepts or patterns studied in the study.

Abstract
Sharia compliance principles is a differentiator of Islamic cooperatives with conventional one to attract the consumers. At present, the cooperative is the legal entity of a "typical" Islamic microfinance institution and known as Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT). However, unlike banking, there has not yet been found a standard model for evaluating sharia compliance. This study examines the sharia compliance measurement based on product, personal, and environmental model which are developed from the literature of the compliance basics, the faith concept. The study was conducted by ethnographic methods at BTM AMMAN Magelang. The result shows that the institutions orientation for sharia compliance is still dominated by product aspects followed by personal and environmental aspects. Therefore, these three aspects should be practised effectively to meet the effort for sharia compliance.

As many as 56.7% never wear Personal Protective Equipment during work and 66.7% have the habit of smoking while working. The results showed that the sources of noise were production machines which included sawing machines, grinding machines, and lathes. The average noise level in the morning was 117.93 db (saws), 110 db (grinding machines), and 111.3 db (lathes). This value is far above the Threshold Value that has been determined in the Keputusan Menteri Tenaga Kerja Nomor 51/Men/1999, which is 85 db for a maximum work time of 8 hours/day. Health quality as measured by blood pressure states that the mean systolic blood pressure is 126.2 and 85.8 for diastolic pressure, while the most hearing quality (43.3%) is in the moderate position of both the left ear and right ear. Furthermore, 86.7% of respondents stated that the work environment was not comfortable. So it can be concluded that the health quality of respondents is still in a safe position, even though the noise level in the work environment exceeds the Threshold Value and the respondent feels uncomfortable at work.

Abstract
This paper aims to explain and create a model of Collaborative Urban Governance in the implementation of the City without Slums Program (KOTAKU). This study uses a mixed, quantitative and qualitative research method. This study revealed that the implementation of the City without Slums Program (KOTAKU) has not shown collaboration between stakeholders. The implementation of the KOTAKU Program was not well implemented, this was indicated by the existence of urban slums which tended to increase, there was no involvement of working groups (POKJA), who served as program implementers, the lack of community involvement in the KOTAKU Program, the absence of community leaders, program implementers are not flexible to the community, and the lack of communication between stakeholder. Therefore, by using data analysis sourced from interviews and questionnaires, this paper formulates the Collaborative Urban Governance model. The model emphasizes the integration of stakeholders, strengthening norms, local government institutional structures, community awareness, and culture to create a city without slums.

Abstract
This paper elaborates the role of teacher in counteracting the influence of the transnational ideology of Khilafah to high school students which has potentials to give birth to religious radicalism and endanger their nationalism. This qualitative research with ethnographic approach took place at SMA N 1, SMA 2 and SMA N 3 Purwokerto. The reason for choosing Purwokerto as the location of the research is because it is a student city with Javanese Banyumasan cultural characteristics, while choosing high school students as the sample is due to their unstable and dynamic personality and their important role in determining the model of religious and national life in Indonesia in the future. Based on the research, 3 (three) conclusions were revealed. First, the pattern of students religious views in general is moderate. Some students recognize the concept of Khilafah with a relatively minimal understanding of information that does not have implications for their personality in religion and nationality. Secondly, most students are familiar with the concept of khilafah through the internet, social media, and social and scientific interaction. Third, as a form of awareness of the dangers of transnational ideology (such as the ideology of Khilafah), teachers build and foster students- awareness both through structured learning and the development of religious activities in schools so that they are careful in associating and wise in utilizing the internet and social media thus avoiding the influence of radical religious ideology that endangers nationalism.

Abstract
Corruption is a form of fraud that can harm other parties. In Indonesia corruption means that it is a criminal offense related to state finance in the government sector and involves public officials. So to reduce the potential for corruption, prevention efforts are needed. The purpose of this study is to analyze how risk management prevents corruption. This research uses a qualitative case study method. The object of research was carried out at the Banyuwangi Regency Government. The reason for choosing this object is because the Banyuwangi Regency Government has implemented a risk-based audit. This study focuses on selecting three work units, namely the Inspectorate, the Financial Management Agency and the Asset Management, and the Public Works Agency. The results showed that the identification of corruption risks can be classified based on the red flag, namely (1) the accuracy of the goods and services received at the time of procurement, (2) identification of indications of corruption. The implication of this research is to know the risk of corruption, we can minimize corruption by controlling both operational and strategy control.

Abstract
The potential of sub-optimal land that is tidal land is very wide estimated at 20.13 million ha, spread of in Sumatra, Kalimantan, Papua and Sulawesi, and 9.53 million ha suitable for agriculture. The tidal land is very important resource in order to meet national food needs in line with an increase in population and the rate of conversion of paddy fields, especially in Java. Agriculture aspect cannot possibly meet the needs of a growing population without technology. How is the readiness with the condition of our food, especially our domestic soybeans, facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 The Ministry of Agriculture continues to make breakthrough policies and programs to transform traditional agriculture into modern and improve the quality of human resources. Efforts of utilize and optimize tidal land as an area of soybean production development are expected to support the sustainability of national food. This paper presents the contribution of tidal land use to support food sustainability and its strategy from the aspect for the national soybean commodity. If mapped, the position of soybean agro-industry strength in tidal land is in quadrant II, Where, the business area is facing various threats, although the condition of this business still has strength from an internal influence. The threat from external (environmental) factors from the development of soybean commodity is the flood of imported soybeans which are always a competitor to local (domestic) soybeans, so that the comparative advantages of local soybeans is low. And other threats are limited soil fertility in tidal land. There are four strategies, namely: (1) Provision of permanent soybean planting areas; (2) Soil amelioration actions; (3) Increasing national soybean competitiveness; and (4) technology dissemination and promotion of domestic soybean use. Implementation of the strategy is to apply a model of corporate-based soybean agro-industry area. By using this agro-industry model the opportunities for modern agricultural technology use can be implemented.

Abstract
Background Malkita Mall (disguised name) is a place for shopping, recreation, entertainment and sports located in North Jakarta. It occupies on area of 7 hectares, consisting of an 8-story building with a gross area of 270 m². Starting operations in October 2004, Malkita Mall has 827 units to lease for entrepreneurs. The establishment of Tokopedia, Lazada, Bukalapak, and e-commerce business (virtual marketplace) slowly but surely erodes mall visitors who come with the aim of shopping. Because of that, in recent years there has been a shift in function of the mall from shopping places to people gathering place looking for entertainment, culinary, and exercising. This shift occurred due to changes in lifestyle and visitor needs. If the mall does not follow this change, visitors will switch to other malls. The decline in the number of visitors will reduce tenant sales revenue which will cause a decrease in tenant satisfaction. The level of tenant satisfaction is also triggered by the speed of the manager in responding to tenants complaints and the existence of events organized by mall administrator. Tenant dissatisfaction will impact on the tenants business sustainability. Turn over of tenants is a factor affecting the mall occupancy rate. In May 2019 Mal Malkita, occupancy was 94% leaving 6,265 m² of vacant space. This is not a favour rate in mall-s market since it less than the average rate of industry. The level of occupancy will ultimately affect companys margins. In 2018 the margin of Mal Malkita has decreased for the first time in 5 years. This was due to a significant decrease in revenue that was not accompanied by a decrease in operating expenses. This situation forces Mal Malkita to review its business model and then come up with the new model. Methodology The main purpose of this paper is to design a right business model of Malkita mall 2020-2023. To achieve this main objective, several objectives will be set, namely identification of the current business model through internal analysis, opportunities and threats to the company through external analysis, ideal business models, company strengths and weaknesses through gap analysis between the current business model and the ideal business model, three prototypes of new business models through the development of new business models with the blue ocean strategy. After the main objective is found then the roadmap of implementation plan will be prepared. The research method was carried out in a qualitative approach. To conduct an internal analysis, we interviewed Director of the Headquarter office and GM Mal Malkita and conducted a study of documents regarding the financial statements and the results of the visitor survey. The results of internal analysis were used to determined Current Canvas Business Model. To do external analysis, we study documents from research journals on public purchasing power, e-commerce business, mall business shifts, and online news. Whereas to conduct an in

Abstract
The neutronics analysis of core configuration and dimension variation for modular Gas-cooled Fast Reactor (GFR) that selected by the generation IV international forum as one of six advanced reactor concepts has been done to understand of GFR performance. The main advantages of modular GFR compare another advanced reactor concept is using helium gas as main coolant due to figure out of feasibility of GFR core design need the simulation and modeling. In this paper, the variation of core configuration and dimension for core design have applied in radial, axial and radial-axial direction. The Monte Carlo method code named MCNP6 and OpenMC have been used for the criticality and isotope evaluation of design core GFR. The Monte Carlo method code provides the exact solution to solve the neutron transport equation in full-scale and heterogeneous three-dimensional (3D) geometry modeling using Evaluated Nuclear Data File (ENDF/B-VII.b5) nuclear data and continuous energy. The neutronics parameters characterized are the value of keff, power and neutron flux distribution, and burn-up level to know of the performance of GFR core design. The result of analysis showed that the core configuration in radial direction and dimension variation give the good understanding about the feasibility of GFR core design. In summary, by varied the core configuration in radial direction is prospective design for the next research.
