Abstract
Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a form of corporate social responsibility activity in contributing to social and natural environment. As a bank that carries out its activities based on Sharia principles, it is natural for a Sharia bank to carry out social responsibility. However, to be consistent or not the social responsibility of Islamic banks, is also influenced by several key factors in the company. This study aims to examine whether good corporate governance, intellectual capital and corporate financial performance affect companies in carrying out their social responsibilities. In this study, CSR used as the dependent variable while the independent variables used are good corporate governance (Syariah Supervisory Board), intellectual capital (Human Capital Efficiency (HCE), Capital Employee Efficiency (CCE), Structure Capital Efficiency (SCE) ), financial performance (ROA and ROE) with control variables size and leverage. This study started from 2013 until 2017 with the samples of 22 Islamic bank in Southeast Asia Countries. This study used a balanced panel data of 10 Indonesian Islamic banks, 10 Malaysia Islamic banks, 1 Brunei darussalam Islamic banks and 1 Philippines Islamic banks which was choosen by purposive sampling method. Analytical study shows that good corporate governance (SSB), Structure Capital Efficiency (SCE) and financial performance (ROA and ROE) had not significant influence to corporate social responsibility, but Human Capital Efficiency (HCE), Capital Employee Efficiency (CCE), size and leverage had significant influence to corporate social responsibility.

Abstract
This paper aims to determine the effect of waste management on the reduction of greenhouse gases that relies on end-of-pipe disposal elements. The analysis of this study uses the application of dynamic systems. This study places that the waste management system is not in accordance with the growth of the volume of waste generated, the availability of resources, and environmental conditions in certain social areas and the increase in gas emissions will continue to increase along with the increase in the volume of waste. Therefore, by using a quantitative approach, it is concluded that in general the waste is hoarded openly (open dumping), does not follow the rules of sanitary landfills, there is no gas collection and processing system so that it pollutes the atmosphere, and the absence of leachate collection and processing systems results in soil pollution and Surface water. Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions from the waste sector can be reduced by implementing waste treatment by recycling. Waste recycling has been carried out by the community and by the City of Sanitation and Landscaping Office (DKP) of Malang City by increasing its capacity, GHG emissions can be reduced by 85.15% of GHG emissions in the initial conditions.

Abstract
A slope has a high tendency to slide due to many factors coming from combination of external loads and internal soil properties itself. In any construction design, two things should be taken into account are stability and settlement. In case of landslide, slope is not stable, mobilizing stress in slope is higher than allowable stress. In order to reach target slope stability, earthwork solutions and or ground improvement solutions can be conducted. This study with the objective to propose some alternative earthwork solutions that have sufficient stability, soil test is performed. In this experiment, soil is taken from landslide location in Jepara, Central Java. The soil test aims to investigate index and engineering properties used as an input. In order to model earthwork in slope and to obtain its safety factor, application program Plaxis is used.

Abstract
Oil palm plantations produce waste that has not been used so far, namely oil palm fronds. This waste can be converted into energy in the form of producer gas using gasification technology. This study aimed to model the gasification process using Aspen PLUS in a multi-stage gasifier by adding air at the pyrolysis and oxidation zone. The influence of variations in air ratio (AR) between the pyrolysis and oxidation zones (0 - 50%) and the effect of gasification temperature from 700 - 1000oC on the producer gas composition were analyzed. Besides, the equivalent ratio (ER) is also varied from 0.3 - 0.5 to get the optimum syngas composition. From the modeling results, the rate of CO production is increased along with the increase in the temperature of pyrolysis while CO2 and char decrease. Besides, H2O and H2 also increase because the significant amount of inherent moisture is released from the feedstock. However, CH4 is unpredictable. Overall, Aspen PLUS modeling in this study can be used to obtain optimum operating conditions with variations of ER and AR

ABSTRACT The success of developing the integrated pattern of cattle and rice straw is largely determined by the capacity of the farmers- resources. The main technology component to be controlled by farmers in the integrated farming systems, particularly paddy and beef cattle waste processing technologies is waste of rice straw and cow dung of cattle. The research aims to understand the factors that affect farmers in the adoption of the capacity of waste processing technology rice straw and cow dung of cattle waste. The determination of farmers as random respondents calculated based on Slovin with a total sample of 160 respondents (Umar, 1997). Research data were collected by conducting a survey using collection techniques, namely interviews using questionnaires, focus group discussions, and in-depth interviews (in depth study) to several key informants. Data was analyzed using a descriptive statistical analysis and structural equation model analysis. The results showed that the factors that influence the capacity of farmers in the adoption of waste management technology of rice straw and livestock manure waste in the integration of zero-waste pattern beef cattle were socioeconomic characteristics, psychological socio-psychological characteristics, instructor performance, innovation characteristics, and farmers perceptions of extension workers performance. Accordingly, attention needs to be given to the factors that influence the capacity of farmers in adopting technology for integrated beef cattle and paddy with zero waste patterns so that they can increase the productivity, income and welfare of farmers in rural areas.

Abstract
Due to the limited availability and the increasing price of both High and Medium rank coal, the pressure of providing a lower electricity price causes Indonesian Electricity Power Producer into using low rank coal as their main fuel (Coal Switching Program). The success of the coal switching program undertaken by the PTN Power Plant also had another impact on the condition of the equipment. Low calorie coal with high water content causes disruption to generating equipment which not infrequently also causes derating of the unit. Derating that occurred causes a decrease in the value of EAF (Equivalent Availability Factor) of PTN power plant from 93.07 in 2017 to 90.21 in 2018 and 89.61 (estimated EAF) in 2019. To maintain the EAF value is still above the value of 90% or still at the Top 10% NERC then improvement is needed. Waste management process using lean manufacturing approach with value stream mapping and 5S visual management methods collaborated with life cycle assessment is an effective way to optimize EAF from plant outage or overhaul. With this method, it can optimize the 2019 EAF value to 90.84%, identify the environmental impacts that arise in the overhaul process and determine the best improvement recommendations.

Abstract
Internship becomes a way to grow human resource capabilities in terms of competencies on knowledge or practical skills and soft skills. Higher education institutions like universities as the organizers of an internship program certainly have some roles to produce capable, intelligent and professional workforce. Therefore, it is undeniable that a good internship program in university is an important stage in the development of quality human resources. Our research aims to uncover the description of the system of organizing internships at university level, in order to obtain a comprehensive picture of the programs objectives in preparation for students to enter the workforce life. In this research, we also specifically portrayed the management of internships at the best ex-LPTK (Lembaga Pendidikan Tenaga Kependidikan) universities in Indonesia, as the institutions whose mission is to produce graduates as teaching staff/academics along with practitioners. Using qualitative approach, semi-structured interviews were held with the lecturers as well as superintendents and staff at three ex-LPTK universities, and processed by content analysis. Overall, the internship programs at these universities have been managed with the orientation on the interests of students, have adopted the use of technology, and are evaluated routinely based on feedback from internal and external parties of the university. The lack of internship and the organization of the mentoring system conducted by the lecturers become the major deficiencies in organizing internships at the universities. These can be used as a basis to put on efforts to improve the internship system at the university level, especially in Indonesia.

Abstract
Cloud service provides access to servers, databases, storage, and any application services over the Internet. Cloud computing allows users to store their data in the servers. This will ease user to access the data everywhere by only using the internet connection from any devices. Cloud service allows users to run application to many mobile users or to support business critical operations. Cloud service also provides rapid access to the flexible and low-cost IT resources. By using the cloud service technology, there is no need to invest a hardware and spent much time to manage that hardware. Although cloud technology has many advantages, there are also some disadvantages such as some security issues. The usage of internet connection gives a high risk in cyber-attacks. Sometimes the cloud service provider also misuses the data stored in the server. This paper proposes the integrity verification of data stored in the server by using Hash function SHA-256 and AES-256. The proposed scheme combines the mechanism of encryption as a strategy to verify the data integrity. This method will encrypt files stored in the servers. This method aims to ensure the integrity of file stored in the cloud server. This is expected to help users to secure their data.

Abstract
Facts and discourses that happen in the dairy farms development in Indonesia exhibit government regulations as a determining factor. In the local and global economic context, government policies are getting important to support upstream side dairy farmers production. The study analyzed the impact of various government regulation on Indonesia-s total imports of milk. The study also analyzed the effects of two crisis periods, namely the Asian economic crisis in mid-1997 and the 2008 global crisis. It triggers import turmoil and government regulation changes. Then, the study considered Indonesias policy related to WTO to see the broader impact on milk imports. Using regression analysis on series data during 1977-2016, our research found significant robust that the two crisis period suppressed milk import. Milk imports had a vulnerability to external shocks risk through exchange rate fluctuations. The Indonesian global trade policy through the WTO mechanism, however, had an insignificant impact on milk imports. The Government regulation related to WTO tends to weaken the position of dairy farmers on the milk market competition. Meanwhile, various government regulation increased milk import. Therefore, the Indonesian government should make special regulations that support dairy farmers to increase milk production.

Abstract
This study has explored the relationship between green marketing mix elements and the creation of green brand equity in green hotel services, which are moderated by environmental awareness and consideration of the consequences of consumer behavior. Data was collected through online questionnaires using the snowball sampling method. The final sample was 426 respondents who had stayed at a hotel that implemented an environmentally friendly service program in Indonesia. The results of the regression analysis have shown that the seven green service marketing mix elements are significantly related to the four dimensions of green brand equity, but not individually. In addition, results have shown a significant increase in models that are moderated by environmental concerns. However, there was no significant increase in the model which was moderated by consideration of consequences.
