Abstract
The Micro Hydro Power Plant is one of the plants with alternative energy sources that can be developed. Micro Hydro has the potential to produce energy from water movement due to sufficient difference in elevation and discharge. Irrigation channels have the potential for water resources that can be utilized for hydropower. Irrigation channel discharge in general is relatively fixed so that it becomes an excess because the discharge fluctuation is not too high. When added together, the potential of micro-hydro in irrigation channels is able to generate significant electricity. This paper will discuss Micro Micro planning with a low head suitable for irrigation channels and flat river flow. The results obtained will be used as a reference for developing small-scale power plants in the future.

Abstract
Nowadays, a single-link flexible robot arm is used extensively in a lot of industries. This is because it can manage duties that are hard or repetitive work in varieties of production tasks. Therefore, in managing to operate like a human hand, this flexible manipulator system is needed to be extremely precise. Hence, this paper proposed an optimal fuzzy logic controller (FLC) by improving the accuracy and repeatability of a proportional-integral-derivative-like fuzzy logic controller (PID-FLC) for a single-link flexible manipulator system. In this strategy, the proposed controller is optimized by an invasive weed optimization (IWO) algorithm. To simulate such system, a PID-type fuzzy logic controller will be designed in the MATLAB Simulink environment. In the control strategy, the PID acts as scaling gain for the FLC in order to normalize inputs and output and to damp oscillations of the system. The performance of PID-FLC is tuned and optimized by IWO algorithm by discovering the best value of membership function for fuzzy system. The effectiveness of the proposed strategy is analyzed and evaluated by comparing the performance of PID-FLC with PD-like FLC and PID-like FLC without tuning mechanism from IWO algorithm. The comparative studies are validated in terms of rise time, overshoot and undershoot, settling time and steady-state error of the single-link manipulator movement. As a result, the proposed control strategy only needs only less than 30 number of iterations with less time-consuming and lower cost function in order to generate the optimum performance. Furthermore, PID-FLC shows better performance by improving 11% of lower overshoot at first signal, 27.9% of smaller undershoot at second signal and 0.8% lower overshoot at third signal compared to PD-FLC with IWO. PID-FLC also achieved better overall performance than PID-FLC without IWO in terms of rise time, settling time, overshoot and undershoot and steady-state error. However, there are some future works to be done which are comparing the performance of IWO with other biological-based algorithm and apply this optimized control system to the real model of robot arm.

Abstract
In the modern era, the use of the latest technological tools is increasingly widespread. One of them is UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) or unmanned aircraft. Quadcopter is one of the UAV which is often used for various needs such as land mapping, taking pictures of the Bird View building. But not many people use it as disaster warning monitoring. In this research will be conducted on land movements that have a disastrous impact such as landslides or breakdown embankments. Such disasters do occur suddenly, but if they can be identified periodically and reported quickly, they can be avoided. It is hoped that this research can overcome the problem of early identification of land movements that have a disastrous impact. The output produced in this study is a picture of periodic soil movements in the form of a GUI (Graphical Unit Interface).

In the era of globalization with the advancement of transportation and technology as it is now working abroad is something we cannot avoid. Regardless of the level of education and background of competence. Seeing friends, neighbors around success by working abroad then become an attraction for everyone to imitate. Apart from the various problems encountered when working abroad, it is often overlooked and ignored. The purpose of this paper is to convey ideas that can be used to improve the gaps in the implementation of the protection of Indonesian migrant workers. The method used is researchers call the collaborative governance approach and local wisdom as a way to solve the fundamental problems of prospective Indonesian migrant workers if they want to successfully work abroad. The results of this study indicate that this approach will be very effective in solving their basic problems starting from the lowest level, namely the village. Every village community is used to having the wisdom that has been carried down for generations as their culture. The village government as the lowest institution that is directly in contact with the problems of the community has an interest in the security and safety of the citizens of their community who will work abroad.

The agricultural sector is still a leading sector in Indonesia. In addition to absorbing a large enough workforce, this sector is also still able to contribute a sizeable income to the national economy. But lately there have been many changes in land conversion that will reduce the economic growth of the agricultural sector. This study aims to determine the development of land conversion that occurs and economic valuation of agricultural land that supports the sustainable agriculture sector in Bogor Regency. The economic valuation method used is the cost replacement method and contingency valuation approach to the communitys willingness to pay for agricultural environmental services and the willingness of farmers to accept payments for environmental services in order to maintain agricultural land. The results show that land conversion in Bogor Regency has taken place in general with an increase in residential land area while agricultural land area has decreased. Declining agricultural land area will reduce the harvested area so that the income of the agricultural sector decreases because it needs to control the high changes in agricultural land conversion

Nowadays, the development and population of electric vehicles (EV) have increased significantly in line with the issue of reducing air pollution and fuel dependence. EV uses a battery pack as the main energy source, and lithium-ion batteries are more widely used with consideration of having high energy, life cycle, and power density. Likewise, with the ITS electric scooter which uses lithium-ion battery packs with an operating voltage of 96 V. A battery charger has a crucial role in charging a battery pack. In this article, the design, consideration, and implementation of a battery charger have been described in detail. Chargers that have been developed have several features, such as programmable settings, constant current constant voltage (CCCV) algorithm, wide range voltage output, temperature cut-off, high efficiency, low-cost component, power quality improved by power factor correction (PFC), and be able to be integrated with battery management system via CAN communication. The charger is expected to be used reliably for EV lithium-ion battery charger by using those features

Abstract
The development of the shariah banking industry in Indonesia is so rapid. At the end of 2018, Indonesian sharia banking has become the biggest retail Islamic banking in the world which has 23.3 million customers, 3134 bank offices, 1356 sharia services, and 51 thousand employees. With total assets reaching Rp. 380 trillion. This development is supported by a variety of product innovations. One of the sharia bank product innovation models that can be developed is a hybrid contract product model (multi-contract), because the form of a single contract is not able to respond to contemporary financial transactions that develop in such a way. hybrid contract is an agreement between two parties for a contract containing two or more contracts, such as buying and selling with leasing, grants, wakalah, qardh, muzaraah, sharf, syirkah, mudaraba, so that all due to the legal agreements that are collected, and all rights and obligations that arise thereof are seen as a single entity that cannot be separated as a result of the legal consequences of a contract. The problem is that there are many sharia economic literature circulating in Indonesia that informs about the muamalah ban of two contracts in one transaction. These include the Musharakah Mutanaqishah contract in the financing of the Muamalat KPR iB Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Mas Mansur Surabaya. These problems are elaborated in the formulation of the problem, namely: How is the hybrid contract model in the Musharakah mutanaqisah contract on the iB Muamalat mortgage product, the application of the musharakah mutanaqisah contract on the KPR iB Muamalat financing product, the solutive policy of applying the musharakah mutanaqisah contract to the iB Muamalat mortgage product at Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. Surabaya Branch Mas Mansur. The problem is to find answers in the form of qualitative research with a phenomenological approach, through primary and secondary data sources, by means of observation, interviews and documentation studies. By analyzing the Huberman and Miles model data analysis with three steps, namely data reduction, display data, and data verification. The results showed that the hybrid contract model in the Mutanaqishah Musharaka contract on KPR iB Muamalat financing in the form of Musharakah, Ijarah, and Bay contracts, while the application of the Musharakah mutanaqishah contract in the Muamalat KPR iB in terms of harmony and conditions were appropriate, but in terms of charging all costs A problem arises, because it is charged to all customers, even though it should not. The solutive policy offered is the distribution of the burden to both parties, this is in accordance with the DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 72 of 2008 concerning the Musharakh Mutanaqishah contract.

Abstract
Disability due to an amputated leg affect people in Indonesia, including those with low to middle income categories. To facilitate them, Yayasan Difabel Mandiri manufactures a low-cost flexible ankle prosthetic to fix the shortcomings of the rigid ankle prosthetics available in the market. This experimental study aimed to evaluate the use of flexible ankle prosthetic for daily activities. Seven disabled people simulated a walking task with or without a backpack loaded with 10% of body mass using two prosthetic types (i.e., flexible and rigid ankle). Measures were obtained to evaluate the performance of the prosthetic including the center of pressure (COP) indicating static and dynamic stability, gait deviation indicating walking efficiencies, and subjective ratings of prosthetic evaluation questionnaire (PEQ). Results showed a significant difference in walking efficiencies and dynamic stability (i.e., COP velocity) between the rigid and flexible ankle prosthetic foot with a better performance indicated by the flexible ankle. No differences were shown for the use of backpack. Flexible ankle further improves the quality of life of disabled people specified by 12.76% higher average rating of PEQ. In conclusion, flexible ankle potentially improves the design of the prosthetic foot to meet the need and comfort of disables.

Abstract
Virtual Reality (VR) is a technology that has been widely used for various industrial purposes in recent days. Despite the potential benefits, VR usage may impose adverse effects that can prevent users reaching their goals of using VR safely and comfortably. One potential adverse effect is the disruption of the postural stability during VR usage. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of using VR on postural stability. A number of 14 participants involved in the experimental set up playing a simulated game with Samsung Gear Head Mounted Display (HMD) for 30 minutes with standing posture. During the experiment, center of pressure (COP) data were obtained every 10 minutes using an AMTI® forceplate to calculate postural stability using three parameters including mean distance (MD), mean velocity (MV), and sway area (SA). The results showed that longer duration of VR usage significantly increased MD and SA. Meanwhile, MV remained constant throughout the experiment. These indicated the use of VR may worsen users postural stability. Thus, caution should be used to develop future guideline to increase VR safety.

Abstract
Domination Excessive power will always lead education away from the needs of the people and national culture. Excessive power also changes the direction of education from liberation to stunt. For example the 2013 curriculum which aims to create people of faith and character has not been able to be realized. In the authors view, the 2013 curriculum is driven by the needs of certain parties. One of the UNs sustainable development agendas is to build quality education, so that the maximum and effective realization of the 2013 curriculum is able to realize the development agenda for the benefit of humans and planet earth. This study aims to reconstruct the implementation of policies that are already running. The research method is descriptive qualitative with case studies. The results showed that first the teaching and learning process was intimidated by the practice of nepotism, secondly the educational output was only used as a tool to benefit the owners of capital. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in Southeast Sulawesi has not yet led to the expected goals.

Abstract
This study is proposed to explore the feasibility aspect of a course book of Islamic studies and character based on curriculum 2013 in the perspective of Character Education of BSNP. Descriptive-evaluative research method is used in this research. Findings are gained in this study. First, of the feasibility aspect, overall material feasibility is considered appropriate but several parts need improvement. For example: in terms of material accuracy, several sources are invalid. Second, the feasibility aspect of the presentation as a whole is considered sufficient. However, several aspects related to the presentation need serious improvement. In the aspect of the feasibility of material presentation there are various findings need to be addressed, such as the presentation in the learning system aspect, independent learning system is mostly used and lack of collaborative learning implementation. This has an impact on students- difficulty to work together. Third, of the aspect of language feasibility is good where in terms of writing skills, appropriate, correct, and polite Indonesian language standard is used. The Bahasa is politely used so there is no conflict with the norms in society, especially in character education applied in the Islamic education called Akhlakul Karimah (good attitudes).

Abstract
This research aims to reveal the character building in the Pesantren al-Islam Lamongan, The method used in this reseach was qualitative. The results of this research are as follows. Firstly, the character building in the Pesantren al-Islam Lamongan was based on the ideas presented by the kyais and the management as formulized in the khiththah of the pesantren namely to have a rabbani generation with faith and sincerity, good morals, high spirituality, wide knowledge insights, healthy and strong physical condition, and readiness to make some propaganda about Islam. Secondly, the implementation of ẖalaqah in Pesantren al-Islam may be classified into two categories. (1) ẖalaqah taklim, intended to give some insights to the santries on the right aqidah and the correct worship. The employed techniques of the halaqah implementation were bandongan, sorogan or the combination of the two. (2) ẖalaqah tarbiyah, intended to build santries to become muslims with noble morals and with some awareness and spirits of teaching and of struggling Islam. The technique of the ẖalaqah implementation is to give materials of tazkiyat al-nafs accompanied with amaliah ibadah sunnah, and teaching and harakah materials and also guidance in reciting the Holy Quran and in guiding the characters.

This was an invivo study with randomized post-test controlled group design. We used 4 (four) groups of male mice (Mus musculus) DDY strains. Group 1 as the negative control, group 2 as the positive control, Group 3 and 4 treated ethanol extract of cogon grass root (90 mg/kg BB, and a dose of 115 mg/kg BB, respectively). This treatment was performed for 2 weeks. Every week we measured body weight twice a day. After 2 weeks, group 2, group 3 and 4 were injected lipopolysacharide for 8 hours to induce septic. Then we measured body weight and behavioral phenotype. The results showed no differences in body weight were found in the treatment group compared with control, suggesting no effect of ethanol extract of cogon grass root in decreasing mice body weight. Next, the behavioral phenotype observation showed, in group 2, most of the mice shown no activity, the mice were stationary, this contrary to other groups. The conclusion of the study is the treatment of Ethanol Extract Of Cogon Grass Caused No harm for Body Weight and behavioral phenotype of septic mice model.

Abstract
Rare earth element (REE) is a material that is quite attractive to the defense sector and the modern high biotechnology production material industry. In Indonesia, one of the rare earths comes from the association of rare earth elements with acidic rocks (granitic) and phosphatic deposits. In the acid rock environment, REE deposits are found as associated minerals in placer tin mining such as monazite and xenotime in Bangka Island. This research was conducted at an active tin mine on land and at sea in Bangka Island. There are several sampling locations including primary tin mines and alluvial tin mines on land and at sea. Samples taken came from tailings in the process of washing tin ore using jigs in tin mining. Samples taken were then analyzed using X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) to find out how much REE content was in each sample. In tin mining in the sea, the element of cerium (Ce) is dominant, which is 10718.11 ppm or 1.07% found in the tailings sample in the sluice box at the sea mining site Air Kantung Sungailiat using production suction vessel. Whereas in tin mining on land the element cerium (Ce) also became the dominant element, which is 481.23 ppm or 0.04% in Pemali area which is the primary tin deposit.

Abstract
White oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus Jacq: Fr Kumm) is a food source that contains high nutrition and various secondary metabolites that have pharmacological effects, such as antioxidants and anti-inflammatory. The mushroom is widely used for the prevention of various diseases such as hypertension, hypercholesterolemia and carcinoma. This study assessed the acute toxicity of White Oyster Mushroom ethanol extract, so that the preparation of white oyster mushroom ethanol extract can be increased to become a standardized herbal. The acute toxicity test uses the proposed method, which is a new method recommended for the acute toxicity test of natural substances. Doses tested in this study started from 10 mg / kg body weight to a maximum dose of 5000 mg / kg body weight. Observations of toxicity tests were conducted within the first 24 hours at each stage and the parameters observed were mortality of experimental animals and changes in behavior of experimental animals. The results of the acute toxicity test showed that no experimental animal died during the range of dosing, since the smallest dose reached the maximum dose, other than that there was no visible change in behavior in experimental animals during ethanol extract administration. White oyster mushroom ethanol extract is relatively safe does not show any acute toxicity, because it has a wide dose range.

Abstract
Rice is the main food for the people of Indonesia. Many nutrients are obtained from rice which is used as an energy requirement for the human body, such as fiber. fiber is a nutrient for the body that functions to shorten the transit time of food in the intestine, thereby increasing the stool mass in order to facilitate the disposal process for humans. Fiber can be found in rice on the market, but the fiber content in market rice is low. Therefore, the aim of this research is to create an analog rice formulation made from mocaf flour, avocado seed flour, and tofu waste flour using hot extrusion method which has a high fiber content in order to combine analog rice as a national staple food as a substitute for rice which is safe for consumption every day by the community . From the research that has been done, it was found analog rice formulation which has a fiber content of 26.98%.

Abstract
The escalating prevalence of metabolic diseases needs effective screening as a preventive strategy. Many tools are used to measure various metabolic parameters, both for research and clinical purposes. However, there is still doubt about the tools- reliability especially the digital type. This research aims to asses a Body Index Analyzer reliability that available in the market for calculating body composition consisted of body fat, visceral fat and skeletal muscle. There were 89 respondents that measured twice by two same brand and easy to find, digital body scales. The Bland-Altman plot was used to assess the body composition measurement reliability. Mean difference of body fat was 0.33 (95% CI -0.34 to 0.99), visceral fat was 0.53 (95% CI -0.37 to 1.45) and skeletal muscle was 0.01 (95% CI -0.11 to 0.13). Among those three parameters, the instrument has the most precise agreement in skeletal muscle measurement, although it still can be used to quantify body fat and visceral fat as well.
