Abstract
Abdullah Bin Darras said that the texts of the Quran are like diamonds that each angle emit a different light and are not impossible when approached by various methods will emit a different light. While M. Quraish Syihab said that the messages of the Quran should be earthed for it must be interpreted with various theories. LDII is an organization that has the doctrine of "manqul". This doctrine is a way for LDII to equip its jamaah in understanding the Quran. Based on the above description, we conduct research with the theme "The study of Hermeneutic analysis of Manqul Method to Understand / Interpret the Quran in LDII and its Implication to the understanding of the Law". The purpose of this study is 1. To know and describe why LDII using manqul method in understanding Alquran.2.To know and describe how the practice of manqul method and its implications in the understanding of legal issues in LDII and 3. To describe whether the method LDII manqul is an understanding of traditionalist objective hermeneutics. This type of research is field research. The approach is qualitative descriptive with objective hermeneutical theory The results found that, first; the manqul method in LDII is a method for understanding the Quran from the teacher-teacher, continuing until the Messenger of Allah (saws) and this method is the most correct other than forbidden. For that his jamaah in understanding the Quran, must by manqul method of teachers who have obtained permission from Amir. Second: Understanding the Quran should be manqul, muttashil and musnad until the Apostles and Implications of this manqul method is a very textual understanding in understanding the Quran. Third; Understanding the Quran with this manqul method is an understanding that follows the flow of objective hermeneutics traditionalist or salafi.

Abstract
The issue of liberalism has been talked over in the perspective of Islam and Muhammadiyah organization is no exception. This study is therefore to describe the views of Muhammadiyah on liberalism by providing advanced features of thought among the contemporary Islamic movement in Indonesia and provides six values of liberalism in Muhammadiyah. Furthermore,. This study reveals that there are four movements. The first is fundamentalist Islam which applies fundamental teachings of Islam based on Islamic tenets and faith. The second one neo-traditionalist Islam which sees Islam is in harmony with the development of the local culture, so it greatly appreciates multiculturalism. The third one is neo-modernism which lies its nature on adjusting the understanding Islamic religious with new developments in science and modern technology. The fourth one is Islamic liberal considering tarnishing Islam because the Scriptures are regarded as a product of culture so that the seriousness becomes zero. Besides, the values of liberalism in Muhammadiyah encompass (1) the attitude of rejection of theocracy (tryant), (2) attitude towards democracy, (3) respect for women-s rights, (4) respect for the rights of Non-Muslims, (5) freedom of thought and (6) progress.

The franchise business of minimarket is growing very rapidly in Indonesia. This business requires business stores to place merchandise. Generally, business stores for the minimarket use a shop or kiosk. The shop or kiosk needed can be obtained in several ways. Three of them are buying, renting, and buying with loan. The purpose of this study is o apply the NPV (Net Present Value) and APV (Adjusted Present Value) analysis to choose the business store for a minimarket franchise outlet. NPV and APV analysis are used to obtain the most favorable choice for business store of a minimarket. Based on the results of the analysis carried out on the data and assumptions obtained, it can be concluded that there is no choice between renting and buying with loan that is always superior to all conditions in providing business space. Many factors influence every decision, including the percentage of rental prices compared to the value of land and buildings, the growth of land price, and the amount of discount rates or the returns expected by the company.

Abstract
The need to improve the subgrade of a highway becomes urgent when the vehicle load exceeds the carrying capacity of the soil. Industrial waste, that increase every day, was proposed in this study as an additive or stabilizer to improve the carrying capacity of the subgrade. Testing was done through laboratory experiments of the mixing original soil with Silica Sand waste and Dust Sand Foundry waste in certain compositions. To test the mechanical properties, the Unconfined Compression Strength Test based on ASTM standards was conducted. The unconfined compression strength (qu) value of the original soil was 0.289 kg/cm2. The highest qu value was shown in the composition of the soil mixture with 2.5% SS and 7.5% DSF which was 0.347 kg/cm2. The qu value increased by 20.07% from the qu value of the original soil, and showed a mechanical improvement in stabilizing soil.

Abstract
Inequality of income in East Java is still considered high as indicated by the high value of the Gini ratio in most districts/cities. Local government capital expenditure is one of the triggers of the high disparity, in addition to the high per capita spending and open unemployment in East Java. Therefore, this study aims to analyze how influence the capital expenditure, per capita expenditure and unemployment rate have on inequality is implied in the gini coefficient.Quantitative analysis, explanatory method with panel data. The panel data selection process with data normality test through the estimation of common effect, fixed effect or random effect model parameters and the selection of the right model using panel data regression model which is processed using e-views software 10. The results show the level of income inequality of each district / the city has a moderate stage gap. The Gini index of regency/city in East Java is quite volatile, the highest value is Madiun City, Malang City, Blitar City, and Pasuruan City. Capital expenditure and per capita expenditure have insignificant effect on the gini ratio, while the open unemployment rate partially influences the gini ratio. Capital expenditure, per capita expenditure and unemployment rates together have a significant positive effect on the Gini ratio of districts/cities in East Java. Government capital expenditure is realized in the form of expenditure in the education sector, health sector expenditure, goods/services expenditure is no less important than infrastructure spending such as roads, bridges, airports, terminals, ports.

Abstract
Command-and-Control (CAC) is a classic environmental protection instrument that many scholars told had never been effective nor efficient to reduce environmental damage. Hence, economic instruments (EI-s) becoming more popular since its ability achieving environmental target in more efficient way and providing financial incentive for those who have performance of environmental protection more than what-ve been targeted. Since then, EI-s are recommended by global institutions such International Monetary Foundation (IMF) and World Bank to be implemented in developing-countries including Indonesia. Recently, Indonesia has followed up what Indonesia environmental law act mandates by issuing Government Regulation Number 46 Year 2017 on Environmental Economic Instruments which only will be effectively implemented 7 years since then. However some scholars revealed that EI-s are not compatible for environmental protection of developing countries due to several required circumstances for effective EI-s implementation that are generally becoming the main constraints for developing-countries. This paper will examine about what the constraints and challenges are probably faced by Indonesia in attempting of EI-s implementation and relating such constraints and challenges with recent condition of Indonesia. The findings are insufficient capacities of government officers, corruption, and lobbying from interest groups becoming the main constraints, while the challenges are reforming several policies regarding incentive and disincentive such as the subsidy allocation for fossil fuel consumption and creating a new market for trading of emission permit.

Abstract
The PVDF/SiO2 (Polyvinilidene fluoride/Silica) nanofiber membrane were prepared by electrospinning method. The SiO2 colloid nanoparticle concentration was varied at 500, 1000 and 3000 ppm. The PVDF is a material that developed in the manufacture of separators. The PVDF has a higher polarity, melting point and electrolyte uptake than the PP material commercial separators. The effect of the SiO2 nanoparticle addition to the PVDF nanofiber membrane to improve membrane characteristics which include porosity, high temperature stability mechanical, mechanical strength and the stability of battery capacity were systematically investigated. The parameter of electrospinning method with 15 kV voltage, flow rate 1,5 ml / hour, needle distance with collector 17 cm and time 1 hour. The immersion of PVDF membrane in colloid SiO2 nanoparticles was carried out for 1 hour. The shape and fiber size were analyzed by SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope). The SEM image shows the PVDF nanofiber membrane which has beaded fibers with an average fiber size is ~ 656 nm. The nanoparticel SiO2 formed double layer on the PVDF membrane. The porosity effect of PVDF without SiO2 and PVDF/SiO2 3000 ppm is 57% and 70%, respectively. The effect of addition SiO2 to mechanical strength were increased until 2.7 MPa and the membrane were stable at 150 C for 30 minutes. The PVDF membrane has a higher specific capacity than the PP membrane that is 104.6 mAh/g. The addition of SiO2 nanoparticles increased the PVDF membrane capacity stability by the decrease of specific capacity of 42.7 mAh/g for PVDF membrane to 18.7 mAh/g with the addition of SiO2 3000 ppm nanoparticles.

Abstract
Setting the cropping pattern in the use of paddy fields is one of the important steps that determine the income, use and distribution of farm labor. The study was conducted by utilizing secondary data production, cost analysis, etc. in the series 2009-2018 in Bogor Regency. The analysis uses linear programming by setting the raw area of paddy fields and paddy farmer labor as constraints and maximizing income as a goal. The use of agricultural land in Bogor Regency continues to shrink every year. The optimal solution to the cropping pattern that is produced turns out to still leave land and labor resources, so an alternative cropping pattern is needed to utilize these resources. The recommended cropping pattern needs to be implemented through empowering farmer groups proportionally according to the area of land and labor they have.

Abstract
The use of plastic products nowadays almost comply all needs because of plastic products have advantages such as being more economical, flexible and lightweight. Yet, Environment and Sustainability become important issues for company and society. Companies must reproduce and recycle all plastic products related with that issues. CV Jordan Plastics in producing M500 bottles often produces reject products exceeding the target set by the company. This research was conducted to determine the current process capability in producing the M500 bottle, where the process capability index can be calculated from the results of control chart whose data is considered to be statistically controlled. Multivariate control chart can be used to control the quality of the process at CV Jordan Plastics, because the quality characteristics of the products are more than one and the controls must be carried out together. Correlated variables that are used in making multivariate control chart are different of thicknesses, leaks, and dents. The results of the T2 Hotelling control charts show that the process has not been controlled, because there are 4 observations that are out of control. From the Mason, Young and Tracy (MYT) decomposition results, it is obtained that the variables that cause observations to become uncontrolled are different of thicknesses and dents. After revised the control chart, it is known that the current multivariate process capability index is 0.79, which means the process is not capable yet and needs to be improved. The proposed improvement are given to solve the problem of different thicknesses is to position the die right in the middle so that the thickness on all sides is same and for dented conditions can be reduced by setting the temperature and blowing pressure according to the standard.

The new developed sulfonated solid acid catalyst (SSAC) was prepared by carbonization of palm empty fruit bunches (PEFB) then followed by sulfonation. The sulfonation and acidity functionalization on catalyst was conducted in the presence of 10% hydroxyethylsulfonic acid and acrylic acid (v/v) as co-polymer generated by hydrothermal process at 180°C for 4h in Teflon Stainless Steel Autoclave. The SSAC is providing a good catalytic activity for hydrolysis of cassava peel starch. The hydrolysis performance was investigated by variation of cassava peel concentration and reaction time. The Total reducing sugar (TRS) concentration was achieved about 13.54 mg/mL which obtained by hydrolyzing of 5% (w/v) of cassava peel starch at 100°C for 1 h using 5% (w/v) of SSAC. The SSAC demonstrated good stability with only 6% derivation in TRS concentration after 3 repetitions.

Abstract
Abstract The research project to increase cattle production was conducted in South Sulawesi, Indone-sia of ACIAR funded projects in South Sulawesi (SMAR-2006-061). The project worked in 3 regencies (Bone, Barru and Gowa) and four villages in each. Bali cattle (Bos javanicus) are a vital component of Indonesia-s crop-livestock farming systems. Improving Bali cattle pro-ductivity on these smallholdings is essential not only to the Indonesian Government-s beef self sufficiency targets, but also to improving the economic development of farmers living in these regions. However, smallholder farms in the region are usually less than two hectares in total and comprise a mix of crop, forage, livestock and human activities. The aim of this re-search was to investigate how the introduction of cattle management practices impacted on household livelihoods. The result showed that these types of projects may contribute to im-proved livelihoods in the long-term, unlikely to be visible in short term.

Abstract
Cooperatives are legal entities based on the principle of kinship, which consists of all members of natural or legal persons for the welfare of their members. Where most people want to open a business, it has to have a lot of capital to keep the business from running or growing. Kabanjahe The majority of the population opens a shop to meet their daily needs. The existence of a savings and loan unit can help people in the Kabanjahe region to open a business to improve the economy of people in Kabanjahe. Therefore, we need a system that is very helpful in the cooperatives transaction process. The Customer Relationship Management application can support the notification process and simplify the cooperative payment process. This research can help cooperatives and cooperative members to conduct transactions and help members with notification of the funds spent and the date of the last payment.

Abstract
This study was aimed determine the ratio of crude protein (CP) per total digestibility of nutrients (TDN) intake or CP/TDN intake to body weight gain, emissions of nitrogen and methane in lambs. 30 male Thin-tailed lambs aged 3-4 months with body weights 13.69 ± 2.43 kg (CV = 5.89%) were used in this study. The intake of CP (g) and TDN (g) were obtained from the percentage (%) CP and (%) TDN of each animal. The CP of feed ranges from 14-18% and TDN ranges from 60-70%. Then CP intake was divided by TDN intake (CP/TDN). The relationship between CP/TDN intake and average daily gain (ADG), meat production, nitrogen emissions (N), nitrogen oxide emissions (N2O) and methane gas emissions (CH4) were analyzed using correlation analysis. The number of CP/TDN intake has a strong correlation with ADG, but the CP/TDN intake with. The number of CP/TDN intake with N emissions has a moderate correlation, but the CP/TDN intake with N2O emissions has a strong correlation, while the CP/TDN with CH4 emissions has a weak correlation. The ratio of CP/TDN intake that can be given was in the range of 0.23 - 0.29.

Abstract
Based on this research from Prihartini, (2007a) found three isolates lignochlorin that have high potential in growth, production and enzyme activity, and specifically degrade lignin and organochlorin, grow well in the media are natural carriers of rice straw. But each also has the capability of microbial biodegradation of lignin is different, it is influenced by the composition and structure of lignin in plant cell walls and the ability lignolitik oxidative enzymes produced by microbes (Prihartini, 2008). Third lignochloritik bacterial isolates that have the nature of facultative anaerobic bacteria that can live in both aerobic and anaerobic conditions also can live inside or outside the body of cattle, bacterial growth is also high so that it can be used as probiotics and can be introduced into the rumen to improve the digestibility of nutrients in the rumen and the ability to digest lignocellulosic material (Prihartini, 2007b). The aims of this research were to know the effect of supplementation lignolitic probiotic in rice straw on gas production, digestibility and efficiency of microbial protein synthesis using in vitro residual gas production and to know using the optimal lignolitic probiotic in rice straw The method used was Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 4 treatments and 3 groups. The treatments were P0: rice straw + 0% probiotic level; P1: rice straw + 0.5% probiotic level; P2: rice straw + 1.0% probiotic level; and P3: rice straw + 1.5% probiotic level. In-vitro gas production was observed at incubated for 2. 4. 8. 16. 24. 36. 48. 72 and 96 hours, digestibility and efficiency of microbial protein synthesis using in vitro residual gas production were observed at 96 hours incubation period. The result showed that treatment high significantly effected (P<0.01) on gas production, digestibility and efficiency of microbial protein synthesis. The gas production at 96 hours incubation for P3 (73.86 ml/500mg DM) was higher than for control P0 (67.38 ml/500mg DM) and another treatment. The dry matter and organic matter digestibility at the end of incubation for P3 (43.56% and 48.41%) were higher than for control P0 (33.80% and 37.56%) and another treatment. The highest efficiency of microbial protein synthesis was P3 (34.26 g N/kg BOTR) at 96 hour incubation. Degradation of lignin in the rumen is very limited and only a small portion of rumen microbial compound that has the ability to transform not condensed lignin (Kanahau, 2005). Presence of laccase enzyme in the lignolitic probiotic, was able to break the bond of lignocellulose in the rumen which increases digestibility. Residue digestibility of gas production is dry matter and organic matter fermented in the rumen to use for microbial synthesis protein. Based on the results we can conclude that: Addition of lignolitic probiotics in rice straw can increase gas production, dry matter digestibility, organic matter digestibility and efficiency of microbial protein synthesis at 96 hou

Abstract
The cutting propagation experiment of ‘South East Asia Sakura- tree (Cratoxylum formosum) Hanifa Marisa1 and Dhea Ramadhani Putri2 1, 2 Biology Department, Mathematic and Natural Science Faculty, Sriwijaya University (E-mail: gmdiqhan2002@yahoo.com) This research began about two months ago, after a student of Biology Deaprtment contact the main author, about a kind of small treegrowth around Sriwijaya University campus area is blooming its flowers. The flowers were so amazing pinky beautiful and made the student remember on Sakura flower from Japan. Background: Identification of those flowers tree, found that the species is Cratoxylum formosum, a member of family Hypericaceae. Its growth wild in South East Asia, include Indralaya, South Sumatra. Some questions emerged in the mind about those trees, wether it could be propagated via cutting and what kind of growth medium good for cutting reproductive type; black garden soil or sandy soil. To answer above questions, the experiment was done at Biology Deaprtment Green House, Indralaya, during August 2019 until early November 2019. Aims: the aims of study were to know wether Cratoxylum formosum stems could be growth for reproductive goal and what kind of soil type that good for its bud growth. Materials and Methods: 36 sticks of Cratoxylum formosum stem about 1-2 cm diameter size and 25 cm lenght, were planted in three kind of growth medium; garden soil, sandy soil and clay soil in polybags. All of cutted stem were watering systematically everyday, and the existency of bud were noted every week during three weeks. Number of budded stems percentage were counted and the long of bud were measured. Results: Two weeks experiment done, two of 12 sticks / stems were budded. Three of them were budded after three weeks. All of budded stems came from garden soil treatment. Three weeks after planting, emerging bud has five leaves and 2,5 cm lenght. Conclusion: Cratoxylum formosum tree coud be propagated by cutting system, used garden soil medium growth, and bud were emerged since two weeks after planting. Figure 1. Abstract
Global warming brings about increasing the risk of ducks to be more succeptable to heat stress which leads to decrease welfare and production. This research aimed to study duck welfare and productivity under probiotic and antioxidants administration at commercial farms. The method used was experiment with Completely Randomized Design based on factorial pettern. The treatment was dose of natural/home made and commercial probiotics combined with vitamin C at 400 and 600 mg/kg feed. Thus there were 4 treatment combinations. Each treatment was replicated 5 times, as a result there were 20 flocks of duck. Each flock had 50 laying females so there were 1,000 ducks involved. The treatment was applied for two months. Parameters observed were (1) duck welfare based on H/L ratio; (2) egg production consisted of (a) Duck Day Production, and (b) egg weight. This study concluded that administration of combination between homemade probiotic and vitamin C at 600 mg/kg feed significantly increased duck welfare and egg production but did not affect egg weight.
