Abstract
With rapid technological advancement, increasing demand of electrical and electronic as well as short lifespan of the products has lead to the increase in e waste generation. Hence, e waste generation has become a concern. E waste management requires different approach compare to conventional management of traditional wastes. This is because of e waste complex characteristic where it-s contain hazardous substances which pose risk to human health and environment. On one hand e wastes are becoming environmental hazards and affecting the ecological imbalance. On the other hand, these e wastes are remaining still economically valuable. In Malaysia, e waste management system is still in nascent state. Understanding e waste management and to determine the best approach is a difficult task due to lack of study in Malaysia and reliable data on management system. This paper describes the current status of e waste generation and recycling and explores issues for forture e waste management system in Malaysia from sustainable point of view. This paper aimed to assess the current practice of e waste management in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. The data presented in this paper derived mostly from the secondary sources of various literatures in order to understand the current issue and problem in e waste management. Managing e waste in Malaysia is challenging due to its hazardous characteristic and the generation currently at an alarming rate where it is reported that e waste will be expected to triple output in next five years. Therefore, the cooperation from all level of management from key stakeholders is needed in order to ensure the risk of e waste can be control at the minimum level.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to confirm and demonstrate that risk sharing policy is practical and viable alternative to the conventional system. This study falls under the category of qualitative research with deductive historical approach is adopted to understand the nature of the study. Within this framework, statistical data, audio and printed materials provide the source for analysis. Hence, this study is an archival research, including inspection of documents held in libraries and on-line. This study found that in 1933-1935, Germany instrumentalized the principle of risk sharing to fund the Work-Creation Programs –a national agenda that successfully improved domestic labour market condition. There are two practical implications from the findings: First, the finding abrogates the current misconception that Islamic finance is difficult, impractical, and not viable. Second, for policy makers, the study laid out another urgency of why risk sharing principle should be adopted into economic policy.

Abstract
Gram-negative bacteria are one of the causes of nosocomial in Indonesia. This bacterium is a cause of resistance so that the disease is difficult to cure with antibiotic treatment. In the process of antibiotic therapy, these nosocomial bacteria must be removed first before handling the main bacteria that cause disease. This bacterial observation is carried out using image processing to replace visual observation. The process consists of four stages, namely pre-processing, segmentation, feature extraction, and identification. At the segmentation stage, the bacterial image object is selected that best suits the expert representation, in this case, the medical analyst. Feature extraction is done to get pixel information to be processed. At the classification stage, the use of Extreme learning machine is chosen because the training process time is shorter than other algorithms based on artificial neural networks. At the stage of modeling, 2 different bacteria were used, namely nosocomial bacterium and Gram-negative bacterium. In this research trial, each consists of 420 images of training data, validation and testing so that the total amount of data used is 2520 images with a pixel size of 256x256. Accuracy results obtained at 97% of the training process

Solenostemon rotundifolius is one of native tubers from Indonesia that has good potential as a flour source. Unfortunatelly, this kind of potato has poor quality and undesirable functional characteristic so that underutilized in food industry. Therefore, the processing of Solenostemon rotundifolius into flour product is needed to be modified in order to improve the quality, obtain the added value of flour, and enhance food product development using pre-gelatinization treatment. Pre-gelatinization is a hydrothermal process that initiated with boiling and ended with drying. This study evaluated the effect of pre-gelatinization treatment on physicochemical and functional properties of Solenostemon rotundifolius flour in optimum temperature and time of process (60°C for 7 minutes). The pre-gelatinization treatment produced 89,58 ± 1,47 % yield of flour, reduced the density (0,55 ± 0,02 g/ml) and lightness of flour (71,30 ± 0,14 L value), and declined the amylose content (18,21 ± 1,22 %) compare to the natural flour, while increased the moisture (8,32 ± 0,31 %), ash (3,95 ± 0,06 %), protein (3,43 ± 0,23 %), fat (0,47 ± 0,01 %), starch content (65,11 ± 0,30 %), and amylopectin (46,90 ± 1,51 %). The differences in physicochemical and functional properties were observed among the pre-gelatinization Solenostemon rotundifolius flour with respect to all of parameters. Thus, Solenostemon rotundifolius flour revealed the potency as an alternative flour for food diversification and can be used for substituting wheat flour in various food product.

Junrejo Village, Batu City is one of the villages that has quite a large number of MSMEs. In addition, there are also groups of farmers who are active in the cultivation of oyster mushrooms. The yield of oyster mushrooms reaches 5 kg every day. The harvest is usually sold in raw form without processing into a product. This causes the benefits obtained by farmer groups to be quite small. Therefore, it is necessary to diversify processed products made from oyster mushrooms to produce high economic value products. Community service activities through a doctoral program devoted to inviting farmer group members to learn to process oyster mushrooms into mushroom chips, spring rolls and mushroom martabak. The members of the farmer womens group were given a provision by visiting UKM that processed oyster mushrooms into chips and processed frozen food to foster entrepreneurial spirit. The farmer womens group also received training in diversification of oyster mushroom processed products from the UBs Doctoral Serving team. Hopefully, through this training, can add new MSMEs that produce various kinds of oyster mushroom product.

Abstract
Tomatoes (Solanum lycopersicum) are one of the horticultural crops that have high potential value in Indonesia. Statistics of the Ministry of Industry in 2016 shows that tomato sauce is acommodity worth US $ 1284 thousands in import and US $ 863 thousands in export. The raw material for making tomato sauce is tomato paste. Tomato paste is an intermediate product that commonly uses fillers in the form of corn starch, CMC, or xanthan gum. This filler can be replaced with other types of carbohydrates that have abundant amounts in Indonesia, including banana (Musa paradisiaca L.) flour. Banana flour is one ingredient that can be used as an alternative filler of tomato paste. Both bananas and tomatoes are two commodities that have low prices during the main harvest. This study aims to determine the concentration of banana flour that is suitable for use in making tomato paste. This study uses a completely randomized design (CRD) with the addition of banana flour treatment consisting of 5 levels, namely 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, and 4%. The results showed that the addition of banana flour could increase the total dissolved solids, density and viscosity of tomato paste. The addition of banana flour did not affect the pH of tomato paste. In addition, the addition of banana flour can reduce the value of brightness and redness in tomato paste.
