Abstract
Persons with disabilities are people who have limited activities like people in general due to physical disability or paralysis, especially for mobility although there are many tools specifically for people with disabilities, for example wheelchairs certainly these aids may not fully help for example for to travel quite far. This raises its own concerns for people with disabilities because they have limitations to do activities like other people. This research was conducted with the aim of designing a motor control system BLDC on electric motorbikes with disabilities. The BLDC motor used is type 350 Watt. The method used for motor speed regulation is PWM Six-Step Comutation. Arduino is used to implement the method. With the controller the BLDC motor speed can be easily regulated. For find out the performance of the controller carried out several tests namely measuring the voltage value and electric current at the three-phase input and output drivers and measuring the rotational speed of the rotor to variations in the percentage value of the duty cycle. The duty cycle value is varied every 5% so the data obtained is the value of rpm in the duty cycle range of 5% - 100%. The results obtained from the test show that at the 100% duty cycle the dc current value is 0.59 A and the engine speed is 299 RPM.

Abstract
Protein deficiency has a permanent and long-term effect, which is a decrease in intelligence, abnormal growth, and stunting. Maluku is the province with the lowest protein consumption in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of price, income, and demographic factors on animal protein food demand, using the Quadratic Almost Ideal Demand System approach. The research data used 2016 Susenas data of 4,811 households. The results showed that an increase in animal food prices by one percent decreased demand for eggs, chicken, beef, fish and milk, respectively, by 0.452%, 2,024%, 4,382%, 2,507%, and 0.969%. The most elastic beef was followed by chicken, fish, milk, and eggs with income elasticities of 3,928%, 2,278%, 1,752%, 1,456%, and 0.562%, respectively. All animal foods are luxury items, except eggs are normal goods. In urban areas, beef, fish and fresh milk are complementary, whereas in rural areas all animal foods are substitutes. To meet protein consumption, the Maluku government needs to maintain stable animal food prices

Sugar is a major national need that will continue to increase along with population growth. Sugar cane is one of the important crop commodities in the development of the plantation sub-sector in East Java, among others, to meet the needs of domestic sugar and exports of the National Sugar Productivity since 2001. Its progress is the sugar industry in accordance with the agreement which was first carried out by the quality of sugar cane . The aspects that affect the quality are sugar cane (on farm) and factory (off farm) aspects related to technical and technological processes. This research studies the factors that influence sugar production in the Asembagus sugar factory. The method used to solve this problem is multiple linear regression by submitting six predictor variables, namely sugarcane production, fertilization, irrigation, rainfall, yield of sugar cane, and land area, then the dependent variable is sugar production. Based on the analysis obtained an appropriate regression model and has fulfilled the BLUE assumption is Y=-1357+0,06681X1+0,09X2-21,9X3+0,973X4+329,7X5-1,25X6. This regression model is expected to assist the leaders of the Asembagus sugar factory in determining policies to increase sugar production in the future

Abstract
Flights Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) really require altitude position. The altitude position of the UAV is used to measure the distance between the UAV when flying with ground. In UAV system are there are two modes of altitude position, absolute height and relative height. In previous research, precision farming uses unmanned aerial vehicles for foliar farming. The research has recommended the best spraying at an altitude of 1.5 meters of plants, but there are problems that UAVs are difficult to maintain a stable height of terrain in agricultural lands by plants. This research will optimize the height of UAV for foliar fertilizer using ultrasonic sensors. UAVs for foliar fertilizer use low flights because they have to be a few meters above the agricultural land. The ultrasonic sensor works well at a distance of 24 cm to 700 cm above the terrain, so it can be used as a sensor in the UAV for foliar fertilizer. The agricultural land used in this research is corn plant in politeknik negeri jember area. The process of this research is by building a UAV without carrying the load of foliar fertilizer. The results of altitude visualization graph show that experiments with ultrasonic sensors produce smoother graphs. Ultrasonic sensor data produces waves with a lot of noise, this can be caused by ultrasonic waves emitted bouncing with the leaves of corn plants.

Abstract
In Indonesia, plastic waste has become an important problem at this time, because it causes environmental pollution problems. With this, further action is needed regarding the treatment of waste utilization, one of which is by converting waste into liquid fuel. Some types of rubbish that we often encounter are plastic bottles such as plastic cups, plastic bottle caps, childrens toys and margarines and others, which is one of the types of PP (polypropylene) waste. The development of current plastic waste treatment technology is to convert plastic waste into fuel oil by utilizing plastic waste to be processed as plastic fuels such as premium fuel, diesel and kerosene. Polypropylene type plastic is the type of plastic that is most widely used in daily life because it has good mechanical properties with low density, heat and moisture resistance, and has good dimensional stability. Some of the technology used to convert plastic waste, among others, by using the method of high temperature named Thermal Cracking, namely heating polymer or plastic material without oxygen, this process is usually carried out at temperature. This process includes the pyrolysis process ,. The results of the thermal cracking process will produce fuel oil by condensation with the cooling process, when the pipe releases steam that occurs in a heated pressure vessel, thus producing steam that is condensed using water until it changes shape to become liquid. One of the results of the pyrolysis process is Polypropylene Plastic is a fuel that is equivalent to fossil fuels. In this study, researchers analyzed the octane number of Polypropylene liquid fuel that was heated and the Distillation process with a temperature variation of 80 Celcius degree, 100 Celcius degree, and 120 Celcius degree produced Polypropylene fuel equivalent to a standard fuel with an octane number of 93.8. So that this fuel can be used on vehicles .

Abstract
The first step that is always passed by documents in natural language processing is preprocessing text. These steps are needed for transferring text from human language to machine-readable format for further processing. However, not many special applications have been found that function as text preprocessing. This has led to any research on natural language processing having to create its own program code for the preprocessing text phase. The main focus of this research is to create an integrated text preprocessing application that can be accessed by any researcher who needs it. Several issues discussed in this study include the design, implementation, testing and integration of each text preprocessing feature. Text preprocessing which is integrated in this research includes case folding, tokenizing, stop word removal and stemming. The tools used in this research are the NLTK library of python and Django framework.

Abstract
Native chicken is one of the producers of animal protein that has a high taste and is in demand by many consumers. Therefore also the price is higher than domestic chickens. So far, Bali, which is known as a well-known tourist destination, always lacks the supply of native chicken meat to meet the needs of consumers who come to Bali, both foreign and domestic tourists, as well as local people. The decline in the population of native chickens also occurs in almost all regions of Indonesia, which is caused by not being able to compete with broiler chickens as well as high production costs. For this reason, the Central Agricultural Research and Development Agency has begun to make a breakthrough by producing superior types of native chicken, namely Sensi 1 Agrinak and KUB (superior native chicken of the Research and Development Agency), which are expected to be able to increase the interest of farmers. The study was conducted in Jehem Village, Bangli Regency. Sensors in the electronic world are parts that are used to detect changes in the physical or chemical environment. The output from the sensor is converted into an electrical quantity that represents the changing environment. Sensors are widely used in agriculture, especially to detect changes in the physical or chemical environment associated with plant growth, for example: temperature sensors, light sensors, soil moisture sensors, and so forth. In agricultural applications that have a large area, the problem of location and distance from the sensor to the control center is a separate problem. To solve this problem, a sensor system is designed, the connection is wireless. In wireless communication system applications, there are antenna parts which are very important that can affect the rate of sending sensor data. To improve the performance of the wireless sensor in sending data, it is necessary to integrate the antenna in accordance with the sensor transceiver system. So this research was conducted to integrate linear polarization antennas with sensors to increase the gain on the transmission. From the integration then measurements are taken to get the value of the radiation pattern, gain and bandwidth. From the measurements produced it can be seen an increase in the strengthening of wireless sensor transmission for agricultural sector applications using 2.4 GHz frequency
