Abstract
Limited learning facilities in vocational high schools is one of the problems in vocational education. Not every schools with multimedia departement have enough standard cameras. The solution and also the goal of this research is to discuss the development of Camlearn as mobile learning media that can be used in the multimedia departement. Camlearn is an android-based mobile application that discusses the types of cameras and photography equipment. This research applies the steps of ADDIE research method including Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Analysis, design and development activities are based on material requirements analysis that has been carried out using a questionnaire and interview methods for students, teachers and vice-principals of curriculum with a Likert Scale consisting of three research variables namely material aspects, media aspects, and application functionality. The results of the application product feasibility on the material suitability aspects are 80%, the media conformity aspects are 82%, and the product functionality aspects are 82%. Based on the results of the product development testing, it can be concluded that this research product has met the minimum eligibility test so that it can be declared feasible to be used as a learning media in the learning process.

Abstract
The vocational education system is required to produce learning outcomes that are in line with the needs of the workforce. One form of effective vocational education learning to equip human resources with the competencies is industrial practices. One way to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of industrial practices is to utilize information and communication technology in these activities. Therefore, the basis of digital literacy skills must be owned by students. This study aims to map students digital literacy skills as an initial guarantee of the implementation of web-based monitoring and evaluation industrial practice can run well. The research method is descriptive analysis with 604 respondents. The results of this study shows that the level of information literacy, media literacy and technology literacy students are in good category with the average value of 75.00 percent, 73.25 percent, and 79.75 percent. Based on these results it can be concluded that IT students have good literacy skills and can be improved through online and web-based learning for monitoring and evaluation of industrial practice.

Abstract
Peat soils are soils that contain large amounts of organic matter. Utilization of peatlands as plantations has been carried out in West Kalimantan. One of the plants that is cultivated is Longan. Indicators that need to be known to determine the suitability of peatlands as plantations are specific gravity. Specific gravity is the ratio between the dry weight of the soil and the volume of the soil excluding the pores found between the particles. This study aims to determine the specific gravity characteristics of the longan peat estates in West Kalimantan. Measurement of specific gravity is done using ASTM D-854-02 - Pycnometer. The results obtained a specific gravity of 0.28 gcm-3 at depths of 03-350 cm and 0.38 gcm-3 at depths of 350-550 cm. The measurement results show that the specific gravity is getting bigger along with the increase in soil depth due to the reduced water content. Based on the results of research on peatlands in West Kalimantan suitable to be used as a Kelengkeng plantation land.

Abstract
E-learning becomes one of the alternatives that bring together technological support with the current learning needs. Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) is one of the universities that have a concentration on the implementation and development of e-learning called SIPEJAR. The development of SIPEJAR should be balanced with evaluation or audit of the information system so that threats or losses can be avoided or prevented. This study aims to determine SIPEJAR performance from the governance of information technology in planning and organization on e-learning using COBIT 5 framework and provide recommendation governance improvement after knowing the gap between the current governance with the expected governance. Data collection techniques were conducted with interviews and questionnaires with SIPEJAR managers. Data analysis method using descriptive analysis. The result mentioned that deliver and support maturity level of information technology governance of SIPEJAR, which is at level 2 which means that managers have realized the need of IT development and formation of more professional organization. The gap analysis between expected conditions and current conditions averages are 3. Recommendations that can be given to the development of e-learning UM is to form organizations and sharpen the vision and mission of system development better.

Abstract
This Study has purpose of to determine the permeability characteristics and the electrical properties of the soil in guava and dragon fruit plantations. The measured land is peatland in the village of Rasau, West Kalimantan. The method for permeability (Falling Head) and electricity uses the Electrical Conductivity tool. Obtained from parameter values such as EC (Electrical Conductivity). At a depth of 350 cm -345 cm has a range of values of 0.02 ds -1 to 0.11 ds m-1, from that depth a soil permeability value of 4,198 x 10-5 cm s-1 is obtained. At a depth of 500 cm - 590 cm it has a range of values of 0.02 ds m -1 to 0.22 ds m-1 and gets a soil permeability value of 7,185 x 10-5 cm s-1. When the permeability value is small, the EC value will also be smaller so that the resulting porosity is also low.

Abstract
Nowdays, biodiesel is a one of renewable bio fuel which being developed. By increasing biodiesel production, will increase the formation of glycerol as a by-product of the reaction. So it takes some effort to convert the glycerol into another product in order to increase the economic value of glycerol. One of these is by converting glycerol into triacetin which can be used as a bio additive in fuel through the acetylation process. The important thing to do before converting glycerol is removing the impurities from the crude glycerol. This study aims to determine the effect of concentration and type of acid used in the glycerol purification process. The purification process were done by acidification, adsorption, filtration, distillation and evaporation. The acidification processes use H3PO4 (85%), H2SO4 (98%), HCl (37%) and the acid percentage is 0.5%, 1%, 2.5%, 5%, 7.5%, 10% (v/v). The purified glycerol were analyzed using GC (Gas Chromatography) to determine glycerol content, water content, density and viscosity and is converted to triacetin by the esterification reaction using Ni / Zeolite as a catalyst. The esterification products were analyzed by titration to determine the reaction conversion. From this study it can be concluded that the highest glycerol concentration was achieved in the addition of H3PO4 with a concentration of 5% (v /v) with glycerol content of 79.59%, density 1.277 g / ml, viscosity 266.48 cP, moisture content 3.261% and glycerol conversion 82.39%. And its application as a bio additives can increase the Octane Number of commercial gasoline by 6.5%.

Abstract
E-learning has become the choice of several educational institutions to improve the quality of learning and educational affordability. Malang State University (UM) as one of the tertiary educational institutions also has e-learning infrastructure with its main system called SIPEJAR. Every UM lecturer is required to use SIPEJAR in synchronous and asynchronous learning, but until now the use of SIPEJAR has not been too massive. Therefore the purpose of this paper is to measure learning effectiveness and user experience by implicit evaluation. However, it cannot reveal what "user feels" through interaction with the system neither record user feedback. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale using the User Experience Question framework and conducted interviews with 48 system users. Result shows that user experience score, usability score, learning design validation score, and students response from the interview session indicate that the system is not good; therefore, an improvement is needed. For the future works, we proposed an evaluation of SIPEJARs governance and critical success factors to determine the carrying capacity of implementation and the factors that support the successful implementation of SIPEJAR.

Abstract
Indonesia is a country with high biodiversity and social community. Differences in learning and student competencies in villages and cities also become a separate problem. With the natural and social conditions of each, students in rural and urban areas have different abilities, hence the need for peer learning to share knowledge. One of the solution to bridge this problem is by developing information systems that can be used by students in villages and cities. Through peer learning, it is expected to improve students knowledge and skills because the learning design is more natural. In this paper, my buddy school system is designed and developed to support self-regulated learning and peer learning course. We applied explicit evaluation using some questionnaires and interview of 20 students that have already used the developed system. Result shows that user experience score and student-s respond from interview session indicate that the system is good; therefore, an improvement is needed. For the future works, we proposed user-centered design method to gain greater score of user experience.

Abstract
Bamboo is an environmentally friendly material. Many benefits of bamboo that we can get. For example, as an environmentally friendly fiber for textile materials, other craft construction materials. Bamboo has fiber content, including fiber length, inter-fiber adhesive, namely lignin and the higher diameter of bamboo fiber, making bamboo stems stronger and stiffer, so bamboo quality is getting better Image processing is an objective method for classification of bamboo. Segmentation is the most important step in image processing. In this study the authors used segmentation using color segmentation. From the color texture, it will be known the shape of the bamboo fiber, what is the size of the fiber in the bamboo. This study uses 3 types of bamboo for classification based on color segmentation on bamboo using fuzzy c means clustering.

Abstract
The replacer of Antibiotic Growth Promoter (AGP) is essential in poultry since its use has been banned in 2018. The search of locally available alternative AGP replacer is important because currently the replacer products are imported. The use of essential oil from clove oil is potential to be elaborated. The current research is aimed to examine the effect of clove oil level in the feed of Indonesia hybrid duck on carcass weight and its physical quality characteristics. This experiment used 120 Day Old Ducks allotted to 4 treatments namely P0 as control feed+ virginiamycin, P1 control feed+ 200 ppm clove oil, P2 control feed + 400 ppm clove oil, and P3 control feed + 600 ppm clove oil. Each treatment was repeated 5 times. While they were raised until 7 weeks of age, feed and water were provided ad libitum. The variables measured were carcass weight, carcass parts (breast, leg, wing and fore and hind quarter weights), Water content, Water Holding Capacity (WHC) and cooking loss. The data subjected to ANOVA statistical analysis, if significant result obtained then continued with Duncan Multiple Range Test. The results showed in Table 1 indicated that no significant effect (P>0.05) was found on replacement of antibiotic with clove essential oil toward carcass and its parts weights as well as physical quality of carcass of hybrid duck. It is then concluded that the use of clove essential oil might replace the role of antibiotic in hybrid duck nutrition.

Abstract
Perkembangan layanan internet mobile, memungkinkan semakin banyak konsumen yang mengadopsi smartphone sebagai perangkat komunikasi utama mereka. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan TAM untuk mengetahui tingkat kesediaan pengrajin batik dan tekstil menggunakan smartphone dan variable-variabel dalam TAM yang mempengaruhi kesediaan tersebut. Populasi penelitian ini adalah para pengrajin batik dan tekstil di wilayah Bayat, Klaten, Jawa Tengah, dengan sampel berjumlah 243 menggunakan kuesioner 30 pertanyaan, dengan jawaban yang diukur dengan skala Likert 1-5. Hasil analisis data menggunakan software GSCA, dapat diketahui bahwa dari delapan hipotesis yang diajukan ada dua hipotesis yang tidak terbukti berpengaruh. Tehnical Support secara statistik tidak signifikan terhadap variabel ease of use. Temuan dalam penelitian ini memperkuat teori penerimaan teknologi TAM2. Management support mempengaruhi variable usefulness. Temuan ini sesuai atau memperkuat teori penerimaan teknologi Igbaria (1997). Social Influence tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap usefulness. Hasil penelitian ini tidak mendukung teori penerimaan teknologi TAM. Hal ini terjadi karena penelitian ini dilakukan pada saat smartphone tidak lagi dikatakan sebagai teknologi yang baru.

Abstract
The aims of this study are to find out the difference between the performance of Islamic stock returns with conventional counterparts. We use 1203 observational data from Islamic and conventional indices obtained from IDX. Volatility is an interesting phenomenon to be reviewed because it describes the level of risk and uncertainty due to fluctuations in stock prices. This volatility includes daily opening and closing stock price, which is then converted into data daily returns. Based on empirical evidence was found that conventional stock has a better performance than the stock sharia. Positive and significant GARCH values indicate that the return volatility of the IHSG, ISSI, and JII is currently influenced by the volatility of the previous period. The results showed that the model fitting asymmetric GARCH (EGARCH) is the best model to forecast the stock volatility return both of them, Islamic and conventional.

Abstract
Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh corporate governance terhadap pengungkapan risiko. Corporate governance dipresentasikan oleh ukuran dewan komisaris, frekuensi rapat komisaris, komposisi komisaris independen, komposisi komite audit independen, dan keberadaan komisaris wanita. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perbankan Indonesia yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2015-2016 dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah pengamatan perbankan yang terdaftar pada BEI tahun 2015-2016 dan lolos kriteria dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 76 data. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS 17. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ukuran dewan komisaris berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengungkapan risiko, sedangkan variabel frekuensi rapat dewan komisaris, komposisi komisaris independen, komposisi komite audit independen, dan keberadaan komisaris wanita tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan risiko pada perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2015-2016. Corporate governance are identified as the size of the board of commissioners, the frequency of board of commissioners meetings, the composition of independent commissioners, the composition of independent audit committee members, and the presence of woman commissioners. Population in this research is Indonesian banking that listing in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2016 and sampling in this research is done by purposive sampling method. The number of banking observations listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2016 and passed the criteria in this study were 76 data. This study uses multiple linear regression test using SPSS 17 analysis tool. The results of this study are the size of the board of commissioners has a significant positive effect on risk disclosure, while the frequency of board of commissioners meetings, the composition of independent commissioners, the composition of independent audit committees, and the presence of woman commissioners are not influence the disclosure of risk in banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2016. Abstract
Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Insider Ownership (INSD), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Return on Equity (ROE) terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (Y) pada perusahaan-perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2012 sampai 2016. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dimana sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan beberapa kriteria yang telah ditentukan sehingga diperoleh 20 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah jenis data cross section dari tahun 2012 sampai 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistics 23 untuk melakukan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, tetapi sebelum pengujian hipotesis, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Insider Ownership (INSD) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa insider ownership tidak dapat digunakan untuk mengestimasi besarnya dividend payout ratio pada perusahaan manufaktur di BEI pada tahun 2012 sampai 2016. Kemudian, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) sehingga debt to equity ratio dapat digunakan oleh para investor sebagai acuan dalam menganalisis kemampuan perusahaan manufaktur dalam membagikan dividen khususnya pada perusahaan manufaktur di BEI pada tahun 2012 sampai 2016. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa Return on Equity (ROE) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Sama seperti insider ownership, return on equity juga tidak dapat digunakan oleh para investor untuk mengestimasi besarnya dividend payout ratio pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2012 sampai 2016. Fleksibilitas pasokan dalam berbagai litelatur Manajemen Operasi dipahami sebagai respon perusahaan terhadap ketidakpastian pasokan. Walau bukan isu baru, fleksibilitas pasokan masih menjadi isu strategis, khususnya dalam menghadapi ketidakpastian pasokan di era industri digital (industri 4.0) dengan berbagai efek disrupsinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengungkap berbagai determinan yang memperkuat fleksibilitas pasokan serta pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja rantai pasokan pada usaha mikro dan kecil. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan data dari 107 responden dengan unit analisis usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah produk pangan di Banten. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh determinan fleksibilitas mempengaruhi fleksibilitas pasokan secara positif dan signifikan, kecuali karakteristik informasi yang tidak terbukti mempengaruhi fleksibilitas pasokan. Pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung fleksbilitas pasokan terhadap kinerja pasokan terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan, namun memiliki arah hubungan yang berbeda dengan hipotesis yang diuji. Artinya bahwa peningkatan fleksibilitas pasokan pada usaha mikro dan kecil produk pangan dapat mengurangi kinerja rantai pasokannya. Hasil wawancara lanjutan dengan pengusaha dan pemasok, mengindikasikan bahwa semakin fleksibel pasokan pada usaha kecil dapat menurunkan tingkat efektifitas dan efisiensi pasokan secara jangka panjang. Oleh karenanya, diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut bagaimana fleksibilitas pasokan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja secara negatif dan signifikan.

Abstract
Secara konsep, pemasaran hijau masih belum menjadi pengetahuan yang mapan khususnya di negara sedang berkembang. Penerapannya juga masih sangat terbatas. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pemasaran hijau pada perusahaan di Indonesia and Filipina yang menghasilkan produk hijau dengan tujuan memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan pengetahuan strategi pemasaran hijau dalam konteks negara sedang berkembang. Wawancara mendalam kepada manajer enam perusahaan yang diteliti digunakan untuk mengumpulkan informasi. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menjelaskan fenomena praktek pemasaran yang dilakukan perusahaan yang diteliti yang akan digunakan sebagai dasar menentukan strategi pemasaran hijau. Penelitian menghasilkan empat altenatif strategi. Lima perusahaan yang diteliti menerapkan strategi inovasi hijau dan hanya satu yang menerapkan strategi pemasaran hijau. Rendahnya kesadaran dan penerimaan konsumen terhadap produk hijau merupakan dasar pemilihan strategi untuk mempertahankan eksistensi usaha. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat menguji alternatif strategi yang dihasilkan pada lebih banyak perusahaan di lebih banyak negara sedang berkembang supaya konsep strategi pemasaran hijau dapat disempurnakan.

Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda.Hasil regresi menunjukan bahwa adahubungan positif signifikan antara variabel fitur produk, nama merek, pengaruh sosial, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Xiaomi, namun, tidak ada hubungan antara variabel pengorbanan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Xiaomi.

Abstract

Wisatawan muslim dalam perjalanan wisatanya, lebih memperhatikan atribut-atribut wisata yang tersedia di tujuan wisatanya. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi atribut-atribut wisata halal sebagai peningkatan daya saing destinasi wisata Bromo Tengger Semeru (BTS). Melalui pendekatan kualitatif penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa BTS merupakan sebuah destinasi yang telah berorientasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan wisatawan Muslim. BTS dapat memiliki daya saing sebagai wisata halal yang ditunjukkan dengan dua faktor, yaitu sebagai wisata yang ramah keluarga dan memiliki kesadaran halal.

Abstrak Usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) merupakan komponen penting yang memberikan kontribusi terhadap perekonomian suatu negara. Pemerintah dalam pemberdayaan UKM melalui program kewirausahaan memiliki peranan dalam mendukung mencapai target kinerja usahanya. Orientasi kewirausahaan menekankan pada komponen : kreatif, inovasi, proaktif, memanfaatkan peluang dan penanggungan resiko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tentang budaya kewirausahaan yang berdampak terhadap kinerja usaha. Lokasi penelitian UKM konveksi di Propinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Sampel untuk sumber data menggunakan teknik bola salju (snow ball sampling). Data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam (indept interview) dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kreatifitas dengan meniru (creativity imitation), inovasi berbasis IT, proaktif, memanfaatkan peluang dan penanggungan resiko yang berdampak pada kinerja usaha meliputi: pertumbuhan penjualan, pertumbuhan profit dan peningkatan jumlah aset yang dimiliki. Hasil penelitian memberikan kontribusi untuk pemerintah, pengusaha UKM dan akademisi.

Abstract
The identification of a particular illness is usually done by microscopical check-up from the phlegm, urine, blood, Rontgen, and CT-scan. This technique needs a long period, high cost, and complicated procedure. As a result, society feels reluctant to check up on their health. Thus, research of an instrument that can define and diagnose the illness easily, efficiently, and accurately is needed. This research developed a prototype of an electronic nose that consists of a gas sensor that can respond quickly the element of volatile organic through the breathing air. Principal component analysis (PCA) method is the most appropriate method to classify the type of illness visually and then the algorithm of AI in Neural Network is constructed to automatic identification of the type of patients illness. Therefore, this research is needed to be applied in medical instrumentation.

Abstract
The research in the electric vehicle requires a safe Reserved Energy Storage System (RESS) that is durable and crashworthy enough to withstand a harsh environment, especially ground impact from stone chips on the road. RESS, which typically uses lithium-ion type battery, is posed to the jeopardy of thermal runaway as an aftermath of intrusion into the cell body. Thermal runaway might happen because the separator between the anode and cathode spoil and fail to keep both from making contact that results in a short circuit. Nowadays, metallic structures have been applied underneath the cells to protect RESS, although not so useful. Not just the extra mass, it cannot hold the impact properly. This research focuses on a composite-based protective layer applying sandwich panel structures for a stiffer layer. Conducted using non-linear finite element analysis with LS-DYNA solver, this research takes multiple design variables into accounts such as layer thickness, topology, and orientation while maintaining the base material of plain weave Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP). The variables that are set as performance indicators are mainly cell deformation and energy absorbed. Among the two topologies tested, Navy Truss is proven to get along better with composite material than Blast Resistant Adaptive Sandwich (BRAS) model. This occurs since the Navy Truss absorbs energy by undergoing progressive crushing, BRAS structures collapse within the supports. In the Navy Truss itself, various orientations are tested, and it is found that the most effective orientation is [(0/90)2/[(45/-45)/(0/90)]3]s. Compared to the metallic structure, profusely there has been 36 percent mass saving.

Abstract
Particulate matters with the diameter less than 2.5 µm or PM2.5, have known to the health adverse. The developing of a measurement system of PM2.5 with a high precision has become a challenge in the last decade. We design the system using a NOVA SDS011 sensor to measure PM2.5 concentration. The problem is that the sensor has a capacity to measure particulate matter in the range of 0.3 to 10 µm, meanwhile we would like to design the measurement system of PM2.5 with the high precision. The other this is how to optimize the sensor. The factor influenced the sensor optimization has been investigated, such as the range of the particle measurement, a sample flow and sample compartment. The PM2.5 measurement system was calibrated using the 3443 Kanomax dust monitor. The result is that the system works well with the filter take into a role to the PM2.5 concentration measurement, and the sample flow and compartment that are the important factor to increase the precision of 20 %.

Abstract
With the growing size of the electric vehicle (EV) market, the study of the battery system is paramount. Lithium-ion batteries have a high risk of flammability in the event of an accident or a collision that causes a short circuit. One of the highest potential threats to EVs is ground impact from stones or projectiles impingement that can hit and penetrate the battery pack. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a lightweight structure that can protect batteries in the event of dynamic impact load. The material used for the protection structure is fiber metal laminate (FML), which is a hybrid material consists of thin metal layers bonded together by intermediate composite. Evaluation of the risk of battery fire due to short circuit (battery shortening) and energy absorption of the protection structure is done by using the nonlinear finite element method. Parametric studies were conducted to investigate the effect of thickness, bonding strength, as well as two damage parameters such as failure and softening effect. Simulation results show that increasing the softening parameter can increase energy absorption but also increase the battery shortening. While increasing all the other parameters can increase energy absorption and reduce battery shortening. In this study, the most effective design for the protection structure was obtained, which is 1 mm-thick aluminum as the top and bottom layer, and 4.8 mm-thick carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) as the intermediate layer.

Abstract
In this work, lithium bismuth aluminium borate glasses doped with different concentration of Er3+ were prepared to investigate the physical, chemical unit, optical and luminescence properties. All glasses were prepared by melt-quenching method. Glass density is in a range of 3.20 – 3.27 g/cm3 with no obvious relation to Er2O3 concentration. The FTIR spectra confirms the tetrahedra BO4 borate unit appearing in glass network. This BO4 unit tend to increase with increment of Er2O3 content. Er3+ in glass absorb photon in visible light and near-infrared region, confirmed by the absorption spectra. The emission and excitation spectra perform the infrared emission of Er3+ under 523 and 975 nm excitation. The strongest emission with 1536 nm belongs to 1.00 mol% Er2O3 doped glass that was excited by photon with 523 nm. This developed glass possesses the good potential for using as the source and medium material for infrared emitting and communication device.

Abstract
Demand for electricity is increasing rapidly, the consequence of this is a threat to the stability of the electrical system, one of which is the voltage stability. FACTS or Flexible Alternating Current Transmission System is electronic equipment that is able to regulate electric power transmission that can be used to overcome stability problems. This research will analyze the use of Static Var Compensator (SVC) as one of the equipment from FACTS to overcome the stability of the most critical buses by using the 500 kV Java-Bali electricity system using PSAT. Then the stability of the voltage is observed using the help of the PV curve which can show the value of the voltage conditions in each operating condition. SVC installation on the Java-Bali electricity system of 500 kV obtained an increase in length λ on the Pedan Bus which is equal to 0.233 p.u. (6.01) then on the Tasikmalaya Bus the addition of length λ is 0.0986 p.u. (2.55%) and on the Mandarican Bus the addition of length λ is 0.1228 p.u. (3.17%).

Abstract
MQ137 sensor has been successfully used to control ammonia concentration automatically and realtime in a catfish pond water. The ammonia testing was carried out by bubbling pond water to vaporize ammonia gas to sense by the sensor. The result showed that the could detect the ammonia concentration below 1 ppm and it instructed the water pump to flow the water throught a water filter to reduce the ammonia concenration. The aplication of pond water quality control has resulted in a reduction in the number of catfish deaths due to poisoning.

Abstract
In this research, the design of close loop BLDC motor speed control was designed with several simulation test conditions and also discuss the differences of boost converter with Fuzzy control and boost converter without Fuzzy control. The BLDC motor specifications used in this research are 3 phase, constant voltage is 80 V_peak L-L / krpm and the moment of inertia is 0.000553 J (kgm2). The specifications of the solar were Canadian CS5T 130M with a maximum power = 129W. The test results on the boost converter without using Fuzzy controls have fluctuating voltages, and the output voltage is ± 34 V. Whereas when using Fuzzy controls, the output voltage is stable and the voltage is ± 135 V. In simulation conditions 5 with Fuzzy control circuits have THD values amounting to 1.72%, which corresponds to the standards specified by IEEE for voltages below 1 kV = <5%. The simulation test results with several conditions have made a difference in the results of the motor speed response. Based on the results of the simulation test, it is known that the speed control with the Fuzzy control circuit has better results compared to the open loop circuit and PID control.

Abstract
A water pH control device in catfish farming has been successfully made and tested. The work principle of this device has been designed to maintain the pH of catfish pond water in the range of 6,5-8,5 and it was found that if the Ph value was outside this range, the sensor ordered the water pump to automatically and in realtime drain the pond water throught a filter to return the Ph to the specified value. Thus, the application of this sensor has successded in reducing catfish deaths due to strees.

Abstract
The general problem of operational power transformer was appearing in both thermal and electrical failure. Most of the power transformer usually used insulator oil that was functioning as cooler and to dissolve its hazardous gas in order not to circulate independently. Identifying type and number of gas concentration, which was dissolved in oil could provide information about the indication of failure that occurs in the transformer. Method for identifying and analyzing dissolved gas in the oil was called dissolved gas analysis (DGA). Procedure for oil sampling of testing DGA with a method of Morgan Schaffer was using syringe. In the use of syringe, after taking oil sample into syringe and then syringe was extracted to separate components of dissolved gas. Utilizing syringe in the process of extraction was not maximal since it had to be manually done the process of extraction for each syringe. In this research, it was done in making automatic syringe shaker, which could do an extraction of transformer oil to extract dissolved gas in the transformer oil automatically. This research would also determine the time and speed variable to obtain optimizing syringe shaker. This instrument used a DC motor as a driving source. Based on data, which was obtained, the percentage of extraction level that was obtained with using automatic syringe shaker transformer oil was smaller compared with the manual process and it had an error level of 0.124%.

Thermoelectric Properties of Co-doped Ag and Bi on MnSi1.75

Abstract
The Mn1-xAgxSi1.75-yBiy (x = y = 0, 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04, and 0.05) materials were synthesized by ball milling and hot press method. The crystal structure and thermoelectric properties were analyzed it was found that the XRD patterns of all samples show mixes phase between MnSi1.75 for main phase of tetragonal structure and MnSi for secondary phase. The relative density of all samples were higher than 92%, indicating a good method for preparing high density samples. The Seebeck coefficient (S) and electrical resistivity of Ag and Bi doped Mn1-xAgxSi1.75-yBiy can be increased. The highest of S value and power factor at 673 K revealed that Mn0.98Ag0.02Si1.73Bi0.02 sample were about 119 V K-1 and 3.97 × 10-5 Wm-1K-2, respective. The highest power factor gave higher values than non-doped about 45.35 %. The Mn0.98Ag0.02Si1.73Bi0.02 sample is the most suitable for p-type of thermoelectric device fabrication.
