The purpose of this research is to understand the motivations of Indonesian public companies in issuing Sukuk and conventional bond. Indonesia are chosen because researches that determine the issuance of Sukuk is still scant whilst the growth of Sukuk is rapid. The samples are 57 public companies that issue 97 conventional bond and 22 Sukuk from 2007 – 2016. By using logistic regression, the result proposes that there are differences between the determinant of Sukuk and bond issuers. Firms with higher leverage ratio are more inclined to issue Sukuk than bond. Thus, this result complies with trade-off theory.

Abstract
In this work we investigate the dynamics of a square mesoscopic superconducting vortex in the presence of a magnetic field parallel to its axis. The rectangular cross section of the sample is L2 and the defex value α is engineered from the d2 region at the center of the superconductor material. L = 12ξ (0) for all simulations, α is engineered with values of 0 and 0.5, while d varies with sizes 2ξ and 4ξ. We study the vortex configuration and its effect on the free energy state. Significant differences from the free energy graph were obtained at t = 0 to t = 70, and again differed at t > 120. From the energy graph comparison, this difference in free energy values was most influenced by the free condensate energy terms.

Corporate resource planning in the field of accounting is a process of measuring the provision of information related to accurate financial transactions in the companys financial reporting. The financial statements briefly record every transaction that occurs in the company by creating accounts for each financial transaction such as the movement of assets in and out, such as inventory, operating costs, sales and purchase reports. But there is no method that is really applied to analyze the creation of accounts in a structured manner, so that the computer computing process that runs so far requires a long time for each transaction process. The traversal tree algorithm implemented in this study aims to create structured accounts or control of accounts (CoA) and help the computing processes that are carried out by the computer run quickly. So that it can provide information to companies quickly and accurately.

The change and speed of technological transformation has become a significant challenge for Indonesian Vocational Higher Education (VHE), especially in accounting education. The rapid change in technology has made many companies modify the accounting system. Technology has helped the accounting process run quickly, precisely and accurately therefore the accounting information is always renewable for those who need it. VHE is required to produce work-ready graduates who are able to keep up with the development of science and technology, while the world of work has captured technological changes faster. This creates a gap between the education and the practice. For this reason accounting education at VHE must be re-conceptualized. This article uses critical reflection as a research method. The results of the study show that: (1) educational material that not only follows the development of science but also adapts to technological developments and (2) learning methods should combine conventional methods and technological advancements, that known as blending learning is needed. to capturing the te. It is suggested for the next research to explore the implications of this concept on accounting education in Indonesian VHE.

This research aims to reveal the sustainability of the Lok Baintan-s floating market in Banjar Regency by using the religionist phenomenological approach. It findings state that the sustainability of floating markets is supported by religious values as the foundation of traders to survive in the market. The traders believe that their fortune has been arranged by God so that they keep remaining in the Lok Baintan-s floating market. This belief tends to make them be surrender (passive) with the natural conditions where they live. In other case, there-s other influence that move and enliven the Lok Baitan-s Floating Market.

The creative industry in Indonesia is currently growing rapidly. This is evidenced by its sizeable contribution to the National GDP. This condition also occurs in East Java. Based on BPS data it is known that Malang City has become one of the new strengths in East Java. Therefore, this study wants to show the mapping of creative industries in Malang in increasing regional competitiveness. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of descriptive research. This research was conducted in Malang City which consisted of 5 (five) districts. The population of this research is the creative industry which is included in 16 creative industry subsectors and is located in Malang City. This research instrument uses a questionnaire and interview guidelines. While for data analysis, descriptive analysis and mapping of the spread of creative industries in Malang were used. The results showed that the 16 sub-sectors of the creative industry developed well in Malang. Based on the mapping results, it is known that the Lowokwaru sub-district is the district that has the best competitiveness in the creative industry. This is evidenced by the large number of creative industries in the district. In addition, the ability to compete with the creative industry with other districts in the city of Malang. This is evidenced by the fairly extensive development and marketing. The creative industries that are growing rapidly in the Lowokwaru District are crafts and fashion. Then for the districts with the least number of creative industries is Kedungkandang District. Therefore, the government needs to provide guidance to the creative industries, especially the creative industries in the districts where the number of creative industry actors is still small. Thus, the ability to compete in Malang City in the creative industry will increase.

Abstract
Molecular docking technique in in silico analysis of cellulase enzymes from Bacillus subtilis, Aspergillus niger and Trichoderma reesei was performed using Autodock Vina in the PyRx 9.5 program. The proteins used are Beta-1,4 endoglucanase from Asperillus niger (PDB ID 5I77), endoglucanase 1 from Trichoderma reesei (PDB ID 1EG1), Beta-1,4 endoglucanase from Bacillus subtilis (3PZT) and the ligand used is Cellulose (Pubchemerm reesei) ID 16211032). The PyMol 2.3.1 program is used to visualize the docking results, while the LigPlot 2.1 program is used to see the amino acid interactions that occur. Docking conducted in this study is blind docking by mimicking the interaction of target proteins and ligand control. Docking is a method for predicting the strength of interactions between receptors and ligands, based on binding affinity values. The more negative the value, the stronger the interaction that occurs between receptors and ligands. Compared with the results of cellulase docking enzymes, docking between richorderma reesei cellulose and cellulose gives the best results. Binding affinity scores (kcal / mol) Bacillus subtilis, Trichoderma receii, Aspergillus niger are -5.9, -6.2, -5.9, respectively. After knowing the value of binding affinity, it is necessary to do further analysis, to see the interaction of amino acids between proteins and ligands, using the LigPlot program. The results of the interaction of Bacillus subtilis, Trichoderma reseei, Aspergillus niger in hidrophobic binding are His235, Ala263, Tyr231, Trp207, Leu133; Tyr146, Trp320, Pro107, Gln174, Asp172; Ser233, Tyr227, Ser196 and Hydrogen Bonding Gln209, Glu169, Ser264, Glu298, His65, Trp291; Glu196, Glu201, Arg108, Ser318, Ser106, Tyr38; Gly232, Trp197, Asp163, Trp201, respectively.

Abstract
Mobile robot navigation and trajectory generation are the challenging task in designing a robot system in a dynamic or unknown environment. A robot has to be equipped with the ability to move without crashing into obstacles and reaching the designated target or goal safely completing its task. The virtual potential field is a well-known method in car-like mobile robot design. This method is simple and yet effective by designing that obstacles emit the repulsive force, and the target gives attractive force. This scenario ensures the robot to avoid obstacles and reach for the target. The wide application of virtual potential field includes in military, domestics, and as the transport system in the industry. Virtual potential field method for one robot can be developed for a group of robots in the form of leader-follower where the leader is considered to have an attractive force relative to the follower robot. This paper discusses the application of virtual potential field in leader-follower robot. The feasibility of the proposed method is confirmed by a simulation in MobotSim.

Abstract
Quality and reliability in electric power systems can be measured by the best value of frequency, voltage, and number of disturbances. One of the problems of the electric power system is the frequency regulation because related to power generated and loading. Changing in load will contribute in changing of frequency then frequency settings are needed by controlling the generator rotation according to load fluctuations using LFC (Load Frequency Control). The Load frequency control prototype made to simulate a system that was almost the same as a power plant in the field but the capacity is lower, several experiments carried out namely open loop, close loop without PID and close loop with PID in load conditions monitored through SCADA. The results of several experiments were carried out and then analysed which were response of the stability of the frequency and speed. PID values obtained from the calculation of the Ziegler Nichols method, Auto Tuning and Try & Error. PID Ziegler Nichols method was used in close loop experiments with a value of Kp = 1 Kd = 0.115 Ki = 0.49. This method was able to improve the frequency of 49.42 Hz at 1 Nm load and 48.41 Hz at 3.5 Nm load. However, other experiments and methods at lower frequency at the same set point of 50 Hz , the transient stability using Ziegler Nichols method has a rise time greater than the other methods of 21.09 ms, the overshoot value in this method is relatively small, 0.492% and settling time 0.03 seconds. Then, the system response is stable before 0.14 seconds even though there is a steady state error of 0.004. Therefore, the load changes affect the stability response of the Ziegler Nichols method is faster than the other methods.

Abstract
Dried Tekwan is a processed fish and tapioca flour food product originating from South Sumatra. The conventional method in drying Tekwan is by letting it dried in under the open sun. However, the method of drying with an open sun produces a low-quality product and results in not-uniform dryness. Moreover, the traditional drying process takes a long time to get the desired dry product. To overcome this problem, a dryer is designed with a combination of photovoltaic and thermal backup units complete with the tilt angle control of raw materials. The utilization of solar energy in drying this traditional product called prototype photovoltaic dryer can reduce the drying time and uniform the rate of dryness. Tekwan is considered as a research object of tool performance based on energy analysis and air exergy in Tekwan drying. The fixed parameters are the amount and mass of raw material, and drying temperature, and the changing parameter is the drying time. Observations and calculations were conduction to obtain the best performance found in the variation of 4 hours of drying with the thermal efficiency of 84.48%, exergy efficiency of 77.61%, and exergy of 0.520 kJ / kmol. The drying process is also greatly influenced by environmental conditions such as the amount of irradiation intensity, temperature, humidity, and ambient air velocity.

Abstract
Basic Programming is a productive subject in the study of ICT Vocational High School programs that require students to develop information systems in accordance with the times. Lack of applicative material in basic programming subjects is a problem that is often encountered so that the level of critical thinking of students is less than optimal. In addition, the level of student interest in these subjects is less than optimal because of the monotonous implementation of learning. The solutions offered through this study aim to produce gamification-based mobile applications as innovative and communicative learning media. The development method used is the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The result shows the total usability level is in 81.75%. Material validation shows the results in 95.83% and validation from media experts is 97.12%. Test results on the small group trial subjects shows 91% valid and the large group 93% valid. Based on the results of product usability testing and field trials, it can be concluded that the product is suitable for use as a medium in the learning process. Concept of gamification in this media also increases the attractiveness and motivation of users in order to obtain maximum testing results.
