Abstract
Lithium iron phosphate battery (LiFePO4, LFP) is one of the longest lifetime lithium ion batteries. However, its application in the long-term needs requires specific conditions to be operated normally and avoid damage. Battery management system (BMS) is the solution to this problem. The BMS designed in this study has three key features: monitoring, balancing, and protection. Arduino Nano as a microcontroller gives an advantage that is programable so that it can be used for all types of LFP batteries, without the need to re-create BMS. The results of this study indicate the ability of BMS in maintaining voltage values with passive balancing at 3.75V, disconnecting the input current and voltage under over and under conditions with protection, and displaying system monitoring conditions on the screen.

Abstract
Lead-free Bi0.5(Na0.68K0.22Li0.10)0.5TiO3 + 0.003mol Sm2O3 (BNKLT-Sm) ceramics were synthesized via solid-state combustion techniques with calcination of 750–850°C and sintering temperature between 1025 and 1100°C for 2 h. The results showed that increasing the calcination temperature, the percent perovskite phase and particle size of the BNKLT-Sm powders were increased. The BNKLT-Sm powder calcined at 800°C provided the best condition without inducing any impurity phase. For the sintered ceramics, the influence of the sintering temperature on phase formation, microstructure and electrical properties was investigated. All samples sintered at different temperatures possessed a coexisting phase between rhombohedral (R) phase and tetragonal (T) phase and the R phase became dominant when sintering temperature increased. The microstructure of all ceramics showed a rectangular shape and anisotropic growth. The average grain size increased with increasing of sintering temperature. Dielectric and ferroelectric behavior displayed relaxor characteristics in all samples. The maximum dielectric constant at Tm (m) of 4777 and the high remnant polarization (Pr) of 5.03 µC/cm2 were obtained by the densest ceramics (5.85 g/cm3), which sintered at 1075°C.

Abstract
As a form of transportation mode, railway vehicle must be able to protect passengers from fatalities while accidents occur. For that purpose, some parts of the vehicle are designed to dissipate impact energy and to guarantee passengers protection. This paper presents study on the performance improvement of impact energy absorbing system on light rail transit (LRT) by implementing an array of rectangular column crash boxes system. Numerical simulations were carried out with finite element method in order to evaluate response of the structures subjected to axial impact loads based on the International regulation, UIC/EN 15227. The crashworthiness performance of proposed design was then compared to those of the baseline system which used C-channel crash boxes. The systems performance indicators are the weight reduction and crashworthiness parameters. The simulations results showed that the proposed design is better since it is 42 kg lighter and from 5 crashworthiness parameters, 4 are improved.

Abstract
Detection of heavy metal containment of soil pollution has been made by using laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS). A pulsed Nd:YAG laser (1064 nm, 8 ns, 200 mJ) was focused on to a soil sample, which is prepared in the form of pellet, at atmospheric pressure. Emission spectra taken from the oil-contaminated soil and uncontaminated soil were obtained. The contaminated soil has almost the similar spectrum profile and contains the same major and minor elements as for the uncontaminated soil case. However, C-H molecular band was clearly detected in oil-contaminated soil, while no C-H band was detected in uncontaminated soil. For comparison, the emission spectra of contaminated and uncontaminated soil were also obtained by using XRD method, showing that the spectra taken by using LIBS is much better than the XRD case indicated by signal to noise ratio (S/N ratio).

Abstract
Vortex dynamics, current density, and free energy curves in type II superconductors have been studied based on the Time Dependent Ginzburg-Landau (TDGL) model. The intensity of the normal material defect and its position were varied to determine the difference in the free energy curve of the material when subjected to an external magnetic field. The curves of each energy term in the Ginzburg-Landau energy equation provide information about the dynamics of the vortex in reaching the equilibrium state of superconducting material. This study can help determine the defect arrangement for effective pinning preparation in superconducting materials.

Abstract
Flow experience as a psychological theory has been implemented in various fields. According the theory, flow is represented as anxiety, boredom, and flow. Considering psychological condition in learning activities can improve student performance. Thus, involving flow in learning particularly in e-learning becomes important. The challenge is how to identify flow state during students interaction with e-learning. In previous study, flow was measured by conducting questionnaire series after a learning process. This is inefficient. Additionally, this is often unnatural, since it cannot capture students learning behaviour. Therefore, this study presented flow experience identification when students interact with e-learning using rough set and machine learning approaches. Rough set is an efficient tool to solve uncertainty, imprecision, and vagueness. While, the fuzzy rule and decision tree, parts of machine learning methods were implemented as a comparison. As the results, the accuracy level of the rough set is 92.92%, fuzzy rule is 91.86% and decision tree is 92.39%. As a conclusion, this study showed that flow experience could be identified with high accuracy. In the context of e-learning, it can be used by e-learning to provide an adaptation. Appropriate adaptation is expected can keep the psychological condition of the students in the flow state.

Abstract
Turnover intention meski baru sebatas niat, tetaplah berpengaruh negatif terhadap sikap kerja. Karenanya berbagai upaya pengurangan turnover intention terus dilakukan.

Abstract
Polyaniline film was synthesised by electropolymerization method to produce conductive layer as a substrate for NiCo alloy preparation. The obtained film was characterised by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR), X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The electrodeposited polyaniline was emeraldine base with cross-linking and crevice morphology. The film was then employed as working electrode in NiCo electrodeposition. Morphological analysis showed a uniform surface of the metallic deposit was successfully grown onto the polyanyline film with Ni and Co composition of 59.66 wt.% and 29.47 wt%, respectively. This result shows the future application of the electroplymerised polyaniline as a host material for fabrication of ferromagnetic alloy using electrodeposition technique.

Abstract
A density functional theory (DFT) method was used to study the structures, stability and band gaps of the ultra-small armchair boron nitride nanotubes (BNNTs). We define the ultra-small size of the armchair boron nitride nanotubes (BNNTs) as a nanotube with diameter less than 1 nm. Each armchair nanotube-s stability and band gap was obtained varied by varying the size of nanotube diameters up to 1 nm. The larger size of diameter the higher stability and wider armchair nanotubes band gap. The results of the ultra-small armchair calculation confirm the same trend of properties with the available calculation data of ultra-small zigzag nitride nanotubes (BNNTs).
