Abstract
Hydroxyapatite (HAp) made from crab shells on SS 316L was successfully coated using electrophoretic deposition (EPD) method. Variations used in the EPD process are electrical voltage (20 volts and 50 volts), deposition time (10 and 5 minutes), and speed of withdrawal (0.1 mm/s; 0.5 mm/s; 1 mm/s). These three combinations of variations are not yet used in this coating method before. The layer characteristics using SEM and XRD showed differences in shape of the morphology of the layers and the crystal structure for each variation of the experiment. At higher electrical voltages the morphology of the layer gets better with less agglomeration and the thickness of the layer increased. At high voltages, the shorter deposition time increased the quality of the crystal structure but reduced the thickness of the layer. Retraction speed affects the bond strength between layers and substrate. The higher the withdrawal speed, the stronger the kinetic energy that interferes with the binding layer. The best results in this study were obtained at 50 volts, with a withdrawal speed of 0.1 mm/s in 5 minutes. This result can be seen by the fairly evenly distributed HAp layer covering the substrate, sufficient layer density and high crystalline size and purity of the HAp layer.

Abstract
Abstract. Diabetic Type 2 is generally characterized by hyperglycemi which causes free radicals in the cell increasing. Excessive free radicals will cause oxidative stress. Conditions of oxidative stress can be seen from the high levels of malondyaldehyde (MDA) as the final product of lipid peroxidation. Free radical activity can be prevented by intake of foods that contain antioxidants. One of sources of food that contain high antioxidants is purple sweet potato. ThiS research aims to determine the effect of giving purple potato-s extract to MDA levels on diabetic type 2 rat model. Rats were feed with proximate nutrition food of 20gr per day and drank 10% sucrose in ad libitum for 8 weeks and then injected with STZ multiple low dose intraperitoneal (IP) to become diabetic. Measurement of lipid peroxidation activity using the Thiobarbituric Acid (TBA) method. Abstract
The potential of marine fish is one of the hopes for fishermen. Fishing boats have not been equipped with fish detection devices such as fish finders. To get to the location of fishing, fishermen do not know accurately the distance and direction of the ship. Fishermen only rely on experience and information from other fishermen to find out the location of the fish distribution. The ships fuel losses are caused by fishermen having to go around to map fishing points. Accurate data for autopilot technology is needed to move the fishing boat to the point of distribution of fish, serves to help fishermen to increase fishing yields and reduce ship fuel losses. The 70x16x15 cm ship prototype with autopilot technology measures the distance between fishing boats and the target location of the nearest fish distribution. This prototype is equipped with a GPS and a compass sensor that shows the direction and difference of angles to the direction of the target. This prototype has a rudder that is driven by a servo motor based on the angle difference to the setpoint. Based on the results of research and testing, this prototype can travel an average distance of 15.5 m. The results of coordinate accuracy testing of all experiments get the difference in average latitude coordinates of 0.0122 and longitude coordinates of 0.047 and the average distance of the prototype stopped from the destination location is 1.3 m.

Abstract
Indonesia has a huge potential for biomass resources. The energy source from biomass has the advantage of being an renewable energy source so that it can provide a sustainable source of energy. One source of energy comes from the rest of saw wood. The potential biomass of sawn wood residue reaches 13 Giga Joules per year. Biomass has cellulose and hemicellulose content which when used as fuel will have a low economic value. To support this, the level of lignin contained in the biomass needs to be carried out a process of removal called the delignification process. The existence of a catalyst can accelerate the delignification process where the catalyst selected in this study is the Ceria-Zirconia porous particles catalyst. Ceria-Zirconia particles have been prepared by hydrothermal batch system. Ce(NO3)3.6H2O/ZrO(NO3)2.2H2O mixed solutions were used as starting materials with heating temperature in 200 until 220C. Polystyrene template polymer was injected in the cooling process after the reaction for making porous in the Ceria Zirconia particles. Catalyst of Ceria Zirconia porous particles was then applied to rapeseed wood sample for delignification process during 30 minutes. The delignification analysis showed that Ceria-Zirconia catalyst remove 86% lignin content from rapeseed wood sample over 30 minutes process time.

Abstract
Various strategies on teachers- learning have been exposed to uplift quality teaching. Unfortunately only few studies have been concerned with teaching and research connection. The present study aims at investigating how groups of English teachers utilize their teacher professional community (PLC) on integrating pedagogical content knowledge into conducting a CAR and how it enhances their competences through a reflective practice. Twenty four teachers with different teaching experience respectively were involved. Through dialogic, open-ended questions delivered electronically and were triangulated by in-depth teacher reflective journals. The data were analyzed analytically and descriptively by Sutton-s dialogic feedback process (2011). The study indicates that each teacher could gradually identify their strengths and weaknesses in their teaching-learning process. They reflectively described the problems in the CAR procedures. Regardless unsolved problems in designing and writing research proposal in particular, they found the training administered within a dialogic feedback framework inspired them to affectionately address their self-regulation through making meaning of their instructors- feedback. In addition, the dialogic feedback provision in the training shared them a better interpersonal and managerial skills in their teaching-research integration. To conclude, a systematic, dialogic, content-wise, and manageable PLC is highly recommended to reach quality teaching.

Abstract
Ketoprofen has low solubility in water with unpleasant taste. Efforts to improve solubility and taste are by forming inclusion complexes using β-cyclodextrin. In its development to release ketoprofen quickly, fast disintegrating tablets (FDT) were prepared. The speed of drug release is influenced by the speed of disintegration tablets. The combination of sodium starch glycolate (SSG) and crospovidone (CP) combines swelling and wicking action which speeds up the disintegration of tablets. This study aims to obtain the optimum value of the combination of both in order to obtain FDT with optimum evaluation parameters according to the requirements. The study made 8 run FDT directly with variations in the concentration of SSG 2–8% and CP 2-5%. Evaluations carried out at each run included flow velocity tests, uniformity of preparation, hardness, friability, disintegration time, wetting time and dissolution. Data were analyzed using simplex lattice design method. The optimum formula predicted results are verified by analysis of one sample t-test. The results showed increasing the proportion of SSG increases hardness, disintegration time and wetting time and decreases fragility of FDT. The optimum formula found at combination of 2% SSG and 5% CP with optimum physical properties and percent release.

Abstract
Renewable energy sources as a future energy source must be developed in response to the problem of scarcity of fossil energy which will eventually run out. The study of science and technology as a solution, by utilizing the potential of all natural resources around us. Liquid substances, especially water, have properties that are always flat surface, can be used if you have a height difference, which is often called a potential difference, can be formed into a potential style by applying existing knowledge and technology. As applied by several researchers: Microhydro must have a minimum of falling water - Dam, requires high costs and water source plant governance is maintained - Minimum wind speed wind speed, must be fulfilled - Solar power plants, constrained by weather All of that still utilizes the natural potential that can be influenced by climate, environmental damage, because it occurs due to natural processes. By utilizing artificial potential differences we can utilize liquid fluid properties to be used as renewable energy sources. Through the construction of mechanical levers that can move energy can be generated. That since ancient times this simple plane has been applied a lot, but it is still on a balance (static) level. Based on this concept it can be developed that the support reaction has multiples of the weight and leverage force. Through this rule we develop it into a lever-based energy. A mechanic, which can produce a reaction force and can move at a certain speed to produce energy. So that it produces multiples of the reaction force from the water potential force due to its own weight.

Abstract
This study was conducted to investigate the competence of sheep oocytes which are matured with antioxidant α-tocopherol by parthenogenesis activation. Oocytes from slaughterhouse were matured in tissue culture medium (TCM)-199 supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS), 10 IU/ml pregnant mare serum gonadotrophin (PMSG), 10 IU/ml human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG), 1 µg/ml estradiol, 50 µg/ml gentamycin, and with or without 150 µM α-tocopherol supplementation, then were parthenogenetically activated by exposing to 5 µM calcium ionophore for 5 min, and in medium containing 5 µg/ml cytochalasin B for 4 h. Furthermore oocytes were cultured in TCM 199 + 10% FBS either with or without supplementation of 150 μM α-tocopherol. Result of this experiment revealed that the percentages of activated oocytes with supplementation of 150 µM α-tocopherol only in maturation medium (63.41%) significantly higher (P<0.01) than the control group (50.00%) and the supplemented only in culture medium (51.02%). Furthermore, no significantly difference (P>0.05) in the number of oocytes with 1 pronucleus (PN), 2 PN, and more than 2 PN. It is concluded that the supplementation of 150 μM α-tocopherol on the maturation medium could also increase the percentage of activated oocytes optimally.

Abstract
We developed Sm3+ ion-doped fluoroborotellurite glass using melt and quenching technique. The glass formula is (30-x)TeO2-30B2O3-10ZnF2-30BaO-xSm2O3 where x = 0.0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.5, 1.0, and 1.5 mol%. The raw material is melted at 1150 0C for 1.5 hours and annealed at 500 0C for 1.5 hours. All glass samples are cut and polished around 1.5 x 1.0 x 0.35 cm3. Several properties such as physical, optical, photoluminescence and radiative are inspected to understand the Sm3+ ion in the glass matrix. The absorption spectra are observed in the infrared region and show strong absorption peaks at 1232 nm due to 6H5/2→6F7/2 transition. Meanwhile, the photoluminecence properties show the glass sample excessively emits 600 nm under λex=403 nm due to 4G5/2→6H7/2 transition. The CIE 1931 coordinate confirms the orange emission colour of the present glass. The radiative properties of glass sample in the 4G5/2→6H7/2 transition are investigated using Judd-Ofelt theory and shows high potential lasing parameters such as large stimulated emission cross section (σe = 2.04 x 10-21 cm2), high branching ratio (βcal = 0.62), and high quantum efficiency (η = 81%). From all results, we conclude that our glass sample can be developed as a light source of orange LED and laser application.

Abstract
Now a days, the non-orthogonal multiple access is one of proposed scheme for fifth generation (5G), it is called sparse code modulation (SCMA) with low complexity massage passing algorithm (MPA). To show how the performance of SCMA, the MPA system could be adopted to get near with maximum likelihood (ML) detection performance under less-complexity. The MPA algorithm is performed by the specific codebook in SCMA transceiver scheme with many types of MPA, such as SD-MPA, DS-MPA, and PM-MPA. From the three specific model DS-MPA shows better performance in low SNR, while the SD-MPA should get near result with DS-MPA in different condition. As known that the typical 5G use cases identified by ITU-T and adopted by 3GPP allowed SCMA for massive machine type communication (mMTC), SCMA can be one of this solution with low complexity scheme. It has some promising function, such as relaxes orthogonality, resistance to multi-user interference, enabler of simplified scheduling, and enabler of grants-free transmission.

Abstract
The analysis of channel measurement based ray-tracing (RT) simulation nowadays is considered as one of the most effective in solving traffic railway communication. In order to handle the increasing capacity demand for higher transmission capabilities, the railway communication system should be support by high data rate connectivity and feasible in many areas included urban area. The channel characteristic for railway scenario are explored by RT analysis method in the simulation at 800 MHz with 20 MHz bandwidth. Also most straightforward way to increase capacity is to add more bandwidth. The scenario for high speed railway (HSR) are modeling in urban area. However due to channel information parameters are extracted and incorporated into a 3GPP-like random channel generator. Well to analysis the channel measurement depend on ray-tracing for HSR can be adjusted with the channel information on the area.

Abstract
Increasing crime is a problem that occurs in every country in the world, including in Indonesia. This forced the government to try to find the right solution in tackling existing crimes. During this time to droped punishment, judges prefer to choose imprisonment as a favorite choice to give punishment to criminal offenders. Basically, if examined, imprisonment has many weaknesses when it is imposed on criminal offenders, especially those that are mild or included imprisonment in the short term so that according to the authors of imprisonment it begins to be irrelevant to droped to criminal offenders, especially related with the purpose of punishment. Some of the weaknesses that arise from imprisonment include the impact on prisonization, dehumanization, stigmatization of prisoners. With these problems, in essence, an alternative punishment is needed that can be a solution that can avoid various problems that arise from imprisonment. In the Criminal Code article 14a has regulated a punishment which is usually called probation penalty. Convictions are a form of crime where the convicted person does not need to through imprisonment in prison, but is a form of criminal punishment wherein the convicted person is given general or special conditions which are not committed to or do not repeat the same criminal offense or other criminal acts within a predetermined period. If in the conditions violated by the convicted person, then the convict must automatically go back to jail as automaticlly. This paper will review the effectiveness of probation penalty as punishment of crime that is able to overcome the problems posed by imprisonment which in this case probatian penalty have relevance to the purpose of the punishment system to be achieved
