Abstract
Lygodium flexuosum (L.) Sw. (Schizaeaceae) or paku hata is grown in West Java, especially in Citumang, Pangandaran Regency. The local community of Citumang use paku hata as the main materials to produce crafts such as bracelet, hat, bag, wall hanging, and many more. Unfortunately, the crafter of paku hata in Citumang still can-t show the identity of their product. Because, they don-t have much information about design and less of technique development of paku hata craft product. So, they need to create a way to show the characteristic of Citumang-s paku hata product, which can be applied through the textile technique. Based on the observation, interview and exploration result, natural dye and embroidery technique are applied as patterns that is consists of the meaning of Citumang local value. An effective process is applied on making the natural dye and embroidery technique for paku hata crafter to follow. The application of the techniques is applied on the popular hata bag. The presence of characteristics in Citumang-s paku hata product can give more aesthetic value. Also, the crafter of paku hata in Citumang can have more creativity and insight about production process of paku hata product.

Abstract
Bandung Tour on Bus or Bandros is a sightseeing tour around the city using buses from Bandung that are in demand by many tourists both in the city and outside the city, even to government guests. Bandros itself has various routes and colours for tourists to ride, Bandros bus was created to attract tourists from outside the city to visit the city of Bandung (City Branding) with its Art Deco theme, But the formation of Bandros itself is still far from the main theme, the Art Deco. Therefore, to avoid miss conception abour Art Deco definition and design forms, it is necessary to redesign the exterior of the bus Bandros to be closer to the main theme using art deco parametric based on Art. However, to obtain optimal results, authors used an analysis of data based on literature, samples of design, and visual concepts are needed by prioritizing the basic theme of Art Deco and limiting it to government regulations. By using Art Deco parameters, it will avoid misconception in Art Deco on public understanding.

Abstract
The Sea Surface Temperature (SST) of the western Indian Ocean shows a bimodal distribution caused by insolation changes and the migration of the Inter-Tropical Convergence Zone. Moreover, on inter-annual timescales, the western Indian Ocean is influenced by two monsoon periods and two seasonally-occurring events, the Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD) and the El Niño Southern Oscillation (ENSO). An understanding of paleoclimate is essential to better understand these ocean-atmosphere interactions and be able to predict future climate variability. Chemical analyses of corals allow us to reconstruct SST changes in high resolution (monthly-seasonal) and therefore help us to link them to seasonal insolation pattern variations caused by orbital forcing. Here, we use a Sr/Ca record of a fossil Porites coral, which is dated to the mid-Holocene (6k) and covers 16 years. Sr/Ca-ratios were measured using ICP-OES with simultaneous data acquisition. The results show variations in the bimodality and average maximum temperatures of each year. A sudden increase in SST by 1.66° C lasted for about 5 years and suggests a possible positive IOD/ENSO-event.

Abstract
Indonesia is an important site for climate studies, because of it-s located between Indian and Pacific oceans. Climate phenomena which is happened in the Pacific and Indian oceans i.e El Nino Southern Oscillation (ENSO) and Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD) influence Indonesian climate. To understand behaviour of climate phenomena and its impact to Indonesian climate it is required paleoclimate data which provide long time series climate data back to hundred till thousands year. Sea surface temperature is one of important climate parameter. Coral Sr/Ca is convinced as coral paleo-thermometer. In this study, the available coral Sr/Ca is used to reconstruct past SST variability (Coral SST). The variability of coral SST from several sites in Indonesia waters is investigated and compared between sites. The coral SST is also correlated with the Nino 3.4 and IOD indices to know how the climate phenomena influence the SST variability. The result shows that the influence of IOD and ENSO difference between sites. Some sites e.g Seribu island coral SST shows that SST is influenced by IOD rather than ENSO, while from Timor coral SST shows that shows that Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD) influences SST and SSS while ENSO only influences SST

Abstract
At the end of 2016, a significant displacement occurred at P2 pier of Cisomang Bridge at Purwakarta-Bandung-Cileunyi Toll Road KM 100+700, West Java. The shift of pier is caused by the movement of soil under the substructure that has been indicated since 2012. P2 pier is constructed over clay shale which has characteristics when in dry condition, the soil has high shear strength, but when the soil absorbs water or expose in open air, the soil loses its strength. P2 pier displacement results in extreme structural damage, so immediate handling is needed to stop the shifting of the pier. Analysis and reinforcement study are carried out using finite element method. Based on analysis, it is discovered that the existing slope stability safety factor of P2 pier is 1.09, indicating that the soil movement can occur if the clay shale is disrupted. Reinforcement is designed to mitigate the shift of the P2 pier by adding 38 pile foundations to the existing foundation configuration. Each pile have diameter of 1.2 meter with a depth of ±30 meter across the existing slip circle. Reinforcement increases the slope stability safety factor to 1.25, indicating that the P2 pier after reinforcing is in safe condition.

Abstract
The low permeability of soft soils results in slow water flows from the consolidation and the low bearing capacity. The soil improvement that can be is by using Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD). The use of PVD significantly reduces the length of the soil pore drainage pathway, so that it can increase the bearing capacity of the soil due to the compaction process from the release of pore water from the soil. Experimental testing in the laboratory was carried out using a steel box measuring 1000 mm x 1000 mm x 1000 mm. There are three samples, soil without PVD and soil with PVD triangular patterns of distances of 100 mm and 150 mm. Preloading is carried out before loading on the concrete plate. Concrete plates measuring 700 mm x 100 mm x 30 mm and load media are proving rings with a capacity of 10 kN. The load placed in the center, the end, and the edge of the plate. The loading test results on a concrete plate on soil with PVD can reduce deflection that occurs compared to soil without PVD. Deflection reduction is more effective for PVD with a distance of 100 mm.

Abstract
This research discusses about cash management of PT XYZ that is engaged in the manufacturing of mechanical structural steel tubes in Karawang, West Java, Indonesia. After having a problem in working capital management on 2014, responsively, the Financial Manager of PT XYZ tried to rearrange the working capital management of PT XYZ. It results a well-managed inventory, account receivable, and account payable of the company. However, in 2016-2017, the value of current ratio, quick ratio, and cash ratio of PT XYZ is far above the average companies in the same industry. This indicates that PT XYZ hasn-t used its current assets or cash efficiently. To solve this problem, the researcher decided to use an approach method since there has been no study that discusses the required cash for carrying out company operations. This approach method consists of benchmarking analysis using cash ratio and pro forma financial statement, financial ratio analysis, and funding strategy analysis so the researcher could find out the cash required by PT XYZ and the impact of cash management implementation towards PT XYZ performance. The researcher also proposed the total cost of each funding strategy to know the most efficient management funding strategy that could be applied by PT XYZ. From the analysis that has been done, the researcher found the monthly cash requirement of PT XYZ and as the result, the cash management implementation will give an increase to both return on assets and total assets turnover, but a decrease to liquidity ratio. The funding strategy that is better implemented by PT XYZ is aggressive strategy because of the total cost is less costly compared to the conservative strategy. However, the decision to choose the funding strategy is rely on the risk characteristic of management and its banking relations.

Abstract
Employee is one of the most valuable capital in the organization since the organizational goals can be achieved by the existence of the employees. Nowadays organizations come across too many unpredictability challenges in the dynamic and complex business environment. Organizations are now working hard to increase employee commitment and loyalty in order to reduce turnover rates. Employee turnover is one of the most strenuous issues to face organizations since it generates big costs. The strongest signal of actual turnover is the intention of the employee to quit the organization. This research is conducted to explore the relationship of work-life imbalance on turnover intention among employees in Indonesia, with the role of transformational leadership as a moderating variable. The quantitative research method was selected and the questionnaire was used as the research instrument to collect the data. The respondents were employees ranging from 21-45 years old in Indonesia. The moderated regression analysis (MRA) disclosed a noteworthy result of this study, that the work-life imbalance practices will lead to higher turnover intention, and some aspects that affect the work-life imbalance are dissatisfaction, poor behavior/performances, and stress. Further, it was confirmed that this turnover intention among employees weakened after being moderated by transformational leadership.

Abstract
The use of PABX between buildings existed in State Polytechnic of Malang consists of 3 types, which are produced by the same manufacturer. However, the three types of PABX have different characteristics and specifications from one another. Therefore, its merging is done by numbering method which must use prefix to be able to contact users in other PABX. Every PABX is always provided with an interface that aims to combine with different systems, so that adjustments can be made. To overcome this problem, by software-based central installation, namely IPPBX, so that if the change (migration process) occurs, a device called the internet telephone gateway can be installed. This device with one IP address can connect more than one analog telephone number. So far the product has 32 ports. This research uses ITG with 16 ports due to the connection characteristics of the same connector as the conventional PABX. This condition will be easily implemented and does not change the existing network system in State Polytechnic of Malang. Abstract
Mackerel amplang cracker is a type of fish crackers with the basic ingredients of mackerel fish. The potential of mackerel fish production reaches 5000 tons/year. Moreover, it is supported by the Indonesian governments policies which currently make the marine sector a superior program, so that business licensing of marine and fishery products can be faster. Mackerel amplang cracker processing industry in Tambakasri village, Malang, Indonesia is still facing problems in its production process. This research was conducted in small and medium-sized enterprise (SMEs) Yuan Mina Kartika which produces various fish crackers. The constraints in the SMEs include: 1) the amount of production that has not been optimal, because of the inadequate production tools; 2) the process of refining fish that still uses traditional tools; 3) the process of kneading is done manually so that it takes a long time and produces uneven mackerel fish mixture. The purpose of this study is to develop and to test a cracker dough kneading machine to increase productivity and quality of cracker products. Dough kneading machine uses a kneading system that is driven using an electric motor and transmission. Engine capacity is designed for 100 kg/hour using 1.5 HP with 5 outputs of dough tube. The test results showed a significant increase in time efficiency in the kneading process as well as the quality of the cracker dough which was better than the manual method.

Abstract
Phenol is an aromatic derivative of hydrocarbons from coal which used as a base for making plastic bottles, cans of packaged food, cosmetics, and pesticides. A large amount of phenol in industrial fields cause phenol easily found in water. However, this compound is emerging as a pollutant in the environment and cause harm to animals. Phenol is also known to be highly reactive to human body tissue if absorbed through skin, breathing, and digestion. In this work, carbon paste electrode based on Ag nanoparticle was developed for the detection of phenol. Carbon paste electrode was modified with Ag nanoparticles which were previously synthesized first and then mixed with graphite and paraffin. The best composition of CPE-nAg is 5:70:25 for Ag nanoparticles, graphite, and paraffin. After measurement using CPE-nAg, it is necessary to remove phenol on the electrode surface with 6 cyclic. Abstract
Methylene Blue (MB) is a dye commonly used in the textile industry. Dyes waste from the textile industry harms the ecosystem of the environment. One method of textile dye waste degradation is mediated electrochemical oxidation. This method uses an oxidation-reduction process using metal ion as a mediator. The mediator metal ion acts as an oxidizer which oxidizes textile dyes waste into simpler compounds, namely CO2 and H2O. The mediator ion used in this study was Ce (IV) in an acidic. The results of the degradation were analyzed using the voltammetry method. In voltammetry there are three electrodes are used, namely working electrode, reference electrode, and auxiliary electrode. This study used a carbon paste electrode as a working electrode, a platinum wire as an auxiliary electrode and a homemade Ag/AgCl as a reference electrode. The results of the characterization of the Ag/AgCl reference electrode showed that the Ag/AgCl had the same characteristics as the BAS commercial reference electrodes (bioanalytical systems). The results of cyclic voltammogram showed that the oxidation potential value of MB is 0.2880 V. The oxidation and reduction potential of Ce (III)/Ce (IV) in 0.2 M H2SO4 were 1.2400 V and 0.4520 V. This potential value indicates that the MB oxidation potential was not disturbed by the mediator ion potential. The optimum condition of electrodegradation was obtained at 250 ppm MB in 0.2 M H2SO4 with the addition of 0.015 M Ce (III) for 30 minutes using the potential of 6 V.

Abstract
Coal bottom ash (CBA) waste generated from coal-based industries has been increasing at an alarming rate causing huge problems in its recycling and disposal process. On the other hand, CBA is potentially used as raw material in zeolite manufactures due to its high SiO2 and Al2O3 contents. We report the conversion of CBA into zeolites-like material via a low temperature method of 90°C for 24 h using NaOH solution. The synthetic zeolite was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence (XRF), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and BET surface area measurement. The study of its adsorption-desorption properties was also conducted using ammonium solution. FTIR spectra confirmed characteristic zeolite peaks at 980-1170 cm-1, 740.6 cm-1, 439.7 cm-1, 559.3 cm-1 for Si-O, Al-O and Si-O-Al absorptions, respectively. XRD results indicated the formation of sodium aluminosilicate hidrate belong to the zeolite structure group at NaOH 5M ratio of 1:8. XRF results also indicated the domination of Al2O3 and SiO2 in the zeolite composition. BET analysis resulted the surface area of zeolite was 60.38 m2/g, markedly increased from the initial surface area of CBA of 0.598 m2/g. The maximum adsorption capacity for ammonium ions were 85.22 mg/g and the adsorption data fitted the Freundlich isotherm model. Meanwhile, the desorption study indicated that the ammonium leached rapidly in the first 3 h followed by a plateu in the next 71 h.

Abstract
Objective: This research aimed to elaborate the role of pharmacists in hospital to establish good hospital governance in accordance with Indonesian rules and regulations. Method: This research is a normative research. Data were obtained through literature search using “google machine” with “good hospital governance”, “pharmacists- role in hosptal”, “pharmacists- regulations in indonesia” as keywords. Data were analyzed using qualitative method. Collected raw data were reduced to the most relevant data by conducting content analysis. The relevant data were used to analyze the purpose of the research. Results: Good hospital governance needs a good administration of alll hospital activities that support the madical care, and good clinical governance in providing medical care for patient safety. Finding proved that there were not many provisions in the rules and regulations that govern the role of pharmacists in hospital. However those provisions were sufficient enough to justify the role of pharmacists to assist “creating” and maintaining good hospital governance. Conclusion: Pharmacists have two important but different side by side roles in good hospital governance settings.

Abstract
We study the scenario of dark energy model that constructed by combination of scalar fields from quintessence and nonminimal derivative coupling terms. We assumed that there will be exchange between the scalar fields of quintessence and nonminimal derivative coupling and the ordinary matter do not explicitly coupled with the dark sector. Using the dynamical system analysis, we determine the stability of our model and find the attractor solution.
