Abstract
This paper tries to explore the feminism construction of fathershood in the family. Using postdevelopmental understanding, this paper seeks to understand how feminism develops in becoming a father, this paper is based on a case study conducted in 2016 for one month. The findings of this study reveal that the construcibility of feminism in the family lies in patriarchal discourse. This paper argues that there are many meanings attached to the fatherly patterns that have built feminism in the family environment. It not only functions as a symbol of feminism, but also acts as a patriarchal marker. This finding also shows that the discourse perpetuates the patriarchal legacy. So, it is highly recommended, so parents can build the construct of feminism, and be able to understand various meanings of feminism in a comprehensive and applicable way.

Abstract
Every educator and parent needs good information about how and what children learn. In contemporary kindergarten classrooms, children-s literacy abilities are often assessed by tests used to determine a child-s ‘readiness- for school. Readiness often means letter identification, phonemic awareness, letter-writing, and other functions related to language mechanics. Furthermore, language development and emergent literacy have long been launched for research, with the results of research many assessment procedures have been developed not only for use in research, but also for research and education purposes. This study aims to produce a valid, practical, and effective conversation book and authentic assessment instrument format that can be used by teachers in improving the assessment process in learning. The researcher used the ADDIE Research steps, while the ADDIE research and development procedure consisted of five stages which included analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation.

Abstract
A study in 23 ECCE centers in North Jakarta involved more than 500 children and their parents from low economic families suggest that more than 70% of children in the study have age-appropriate competencies in language, motor, and cognitive development. Likewise, parents and teachers who provide stimulation on that milestone have done quite well. However, only half of the young children involved in the study have adequate social and emotional competencies. The study found that teachers have limited knowledge and practices that respond to childrens emotional needs, so does the parent. Meanwhile, these children live in areas with high cases of violence against children. The study further suggests a few actions to establish at the center to better support childrens social-emotional competencies

Abstract
How left behind are we as the highest population of parent in Southeast Asian countries with other countries in terms of parenting program? A review of the parenting education curriculum documents from several parenting programs in Indonesia, implies there are important elements in the parenting education curriculum that are not yet possessed by the parenting education curriculum in Indonesia, such as gender and mental health. The design and delivery of the program also show inconsistencies. This paper will present examples of the standard curriculum and design of a parenting education program for the parent of young children. However, do we really need a standard for parenting education that is often considered as informal education?

Abstract
This paper starts from the perspective that reading is a childs understanding related to symbols, sounds, vocabulary, sentences in printed form. Reading readiness becomes part of the stages of reading development, by developing a basic understanding of letters and sound before formal reading learning begins at school. Then the researchers traced the first brief explanation of the views in reading readiness. Second, explain the meaning of reading readiness and describe the components of reading readiness for early childhood. Based on examples that can help researchers in illustrating this paper then as part of the conclusions researchers speculate about the next steps for future research.

Abstract
The social practice in ecological governance conduces to damage the environment. This activity is not continuously a permanent behavior. Assigning children as an agent of change and being the purpose of environmental awareness actions is very useful. Based on the results of the study, the agent deconstructs community habit by utilizing an awareness-raising action. Interestingly in this action, children become targets of eco-literacy. This research applies the life history method to reveal the process of deconstruction taking place in the process of social awareness. As a method of a constructivist perspective, the research subjects are actors in the eco-literacy process. This research examines the entire process and the involvement of actors in the action strategy. This eco-literacy process goes through four stages of activity, namely increasing the imagination of the environment, instilling ecological value, constructing environmental awareness, and presenting actions based on socio-ecological ingenuity.

Abstract
The power plant industry has to be able to cope with stringent regulatory constraints, safety and reliability standards. Hence a power plant needs to address those problem by implementing a sound and good asset management practices to ensure level of power plant performance set are met. Usually the power plant performances set by company are difficult to be met by aging power plants. They are hardly capable of delivering the requested performance due to their operational age. Several questions are raised to deal with the aging power plant such as should the power plant be maintained, improved and or discarded? Those questions are difficult to be answered as for any power plant there were great deal amount of money has been involved since the very beginning of power plant construction until their operation stage. Due to this fact a novel approach on how to deal with the problems is proposed in this paper. A novel framework of assets management will be developed by considering many factors and criteria of power plant performance related to efficiency reliability and economics aspect of the power plant through its entire life. The framework is called as Holistic Operation and Maintenance Excellence (HOME). In this paper, the authors would like to present literature survey related to the HOME framework. It is expected that the will be proposed HOME framework will be capable of dealing with problems raised previously based on the works in the power plant asset management previous research reported in this paper. The HOME framework objectives are integrating power plant asset management, obsolescence and economic planning to optimize operation and maintenance, efficiency, reliability and service life of Systems, structures and components. An LCM plan is a guide to make operational & maintenance decision for a piece of equipment over its life cycle. The developed LCM framework addresses a wide range of theoretical and practical issues, including the models, methods, and the strategies employed to optimize power plant asset in term of fuel, operation and maintenance was provide. Potential gap has been discussed and proposed for next research.

Abstract
Background : Science and technology continue to grow, one of which is in the field of food microbiology. Making soyghurt (yogurt from soybean juice) is an example of a food microbiological product which in the manufacturing process involves lactic acid bacteria (BAL). BAL can be grown on media as a place to grow and source of nutrition. This research tries to provide innovative media making using natural ingredients from cassava, banana, and whey (waste liquid) waste. The composition of the waste refers to the nutrients needed by BAL. Cassava waste as a carbon source (C), banana as a source of phosphorus (P), and whey as a source of protein (N). Aims : The purposes of this study were to know the effect of cassava and banana peel, the addition of urea to the manufacture of lactic acid bacteria growth media, and to analyze the visibility of lactic acid bacteria applied to soyghurt. Materials and Methods : The study used in the first step was factorial randomized complete block design (RCBD) which consisted of two factors. The first factor was 3 level comparison variation between cassava peel and banana (cassava peel : banana peel [25:75], cassava peel : banana peel [50:50], cassava peel : banana peel [75:25]). The second factor was 3 level urea concentration variation (1%, 1,5%, 2%). This study used colonies number, colonies color, and colonies shape as the analyzed parameters. Results : Based on the research result, it showed that the treatment from the comparison of cassava and banana peel had real effect toward lactic acid bacteria total that grows. The best treatment sample (SP3U2) could produce the highest number of lactic acid bacteria. This lactic acid bacteria viability was tested by using test T method by comparing the control and the best treatment. Fat level, protein level, pH, viscosity, dissolved solids total, lactic acid bacteria total, titrated acid total, color, and organoleptics (color, aroma, thickness, appearance) were the analyzed parameters used in testing the soyghurt. Conclusion : Best treatment sample (SP3U2) could go closer the soyghurt quality parameter, with lactic acid bacteria total number 2,07 x 107; viscosity 14,21 dPa.s; fat level 0,86%; titrated acid total 0,63%; pH 4,85; protein level 8,12%; dissolved solids total 9,7; brightness (L) 64,27; color (b+) 10,17; aroma 3,5 (typical aroma of yoghurt); color 3,9 (white); thickness 3,3 (pretty thick); and appearance 3,0 (pretty interesting).

Abstract
Abstract. The white spotted rabbitfish (Siganus canaliculatus Park, 1797) is a locally important foodfish across much of Indonesia. This study aimed to support population dynamics-based fisheries management of white spotted rabbitfish stocks in the Makassar Strait and Gulf of Bone through providing data on age classes (cohorts), growth, mortality, and exploitation rate. Field data were collected over the year from February 2017 to January 2018. A total of 2248 white spotted rabbitfish (1810 males and 438 females) were collected from the Makassar Strait and 1686 (1277 males and 409 females) from the Gulf of Bone. The fish were measured (L = total length in mm), and all analyses were implemented in FISAT II. Cohorts were determined by sex based on monthly length-frequency data using the Bhattacharya method. The growth factor K and asymptotic length L∞ of white spotted rabbitfish in the Makassar Strait were K = 0.42/yr and L∞ = 211.98 mm with t0 = -0.250 yr for males and K = 0.43/yr, L∞ = 215.00 mm and t0 = -0.386 yr for females. In the Gulf of Bone the values were K = 0.42/yr, L∞ = 211.98 cm and t0 = -0.250 yr for males and K = 0.43 /yr, L∞ = 215.00 mm and t0 = -0.386 yr for females. Mortality parameters of white spotted rabbitfish in the Makassar Strait were total mortality Z = 1.70/yr, natural mortality M = 0.76/yr, F = 0.94/yr giving an exploitation rate of E = 0.55 for males, while for females Z = 1.77/yr, M = 0.84/yr, F = 0.93/yr and E = 0.53. In the Gulf of Bone, for male white spotted rabbitfish Z = 1.78/yr, M = 0.60/yr, F = 1.18 /yr and E = 0.67, while for females Z = 2.42/yr, M = 0.60/yr, F = 1.82/yr and E = 0.75/yr. These data indicate heavy fishing of both stocks, most likely at unsustainable levels.

Abstract
The growth of bovine embryos in vitro begins with fertilization is the unification of male and female gametes in the fertilization medium into zygote. After unification, the embryo will cleavage from two cells until they reach a blastocyst which can be transferred to the recipient. One of indicator the success of bovine embryo culture in vitro is the ability of the embryo from an early stage of development to reach blastocyst. To achieve this aim an embryo enhancement strategy is needed to reach the Blastocyst stage. Various strategies that can be carried out for the improvement include the use of an appropriate maturation medium, removed cumulus cells and the addition of hormones to the culture medium. The use of CR1aa medium in culture medium can reach 27.0% of embryos that reach blastosis of total fertilized oocytes. removal of cumulus cells after 48 hours of fertilization can increase the development of embryos reaching the blastocyst stage. In addition, by increasing the TGFβ hormone 1 ng / ml plus bFGF 50 ng / ml can increase the levels of 2 cells by 314 reaching the blastocyst level of 30 embryos.

Abstract
The sustainable cattle farming approach is integrated with plants and the most potential is the oil palm plantation industry, because the potential of feed resources is cheap and abundant available. The research activities carried out in the Farmer Group in Lamandau district after 3 years of introduction of oil palm-cattle integration (ISaPi) through the introduction of technology for making organic fertilizer and complete feed based on the oil palm plantation industry. The information was obtained from primary data through interviews with farmer groups and key informants from the Agriculture Service and PBS of Oil palm during the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and secondary data was obtained from study desks. Field survey was also conducted. Data were analyzed descriptively and SWOT. Lamandau Regency is ideal for developing ISaPi activities, because of the potential feed resources from the oil palm plantation industry, in the form of oil palm fronds, solid palm oil and palm kernel meal (BIS). Oil palm plantations in Lamandau District with an area of 175,480.46 ha if only 25% of ISaPi activities have the potential to develop livestock around 73,977 animals throughout the year, due to the supply of solid palm oil from 1 PKS, forage in the oil palm area and oil palm fronds. There are 10 farmer of groups and One individual that consistently applies ISaPi activities with various models of application adjusted to the availability of human resources, access to palm oil mills (PKS) and capital from each farmer group. The difference in the application of ISaPi is in the formulation of animal feed (solid palm only or complete feed) and the allotment of organic fertilizer that was produces. Increased productivity and income from the farming is a major factor in ISaPis activities keep it running. The strategy for developing of ISaPi activities in Lamandau District by taking into account existing of internal and external factors is to maximize the utilization of the potential of existing resources to increase farm productivity (palm, livestock and horticulture) and diversify farm income by applying technology that is already available and controlled by groups of farmer. With the application of technology, it will be able to increase the added value of products which it was produced. The limiting factors such as access to PKS, product marketing and capital were need support and commitment from related parties, especially the local government and this has been initiated by the local government.

Abstract
The response of livestock to feed quality can be illustrated by changes in digestive organs and physiological regulatory organs of livestock. This study aimed to determine the response of digestive and physiological regulatory organs by the use of cocoa bean shell (CBS) as feed. The study used 12 male Bali cattle aged 1.5 years and weighed 159.25 ± 15.68 kg. The study was arranged using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), the treatment consisted of 4 levels of CBS supplementation including: A = 0%; B = 3%; C = 6%; D = 9% for 16 weeks. The results showed that the percentage of lymphatic, liver and kidney weights increased (P <0.05) according to the level of CBS. The effect of CBS feeding on the percentage of lymphatic weight occurred at level 9%, significantly higher (P <0.05) compared to the level of 3%, 6% and without cocoa shell. The liver and kidney percentages were higher (P <0.05) at levels 6% and 9% compared to 0% and 3%. There is no effect of supplementation on the digestive tract, lungs and heart. The study concluded that feed supplementation with CBS at 6% and 9% levels had an impact on physiological regulatory organs of Bali cattle.

Abstract
Basically, the learning done in early childhood education is to play. However, about the game, not just any game. Games performed in early childhood learning need to pay attention to the shape and principles of the game, the goal for the game used in learning for early childhood according to the needs of children. The principle of the game is productivity, activity, effectiveness and efficiency, creativity, educating and fun, as well as the suitability of the shape of the game with the characteristics of children aged 0 – 6 years. Games used in early childhood learning should be able to stimulus the child to develop an active attitude to him. The introduction of gender concept is the first step to give a child sexual education. It needs to be given early where the child is experiencing golden age. In addition, early childhood children also have an interest in the differences about men and women. The introduction of gender difference should be done precisely, considering that gender education will be stored in the childs long-term memory. This will affect the formation of behavior and personality when adults. This paper will reflect critically on how early childhood learning is based on games and gender fair activities for children.
