Abstract
INTRODUCTION Arumanis Mango is one of the national superior mango cultivars that has potential to meet domestic and export market consumption. However it is still constrained by the low yield and fruit quality, which is caused by the application of traditional cultivation techniques by farmers. To solve this problem innovative cultivation technology is needed. The purpose was to study the technology of mango fruit production at off-season used growth regulators namely paklobutrazol, ethepon and paclobutrazol with organic fertilizer application on the Arumanis mango plant. The study was conducted in the mango farm owned by PT.Friga in Jarangan Village, Rejoso District, Pasuruan Regency, East Java Province. The research was conducted from March to October. Mango plant material used was 25 years old. The research was carried out with three treatment namely: I. Paklobutrazol dosage was control (0 ml l-1 / tree, 5 ml l-1 / tree, 10 ml l-1 / tree and 15 ml l-1 / tree). II. Ethepon dosages (0 ppm / tree, 400 ppm / tree, 600 ppm / tree and 800 ppm / tree) that applied 1 month after paklobutrazol addition. III Paklobutrazol and organic fertilizer application in combination as follows: 1) Control, 2) Paklobutrazol 5ml + fertilizer 10kg, 3) Paklobutrazol 10ml + 15kg fertilizer and 4) 15ml Paklobutrazol + 20kg fertilizer. Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with 5 replications was used for this research. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION The results showed that off-season technology treatment with paklobutrazol, ethepon and packlobutrazol + organic fertilizer were significant (Table 1). The results indicated that (1) Paklobutrazol application accelerated the flowering age, shortens the panicle length, and increased fruit yield of tree. Moreover there wasn-t difference among doses of Paklobutrazol, (2) Giving ethepon accelerated the flowering period, enhanced the panicles number and yields of trees compared to controls. The treatment of ethephones 600 ppm produced the highest fruit weight, 182.60 kg, respectively (3 ) The Paklobutrazol and organic fertilizer application indicated that the panicles number and the fruit weight yield of tree is higher than the control, but there wasn-t difference between application of paklobutrazol with the addition of organic fertilizer. The results were consistent with the study of Husen et al. (2012) that application of paklobutrazol 5 ml / l on a 5-year-old hybrid mango could accelerate the flowering time and increased the number of fruits. Moreover, Tandel and Patel (2011) reported that application of paklobutrazol increased fruit number and total production per tree for Alphonso cultivars. Paklobutrazol doses also significantly accelerated flowering and yield in Lechi Ankit et al. (2017).

Abstract
Abstract. One of the ways to restore the fertility of rice fields is through improving soil structure and fulfilling soil microbes by using organic fertilizer derived from livestock waste. For this reason, it is necessary to implement an Integrated Plant Crop System that combines rice and cattle. The study aims at analyzing the determinants of farmers decisions in adopting integrated rice-based integrated farming systems in Bengkulu Province. This research applied survey method, which was conducted in Seluma and Rejang Lebong Regencies Bengkulu Province. The data taken includes primary and secondary data and were analyzed with the use of Regression Logistic Multinomial. The results indicated that simultaneously all the predictor variables had a significant effect on the response variable, while partially the income, land area, number of cattle and farmers perceptions had a very significant effect on the adoption of the integration system while the variable costs of production, farming experience and labor did not have a significant effect on the decision to adopt a rice and cattle integration system.

Abstract
Since 2002, the number of institutions for Early Childhood Education(ECE) in Indonesia has rapidly expanded in quantity. However, those increase in quantity does not guarantee an improvement in the quality of ECE institutions. There are various kinds of ECE institutions in Indonesia, such as kindergarten, day care school, community preschool, religious schools and so on. Moreover Indonesia is a vast country with many islands, many races, and many cultures. So, the quality differentials of Indonesias ECE institutions also varies, such as the size of school and operation of the institutions and programs are also diverse. In order to evaluate and improve the quality of those various ECE institutions, Indonesian government had launched a government-affiliated organization that is National Association of Accreditation for ECE and non-formal education in 2006. However, there are many voices on the site of an ECE institutes that they do not know how to prepare for accreditation due to lack of information on accreditation. For improvement of quality ECE institutions, this paper is argued that training and guides for institutions should be preceded the implementation of accreditation so that they can improve quality themselves.

Abstract
The Indonesian nation must be built by prioritizing character development because this character building will make Indonesia a great, advanced, and glorious, dignified nation. The rapid progress and sophistication of technology now, which makes habits begin to be abandoned. Children now prefer to play gadgets and play stations rather than traditional childrens games, whereas traditional childrens games are not just games but also teach about many lessons such as practicing patience, cooperation, responsibility, tolerance, and caring among others. So it is necessary to plant characters early in early childhood, with the hope that good character can be well embedded early on. Character is not formed by learning in class, but it requires habituation. Through storytelling it is hoped that children will recognize, understand and be able to feel the values contained in the story, so good character values will be embedded in the child. The habit of telling stories or storytelling about folklore needs to be done at school, especially at home, so that communication between teachers, parents, and children can be established in instilling the character of children.

Not all of the children entrusted to orphanages are truly orphans; some of them still have parents/close family. In general their parents/family entrust children to be taken care in orphanages in order to obtain access to education. In this case, the role of orphanage caregivers is crucial for orphans- lives; however, becoming caregivers cannot be separated from stressful situation triggered by internal or external factors. The article presents the results of a qualitative study conducted with one male and four female caregivers engaged in an Islamic orphanage in Indonesia; the female caregivers were used to be the orphaned in the orphanage. The information was gathered through in-depth interviews and the analysis was content driven without imposing preconceived theoretical limits. This article seeks to understand the background on becoming orphans caregivers and how the caregivers perceive it. Findings of this study reveal that the background of ‘obligation to serve- underlies caregivers- attitude and behavior toward their role and nurturing situation. However, the caregivers perceived their role and nurturing situations as a process of learning to be a better person and worth a worship, and they admitted the importance of parenting program for them in order to be more effective in playing their role in the orphanage. The implication of the findings provides a basis for the researchers to develop a draft of mindful parenting program to be implemented in Islamic orphanage in related to caregivers nurturing skills and orphaned children well-being.

The Development of Transnational Organized Crime Prevention Policy Indonesian Criminal Law System Davit Rahmadan Address: Pala V Street Number 48, RT/RW. 005/003, East Sidomulyo, Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City 28125 Abstract Transnational crime, or now better known as transnational organized crime, is a form and method of local crime towards transnational and international crime, which is a side effect of globalization and information technology. These crimes include cybercrimes, money laundering, trafficking (for example, narcotics, humans, theft of ancient objects, and destruction of nature). The consequences of globalization are benefited by economists and other parties, so academics in law and criminology, law enforcement officials and criminal policy makers must wrestle with one of the bad sides of globalization and the explosion of technological information that breeds transnational organized crime. And because of that, the law enforcement instrument to overcome it becomes more complex than ordinary crime. The main legal instrument for combating transnational organized crime is the United Nations Convention on Transnational Organized Crime (UNTOC) or the 2000 United Nations Convention on Transnational Organized Crime in Palermo, Italy. The Government of Indonesia has enacted Law Number 5 of 2009 concerning the United Nations Convention on Transnational Organized Crime. Ratifying conventions aimed at facilitating cooperation between states has ratified them in preventing transnational crime and law enforcement efforts. UNTOC has limited abilities in practice in the field. The modus operandi of this type of crime is increasingly complex, so that it penetrates the limits of the authority of the power that is not reached by law enforcement. Its no secret that several large countries have benefited from transnational crime. Efforts to tackle transnational crime in Europe, America, Asia and including Southeast Asia are not done half-heartedly, but the problem is faced with factor X so that it becomes an obstacle in law enforcement. The prevention of organized crime across the world state structures of peace cannot be built by only one person, or one group, or one nation from transnational crime groups. World peace cannot take the form of peace from a large nation or small nations. World peace must take the form of a peace that includes cooperative efforts from all nations of the world. In the development of law enforcement in Indonesia recently that massive against corruption began the results. However, in the past few years the total absorption of budget revenue and expenditure and areas in Indonesia is far from optimal, it is regarded as an obstacle in the development and future development of Indonesia. Many obstacles to the absorption of the budget should certainly be able to be overcome by the government, because if these obstacles can lead to decreased left its forecast for economic growth in Indonesia. One is considered a bottleneck in the budget absorption it is the fear of the stakeholders at the regional and central levels in running projects that have been planned, fears the policy makers is because the officials of power holders are afraid to take that step would later in connection with the acts of corruption.

The research development of this academic portal E-learning is to improve the HOTS of PGSD students as future teachers who are superior, dignified and of character. E-learning is loved by the current Industrial Revolution 4.0 education system. The learning process using the lecture and question and answer method can be done through the academic portal, where lecturers can provide material and students can directly ask and answer in the portal. Less interesting learning system even when students choose to pretend to understand even though they do not understand at all will be overcome by the existence of the academic portal. The culture to ask questions is not very popular with students when learning forums, but with this facility it is easy to learn anytime and anywhere without any time and space limits. With the participation of lecturers in online learning, students learn automatically and can improve HOTS. Data obtained from pretest, questionnaire and posttest. The instrument form is a questionnaire and HOTS items. Subjects in this study were 35 PGSD students with STKIP Bina Bangsa Banda Aceh Learning Psychology courses, from the results of the e-learning device trial an increase occurred on the HOTS of students.

Bovine Citrullinaemia (BC) disease is a genetic disorder that causes increased ammonia in the blood circulation. In order not to spread the disease, it is advisable to avoid the spread of Bovine Citrullinaemia (BC) disease-carrying alleles in the dairy cow population. This study aims to identify the distribution of allele carriers of Bovine Citrullinaemia (BC) in dairy cows in the Enrekang regency using PCR- RFLP method. A total of 80 DNA samples originating from the dairy development center in Enrekang (50 heads from Cendana and 30 heads from Angeraja district). DNA samples were amplified by PCR, PCR products were then cut using Ava II restriction enzymes. Identification of BC alleles carriers were calculated based on genotype and allele frequencies. These research found that about 0.6% of Bovine Citrullinaemia recessive allele frequencies in Enrekang and still relatively very low.

Application of the use of red fruit (Pandanus conoideus Lam) as a feed additive because it has antioxidant properties and as a preventive disease drug, so it needs to be developed. The purpose of this review is to examine the use of red fruit peels as feed additives for native chickens. Literature study conducted by reviewing several journals with the results of the study showed that the use of red fruit peels in poultry is still limited to broilers. Red fruit has known properties as a cancer-preventing drug, hypertension, diabetes, and even HIV. Red fruit contains beta-carotene, tocopherol, oleic acid, and linoleic acid. Also contains unsaturated fatty acids, namely oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, decanoic, omega 3 and omega 9. Parts used only in fruit juice, oil and red fruit pulp, while the skin has not been utilized. Thus, the use of red fruit peels in free-range chickens as feed additives will provide new treasures in science and prospects for local, regional, national and even international sluggish poultry fields.

Abstract
Artificial insemination technique has being applied in crossing native breed (Bali) cattle of Indonesia with some exotic breeds. The crossbred offspring has a higher body weight in compared to the native breed. It is not known whether the different of body was due to the different of feed conversion ratio or digestibility of the animals. This study was conducted to compare the feed conversion ratio and digestibility between Bali (native breed) cattle and its crossbred with the exotic breeds. Two breeds (5 Bali and 5 Crossbred) young male, 1.5 – 2.5 years old, were used in this study. The animals were kept in an individual barn for 3 months and fed with rice straw (40 %) and concentrate (60 %). Body weight were measured every 2 weeks and feed consumption was measured every day. Feed conversion ratio were calculated. At the end of the experiment, the feces were collected and digestibility of protein, fat and crude fiber were measured. Daily gain and feed consumption ratio of Bali cattle was significantly lower (P<0.05) in compared to those in crossbred cattle (0.43 vs 0.77 kg and 6.65 vs 10.57 kg, respectively). Therefore, the feed conversion ratio was not significantly (P>0.05) different between the two groups (17.4 vs 14.99). There were no significant different (P>0.05) in the digestibility of crude protein, fat and crude fiber between the two breeds (73.62 vs 76.76, 64.7 vs 68.91 and 50.37 vs 56.25, respectively). It can be concluded that although body weight gain in Bali cattle was significantly lower in compared to that in crossbred cattle, however, feed conversion ratio and digestibility were not significantly different between the two breeds.

This paper specifically focuses on the concept of inclusive-dialogic religious education that can be offered as alternative choice to cultivate tolerance and multicultural character since early age. This model is based on experience-based learning that more emphasizes on internalization and reflection to contrive mutual respect among students. As an offer how to grow inclusive attitude in kindergarten, this religious education model is appropriately inseminated into two levels, namely structural level by elaborating necessary values into syllabus and material of religious education subject and practical level by contextualizing theory into social reality through observation and visitation. To implement it, this religious education model definitely requires teacher creativity, appropriate method, and stakeholder support as well. As methodology, this paper employs Critical Discourse of Analysis (CDA) approach. In this sense, I would argue that inclusive-dialogic religious education is able to be alternative choice to prevent intolerance and exclusive paradigm since early age.
