Abstract
Biodiversity studies, aside of revealing hidden species from basic, conventional methods to sophisticated technologies, also have a number of obstacles. Our study showed that almost all variable widespread species comprised of multiple species. In the other hand, some endemic species might be found to be a synonym of a widespread species and a reasonable explanation is in place. Tectonic plates of Indonesia is found to be a very effective way to explain speciation, but in the other hand also raised some issues concerning species definition. Despite of the fast scientific progress in all aspects of science and technology, many other biodiversity aspects, such as ecology, niche, behavior, reproductive strategy, physiology, species introduction in the past, etc., received little attentions and progressed slowly, especially technology which needs the handing of living organism.

Abstract
Apologies are the most fundamental strategies for remedying offences and reflecting the degree of the speaker-s politeness. However, Arabic textbooks in boarding schools in Indonesia lack of materials that are very required to help students to develop their pragmatic competence of the apology speech acts in Arabic. This study assumes to investigate, explicitly, the language of the students- apologizing in boarding schools in Indonesia and enhancing the students- pragmatic competence in a non-native language; Arabic. Two-hundred one informants were chosen purposively; one-hundred and one male participants and one-hundred and one female participants. Informants were assigned to fill in a Discourse Completion Task (DCT) questionnaire consists of eight situations about the boarding school rules. The findings showed that the boarding school students employed apology strategies that are vary from the Arabic standards of apologizing to some extent. The students overused the head act strategy expression of regret. In other words, the students overused the expressions afwan and asif to remedy light and serious offences. These two expressions are used by Arabs to remedy light offences only. The students believe that the apology strategies are universal so they transfer directly, the Head Act strategies in particular, from L1 into L2. Thus, in order to enhance the BSS-s realization of the speech acts of apologizing in Arabic, it is a requisite to develop the current textbooks that may develop their pragmatic knowledge.

Abstract
Humpback grouper (Cromileptes altivelis) is one of superior commodity that are easily cultivated in the fisheries sector in Indonesia. But, there is one of the difficulties in humpback grouper cultivation is Viral Nervous Necrosis (VNN) infection. The existence of VNN can be transmitted vertically and horizontally, according to water quality and natural feed (plankton) consumed by groupers. Therefore, this study conducted an observation of the factors thought to affect the presence of VNN seen from the identified plankton. This study used descriptive method. Water sampling, plankton and fish was carried out 3 times with a one-week interval in floating net cages in the Gulf of Sendang Biru Beach, Malang Regency. The results obtained by 5 phylum of phytoplankton, there are Chlorophyta division (3 genera), Phragmophyta (1 genus), Diatom (2 genera), Cyanophyta (1 genus) and Bacillariophyta or Chrysophyta (2 genera). Zooplankton consists of 4 phylum, there are Arthropoda (7 genera), Mollusca (1 genus), Tracheophyta (1 genus) and Rotifera (1 genus). Whereas, plankton that were found in the stomach of groupers mostly Bacilariophyta and a small portion of Cyanophyta and Phragmophyta. Based on the results of plankton identification, showed that plankton was not infected with Viral Nervous Necrosis (VNN) and indicated the infecction of Viral Nervous Necrosis (VNN) occurs not because of the plankton factor in the floating net cages but vertically which is the spread from the parent to the larvae.

Domestic waste produced by hospitals can reach 85% of total waste with high pollutant content. The high content of these pollutants can have an impact on human health as well as the environment. This study aims to detect the presence of the α-Amylase enzyme by gene code toward Enterobacter agglomerans. E. agglomerans is a bacterium that lives in waste and is able to degrade starch by hydrolyzing α-1.4 glucosidic amylose, amylopectin, and glycogen bonds. The study was conducted in December 2018 to March 2019 in the Microbiology Laboratory of Universitas Negeri Malang for the preparation of E. agglomerans and in the Microbiology Laboratory of Universitas Brawijaya to isolate DNA and detect the α-Amylase gene. The results showed that bacterial DNA isolation was of good quality with a purity value of 1.87 nm and a DNA concentration of 204.02 μg / ml. The α-Amylase gene in E. agglomerans was detected at 46oC, 48oC and 50oC. These results indicate that E. agglomerans has a gene that encodes the α-Amylase enzyme so that it can be used as a bioremediator candidate.

Abstract
Todays generation is very close to technology and intensively spending more time with gadgets. Gadgets never get out of their hands. This fact has serious impact on the lack of interest in learning by means of conventional methods. For final year students, tutoring seems to have become mandatory before taking part in the National Examination. Apparently the learning system in tutorial meets the needs of students. This paper aims at reviewing the application of online tutorial system Ruangguru using descriptive method. It found out that in the disruption era of our times, Ruangguru presents itself as one of the responses to the needs of the current generation. Online tutoring with methods that have been adapted to technological advances and market needs is one form of reconceptualization of education in the era of disruption. It is expected that online tutoring does not depart from the values or substance of formal education which has components called learning concepts that support the successful implementation of education.

Abstract
Human activities had induced environmental changes, which in turn change the biodiversity. Biodiversity is the variability among living organisms at genetic, species, and ecosystem levels. In this paper will have a look in the different ways, how biodiversity able to use for environmental impact assessment (EIA). EIA is process of evaluating the likely environmental impacts of a proposed project or development, taking into account inter-related socio-economic, cultural and human-health impacts, both beneficial and adverse. Water quality assessment will discuss in relation to the biodiversity changes. Organism live in the range of natural variability. In the species level, tolerant species will adapt to the environmental changes, whereas sensitive species will move to or eliminated from the ecosystem. In the level of population, environmental changes will induce changes in the assemblage of organisms. The species richness and abundance of plankton, diatoms, and vascular plants in the riparian vegetation were evaluated in relation to the effect of land use and water quality. The surrounding land uses and human activities along the aquatic ecosystem were found to have significant impact on the overall water quality and biodiversity of the aquatic biota and riparian vegetation.

Abstract
Automation is widely used in various industries to increase the speed, accuracy, and effectiveness of production and reduce the risk of hazards. Generally, the manufacturing industry has a product packaging and sorting process based on size, weight, shape, height and color. At present, the sorting process carried out manually that produces human errors, so it is necessary to develop accurate low-cost automation. Industrial automation requires an automation system having low costs, low maintenance and user-friendly. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is one of the most widely used automation equipment in the industry and can be programmed to control the operation of a machine. Advantages of PLC are favored this trend, instead of using custom-made controller systems, quality parts at a reasonable cost, specialized maintenance support. In this paper, PLC has been developed to control multi machine operation with product sorting and packaging based on product color. The multi machine operation consists of three DC motors used for conveyors, two single solenoids, proximity sensors, inductive sensors and limit switches. PLC uses Melsec Mitsubishi with ladder diagram programming using GX work2. The proximity sensor is used to detect the product color. The system is equipped with emergency button and alarm systems to facilitate the implementation of troubleshooting. To facilitate communication with operators and user-friendly systems, human machine interfaces (HMI) are used as interfaces for the system monitoring and controlling. HMI uses Pro-face from Schneider programmed using GP-Pro EX4.0. The ladder diagram has been implemented in PLC and tested on hardware to simulate the system. Based on the test results, Melsec PLC can communicate with HMI and control multi operation machine with product sorting and packaging. The machine can separate and package the metal product based on the color. By using Pro-face Human Machine Interface (HMI), the packaging system can be remotely monitored and controlled automatically.

The purpose of this research is to figure out the incidence of computer-related injuries in an organization with majority of employees using technology such as computer. This research is a survey of 120 office personnel selected with simple random sampling method. The data was collected by distributing a validated self-administered questionnaire. The results showed that the office personnel experienced computer-related injuries such as computer vision syndrome e.g. eye strain, blurred vision, watery eyes, headache and musculoskeletal disorders such as neck, shoulder and waist pain. Ergonomic training is suggested to be conducted at the organization to reduce the incidence of CRIs. .

Abstract
Relational view perspective explains and gives theoretical foundations to understand why organizations create and develop relationships and networks. The relational management context leads to research on the essence of the relational strategy of enterprises and the strategic choices made within it. It is indicated that the key choices around which the content of the relational strategy is played includes: the goal, the partner, the inter-organizational dynamics and the way of creating relations. An important research problem is the identification of antecedents of strategic choices of enterprises. The attention of researchers in this context focuses on inter-organizational trust as one of the most important factors. Inter-organizational trust assumes that cooperating enterprises rely on themselves in the belief that each party will fulfill its obligations in a competent, honest and rational manner, generating mutual benefits. In addition, the partner will not behave opportunistically, but will fulfill the contract and take actions that the trusting party expects. Therefore, the purpose of the paper is to recognize the relationship between level of trust and its dimensions on strategic choices made within the enterprises relational strategy. The research was carried out on a representative sample of 400 enterprises operating in Poland and on international markets, which is representative of the company-s size. The research results confirmed the important role of inter-organizational trust as an antecedent of strategic choices. It plays an important role in the process of selecting partners for relationships and influences the way relationships are created.

Abstract
In this paper, we report on the synthesis of styrofoam/cellulose acetate composite nanofibers using electrospinning. Styrofoam was dissolved in DMF (dimethylformamide) with a concentration of 25 wt% and cellulose acetate at a concentration of 5 wt% with DMF solvent as well. Both solutions were blended and stirred until homogeneous. The precursor solution was varied by the mass ratio of styrofoam solution and cellulose acetate solution 80:20, 60:40, 50:50, 40:60, and 20:80. The solution characteristics were the viscosity, surface tension, and conductivity measured for each precursor solution. All solutions have been spun on the same parameters. The nanofibers morphology was characterized by a scanning electron microscope (SEM). The produced nanofibers have a straight, smooth, without bead morphology, and have a diameter of 500 nm to 2.5 µm. Each variation of the spinning solution produces a different diameter of the nanofiber. Addition of the content of styrofoam solution has produced a larger nanofiber diameter. The increase in fiber diameter was related to the characteristics of the viscosity solution, surface tension, and conductivity. Mixing cellulose acetate and styrofoam is expected to reduce the hydrophobicity of styrofoam. So that styrofoam nanofibers can have wider applications.

Abstract
Increasing complaints makes X hospital management appoint officers to handle complaints that occur at the hospital. Human resources determine the activities of a company, and management must pay attention to human resources development. The purpose of the study was to reveal the meaning of the experience of complaints handling officers at hospital X. A phenomenological qualitative research design was conducted, and 4 participants was selected using purposive sampling. In-depth interviews toke place in February-April 2019. Data analysis using Interpretive Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The results obtained are feelings of gratitude and sincerity in being a complaint handling officer, despite minimal experience. He felt this task was part of the destiny God gave him. The moral responsibility makes complaints handling officers struggle to carry out their roles. Feelings of discomfort (sad and bored) during work are overcome by workplace spirituality, which encourages workers to carry out the task of handling complaints as part of worshiping God. The spirituality of the complaints handling officer will form a new mentality characterized by a more holistic orientation, providing service to humans, having a commitment to truth and other forms of noble behavior and self-awareness. Characteristics of this mentality are very necessary for companies to improve performance. Spiritual psychological experience of officers is so strong that it produces deep motivation and feelings. Spirituality in work makes employee perform their roles well, and make him officers feel job satisfaction at X hospitals. Companies that emphasize spirituality will change the behavior of workers and companies and increase work productivity.

Abstract
Patients who are less satisfied with hospital services will generally complain. Negative responses received by the hospital in the form of complaints to lawsuits, potentially causing a bad image in the community. The purpose of the study was to reveal the meaning of the experience of complaints handling officers in hospital X. The phenomenological qualitative research design with 4 participants selected using purposive sampling. In-depth interviews were conducted in February-April 2019. Analysis of data using Interpretive Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The results obtained are the core themes of wanting to maintain and improve the image of the hospital. This is because the sense of belonging for hospital is high. The complaint handling officer wants to be a person who is useful and responsible for the task. The difficulty faced is the lack of knowledge and lack ability to communicate with clients. In carrying out their duties, officers get support from head of the hospital and also the cooperation of the hospital team. Openness of hospital staff are needed to facilitate patient complaints. Coordination with the head of the hospital is always done, if there are obstacles in handling complaints. It is expected that the synergy between service officers can improve the quality of service and there for increased customer satisfaction. Because with the satisfaction received by the customer or patient, will increase public trust in the hospital and maintain good image of the hospital.

Abstract
A life table gives probabilities based in failure per thousands in a given year and used to help determine premiums. The construction of life table is based on time to failure of the unit which is converted to a duration vector and used to calculate the estimate of life table using moment method. Bearings are one most present in turbine power generation. To assess turbine degradation, risk accident prognosis of bearings is needed. Predicting bearing degradation before reaching the state of risk of accident is one important issues in power generation insurance. This paper proposes a method based on support vector regression to achieve the goal. The results will be used to predict the remaining useful life of the bearings. The method is applied on PRONOSTIA dataset which is an experimental platform dedicated to test methods related to bearing health assessment. The results shows that the method can effectively model the evolution of the bearing degradation.
