Abstract
Heterosis is an important trait in the development of hybrid varieties. Information on heterosis characteristics on the morphology and anatomy of soybean leaves is important in relation to the determination of a potential parent for the development of high yielding superior varieties. The aim of this study was to analyze the heterosis of morphology and anatomy characters of F1 soybean leaves derived from Argomulyo varieties and CpMMV-resistant lines. The study design used was a randomized block design with 3 replications. The results showed that the highest estimated heterosis in petiol diameters was shown by the hybrids of UM 4.1 x Argomulyo cross. The character of leaf length had a difference in heterosis value of 76.97%, leaf width of 72.87% and petiol length of 80.74% compared to the highest parent, namely hybrid Argomulyo x UM 6.1 cross. On the petiol diameter characters of 17 combinations of crosses, there was only one hybrid cross that had a positive value with a difference in the value of 81.01% compared to the highest parent UM 4.1 x Argomulyo, while 16 other hybrids were negative. The Argomulyo x UM 3.4 crosses consistently showed heterosis on the character of leaf length, leaf width, petiol length, and leaf ratio. F1 derived from Argomulyo x UM.3.2 crosses had a positive heterosis value on the character of upper surface trichomes, while Argomulyo x UM 7.3 had a negative heterotic value on the lower surface trichome characters and the upper surface trichomes. In the character of the lower surface trichome of 17 of crosses, there were two combinations of crosses that have a positive heterosis value with the difference of 24.27% and 36.93% compared to the highest parents, namely UM 3.4 x Argomulyo and UM 4.1. x Argomulyo, while other crosses were negative. The UM 4.1 x Argomulyo cross was the best hybrid in all leaf anatomical characters. In all leaf anatomical characters, there were four crosses which had negative heterosis, namely Argomulyo x UM 2.4, Argomulyo x UM 7.3, UM 6.2 x Argomulyo, and UM 7.3 x Argomulyo.

Abstract
Soybean is an important food crop in Indonesia. One of the major problems in soybean production was a virus infection, with CpMMV as one of the most important viruses. The process of plant breeding to produce virus resistant soybeans and high productivity can be done by crossing virus resistant line with superior varieties. Important information in plant breeding program development of resistant varieties and high-productivity was to know the genetic of the trait, one of which is the maternal effect. The purpose of this study was to analyze the inheritance of maternal effects through the agronomical characters of F1 soybeans derived from the crossing of the Panderman variety and the CpMMV-resistant soybean lines. The experiment used a randomized block design with three replications. The results showed that the maternal effect was found out on the seed yield per plant for Panderman x UM61. Five crosses showed the maternal effect on the weight of 100 seeds namely Panderman x UM24, Panderman x UM34, Panderman x UM61, Panderman x UM63, and Panderman x UM73. Maternal effect on plant height was only found out in Panderman x UM62 cross. The maternal effect was also found on the number of unfilled pods in Panderman x UM34 and Panderman x UM61 crosses.

Abstract
A character that is inherited from parents to offspring is influenced by gene action. Genes that control plant character can be influenced by additive, epistatic or dominant gene action. The purpose of this study was to determine the inheritance of the morphological characters of leaves, pods and soybean seeds through analysis of gene action and the number of genes in F2 populations of UM 3.2 x Argomulyo and UM 6.1 x Burangrang cross. The experiment was carried out at Indonesian Legume and Tuber Crops Research Institute (Iletri) Kendalpayak, Malang, Indonesia. Estimating the gene action and the number of genes was done by measuring the value of skewness and kurtosis. The suitability of inheritance patterns was analyzed by using the chi-square test. The results showed that the character of leaf length, leaf width, pod thickness and seed hilum length in the UM 3.2 x Argomulyo cross were influenced by the additive genes action with complementary epistatic influences while the character of the petiol length, pod length, pod width, seed length, seed width, and seed thickness was affected by additive gene action with duplicate epistatic effects. In UM 6.1 x Burangrang cross, the characters of leaf width, pod thickness, seed width, seed thickness and length of seed hilum were influenced by the additive genes action with complementary influences while the characters of leaf length, petiole length, pod length, pod width, and seed length were influenced by additives gene action with duplicate epistatic influence. The characters of petiol length, pod length, pod width, pod thickness, seed length, seed width, and seed hilum length were controlled by many genes.

Abstract
Stunting is a growth disorder in the form of linear growth retardation. Risk factors, both internal and external that occur from the time of pregnancy to the age of two years greatly influence the occurrence of stunting. Rotenone is a natural pesticide that proved had stunting effect on zebrafish. The mechanism of action of rotenone is by inhibiting mitochondrial complex I, thus increase the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and ATP depletion. Folic acid not only as micronutrients needed in growth , but also have an activity. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of folic acid on body length, heart rate, motility and bone ossification of rotenone-induced zebrafish larvae stunting model. Rotenone and folic acid administered from 2 -72 hpf (hour post fertilization). The concentration of folic acid used in this study was 50, 70, and 100 μM, while rotenone 12.5 ppm. Statistical analysis using ANOVA showed a significant difference in body length, heart rate, motility and bone ossification among the rotenone and folic acid group. Folic acid concentrations of 50 and 70 μM could normalize the body length, heart rate, whereas folic acid 100 μM actually increases bone ossification. It can be concluded that folic acid could protect stunting in a dose-dependent manner.

Abstract
Professional identity is a description of how individuals refer to themselves as a professional, and consists of a set of expectations developed by individuals about themselves and their abilities, based on their experience and personal background. Personal abilities and background are related to the potential or strength possessed and development in the scientific field that is involved. Doing work in accordance with the field that comes from self-potential, of course will have a different impact on individuals who do not work in accordance with the potential they have. However, based on a 2014 survey, as many as 87% of Indonesian students felt they were in the wrong direction. This research is a preliminary study (preliminary study) that will use questionnaire as an instrument in the professional suitability analysis process with an educational background. Then the researchers divided the respondents into classifications which were divided into 3 levels, namely high school students, undergraduate students, and graduate students. This study was only addressed to respondents in the classification level of graduate students. The results of the analysis show that the respondents included in the classification graduate students have a high level of understanding of their personality potential, thus giving an impact on the level of professional suitability with their educational background. In other words, the respondents did not feel wrong in their majors in their scientific fields. Abstract
Vanillin is one of the compounds that was successfully isolated from the fruits of the Vanilla planifolia Andrews which are abundant in Indonesia. So far, Indonesia has only been able to export vanilla fruit directly without further processing. The IUPAC name of Vanillin is 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde. This compound is a derivative of benzaldehyde. The presence of an aldehyde group causes vanillin to experience a Knoevenagel condensation reaction if it is reacted with dimedone. In this paper, two derivatives of vanillin compounds successfully synthesized. The first compound has a pyran skeleton and the second compound has a pyridine skeleton. Both of these compounds have the potential as antibacterial agents against gram positive and negative bacteria.

Abstract
This study aims to describe the encounter of Christian Education values in the Minahasa Indigenous community in the rumamba tradition. An important issue for indigenous peoples in Minahasa in this disturbing era is how to dialogue Minahasa culture with Christian education values. Does mixing Minahasa customs with Christianity bring contextual education values or are they the opposite? Even though the Minahasa area is familiar with the meeting between Christian culture and religion, are these cultures able to show their identity or are they losing time? Can local Minahasa culture coexist with the existence of Christian education in an educational and community environment? This study uses the religious theory from Daniel Pals and the contextual Christian education theory from Hope Antone. This study uses a qualitative approach with methods of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results show that Christian education can coexist contextually with the Minahasa community and culture in a dialogical approach that takes place in formal and informal public spaces.

Abstract
This study aims to: (1) determine the effectiveness of knowledge-based water play activities models in fine motor training for children aged 3-4 years based on indicators of childrens fine motor skills and (2) to measure the feasibility of knowledge-based water play activities models in training fine motor skills children aged 3-4 years are measured based on childrens play activities and the childs response to water play activities. This research method is the research and development (research and development) Borg and Gall (1987) which has the aim to develop and validate the product. Through research and development, a product of a proper and effective water play activity model was used to train fine motoric children aged 3-4 years. The results showed that children who were categorized as having fine motor skills were 21 people (84%) while those who did not have fine motor skills were 4 people (16%). Based on the results of this acquisition, the group (classical) can be said that the child has fine motor skills. The results of research on childrens activities obtained an average percentage of childrens activity at the interval of effectiveness limitation criteria, thus it can be concluded that water-based activities based on proper knowledge are used to train fine motoric children in terms of childrens activities in play. The results of the research on childrens responses to play activities showed that all indicators of childrens response effectiveness were above 80% and thus it could be said that all aspects received positive responses from children. This means, if viewed from the childs response, the implementation of water play activities is said to be feasible to train the fine motor skills of children aged 3-4 years.

Abstract
Keratin is an important biomaterial for industrial applications. About 90% of keratin is found in chicken feathers. Chicken feathers are accumulated from poultry processes and produced in millions of tons annually. Besides being abundant and cheap, keratin is insoluble in water and organic solvent which makes it difficult to recycle. Previous study showed that solid-state fermentation of keratinase using Bacillus sp. MD24 using chicken feathers a sole carbon and nitrogen source produced micro-keratin as a solid by-product. This paper reported our investigation in soluble keratin in liquid by-product. Liquid byproduct was produced through Solid-State Fermentation of keratinase for 10 consecutive days by Bacillus sp. MD24. Liquid by-product was separated from solid by-product by centrifugation at 2000 rpm. The size of soluble keratin was examined by zeta particle analyzer. The soluble keratin was filmed and the film was characterized using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), and film surface was analyses using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). Dissolution of keratin using ionic liquids ([BMIM])Cl and ([EMIM])Ac was done to compare its properties. Dissolution was performed under nitrogen atmosphere at 130 °C for 7 hours. Insoluble fraction was recovered by addition of water. The results showed the liquid by-product contains soluble keratin with ([EMIM])Ac is 1085,78 ± 359,7723 nm; ([BMIM])Cl is 1311,88 ± 573,0562 nm and SSF is 2677,4 ± 611,4363 nm. The FTIR spectrum indicated the presence of polypeptide with high concentration of S-H bond. There is no difference on surface structure between keratin biofilm produced from soluble keratin by-product and soluble keratin produced by dissolution using ionic liquid.

Abstract
Bargaining is a type of negotiation in which the buyer and seller of a good or service debate the price and exact nature of a transaction. If the bargaining produces agreement on terms, the transaction takes place where bargaining is an alternative pricing strategy to fixed prices. The people bargain by using polite language to get the lowest price. They have different ways in bargaining specially for women, they have good ability to play language while bargaining, they use politeness strategies in various way as Brown and Lavinson (1987: 101) proposed 4 strategies of politeness: Bald on record, positive politeness, negative politeness and off record. This study is to investigate the politeness strategies used by women and describe how the politeness strategies are realized in bargaining. This study is descriptive as Bogdan and Biglen (1982:3) state that qualitative research is descriptive, so the data were interview transcript, personal documents, official records, field notes and the data are gathered by people engaging in natural behavior: talking, visiting, looking, eating and so on.

Abstract
As we know keratin is a structural protein. Keratin can be obtained from chicken feathers. At present, chicken feathers are one of the great potentials of waste because of its abundance and very cheap. CMC has a similar structure to cellulose. Cellulose has a very abundant amount in nature and its existence as waste and CMC is a derivative of natural cellulose polymers that are easily degraded naturally. This paper reported our preliminary work on developing novel composite biofilm from both natural biopolymer to provide novel environmentally friendly biomaterials. Keratin solution was prepared from chicken feathers by the acid method. Variations in the number of CMCs were used to see differences in biofilm rigidity. The size of keratin in the biofilm can be measured using a PSA, SEM and FTIR are used to see the presence of keratin embedded in biofilm. Based on the results of the PSA analysis, the size of keratin found in keratin solution was 1570.8 ± 26.30437 nm. In FTIR analysis, biofilms with CMC – keratin content showed an absorption peak in the area of 1240 cm-1 - 1546 cm-1 which was an amide band with keratin which could combine well with CMC. SEM shows the surface structure of CMC – keratin biofilms forming a fibrous pattern. The homogeneity of keratin in biofilm is analyzed using XRD while its resistance to temperature is measured by TGA. With the presence of keratin as a sturdy fiber and CMC as a supporting matrix can produce biofilm that are strong and environmentally friendly
