Abstract
Bali strait get the influence of upwelling from the Indian ocean, especially when southeast monsoon (SEM). In normal years, upwelling processes in southern Java include Bali Strait appear when entering SEM in early June to mid-October, with cold SST. Climatic variability, the incidence of India Ocean dipole (IOD) is independent of ENSO. IOD correlates strongly with seasonal conditions. Medden Julian Ossilation (MJO) can affect the ENSO cyrcle even though it is not in the context of the cause Niño or La Niña formation, but can contribute to the speed of development and intensity of El Nino and La Niña. This study aims to investigate of ENSO, IOD and MJO toward the vertical temperature in Bali Strait during SEM (August 2013 & August 2017). The location of the study in Bali Strait 8.20S - 8.80S and 114.40E-115.20E. The method used is observation in August 2013 and 2017. The information about ENSO, this study is complemented by the Ocean Nino Index (ONI) climate index data and MJO obtained from NOAAs Climate Prediction Center. The information on IOD events is positive or negative mode, DMI data is also used from JAMSTEC. Information on the incidence of ENSO and IOD was used to further analyze the influence of these climatic conditions on the evolution of vertical temperature profiles in the Bali Strait. Seasonal vertical profile temperature variability linked to climate index in Bali Strait waters is processed and analyzed using ferret software from PMEL-NOAA, ODV, and General Mapping Tools (GMT). Based on the results vertical temperature in the August 2013 were relatively cooler with a thicker mixer layer than the August 2017. In the period of August 2013, the normal ENSO conditions (-0.3) with IOD (+) (0.1) with weakening intensity, while there was a period of August 2017 normal ENSO conditions (-0.16) with strong (+) IOD (0.6). Direct linier correlation among ENSO and IOD. MJO in August 2017 looks strong than August 2013 although at the same ENSO phase (neutral). Indirect linier correlation among ENSO and MJO.

Abstract
This article presents a profile of students statistical reasoning ability on the topic of inference statistics based on their academic characters. Data was collected from active students of pre-service mathematics students in the even semester of 2018/2019 that consisted of two learning classes. Based on the similarity of the statistics pretest result, one class was determined randomly as the experimental group and the other class as the control group. Statistical reasoning ability (SRA) and prior knowledge of statistics (PKS) were measured by test instruments. Student characters data were collected through a closed questionnaire. Each students academic character was explained by the association with nine PKS indicators. Based on the age, students were aged from 19 - 21 year and consisted of 29% of male and 71% of female. The PKS profile based on gender showed that female students tend to have higher SRA achievement for each indicator than male students. Students in the experimental group with more frequent learning intensity and longer learning periods tended to show better achievement of PKS compared to students in the control group. Students with low and high PKS levels indicated that the students- SRA achievement in the experimental group tended to be better than students- SRA achievement in the control group while the moderate level was not.

Abstract
Bottom ash (BA) is waste categorized as B3 and requires special handling and costs. BA become as an interesting issue since the coal using increase in various industries as a fuel. In another case, municipal solid waste (MSW) generation become the environmental problem in the urban area. This paper aims to utilize these two wastes to products and solution of environmental problems as well. The method used in this study is briquetting from BA and fermented of MSW called Biomassed Coal Fermented (BCF) briquettes. The formulations used 60% BA and 40% MSW. The BCF briquettes were tested in boiler 1 which fixed bed type at the kind textile industry. The results showed that with 10% substitution of BCF briquettes for coal use, combustion efficiency increased by 48%. The measurements of air emissions showed a value below of the air quality standard for particulate, SO2, and NO2. When compared with boiler 2 which is without substitution (100% using coal) the particulates and NO2 increased 28% and 2% respectively then SO2 decreased 67%. This interim trial showed the potential of BCF briquettes can be an alternative fuel while reducing the generation of BA and MSW.

Abstract
The objectives of this research is to examine the role of environmental performance in the relation between carbon emissions disclosure and firm value. A measurement tool using content analysis method to measure carbon emissions disclosure that adopts a checklist developed based on a request sheet obtained from the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP). Firm value is proxied with Tobins Q, while environmental performance is assessed based on the results of the environmental management performance appraisal program (PROPER) issued by the Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Environment. Sample of this study are being chosen by using purposive sampling method, which obtain 43 companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2014 to 2018. Multiple analysis regression is used to test the hyphotesis. The results indicate the carbon emissions disclosure has a positive and significant effect on firm value. This research also found that there is an evidence that environmental performance positively influences the relation of carbon emissions disclosure to firm value. These results indicate that ratings in PROPER can be a guarantee whether the company has performed its environmental performance properly or not. Participating in the PROPER program is a form of corporate responsibility in an effort to reduce the impact of environmental damage arising from the companys operational activities. Environmental performance has been proven as moderating variable to the relationship between carbon emission disclosure and firm value.

Abstract
Abstract
In the Greco-Roman and medieval times, when Mazab developed, Irrasioanls natural law had laid the philosophical foundations of basic obligations for humans rooted in the philosophy of metaphysics and divine values. Only when individual expressions flare up and urge recognition of basic human rights, the demands for recognition and protection of human rights develop. The teachings of Aquinas (1224-1274), Hugo Grotius (1583-1645), Magna Charta (1215), Human Rights Petition (1628), British Declaration of Human Rights (1689), United States Declaration of Independence (1776), and the French revolution (1789) is evidence of this shift. Changing the rationale from basic obligations to basic rights is a contradictory change, so that between basic obligations and basic rights seems to be a fundamental conflict. Based on our research using normative legal methods, it was based on several theories such as the balance theory proposed by John Rawl, and the theories of justice, among others, put forward by Thomas Aquinas and the theories of the law of the natural law can be concluded that rights and obligations are a unity cannot be separated. Therefore, respect for human rights must also be followed by human obligations. Thus, to see the realization of Human Rights as regulated in Articles 27 to 32 of the 1945 Constitution, philosophically, we must look at the atmosphere of mysticism in the Human Obligations that are in their minds. Thus, the implementation of the implementation of Human Rights does not stand alone and separate from the Human Obligations, but between Human Rights and the Obligations of Human Rights are mutually complementary.

Abstract
This study aims to find out 1) Chinese Ethnic background performing rituals at the tomb; 2) Patterns carried out during the ritual process take place; and 3) Linkages between rituals and non-formal education to respect ancestors. This study itself uses qualitative methods with a case study approach that uses several techniques: 1) Determination of informants; 2) Data collection; and 3) Data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that Chinese ethnicities who performed the rituals at the tomb are convinced that all their requests will be granted by ancestors who inhabit this tomb, such as requests relating to the smooth running of all kinds of world affairs, health, success, and those related to marriage. The pattern that is carried out during the ritual process starts from the preparation stage. Which continued with the implementation stage where this was the culmination of the ritual by bringing offerings. Then after implementation, do activities by sharing a little fortune. The ritual in this tomb is used as an educational medium that is very useful to continue the next generation through non-formal education to respect ancestors because there are cultural, psychological, and religious values in its implementation.

In this study, as it was carried out on culinary endeavors, the economic education in question included providing knowledge about: (1) financial management, (2) calculation of the cost of goods sold, (3) marketing that includes how to present and use good, attractive tools. This research is a qualitative descriptive study carried out on culinary businesses in the Pulosari area of Malang, which is the oldest culinary area in Malang. Pulosari area is in the middle of Malang and is an area surrounded by several campuses. Data analysis is carried out by stages of data reduction, data presentation, and reporting. The results of the study show that the continuity of the culinary businesses which are now in their second generations is inseparable from the family economic education provided by their predecessors. The financial management provided by giving a direct example to children is a knowledge that is deeply imprinted in the minds of the business successors. In addition, children were involved in the making of the business development plans, so that they know for sure what their parents did in an effort to develop their culinary efforts. The calculation of the cost of goods sold is carried out by taking into account the factors that affect the cost of goods sold. Economic education enables the culinary business players in the Pulosari region diversify their business, venturing into businesses other than culinary namely travel businesses and lodging businesses. It is expected that in the future they will need to improve their computer-based financial management skills, so that their calculations are not done manually and their calculation accuracies improve.

Abstract
The airline operating cost may vary along the operation time of the aircraft. This cost fluctuation should be taken as consideration for the decision-making process, for instance, the pricing calculation. A poor costing might distort pricing leading to a loss of business. A long-term oriented cost calculation to forecast the total cost of aircraft during the operation time is critical for the airline company. This research will study whether the life cycle cost analysis is fit for airline company with an emphasis on maintenance and disposal or aircraft redelivery cost and focus on aircraft operating lease context. It uses a case study framework on an airline in Indonesia with the interview and documentation analysis as the main research method. Abstract
Air Jet Loom (AJL) is a critical machine in textile industries, used to convert thread into fabric. This research uses a leading textile company in Yogyakarta as a study case. Preliminary observation in the case study shows that the AJL machine has a high downtime that affects the overall production process. This study aims to identify critical components of AJL machine and designing maintenance system for AJL machine to reduce downtime. Reliability centered maintenance (RCM) method was used in designing maintenance system by focusing on improving machine reliability. The study begins with the identification of critical components of AJL machine using a fishbone diagram and continued with pareto diagram. For each critical component, time between failure (TBF) data was collected. The collected TBF data is then used to calculate the level of reliability and maintenance schedule. The results found that there are six critical components of AJL machine, i.e. VPM, take up, insertion, kamran, oil circulation, and leno. The preventive maintenance scheduling interval for the six components is VPM 120 hours, belt take up 144 hours, insertion 72 hours, kamran 24 hours, oil circulation 144 hours and leno 96 hours. The proposed preventive maintenance schedule on the six critical components of AJL machine was able to reduce downtime by 30% and increase fabric production by 13%.

Abstract
Nyamplung (Calophyllum inophyllum) are widely spread in Indonesia and they are known to have many advantages. It has various benefits that can be utilized from root, stem, leaf, until seed. C inophyllum-s seed contains bioactive compound called calophyllolide. However, the utilization of C. inphyllum-s seed is still limited because they contain harmful toxins. So, C. inophyllum-s seed are generally used and investigated as a raw material of biodiesel. The aim of this research was to find the best condition to isolate calophyllolide, to know the yield of isolated calophyllolide and its purity percentage from crude C inophyllum oil. By far, the current research on calophyllolide is to extract the substance form C. inophyllum-s shell nut without further treatment on the shell nut. In this work, calophyllolide was separated from crude oil by silica gel adsorption and batchwise solvent extraction by using a mixture of hexane as non-polar solvent and methanol-water (9:1) as polar solvent. Liquid Liquid Extraction (LLE) was performed to purify the calophyllolide from polar liquid fraction produced from batchwise solvent extraction by mixture of hexane and ethyl acetate with solvent-PLF ratio 5:2. Ethyl acetate concentration in hexane used were 0%, 5%, and 9%. Each fraction obtained was tested qualitatively using Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) and quantitatively using Gas Chromatography (GC) to analyze calophyllolide mixture. The best separation method were obtained by batchwise solvent extraction and 5% ethyl acetate with 67,94% purity level.

Abstract
Gadung (Dioscorea hispida Dennst.) is one of tubers which is available in almost all regions in Indonesia. However, due to the high content of cyanide acid, these tubers cannot be consumed directly. Therefore, proper processing techniques are needed to improve the nutritional value in gadung tubers. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of fermentation time and initial bacteria cells number on improving the quality of modified gadung flour. Before fermentation process, gadung tubers were soaked in water at a ratio of 1:50 for 120 minutes to reduce levels of cyanide acid (161.83 ppm to 53.21 ppm). The fermentation time was performed for different periods of time (12, 24, and 36 hours) with intitial bacteria cell number of 1,21 x 1011 cells of Lactobacillus plantarum. The result showed that swelling power of modified gadung flour (6.75 g/g) was greater than wheat flour (4.57 g/g) but water solubility and flour whiteness degree of gadung flour (0.56% and 71.43%) were close to wheat flour (1.06% and 74,94% - 76.38%), for fermentation time of 36 hours.

Abstract
The governments policy in the food sector is to achieve food self-sufficiency in the context of national food security, whose priority is in the form of partiality to farmers to improve welfare. This policy cannot be felt yet by the farmers who live in Tayuban village, Panjatan Subdistrict, Kulonprogo Regency, because there are still obstacles in its implementation. The problem faced by farmers in this village in increasing crop production is the lack of availability of water sources for irrigating secondary crops, especially in the dry season. The lack of water availability causes plant productivity to be low, so that farmers income is low. To overcome the problem of water shortages, a surface geological survey was carried out as a preliminary study to find out the watershed (DAS) and identify the hydrogeological system of the study area. Based on watershed and hydrogeological systems data, in turn engineering can be carried out to meet water supply for irrigated agricultural land.
