Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyse the science students- Grade Point Average (GPA) on the basis of admission recruitment systems, gender and the origin of high schools. The research was conducted in the Faculty of Science and Engineering Undana. The anaysis focused on the first year students of the program to determine whether there is a significant difference in the GPAs on the admission grounds, gender and where their high schools were from. This was a survey research with cross-sectional approach, where data was taken at the same time period. The results indicate that students admitted through selection based upon secondary high school grades- (SNMPTN) perform nearly as well as those admitted via SBMPTN and Independent selection process. In addition female and male students produce indifferent GPAs. The analysis also revealed that the origin of students- secondary high schools do not affect significantly in students- academic performance in their first year university. This contradicts to the community assumption that students admitted through particular admission process and from particular areas in the province perform better academically than others.

Abstract
Human Papiloma Virus (HPV) is one of the viruses that can cause cervical cancer. However, vaccination can prevent such virus. The spread of the virus on cervical cancer can be modeled in SI model, however such model has not produced accurate result. The development and extension of the model into S1S2IRC with S1 denotes the population age 0 – 10 years and S2 represent the population over 10 years which is susceptible to HPV infection. The results produces a disease free and endemic equilibrium points. The analysis on the equilibrium points yields that the disease free equilibrium point will be asymptotically stable for R0 < 1 and R0 > 1 for endemic equilibrium point. The results indicate that the bigger the probablity of human prone to the HPV virus the bigger the chance of these individuals be infected by the virus. Therefore vaccination is required to protect the virus infection.

Abstract
In the Industrial Revolution Era of 5.0, when the role of human resources play an important role, the binary gender distinction between man and woman shall be adapted to the challenges in the society. The role of woman in Communities which is based on Indigenous Knowledge and Culture has been considered as a gender biased as woman was seen to be sub-ordinate to the role of man in terms of their role between public and domestic. However, the practice of some Local Institutions in the Sunda Region of West Java, i.e. Gintingan and Perelek, have demonstrated that the women predominantly play an important role in the community. Using a qualitative method of survey of literature, this paper attempts to elaborate that although in Sundanese Culture, the patriarchic role in the society between man and woman women has been dominating the tradition, however the practice of some local institutions have demonstrated that there is a gender empowerment among Indigenous Communities which show that the local people have been negotiating the gender role in the Society.

In Indonesia, products made from aluminum and glass, such as windows, doors, storefronts, etc, are currently growing to replace products made of wood because aluminum basically is more durable, stronger and also cheaper than wood. Seeing this opportunity, many entrepreneurs are just starting to make small businesses by creating products made of aluminum and glass, one of which is Serba Guna Alumindo. However, the number of SMEs engaged in this industry makes Serba Guna Alumindo have difficulty in competing with other SMEs to get more customers and managing their business, especially in marketing strategy. In this paper, we will discuss how SMEs Serba Guna Alumindo creates a good relationship and conduct direct selling activities effectively to acquire a new customer and develop the digital marketing channel through social media (Facebook, Instagram) and website so that they can grow optimally, with business coaching as the method. The framework used for this research is Customer Relationship Management, how to build a good relational marketing during direct selling activities by using Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) as the standard and customer acquisition strategy by using digital marketing to reach a new customer and create an online presence.

Abstract
High-level radioactive nuclear liquid wastes (HLLW: radioactive metal ions in 2 M nitric acid solution) are generated in the reprocessing of spent nuclear fuels or in the decommissioning of nuclear reactors. In the process of producing the vitrified objects containing the wastes by using a glass melter, platinum-group metals (PGMs) [especially, ruthenium (Ru), rhodium (Rh), and palladium (Pd)] and molybdenum (Mo) cause serious problems: PGMs tend to be accumulated on the sidewall surface of the melter, whereas Mo compounds, so called yellow phase, are formed in the vitrified object. These issues result in (i) degradation of vitrified objects due to heterogenization and (ii) an increase in both disposal space and processing costs in conjunction with additional vitrified rods obtained by flushing the glass melter. To solve these issues, we have developed a process for efficient removal of PGMs and Mo from HLLW prior to introducing into the glass melter, using metal hexacyanoferrates (HCF) as a sorbent [1-3]. It is important to reveal the sorption mechanisms of PGMs and Mo for design of high performance HCF sorbents. In this talk, we will present the results on the sorption characteristics of Prussian blue (PB) nanoparticles, one of the HCFs, to the above metal ions in nitric acid solution, obtained using various spectroscopies and first-principles calculations. Abstract
This research was conducted to explore the relationship between formal mathematics and Lingko, a system of traditional agricultural land distribution in Pocoleok, Manggarai-NTT Regency. Lingko was interesting to study concerning mathematics because of the philosophical values contained in lingko and the lingko sharing ceremony. This research focused on two things, namely: (1) how the distribution of ulayat land, Lingko, was mathematically reviewed while still paying attention to cultural values, and (2) how the community practiced mathematical concepts in the distribution of Lingko. The first focus of the problem was to uncover the mathematical activity of the distribution of ulayat land, Lingko, which was unknowingly carried out by the Pocoleok, Manggarai indigenous peoples. Knowledge gained from this first study might produce a new approach to learning mathematics, both from a mathematical or mathematical education perspective. The second focus of the problem seeks to reveal the extent to which the basic concepts of Manggarai culture (following understanding) to solve mathematical problems faced in the reality of life. This second study provides more space for cultural-based mathematics learning, namely how to understand mathematical concepts based on contextual issues that arise in Manggarai culture.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the difficulties experienced by junior high school students on algebraic concepts and the factors that cause difficulties in understanding algebraic concepts. The approaches and methods used in this study are qualitative approaches and naturalistic methods. The study was conducted at one of the schools in the Karawang district with the subject of the teacher and 9 students of class VIII that fit the criteria. The instruments in this study used a description test of 7 questions related to the ability to understand concepts and non-test instruments in the form of interviews, observation sheets, and field notes. The results of the data analysis showed the most dominant difficulties experienced by students, namely the indicators applying and analyzing with very high difficulty categories. These difficulties are influenced by several factors, including poor physical health, impaired sensory function, low interest in learning and student motivation, not mastering basic and classroom abilities that are not conducive. Alternative learning that can be done to minimize the difficulty of students in understanding the algebraic concept is to be able to use media or teaching aids and create a pleasant learning atmosphere.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the problem of achievement and improved critical thinking skills and dispositions mathematical high school students between those who use the scientific approach to integrating brain based learning with a scientific approach , examining the association between variablesand an overview of student performance. This study is an experimental study with a design pretest-posttest design. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique . The instruments used were tests and non-tests , the test instruments included tests of mathematical critical thinking skills while the non-test included attitude scale tests Student mathematical disposition . The results showed that the achievement and improvement of critical thinking skills (CTS) with a scientific approach to integrating Brain-based Learning (SAIBBL) better than class with scientific approach (SA). Mathematical Disposition (MD) student in the classroom with using learning (SAIBBL) better than students in class with SA. There is a strong association between CTS and MD . The overall picture of student performance with SAIBBL is superior and students are more active in learning. These results prove that the use of SAIBBL is better than SAI.

Abstract
This study aim to know the effect of active learning model Guided Note Taking (GNT) on student-s critical thinking ability for work and energy subject in senior high school. This study was held in Senior High School 77 on March 2019. This research used a quasi experimental method with a nonrandomized pretest-posttest design. The sample used purposive sampling, so the experimental class and control class were obtained. Before the research started, a pretest was given to know both classes have the same condition. The results showed that the pretest average value of experimental class was 43,25 while the control class was 42,75. This research instrument was posttest essay-s type with 10 questions. Prerequirement test used normality test by Chi-quadrate formula, because X2hitung≤X2table (4,58≤11,070) on experimental class, and X2hitung≤X2table (4,72≤11,070) on control class, so data was normally distributed. Homogenity test on α=5% and n=36 got that Fhitung≤Ftable (1,427≤1,757), so data was homogen. Based on hypothesis test by t-test with α=0,05 and dk=n1+n2-2, got that thitung>ttable (4,278>1,667), So, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Then, the conclusion is student-s critical thinking ability who learn with Guided Note Taking model higher than direct instruction model and also Guided Note Taking has an effect on student-s critical thinking ability.
