Abstract
Sign language is one of the most effective ways to communicate with deaf people. However, not everyone is able to use sign language. Therefore in this study, a sign language display system was created using a hand robot that was moved through an Android-based application on a smartphone to overcome this problem. The design and development of the system begin from the manufacture of hardware consisting of one hand robot with 11 servo motors as the actuators, the Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller as the main controller and a Bluetooth module for wireless communication between hand robot and smartphone. Then software development is carried out on the hand robot controller and android based application on a smartphone. Furthermore, system testing is carried out by validating the results of the letters and numbers shown by hand robot with gestures in the Indonesian Language Signaling System Dictionary (SIBI). The results show that the hand robot has been able to display letters and numbers according to the instructions given by an Android-based application on a smartphone with an 80% accuracy rate.

Abstract
Mathematics is a very important branch of science mastered early to be able to create future technology. The fact is that currently mathematics is less favoured by students for reasons that are difficult and boring because they lack understanding of the concept and how to calculate it. According to an international study that reported the results of the ability of Indonesian students from PISA (program for international student assessment) in 2015 Indonesia was ranked 63rd out of 69 countries. Based on observations in several junior high schools in Malang City, data on learning outcomes of students who did not understand mathematical material were obtained, from 120 students there were only 45% (54 students) getting more than the minimum standard of mastery learning (KKM)> 75, due to lack of interest and student motivation to learn mathematics. A game is one solution that is considered appropriate for students who experience learning difficulties because psychologically children prefer learning in the form of games. The method used in this study was the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), while the educational game design was developed using the Unity application. Games that have been made have succeeded in attracting students interest in learning and can increase the value of student learning outcomes from 120 students who have succeeded in exceeding the KKM standard of 85% or equal to 102 students, this shows an increase of 40% from previous student data.

Abstract
Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) is an operational initiation to overcome environmental problems that many organizations experience, including Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This study aims to determine the effect of the industrial environment on GSCM implementation and its impact on organizational performance in food and beverage SMEs in the East Java province, Indonesia. The survey and interviews were conducted with 76 Food and Beverage Association members. The variables studied included the industrial environment, GSCM, and organizational performance, and decentralization in moderating GSCM towards Organizational Performance. Data was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that the Industrial environment has a significant effect on Organizational Performance, but does not have a significant effect on GSCM. GSCM does not have significant effect on Organizational Performance. However, decentralization was not able to moderate the influence of the Industrial Environment on Organizational Performance. The nature of the centralized authority on SMEs needs further testing given that such rapid environmental changes certainly require a rapid response in anticipating the speed of market changes. Also, how should the influence of a decentralized organizational structure on SMEs in various countries or in the country with foreign ownership, need to be investigated further.

Abstract
Inflammation is a local reaction from living tissue or cells to a stimulation or injury. This anti-inflammatory test aims to determine the effect of anti-inflammatory treatment on changes in edema volume in rat-s feet after induced by carrageenan. Anti-inflammatory that is used in this research is celecoxib. Celecoxib is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent that works by inhibiting selective cyclooxigenase enzymes. In this pharmacological screening test, 2 wistar strains of white rats were tested, which were weighed before anti-inflammatory administration. The rats were divided into 2 groups, namely the negative and positive control group. As for the negative control, the treatment was given 0.9% NaCl as much as 4 mL per oral, while for positive control was given celecoxib 100 mg / 55.5 ml. the volume of edema in the rat-s feet was measured using pletismometer. We found that there was no significant difference in the volume of edema between the group given 0.9% NaCl and the group given celecoxib. Therefore, we conclude that celecoxib as an anti-inflammatory agent is not able to inhibit edema in rat-s feet.

Abstract
Cajuput plants (Melaleuca cajuputi Powell) and its waste are one of the plants that can produce essential oils. Cajuput plant essential oil has the largest compound component, 1.8 cineol which has the ability as an antibacterial to kill pathogenic bacteria. The purpose of this study was to determine the antibacterial activity of cajuput leaf waste extract against pathogenic bacteria and find out the category of inhibition zones formed from extracts of cajuput leaf waste. This study used a completely randomized design method. Cajuput leaf waste used has a shelf life of 0 months, 2 months and 4 months old. The pathogenic bacteria used consisted of 17 isolates, each treatment was repeated twice. The results showed that cajuput leaf extract had antibacterial activity known by the formation of inhibitory zones. The inhibitory zone in the extract of the 0-month leaf waste was greater than in the leaves extract of leaves of 2 months and 4 months. The diameter of the inhibition zone is at most 13 mm and at least 1 mm. With these results, it can be concluded that the antibacterial activity of eucalyptuscajuput leaf waste belongs to the category of weak to strong.

Abstract
Antibiotic resistance is currently an emerging global threat that is triggered by misused and overused of antibiotics, which led to higher mortality and morbidity rate. Information of antibiotic resistance iscrucial to determine the ideal treatment for patients. Since these data is rather scarce in Bali, we performed antibiotic susceptibility profile of different clinical bacterial isolates in the General Hospital Sanjiwani Gianyar Bali based on retrospective data in 2018. The data included type of tested antibiotics, name of clinical bacterial isolates, sex of patient and antibiotic resistance profile. Among 65 clinical bacterial isolates, high diversity of bacterial pathogen was found and grouped into 22 species, which Escherichia coli, Klebsiela pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus were the three predominant isolates identified. Exposure against 28 different antibiotics showed majority of bacterial isolates were resistant against baxtrim, aztreonam, ciprofloxacin, but susceptibility towards meropenem, amikacin and cefoperazone-sulbactam were observed. Routine surveillance to determine antibiotic resistance profile are of important and recommended to generate a local antibiogram as guideline to overcome pathogenic infections.

Abstract
Exposure the ultraviolet (UV) radiation results in a photo-oxidative reaction that reduces the antioxidant defense system and increases the formation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) on the skin. Antioxidant creams protect the skin from adverse effects of UV which cause the initial signs of aging. Several creams containing 0.02 (F1); 0.2 (F2); and 2% of virgin olive oil (VOO) or virgin coconut oil (VCO) were prepared. Antioxidant activities of VOO, VCO, and their creams were evaluated by DPPH radical scavenging assay. The results showed that the oils and formulations have antioxidant activities. The IC50 value of VOO, F1, F2, and F3 of VOO were 31.7±0.1; 176.3±5.9; 111.9±4.7; 90.4±5.5 µg/mL, respectively. Furthermore, The IC50 value of VCO, F1, F2, and F3 of VCO were 44.7±2.0; 62.56±1.8; 53.56±1.7; 47.14±1.7 µg/mL, respectively. The formulation of antioxidant cream containing VOO meets the requirement of stability and physical properties. Meanwhile, the formulation of antioxidant cream containing VCO meets the requirement of stability and some physical properties, except for pH value.

Abstract
One type of light weight cement is foam cement which can be used in cementing operations in weak zones with the possibility of small fractures, and reducing the amount of light weight cement suspension levels. The foam cement suspension can be used to solve lost circulation due to natural vertical fractures or cavernous formations. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential of foam cement slurry to solve the loss circulation in geothermal wells Making slurry cement uses class G cement at 200 mesh and 100 mesh sizes with the composition of Cement. The cement is put into the waring blender containing water, stir it for 35 seconds, adding foam agent into cement slurry with variations in foam agent concentration of 0.03%, 0.06%, 0.09%, 0.12% and 0.15%. Observation of foam cement slurry above was carried out for 30 minutes to test the stability of bubbles in the mixture. The results this study showed different compressive strength values at variations of the concentration of foam agent. The strength value is strongly influenced by evaluation of permeability, porosity and bulk density of core foam cement. The test results of samples with 0.03% Sika-aer concentration have a compressive strength value of 3745,533 psia, while samples with Sika-aer concentration of 0.15% have compressive value of 1701.459 psia The value of compressive strength core foam cement samples can form a linear line relationship between variations in foam agent concentration.

Abstract
Pattern X is one of the patterns in Field Z which is 60 km west of Prabumulih, South Sumatra, where the full scale waterflood is implemented. In general, the pattern used is an irregular inverted 5-spot where there are six production wells namely Z-091, Z-098, Z-110, Z-157, Z-195, and Z-233 and one injection well namely Z-227. Waterflood is a secondary recovery method by injecting water into the reservoir. Waterflood surveillance analysis was carried out to determine the conditions around the production and injection wells during waterflood. Surveillance analysis is used as a measure of the success in waterflood activities. One of methods that used is the Hall Plot method. It is obtained a slope which moves upward where displacement is moved normally or stable. However, over time there is an increase in the slope of the tilt where skin changes occur. In fact, the slope that occurs due to the installation of Multilayer Packer is used to adjust the desired injection rate. In the end, the injection results have no problems and runs stable. Based on the results of the Waterflood Surveillance Analysis Using the Hall Plot method, it can be concluded that the injection in the Z-227 injection well runs normally or stably

Abstract
This study aims to implement a decision-making approach in selecting electric generators in manufacturing companies. The first step is to compile a set of criteria that is matched with the companys preferences. The next step is to apply the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weight of the criteria using pairwise comparations. Furthermore, simple additive weighting (SAW) is used to select the best alternative using quantitative data. The study was conducted at a manufacturing company engaged in textile in Indonesia. The results showed that there were six criteria used to select electric generators, namely product prices, capacity, reliability, maintenance costs, ease of service and service life. The application of this approach has been able to help decision makers in the group decision-making process effectively and efficiently. Besides that, the results of this study have been able to utilize qualitative and quantitative data to produce the best solution in the selection of alternatives.
