Abstract
Indonesian oil and gas needs continue to increase, all of which are inversely proportional to oil and gas production which is always decreasing, one of the efforts to increase production is by EOR injection, one of the EOR injections is polymer injection. In this study we will use FP3300S polymer with a concentration of 500ppm, 750ppm, 1,000ppm, 1,250ppm, 1,500ppm, 1,750ppm, 2,000ppm, 2,250ppm and 2,500ppm. The purpose and objective of this study was to determine the effect of polymer concentration on increased viscosity, determine effect of polymer concentration on polymer screening (compatibility, filtration, screen factor, thermal stability), and to find out how the results of polymer injection, the higher the study found. polymer concentration the higher the viscosity where the highest at the polymer concentration of 2,500ppm with 19,38cp, the viscosity needed by the polymer as the injection fluid is the polymer viscosity greater than 2X the oil viscosity to be injected, where the oil viscosity is 5,2cp. then while in polymer screening it is found that the higher polymer concentration is not necessarily good for screening polymers, and polymer inclusions have been shown to increase recovery factor, recovery factor obtained at 51.5% water injection and polymer injection is 23.1%, before injection really need to be on do screening first, in order to get the most optimal concentration to be injected.

Abstract
The background of this research is students who are less interested in the theory of making cakes, gateuxes, and tortenes. Students prefer and understand practice. The students feel bored in the theory of making cakes, gateux and torten, because there are many things students have to learn and memorize, as well as the teaching methods carried out by educators still using the old learning model so the students in the class become boring and tense. To overcome these problems, we need a learning model that is appropriate and relevant to the conditions of the students. This study aims to: (1) obtain information on differences in learning outcomes between students who use the ARIAS learning model and students taught by using a direct learning model in making cakes, gateux and torten at 3 Vocational Highschool, Bogor. This research is an experimental research with a quantitative approach, in which the research sample is divided into two classes, namely: (1) class XII Patiseri 1 which is taught using the ARIAS learning model; and (2) class XII Patiseri 2 which is taught using the direct learning model. The study found: (1) The average score of cognitive learning outcomes, students using the ARIAS learning model were 80, significantly higher than using the direct learning model was 75, in making cake, gateux and torten at 3 Vocational Highschool, Bogor. Abstract
Abstract Additives are chemical compounds added to preserve food. There are two types of additives; natural and artificial additives. The durability of wet noodles is relatively lower compared to other staple food. There are various methods to preserve wet noodles. One of which is the addition of natural additives. Natural additives are chosen because they are safer than artificial additives which are more precarious to human health. The natural additives used are carrots because they contain B-carotene compounds functioning as antioxidants that reduce and or deactivate free radical attacks and ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species) on food caused by microorganisms. These processes increase the durability of wet noodles. The research aimed to determine the effect of B-carotene content in carrots as a natural additive for wet noodle preservation. The method used was an experiment with B-carotene concentration variations in carrots; 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, and 80%. From the results, it was found that at the 60% concentration of B-carotene, the durability of wet noodles reached the maximum 4 day. This fact showed that the addition of high concentration B-carotene will affect the durability of wet noodles. And carrots can be used as natural additives in preserving wet noodles.

Abstract
The Indonesian region has abundant alternative energy sources that can be used to meet electrical energy needs. One potential alternative energy source is water energy that can be converted into electrical energy with a water turbine. Water turbines are generally one stage, whereas water energy on the output side is still quite large. In this study, experiments were made using a two-stage micro water turbine model with blade angle variations on the second stage turbine. The type of turbine used in this study is a crossflow turbine with a vertical shaft. The results show that the 45 degree blade angle on the second stage turbine can increase the second stage turbine rotational speed, and also increase the first stage turbine rotational speed. So that the total power of the turbine increases up to 29% compared to 15 degrees blade angle. This indicates that the appropriate selection of the second stage turbine blade angle will significantly affect the total turbine power and its efficiency.

Abstract
The photocatalytic performance of Zinc oxide nanorods (ZnO NRs) still needs to be improved. One method that could be used to enhance the photocatalytic activity of ZnO NRs is by adding the noble metals nanoparticles and transition metals dopings. In this work,we synthesized nanocomposites of ZnO NRs/Au and Co-doped ZnO NRs/Au nanoparticles (NPs) by using ultrasonic spray pyrolysis and hydrothermal methods on the glass substrate. The microstructural, morphological, and optical properties of both nanocomposites were characterized by using XRD, FESEM and UV-Vis and PL spectroscopy. The photocatalytic performance was evaluated through the degradation of methylene blue (MB) under UV radiation. The results show that the pure ZnO NRs only degrades 28.8%, while the ZnO NRs/Au NPs could degrades 37.3%. Furthermore, the Co doped ZnO NRs/Au NPs also increases the degradation rate up to 46.5%. Based on these results, we conclude that the presence of Au on ZnO NR-s surface could enhance the photocatalytic activity due to its role as an electron sink that reduces the recombination rate of electrons and holes while the incorporation of Co in ZnO NRs could also enhance the number of crystal defects that beneficial for enhancing the photocatalytic activity of ZnO NRs.

Abstract
Abstract Cheese is commonly derived from cows milk by separating whey and curds through a fermentation process, involving both aerobic and anaerobic microbial activities. Cheese making is done through a process called milk coagulation with the help of rennet. However, rennet is not easily obtained and rather expensive. Fortunately, rennet can be substituted by cermai fruit extract in this milk coagulation process. The present study aims at determining the concentration of cermai fruit extract thatcan optimally speed up the clumping process of FH cattle milk in cheese making. The extracts were obtained through smooth blending, filtering, and squeezing. Five experiments were conducted using extracts with different concentrations: 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, and 90%. The results show that 90% is the most optimum concentration of cermai fruit to help the coagulation process in cheese making. The milk coagulated in the average time of 5.4 minutes. To conclude, cermai fruit extract could determine the milk coagulation process time period and can be used as a substitute for rennet

Abstract
The function of drilling mud is to lift drill cuttings to surface while maintaining condition in drilling hole. The purpose of this study was to determine ability to lift cutting in oil drilling wells using Cutting Transport Ratio, Cutting Concentration and Cutting Carrying Index methods. In drilling operations there are two important things must be considered in the wellbore cleaning, namely pumps and drilling mud rheology. Penetration formation layer will result in cutting due to chisel that erodes the rock so that if left unchecked it can accumulate at the bottom borehole. The speed of flow of sludge fluid is flowed, the flow pattern in circulation of sludge, and ability to lift the cutting in well are affected by mud pump to determine flow rate of pump. In addition to the value of rheology of sludge such as plastic viscosity and yield point values of mud density also affect the performance of the sludge to be a medium for lifting drill bits. Provisions on the method for lifting the cutting with the Cutting Transport Ratio method must have a value of> 90%, the Cutting Concentration method has a value of <5%, and Cutting Carrying Index has a value of 1.

Abstract
Leaf shape biometric design shows promising potential as a flow field to supply air reactants in Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cell. However, studies that discuss the dimensions of biometric flow field in detail are rarely encountered. The channel width can affect the supply of reactants, the better the supply of reactants the better the cell performance can be achieved. In this study we investigated the effect of the mother channel width on the biometric flow field towards cell performance using numerical simulations. The model is composed of 9 layers with 25 cm2 of active area. The channel dimension is varied by considering Murray theory. Simulation results show that the optimal width of the mother channel can increase power density by up to 6% compared to other variations. This increase can be achieved due to a more uniform distribution of oxygen concentration.

Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the effect of salinity which can produce the most fecundity and number of shrimp larvae (Macrobrachium rosenbergii de Man). The experiment was designed using 24 units of randomized block design (RBD) using 20-30 g (I) and 40-60 g (II) heavy parent shrimp, with differences in salinity 0 Promil (0/00), 3 Promil (0 / 00), 5 Promil (0/00), and 7 Promil (0/00) which were repeated 3 times. The results showed that differences in salinity of the parent weight group (20-30 g and 40-50 g) had a very significant effect on fecundity and the number of larvae produced. The highest fecundity and production of shrimp larvae were obtained at salinity 5 Promil (0/00) in the parent weight group 40-60 g.
