Abstract
Under normal operating conditions nuclear facilities have potential release of radioactive substances into water bodies. Radionuclide release to the environment is very complex that it needs to be simplified with a mathematical model approach using Surface Water Modeling Systems (SMS 10.1) that resolves hydrodynamic differential equations by finite element method. In river, pollutant dispersion is strongly influenced by the process of advection and diffusion, where the advection process becomes more dominant. The goal of this research is to model the dispersion of 60Co radionuclides in Cisalak River located around Serpong Nuclear Area. In this research, the simulation is done by the hydrodynamic model simulation using Resources Management Associates (RMA2) module to model the flow and continued using RMA4 to model the dispersion of pollutants. In addition, this research uses discharge values variations for the dry and rainy seasons. The 60Co concentration at the release source is the highest, lowest, and average value in the last three years. The results shown that the dispersion pattern of 60Co concentration along Cisalak River is a function of distance and time. In addition, the concentration of pollutants is strongly influenced by river characteristics and also discharge of the river and effluent.

Abstract
This paper presents a detailed description about design of phase shifting transformer to reduce source current harmonic generated by variable speed drive (VSD) units commonly used for controlling speed of hot air blower motors of a stenter machine in textile industry. Nine units of VSD are used in a stenter machine of a selected textile industry that generates source current with relatively high harmonic content. Total harmonic distortion (THD) figure of the source current varies from 43.91% to 50.34%. The source current contains all odd order harmonics except triplen ones. A method proposed to reduce this source current harmonic is by using phase shifting transformer. Two different phase shifting transformer arrangements are possible. The first one is arrangement of three phase shifting transformers. The other one is arrangement of nine phase shifting transformers. Arrangement of three phase shifting transformers uses Yy, Yz1 and Yz2 three-phase winding connection to produce phase shifting of 0, 20 and –20 respectively. Meanwhile, arrangement of nine phase shifting transformers uses one Yy three-phase winding connection with 0 phase shifting, four Yz1 three-phase winding connections with 6.67, 13.34, 20 and 26.67 phase shifting respectively and four Yz2 three-phase winding connections with –6.67, –13.34, –20 and –26.67 phase shifting respectively. Results from simulation using MATHLAB SIMULINK show that harmonic content of the source current reduced significantly. THDs of the source current drop to 1.99% and 1.74% respectively when arrangements of three phase shifting transformers and nine phase shifting transformers are used.

Abstract
Aceh Besar is one of the areas prone to flash floods and landslides. On January 2, 2013 there was a flood and landslide at Tebing Krueng Teungku in Seulimum District. The collapse of a slope can be caused by an increase in the shear stress of the soil mass or a decrease in the shear strength of the soil mass to withstand the forces that are mobilized due to the soil mass and the presence of external loads. Based on these problems, we need an analysis that can provide solutions to slope problems by repairing or strengthening. Calculations were performed using the Geo Slope/W Program and Simplified Bishop Method on the Krueng Teungku cliff at Points A-01, B-02, and C-03. In the calculation phase of the Geo Slope/W Program, the Safety Factor (SF) values are 1,087, 1,041 and 1,158. In the calculation using the Simplified Bishop Method the SF are obtained namely 1.033, 1.017, and 1.106 where these values do not meet the safety factor requirements of SF>1.25. Therefore it is necessary to make efforts to strengthen the slope to avoid landslides such as installing gabions or retaining walls in accordance with the conditions on the ground.

Abstract
Gallery Walk learning and site visit is learning methods that fell under the social constructivism theory of learning that can promote learning towards industrial revolution 4.0. These learning strategies allow students to understand better about the subject or a learning topic that connects them with vast data and industries. This learning strategy creates opportunities for students to share information, views, and ideas with peers and industries. Gallery Walk cooperative is a learning model that can stimulate and strengthen students memory in the learning process because what students learn is seen and analyzed directly, not only seen through images. This study is about the application of Gallery Walk teaching methods that are modified according to the suitability needs of the learning objectives. On subjects related to law and act, students need to understand and evaluate the effects and consequences if they fail to be complied with. The details of the Act need to be memorized and understood in the context of the Hair Care and Hairdressing subject very important in ensuring the right of consumers, salon premises, workers rights and guidelines to work well. The students have visited the saloon in their group to interview the saloon owner related to legislative and act in salon management. During the gallery walk activity, the students were divided into two big groups and every group then divided again into five groups according to the division of law and act in salon management. Modified Walk Gallery strategy was used to ensure all the students involved in the presentation and discussion. A few strategies were used such as smaller group members, an active presentation by group members, Q and A session and assessment session among the other groups members and pre-discussion. From the observations, the student presenters played a good role and they managed to convey the information by giving example to each division on the acts they were presented and managed to create a good climate in discussing and conveying the knowledge related to the real situation in saloon. Besides that, the audiences were also felt confident to throw questions to the presenter until they understand the descriptions of the acts. From the qualitative data, 93.7% of the students were able to answer the examination very well and 89.8% of them could give the correct reality example according to the acts questioned. Related to the finding, the combination of saloon visits and modified gallery walk should be applied to other subjects related to law and act. It needs a good plan teaching method and systematic process to ensure the students capture the real understanding of the saloon law and acts.

Abstract
Soil organic matter (SOM) has a very vital role in determining soil fertility status and land productivity. The amount of SOM in the soil varies greatly depending on land use and land management. This study aims to describe the SOMs status in various land uses and management, and to test the accuracy of near infrared (NIR) technology in measuring the SOM. A total of 100 soil samples (0-10 cm depth) were collected from various land uses and management (rain-fed land, irrigated land, land planted 1-3 times with annual crops, land planted with 1-3 perennial plants) in Kayangan Sub-District, North Lombok. The dried, ground and sieved soil samples were divided into 2 parts; some parts were analyzed using the Walkley and Black method, and the other parts were scanned using near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS). Partial least square regression (PLSR) was used to create a SOM prediction model. The results showed that the SOM content varied from very low to moderate. The content of SOM was significantly higher in the irrigated areas compared to the rain-fed areas. The SOM content was higher in the areas planted with annual crops 3 times a year compared to the areas planted 1-2 times a year. In addition, SOM content was higher in areas planted with 2-3 types of perennial plants, compared to those planted with 1 type of perennial plants. However, the SOM content was not significantly different in the area planted with annual and perennial plants. NIRS technology was relatively accurate in measuring SOM, which was compared with conventional (Walkley and Black) method. Thus, this technology can be used to monitor spatially changes in SOM. With the relatively low SOM in various land uses in the study area, the addition of SOM through fertilization is recommended.

Abstract
Many studies encourage destinations to consider dispersal and mobility as key strategic components of tourism planning and development. Essential aspects such as destinations visited, the arrival and exit directions become a basis for formulating a tourism planning policy. However, research in examining this paradigm by using a spatial analysis is limited. This paper introduces an analysis by using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to create a visualization of tourist dispersal and mobility. This methodology was implemented in the Great Ocean Road Region, an iconic regional destination in Australia that is experiencing a limited tourist dispersal. Results from 351 questionnaires were processed by GIS with a web-based application. The data process uses tools, including ArcGIS ESRI to create spatial data and PHP and JavaScript programming languages to visualize the results. The results show that there is a low geographical dispersal in the region with the hinterland area remains untapped while the coastal area receives abundant of tourists. It is aggravated by limited tourist mobility which arrives and exit from the same direction. With GIS technology, the visualization from this spatial analysis shows a possible tourism pressure that is worth-noted by policy-makers in the planning and development process.

Abstract
The integration of a wireless network in a closed-loop control system can provide several benefits such as flexibility, installation, and maintenance. However, the presence of time delay in the network system can reduce the control performance. On the other hand, control signal saturation is also the problem that must be overcome in designing a controller. This study aims to design a DC motor speed control by integrating wireless network in its closed-loop system. This concept is known as the Wireless Networked Control System (WNCS). The network parameter used in this study is focused on the time delay. In the controller side, we use a saturation parameter which usually occurs due to limitations of the input signal. The PI-AW controller is used due to having the ability to overcome the saturation of the control signal. The simulation results show that the PI-AW controller can produce the best responses if compared with PI linear and PI saturated with settling time under 1.5 seconds and overshoot less than 8% for three constant values of time delay. The control signal generated also does not exceed the maximum limit of 12 V.

Abstract
Renewable energy utilization is recognized as a way to increase energy access for rural and remote areas. However, such efforts are not only depending on the economic and technological aspects but also the support of the society and respective stakeholders. Some studies have focused on managing stakeholder in a wide scope of energy projects but on the other hand, studies in relation to rural electrification project schemes seems to be lacking. To help understand the wider scope of rural electrification, this paper analyses a range of past and current research development on this domain and places the literature on the framework of stakeholder management. The review indicates that stakeholder management in relation to rural electrification program is identified under three major themes such as stakeholder influence, stakeholder identification and classification, and stakeholder involvement.

Scoliosis is defined as a musculoskeletal condition that has an abnormal lateral spinal curvature as its main feature. One of the medical treatments for scoliotic spine is by surgery to install an instrument or implant consists of pedicle screws, rods, and connector in fixation of the spinal curvature. However, many cases of failure both in the instrument and the interface of bone and pedicle screw connections were found. One of the problems occasionally was related to the risks of screw loosening and pulled out. This paper will observe and discuss numerically the stress distribution in the screws and bone interface in scoliotic spine fixation using finite element analysis. The contact interface is modeled variously by bonded contact, friction contact, and frictionless contact. The analysis is done by two types of load; axial or pull out load and shearing load. It is found that in bonded contact between screws and bone, the stress distribution is more uniforms along the contact surface and lower maximum stress in the bone. Therefore, the risk of pulling out the screws will be minimized. On the other hand, friction contact with a low friction coefficients makes the stress distribution in concentrated in specific region and increase the maximum stress in bone.

Abstract
Soft clay is soil that need microscopic to sub microscopic size originating from the chemical weathering of rock compilers. Clay soil is very hard in a dry state and is plastic at moderate water content. At higher water contents the clay soil is sticky (cohesive) and very soft. Soil stabilization is an effort to improve the quality of the soil by using certain materials to increase soil strength. Soil stabilization is the process of mixing soil with certain materials to improve the technical properties of the soil and is an attempt to change or improve the technical properties of the soil to meet certain technical requirements of the soil carrying capacity. This research is an experimental study to determine the carrying capacity of clay soil stability using volcanic ash deposits and tailings instead of cement. The research variables are volcanic ash deposits which is locked of 8% and tailings with the variation of 4%, 5%, 6% and ripening for 3 days, 7 days and 14 days. The benefits of this experimental study are expected to get the carrying capacity of the soil from stabilized soil greater than the carrying capacity of the original soil by the unconfined compression test (UCS).
