Abstract
Background: For nowadays the online mass media has prominent role in informing the public related to the certain issues such as public health concern to the audiences who have no direct knowledge or experience. Purpose: We conducted an online mass media analysis in Indonesia in order to explore one dimension of climate change impact issue for public health. Our focus was whether and how online mass media construct public awareness in response to the impact of climate change on human health. Methods: We developed a search strategy consisting of three progressively more delimited phases. First, we searched major publication for articles in online mass media in Indonesia published from 2009 to 2014. The list of online media was provided by the National Library of Indonesia. Second, we selected articles employing general and specific set of criteria. Lastly, we coded the selected articles to track article characteristics and identify common themes. Climate change articles with a human health focus were included. A media content analysis was applied to guide the interpretation of the data. Results: We identified that online media have limited information around the impact of climate change on human health. News reporting of climate change impact on human health has constructed uncertainty around the issue that led to disengagement in relation to possible changes in public behaviors in particular the adaptation and mitigation efforts. Moreover, the communication of climate change from scientists and policy-makers to the public via the online mass media has been a subject of major interest because of its implications for creating public awareness of a climate change impact issue on public health. Conclusion: Online mass media might help in the development of better informed public debate about climate change issue. It therefore needs efforts to create effective proactive-online media engagement strategies in making the public understand.

However, the DENV transmission pattern in outbreak event is still under research. This information is crucial for dengue outbreak preparedness, particularly in dengue endemic area Purpose: This study interested to analyse the spatio temporal distribution of dengue cases during outbreak event in the area of study Methods This is cross sectional study which conducted in Banyumas Regency, Central Java Indonesia. 404 of dengue cases coordinates during 2016 outbreak in Banyumas Regency, Indonesia were collected. Data was analysis using overlay technique spatial analysis, consist of analysis of point pattern method, Nearest Neighbour Index, convex hulls and cluster analysis of illness date with SatScan software. Results: Two clusters area were identified during outbreak, with the initial place of outbreak is surprisingly occured in the border area, assuming that human movement and imported cases might play role in dengue outbreak event. Based Nearest Neighbour Index analysis, distribution pattern of outbreak in the study area is clustered. This could be as consequence of limited flight range of Aedes sp mosquito, high density population and breeding site of mosquitoes. Conclusion: Information from our study highlighted where and when public health resources should be concentrated to control dengue transmission. Our study also suggested that besides the hotspot area, we need to aware other areas with high risk of imported cases such as border area.

Abstract
Background: Dengue has always been a major public health problem in the Philippines and is endemic in all regions of the country. Because of the growing number of incidence of dengue in the country, many were convinced to vaccinate their children with anti-dengue vaccine. Dengvaxia is an anti-dengue vaccine licensed and approved for use by the government in December 2015. However, the second quarter of 2016 saw uproar and issues about the vaccine, causing panic and fear among parents of the vaccinees. Immediate suspension of the vaccine was ordered due to the multiple controversies following the Dengvaxia issue. Purpose: The main purpose of the study was to identify and describe the experiences of the parents who have children vaccinated with Dengvaxia. Methods: The study utilized a qualitative Hermeneutic phenomenological research design. Using a semi structured interview guide questionnaire, a total of 14 parents of Dengvaxia-vaccinated children were purposively selected and interviewed. Data were analyzed using Colaizzi-s phenomenological method in data analysis. Results: The experiences of the parents revealed four themes and fifteen categories. These themes are as follow: drives for participation, emotional disequilibrium, damage controls, and the phenomenon aftermath. Conclusion: Parents experienced difficult times emotionally, psychologically and physically especially at the height of the controversy while focusing on the health and well-being of their children. The mental trauma faced by the parents due to the fear for their children-s lives was an adversity that they had to hurdle through. The entire experience put uncertainties towards the immunization programs of the government but the lessons learned from the experience exhibited every family-s resilience in the midst of the controversy.

Abstract
Background: Multimorbidity among elderly is a major public health problem in most of the developing countries including Bangladesh where the population is moving towards aging. Little is known about multimorbidity in Bangladesh. The aim of the study was to identify the determinants of multimorbidity. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in two tertiary level hospitals in Bangladesh with a sample of 572 adult-s age 60 years and older. The presence of chronic conditions was collected from medical examination reports at the hospital and data on socio-demographic factors was collected using structured questionnaire through an in-person interview. Multimorbidity was defined as the co-occurrence of at least two chronic diseases in one person whether as a coincidence or not.Age, sex, body mass index (BMI), marital status, place of residence, educational level, occupation, economic dependence, smoking, have been hypothesized as potential determinants for multimorbidity.Chi-square test, t-test, multiple linear regression, and multivariable logistic regression models were used to assess the association and the determinants of multimorbidity with the predictor variables where appropriate. Result: The overall prevalence of multimorbidity among elderly was 56.5% and the prevalence was higher among females (64.18 %) than males (54.17 %). The most prevalent conditions were hypertension (33%), diabetes (27.6%), ischaemic heart disease (12.0%), and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (9%). The risk of multimorbidity increased with the increasing of age (OR: 1.03, CI: 1.04-1.06). Patients from rural areas (OR: 3.25, CI: 2.08-5.06), and economically dependent (OR: 3.82, CI: 2.38-6.13) had a higher risk of having multimorbidity than the patients from urban, not economically dependent patients, respectively. Conclusion: The study suggests that there is an urgent need to develop geriatric health care services by gender, educational status, place of residence. Urgent policy initiatives are needed to address gender, educational status and place of residence specific multimorbidity of the countries with similar socio-eeconomic situation to reduce the burden of multi-morbidity.

Abstract
Background: baby-led weaning is a new method of introducing solids in babies aged six to 12 months besides traditional weaning which has been practiced for ages. In feeding babies, maternal infant-feeding style reflects how mothers manage amount of food, feeding times and feeding pace. A study regarding maternal infant-feeding style is needed to identify the difference of maternal infant-feeding style in mothers following baby-led weaning and traditional weaning as a basic assessment of baby-led weaning field. Aim: This research was aimed to identify differences of maternal infant-feeding style among mothers following baby-led weaning and traditional weaning. Method: This study was a comparative research. Population was mothers of six to 12 months old babies in Indonesia. Respondents (n=316) were recruited using consecutive sampling technique through online survey in one month period. Results: There was a significant difference of maternal infant-feeding style among mothers following baby-led weaning and traditional weaning (p=0.000). Almost all traditional weaning group were categorized as authoritative and authoritarian which means mothers have more control over feeding the babies. Meanwhile, majority of mothers following baby-led weaning were in authoritative category. Authoritative is described as mothers have less both control and anxiety over babies feeding. Conclusion: This research supports the existing opinion that mothers following baby-led weaning give more independence to babies during solids introduction compared to traditional weaning mothers. This in accordance with characteristics of baby-led weaning mothers who let babies eat at their pace.

Abstract
Most free drugs are characterized by high liposolubility, but they often have limited clinical applications because of poor dissolution and poor bioavailability. The purpose of present study was to evaluate commercial preparations of Acetaminophen tablets with respect to drug release, Pharmaceutical formulations often require additional materials (excipients) in addition to the active ingredient itself. The use of excipients in tablet formulations is expected to produce a quality tablet of Acetaminophen which meets the requirements of the physical properties of tablets and is able to provide good drug release. The result showed that commercial preparations of Acetaminophen vary widely in their dissolution behavior in dissolution run experimentation. Identifying this behavior of the products was essential as an in vitro tool for screening a good and a bad formulation. Parameter test drug levels observed were dissolved at t = 30 min (C30) with default parameters standard C 30 shows the results should not be less than 80% of drug levels. The different dissolution profiles of 8 samples were showing the results of dissolution with C30 are eligible (> 80%).
