Abstract
The container activities take a big role in running a business at the port whereby the stakeholder of maritime business have to put more attention to it, for example, the importance of the scheduling pick up of containers in the field. One of several problems that may occurs on the scheduling pick up of containers is the waiting time from the container that will be served because the crane which is used for pickup of container still carry another container. Besides, each of the container owner has its own consideration for the scheduling pick up of containers that may have differences from other container owner. Those things make port management team has to give the best service on the pickup of the containers within optimal service time. The aim of this research is to acquire the optimal scheduling time for container pickup. This research results a mathematical model that can be used on the next cases of scheduling pick up of containers. The development of mathematical model begin with calculation of the weight of importance from two port stakeholders : the port management team and the owner of container(s). In addition, the weight of importance has to be counted on each container with consideration of this 5 (five) influental factors : the level of urgency, container load, container rental fees, the fragility level of goods inside container, and price of goods inside container. The numeric data of 5 (five) influental factors of each container is used as the input data on the developed mathematical model whereby uses Either-or Constraints and Integer Programming methods. Besides, the objective function that is used on the mathematical model consists of the time of pickup of each container.

Abstract
Account receivables are one of the problems faced by companies that provide postpaid or payment at the end of the period. PT PLN (Persero) Pasuruan Customer Service Managing Unit (UP3) is one of the sixteen units that have quite high arrears in the East Java Distribution Main Unit (UID). With a composition of 53% postpaid subscribers from over 900,000 registered customers, accounts receivable that issued every month reach 293 billion Rupiah. Of that value, more than 4.5 billion Rupiah is receivable arrears. Several improvements have been made by PT PLN (Persero) to increase the accounts receivable turnover ratio, such as socialization, cooperation with local governments, installation of banners and others. However, these efforts have not yet gotten optimal results. One other effort that gets pretty good results is by collaborating with third parties through billing officers. From the data obtained, several customer service units have gotten quite good results, but five of the nine customer service units in UP3 Pasuruan have not had satisfactory results. This is because the officers bear too heavy workloads. The research uses the NASA-Task Load Index (TLX) and Rating Scale Mental Effort (RSME) method to measure the mental workload of an officer. Objective research methods are also conducted through Stopwatch Time Study to measure the needs of standard time and calculate Full Time Equivalent (FTE), so that the optimal number of officers can be determined. The results found that the billing personnel had a considerable workload, so the required transfer and the addition of the number of billing officers in some service units.

Abstract
Higher education in Indonesia has started to elaborate the rapid transition that has led to concerns as to whether or not the skills and knowledge of the increased supply of graduates are being fully utilized in employment. In Indonesia, the government plays an important role in the funding, regulation, monitoring and delivery of higher education. In recent times, there has been an increased supply of graduates from these programmes, but there appears to be a gap between graduates theoretical knowledge and “work-readiness” qualifications. Quality and accreditation are the heart of much debate for academic institution. As a result, an exciting but rather complex, picture of higher education in Indonesia is changing. It is therefore important that educators are au fait with the impact of this gap between theory and practice and develop strategies to build a bridge between these two areas. This paper discusses an attempt to close this gap in the form of a team-based assignment project, called “Socio-Eco-Preneurship” project, that was undertaken by the author and her students at Master in Management Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Telkom University, a higher education institution under PT. TELKOM Education Foundation or Yayasan Pendidikan Telkom (YPT). The new curriculum for graduate students launched at the start of the academic year 2019/2020 and “Socio-Eco-Preneurship” project was part of the new curriculum implementation during this transition period.

Abstract
The implementation of transshipment inside the terminal is normal and has been running at Tanjung Perak Harbor. However, for the domestic container terminal there are several obstacles including: in Tanjung Perak Port there is clustering per terminal seen from the Destination of the Ship, and Transshipment only runs at one terminal so that the Shipping Agent if it has advanced cargo must first exit the terminal and enter the Depo outside terminal. After the open stack at the port, for advanced loading vessels will be re-entered to the destination terminal of the carrier. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the Transshipment Time Performance at which point is experiencing bottlenecks so that it can be anticipated and minimized. This study proposes to analyze the time in the transshipment business process. The analysis process begins by describing SOPs into the YAWL model. Then mining is done to find out the companys performance. After that, the results of mining are optimized using Linear programming. linear programming method was chosen because the method is very suitable for determining the results of optimization in the same variable, the variable is time. The result of time in this transshipment business process is increase from 7 days become 3,5 days. It shown that this method is successfully. But there is a total of 9 queues in the terminal business process

Abstract
There are still plenty of rooms for the manufacturing industry in Indonesia to potentially grow and develop, despite that the current condition in the industrial revolution 4.0 era is more advantageous to the service industry. However, the industrial challenge regarding manpower turnover is still unavoidable until now, especially in the manufacturing sector, which mostly hires temporary workers. The consequence of industrial revolution 4.0 disruption has also given a significant contribution to replace manpower with automated machine technology. As many factor-related had been raised to analyze the root cause of intentional turnover issues, this study examines the correlation analysis of job satisfaction (including nine different dimensions), as an independent variable, and employee turnover intention using work-life enrichment as the mediating variable in PT Excel Metal Industry. Local survey on 133 production operators are collected as respondents to test the proposed conceptual model, classify to only Casting, Machining, and Finishing department. Under limited scopes and manufacturing circumstances, this study provides comprehensive statistical analysis, which determines the correlation among all variables using the linear regression method using SPSS software. More importantly, results are delivered to test the hypothesis in the proposed conceptual model. Based on the research, we found that both job satisfaction and work-life enrichment are inversely correlated to employee turnover intention. The result shows the significance regression values of 0.000 and 0.030 between both job satisfaction and work-life enrichment. The coefficient regression values were -0.146 for job satisfaction and -0.190 for work-life enrichment. The data is normally distributed for each variable based on the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test of normality. Furthermore, we found a linear correlation to turnover intentions for both variables. Job satisfaction contributes around 0.635, while work-life enrichment contributes around 0.302 in deviation for linearity test. Finally, theoretical analysis, practical implication, and management recommendations are discussed. Recommendations for further study are also added.

Abstract
This research analyzes work-family balance as a mediator of the relationship between social support from multiple domain (supervisor support, co-worker support, partner support) and job satisfaction on offshore workers. This research uses quantitative methods employing self-administered survey. A total of 230 respondents filled out the questionnaire, both online and offline. The analysis involves the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The findings show that work-family balance has a mediating role in two sources of social supports (supervisor support and partner support). This result indicates that increasing work-family balance is due to social support received by offshore workers that affects job satisfaction. Work-family balance does not provide significant effect on co-worker support and job satisfaction; however, there is a positive correlation. The mediating role of work-family balance occurs most effectively in the relationship between partner support and job satisfaction. The research contributes to the understanding of the work family-balance as an intervening variable to solve job satisfaction problem of offshore workers, especially in Indonesia because only a few researches has been done on this topic.

Abstract
Expected returns are a central input in asset allocation decisions and understanding the drivers of expected-returns variations has been coined the “central organizing question” in modern empirical asset pricing research (Cochrane, 2011). Log-Linear Present Value (LPV) framework offers a more parsimonious accounting-based approach for the estimation of expected returns across international markets. This paper will compare how optimal portfolio can be made based off LPV framework which will be compared to the more established Fama-French Five Factors model. The research uses sample of stocks in Indonesian Stock Exchange with observation period of five years, starting from November 2014. Portfolio was formed from selection of 50 stocks using Sharpe ratio as proxy for optimal reward-to-risk ratio. The research finding suggests that Fama French Five Factors model shows superior portfolio.

Abstract
One possible indicator for measuring the local governments- corruption eradication performance in Indonesia is the Corruption Perception Index (CPI) published by the Transparency International Indonesia (TII). This paper attempts to provide an overview of CPI scoring trends for 10 cities (Medan, Padang, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Banjarmasin, Pontianak, Makassar, and Manado). Two different periods are assessed in this research: 2004-2010 and 2014-2016. By using a descriptive analysis approach, this research finds that Banjarmasin, Padang, and Manado are the top three cities with the highest average CPI scores in 2004-2010. Meanwhile, Pekanbaru, Pontianak, and Manado are the three lowest-scoring cities. In 2014-2016, several cities such as Surabaya and Pontianak have a significant increase in their CPI scores, placing Banjarmasin, Surabaya, and Pontianak in the top three. On the other hand, the average CPI scores of several cities such as Padang, Makassar, and Manado significantly decline. In addition, this research also maps the central allocation funds for local governments and the Locally-Generated Revenues (PAD) against the levels of corruption. As a matter of fact, the regions with the smallest allocations tend to have higher CPI scores. Further, the regions with higher CPI scores also have higher Locally-Generated Revenues. However, these findings lack empirical evidence due to limited data.

Abstract
This paper delineates the implementation of a business coaching program conducted in an Indonesian Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSME), named ENF, operated in the food and beverage industry. The objectives of this study are to explore MSME-s potentials and challenges, analyze MSME-s problems, and provide solutions. This study is based on a qualitative method, which is gathering the data through interviews, observations and written documentations, and using five external and internal analysis tools, namely (1) Porter-s Five Forces, (2) Business Process, (3) Business Model Canvas, (4) Marketing Mix, and (5) SWOT. The analysis shows that EnF is facing financial issues in preparing financial statements and evaluating the price setting. For the financial issues, we recommend using an Android-based mobile financial application called Akuntansi UKM to record financial information systematically and accurately. The application generates financial reports to improve the MSME-s performance. For the latter issue, we recommend cost-based pricing to recalculate the cost of goods sold and formulate price setting by markup per unit.

Abstract
Credit growth can be likened to a double-edged sword that is able to illustrate the contradictions of the resulting impact. Sometimes credit growth becomes to be credit booms and lead to major events such as the debt crisis in the 1980s, the exchange rate crisis in 1992, Sudden Stops in the 1990s and the global financial crisis in 2008. The events made an own dilemma: if there was a policy of reducing credit that aims to prevent credit boom in developing countries can hamper economic growth. The study aims to analyze the siginificance of impact of the credit growth that occurred in ASEAN during 2013-2017 towards financial fragility. Abstract
In recent years, software application providers have developed business models by increasing large user databases, having planned marketing, offering added value to users, and increasing the type of service. The business model is called freemium. This business model allows users to access software applications for free and allow users if they want to improve services on those software applications. Therefore, freemium is the best strategy in bridging the value of software applications and user experience while they trying out. Although many users are satisfied, many companies failed to implement this business model because many users do not want to pay more for a software application. On the other hand, user satisfaction does not always influence on user loyalty under certain circumstances. User engagement with products has also become important in the digital world. To measure the index of financial inclusion we use a methodology that was proposed by Sarma (2012). We also attempt to identify the factors: banking variables and macro economic factors that are associated with banking financial inclusion in Indonesia. Abstract
Bank and Non-Bank Financial Institutions that are engaged in loan services are required by regulators to control risks and at the same time have mechanisms in place to mitigate these risks. The Indonesian Financial Service Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan-OJK) issued regulation number 1 POJK.05 concerning risk management of Non-Bank Financial Institutions. Whereas Bank Indonesia previously issued Regulation No. 11/25 / PBI / 2009 as an effort to control the credit risk of finance companies. The implementation of these two recent regulations present an interesting research puzzle, particularly with regard to how micro and ultramicro credit institutions are managed, as the regulations ultimately result in the elimination of the use of collateral for credit assessments. In light of these recent developments and the seemingly redundant role that collateral assessments play, it is thus important to review the additional and most recent factors that may cause unsecured credit from ultramicro credit institutions. The sample used within this study involved 949 pre-prosperous women who were Mekaar customers of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM). This sample represents 34 Mekaar operational areas in Indonesia. We divided the data into two data groups, namely 258 customers including within the default category and 691 customers within the non-default category. By using the probit estimation method, this study shows the probability of default on loan payments at Mekaar. The results indicate that the time period of the loan, the loan cycle, age, and marital status of the loan recipient, affects the probability of default, whilst the credit amount was not found to significantly affect the probability of default.

A functional unit is required to handle problems in IT services that occur in the organization to ensure IT services can provide value to the organization, namely the Service desk that acts as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between service providers and users. E-government IT services have their own uniqueness that can be seen from various aspects including organizational culture, drivers, budgets, to human resources. Various studies related to service desk previously have discussed a lot about how the service desk process model in general. However, the overall existing process model does not explain the accuracy of its use in certain focus areas, but is still being developed for IT services in general. Besides based on previous studies, there are also a number of frameworks or process models that have links with service desks, namely ITIL, The Global Service Desk Standard, ISO 20000, Knowledge-Centered Service, Microsoft Operation Framework, A Guide to Service Desk Concepts and HDI Support Center Standard. The whole also discussed general service desk process. Therefore, this study aims to produce a e-government service desk model by comparing several existing service desk process models and formulating the service desk model by identifying the details of activities based on the characteristics of e-government IT services at each stage.

Abstract
The growth of technology-based business incubators in various universities in Indonesia is considered very sporadic. It is still very rarely found, but in reality, this is very necessary. Considering the importance of universities to produce quality graduates who are able to create their own jobs by having an entrepreneurial spirit and having the maximum ability in that field, it is very much echoed and promoted. Technology-based business incubators have the vision to produce many new companies that are defined as New Technology-Based Companies (NTBF). The university is expected to have a big role to realize that hope. The results of observations and explorations with the quality method in this study are some of the logical efforts decided by the tertiary institution to support this research statement. Get a new definition and see what important things must be formed in developing a system on a technology-based business incubator model, so as to produce several important indicators, such as: technology adaptation, company characteristics; ability of innovation and technological transformation; new market orientation, sales and employment growth, and efforts to create sustainable businesses so that they can later be used to develop technology-based business incubators at the university level.
