Abstract
Pasteurized milk is milk that heated below boiling point in order to kill the pathogenic bacteria in the milk, but bacterial spores and certain bacteria have not been killed, resulting in a relatively short shelf life of pasteurized milk. One of the damage caused by bacteria is the increased acidity in pasteurized milk during storage. Rosella flower extract is expected to be one of the natural preservatives in pasteurized milk. This study aims to determine the effect of increasing the level of rosella flower extract and storage time on pH and total acid of pasteurized milk. The research design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) factorial pattern 3 X 4 with 3 replications. A factor was the level of rosella extract 0%, 2% and 4%. And factor B was storage time 0, 3, 6 and 9 days which three times replications. The parameters measured in this study were the pH value and total titrated acid. Based on the results of the study showed that the addition of rosella flower extract level and storage time significantly affected the pH value and total titrated acid. As the level of rosella extract increases, the pH value decreases and the total acidity of pasteurized milk titrated increases. Prolonged storage causes lower pH and increases total titrated acid. The conclusion of the study is that pasteurized milk with the addition of rosella flower extract has implications for decreasing pH and a lower increase in total titrated acid during storage compared to pasteurized milk without rosella flower extract

ABSTRACT In harmony with government standard in National Education System, one of them indicated that a teacher should have personality competence. That competence will be shown in adult personality, stable, mature, discipline, wise, with authority, being role model for student, and has a good character. All of those could not be performed immediately without any preparation stages before. The unfinished conflict in past, being continued with any problems during study in college, sometimes made a teacher failed to perform his/her best personality competence. This study aimed to prepare personality competence formation of pre-service Christian educator/teacher through optimizing the role of peer helper. A total of 50 students was selected as samples, separated in 2 classes, treatment and control class. Quantitative method with quasi experimental design was adopted to collect data, and through paired sample t-test it is found that personality competence of pre-service Christian educators/teachers (Christian education teacher candidates) in the treatment class increased strongly, comparing with class control. Normalized Gain Score showed that the influence of peer helper on personality competence formation was 74%. Abstract
This article will examine the epistemology‘s narratives of burhani; bayani and irfani and the idea of religious moderation (wasatiyah) in arabian classsical literature. Originally written as a philosophical work, Ibn Tufayl-s (1110–1185 CE) Hayy ibn Yaqzan incorporates in its story many elements that could be regarded as elements of the civilization, the mysticims and the ‘moderation- (wasatiyah) on Islamic epistemology. In this paper we will analyze these elements of the wasatiyah and try to reassemble them into a clear theory to arrange the building of religious moderation idea. In order to conduct these analyses, the elements found in the story will be analyzed through the lifecycle of Hayy and all related-actors in that literature. There are three main actors in this novel, namely Hayy; Salaman; and Absal who has different model of thought. In the end of story, Hayy and Absal have the similar undertandings on the Universe and God while they have different basis of thought. The resulting conclusion will point out the bridging effort and legacy from Ibnu Tufayl on the notions of moderation. Through this ideas, we propose mechanisms to explain the legacy from Ibn Tufayl to re-confront the Islamic epistemology into the ‘middle-path- to bridge the epistemology of Burhani and Bayani. Still, Ibn Tufayl-s has uniqueness and originality will be seen in his narratives ideas on the moderation for Islamic basis of epistemology.

Abstract
In 1978 at Taniwel, North Horror (Maluku) was still available for Nakaela speakers. According to sources, the former Nakaela language community is located between the Iha community on the beach and the Alune community on the mountain. The colonial writers seem to ignore or do not know the existence of this language. By omitting the Nakaela language, you may have lost the opportunity to document it thoroughly. In the study 40 years ago, only about 500-600 words were recorded and several paradigms of reflection were collected. However, at that time it was estimated that only 2 or 3 people could speak Naka-ela. The Nakaela language is quite amazing. For example, there are still five different verbal conjugates. It also tracks the system of verbal verbs with subjects appearing as suffixes at the end of their verbs, such as [my words] I laugh or [my words] You are laughing and so on. Complex languages that are different from nearby languages may now be extinct without proper documentation. In fact, there is a writer (Mukhamdanah 2015) who ignores the uniqueness of this language and considers it only a dialect of a language spoken on another island 600 km away from the location on Seram Island! In this paper, you will find a little information about Nakaela language and a description of the sociolinguistic situation and the setting of the data. What can we learn from these reflections on the beauty and loss of these extinct Naka-ela languages? What steps should we take to preserve another language now in danger?

This article discusses hegemony and power relation of punggawa in manipulating the government regulation towards Bajo ethnics fishermen at North Tiworo District of West Muna Regency. The power relation means the relation of patron-client between capital owner (punggawa) and worker (sawi) or is usually called with the term “punggawa-sawi”. This relation initially ran well, but because of many factors, it created hegemony from punggawa to the group of sawi, that give the impact on the economics loss of sawi. The theories used in this research were the theory of power relation of Foucault and theory of Capital of Bordieu. The data was collected through observation, interview, and documentation. Furthermore, this research employed a qualitative method. The result of this research shows that it has occurred hegemony and power relation of punggawa in manipulating the government regulation towards Bajo ethnics fishermen at North Tiworo District of West Muna Regency. The capability of punggawa in controlling its members (sawi) become serious issue, either to executive or legislative. Punggawa is as network to build communication among fishermen groups that are controlled by big punggawa. This condition aroused the hegemony and power relation in the every life aspect of Bajo ethnics fishermen. To strengthen its position in society life, punggawa protect and add their economics assets through government rules or regulations, both executive and legislative. It gives more the power of punggawa in doing hegemony to sawi through manipulating the government regulation, and it gives more advantages and strengthen the position of punggawa.

With the growing world of business, the competition between similiar companies getting tighter. To maintain the viability of a company, it is required a good management of resources conducted by the mangement. Working Capital (WC) management is very important for a company, especially the turn-overs of WC and Account Receivable (AR) due to the effect in measuring its profitbility. This research was conducted to re-examine the effect of the turn-overs of WC and AR on the profitability of PT. Merck Tbk, which has been carried out by previous researchers. The puposes of this research were to know: (1) the effect of account receivable turnover to company profitability, (2) the effect of working capital turnover to company, (3) the effect of account receivable turnover and working capitak turnover to company profitability. The research method used were financial ratio analysis, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test. The data used in this study was secondary data sourced from financial statement PT. Merck Tbk period of 2014-2018. The result based of the multiple linear regression tests showed that simultaneously the turn-overs of WC and AR significantly affected the profitability of the company, Fcount > Ftable or 321.810 > 9.55. Partially, AR turnover has negative effect on company profitability, with tcount < ttable or -23.927 < 4.303 and WC turnover has no effect on company profitability, with tcount < ttable or -1.011 < 4.303. Therefore, it can be agreed that the hypothesis H1 and H2 in this research were rejected, but the hypothesis H3 was acceptable.
