Abstract
Central Statistics Agency (BPS) said that the number of Indonesian Muslim population as much as 88% of the total. Until April 2018, the fund Hajj in Indonesia reached Rp 105 trillion, with great potential for these funds collected as an initial deposit of hajj is an opportunity that can be exploited for the benefit of the people, for the funds to settle (idle) not recommended in Islam, while benefit from the investment of these funds allowed under Law No. 34 of 2014 has even established a special institution called BPKH (Agency for the financial administrator of the hajj) based on Presidential Regulation No. 110 in 2017 to manage investment funds of hajj. Great potential is a challenge for the Islamic finance in terms of market share which is still very low at around 8.47%. According to the Financial Services authority (FSA) Islamic capital market is a sector that contributed most to the assets of the Islamic financial industry in Indonesia, namely by 55%. Issuance of Sharia Securities (SBSN) in the form of Indonesian Haj Funds Sukuk (SDHI) originating from the Hajj fund until August 2018 have reached Rp37,9 trillion, Publishing SDHI has been done since 2011, with values ranging from 1 trillion to 3 trillion every publication. In practice SDHI using Ijarah Al-khadamat, private placement method, and a fixed coupon yield which will be paid each month, Methode of this research, using qualitative descriptive method to determine the advantages and disadvantages as well as descriptive quantitative SDHI to determine the extent to which the fund management Hajj in SDHI seen from the management of the state budget as well as the extent of the return generated can be useful for the jamaah, and using quantitative method for measure how far the impact of SDHI and direct Investment in managing pool of hajj fund in BPKH , the tool is using multiple regression analysis and data will collect from 2014 until 2019.

Abstract
This research is focused on the model of the settlement of criminal acts according to the customary law of the Riau Malay Community which is known as the "Bertih Pisang". The purpose of this study is to contribute to law enforcement officers (police, prosecutors and judges) in resolving criminal acts that occur in the community, which cannot be resolved through formal justice other than that the results of this study are also expected to provide solutions so that law enforcement officers in making decisions does not only focus on the perpetrators of criminal acts but must also pay attention to the interests of the victim. This type of research is normative-empirical legal research. The results of this study conclude that, (1) Settlement of criminal acts through formal justice and using positive law has weaknesses because the orientation in punishment is more focused on the perpetrators so that the suffering or loss of victims is ignored. (2) the application of Malay customary law through " bertih Pisang" in resolving criminal acts always considers the interests of victims and the interests of the community, so that the sanctions imposed are not only useful for the perpetrators but also useful for the recovery of the suffering or loss of victims and the wider community.

Abstract
The large population of regencies or cities in Central Java causes high consumption of plastics and after use will eventually be discarded. Plastic waste needs to be monitored to see differences in the level of plastic waste produced by each region and the preparation of further waste management plans. The aim of this study was to examine the plastic waste index in Central Java as a monitoring activity using population data. The method used in this study is to divide the total population in each district or city by the total population in Central Java. The plastic waste index value is calculated from year 1990, 2000, 2010, and 2018 to see its progress and will be made into a basic model or space monitoring model map using GIS. The result is that the highest plastic waste is Brebes Regency for the last 28 years with an average index of 0.053 and the lowest is Magelang City with an average index of 0.004. Information about the level of plastic waste in the area can be represented in maps through population data and becomes basic information that can be used for further research.

Abstract
One of the basic human needs for survival is drinking water that is facilitated by the Regional Water Company (PDAM). Regional Water Company (PDAM) product sludge in the process that becomes production waste is immediately discharged into the water body without processing it first. This is an act of environmental pollution and can lead to an increase in the concentration of aluminum in water which can pollute aquatic organisms, and humans who indirectly consume water or organisms from the water. Other complications arise from the traditional brick industry. Many people Penggaron Kidul Village work as red brick craftsmen that the land sourced from around the communitys residents. But this caused damage to the environmental order and waterlogging because the former excavation of clay used as raw material for making bricks was left unchecked. The research method consists of 3 stages, namely testing the characteristics of mud and clay, brick making, and testing the physical and mechanical properties of bricks. So that obtained the characteristics of PDAM mud with clay soil has characteristic similarities classified in silt with high plasticity or high plasticity silt. Then the Tirta Moedal PDAM mudflow in Semarang City can be used as a mixture of bricks that meets the Indonesian National Standard with a maximum amount of mud of 15%

Abstract
Mangrove ecosystems are one of the blue carbon ecosystems in the Coastal region. Mangroves have the ability to assimilate and accelerate high carbon and can save carbon in the long term. On the coast of Kendari Bay has developed settlements and various centers of community activities, which drastically decreased mangrove vegetation. Research on Blue Carbon Placed in Mangrove Forests is very important to be carried out, to determine changes in regional conditions in the Coastal region. Spatial modeling can be used to estimate degradation of blue carbon stocks. It is expected to produce spatial and temporal maps based on the modeling required from remote sensing data, so that it can be input in determining policies and making more appropriate decisions in the management of the Kendari Bay area, so that development can be carried out successfully. InVEST (Integrated Assessment of Ecosystem Services and Sacrifices) can be used to map and model changes in total carbon stock that are changed by changes in land cover in Kendari Bay. The output generated through spatial and temporal mapping in InVEST can calculate carbon stocks with past, present and future scenarios. InVEST results can be used as a reserve for the management of Kendari Bay Coastal, a grant for mangrove management as a provider of blue carbon stock.

Abstract
Housewives as lay users who do not work outside the home at this time are considered not productive in financial terms because it only depends on the husbands income. This housewife needs activities that can increase income and productivity in financial terms. One effort that can be done is to sell products owned by housewives as lay users. Currently, the selling trend has shifted from offline stores to online stores, one of which is through the m-commerce application. However, due to the ability of housewives to operate m-commerce applications is not good so that housewives are less able to take advantage of existing m-commerce as a medium for selling online. This has led to the emergence of problems of interaction patterns that have not been able to communicate design well for housewives as lay users. So it takes an analysis of interaction patterns as a guide in designing the user interface. The User-Centered Design (UCD) approach is used to analyze interaction patterns so that it can help find better design solutions that can overcome the problems of lay users. Interaction design testing is done by Testing Based Usability Testing using a questionnaire Interaction design testing is done by Testing Based Usability Testing using a questionnaire. Where testing the measured factors that are useful, effective, learnable, Memorable, helpful, engaging are expected to get good grades. The results of this study are the Interaction Design Pattern in m-commerce that is suitable for housewives in a case study environment.

Abstract
Based on data from KPAI, in 2010-2018 there were 2,218 cases of early childhood sexual violence. This could be due to the victims ignorance that the act someone did to them was classified as sexual violence. On top of that, most Indonesian parents still consider early childhood reproductive health education as taboo. PKBI is a non-governmental organization tasking itself with promoting early childhood reproductive health education through training programs for their cadres, psychologists, teachers, and parents. The training is delivered in a monotonous way, using books and puppet props. The purpose of this study is to design a game interface for home use by parents to provide early childhood reproductive health education to their children. The user interface was designed using the goal-directed design method. The result is a prototype containing training materials in the form of pictures, audios, and games. These training materials were essentially the introduction to body systems and functions, personal hygiene training, gender recognition training, and sexual abuse prevention training. The prototype was tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS) on a randomly selected sample of 15 early childhood students accompanied by their guardians. The scores of usability testing on the prototype of an early childhood reproductive health education game were 87.5% for the guardians and 82.83% for the students. These scores indicate that the prototype is useful and user-friendly.

Abstract
ABSTRACT One way to further improving the nutritive value of fermented rice straw (FRS) is by combining it with a high-quality feedstuff such as green concentrate. The purpose of this study was to assess the in vitro dry matter digestibility (IVDMD) and in vitro organic matter digestibility (IVOMD) of FRS mixed with different levels of green concentrate prepared from different legume trees. The study was carried out according to a completely randomized design consisting of 10 treatments and three replications. The treatments were C = 100% FRS (control), A1 = 90% FRS + 10% Gamal meal, A2 = 80% FRS + 20% Gamal meal, A3 = 70% FRS+ 30% Gamal meal; B1 = 90% FRS + 10% Lamtoro meal, B2 = 80% FRS + 20% Lamtoro meal, B3 = 70% FRS + 30% Lamtoro meal, C1 = 90% FRS + 10% Indigofera meal, C2 = 80% FRS + 20% Indigofera meal, and C3 = 70% FRS + 30% Indigofera meal. Data analysis indicated that IVDMD and IVOM of FRS (control) was much less (P<0.05) than those of FRS combined with green concentrate. Among the green concentrate treatments, the IVDMD and IVOMD of FRS mixed with either lamtoro or gamal meal were less (P<0.05) than those of FRS combined with indigofera meal, while IVDMD and IVOMD of FRS + gamal meal were similar (P>0.05) to those of FRS + lamtoro meal. Within each legume meal, the IVDMD and IVOMD significantly increased (P<0.05) as the level of legume meal in the mixture increased. In conclusion, the nutritive value of fermented rice straw could be boosted through substituting some of the FRS with green concentrate and among three different legume meals used as green concentrate, the use of indigofera meal resulting in the highest improvement in terms of IVDMD and IVOMD compared with the use either gamal or lamtoro meal.

Abstract
The focus of this research is to doing analysis and study of public cemeteries as supporters of green space in Bandung regency for 2018 until 2028 period with the aim to determine number of population in Bandung Regency with considering total population, population growth rate, and mortality rate. The method used in this study is ARIMA (P, Q, N). Based on the results of the analysis and study of public cemeteries (TPU) as supporters of Green Open Space in the Bandung Regency area for the period 2018 to 2028, state that cemetery conditions in Bandung Regency require new burial sites. This is evidenced by the results of forecasting (forecasting) of the population per district in Bandung Regency from 2019 to 2028. In making forecasting there are special cases in certain districts. For example, Kutawaringin District can only be forecasted within the next 5 years, because Kutawaringin District is a new subdistrict since 2008, so more historical data is needed to obtain forecasting results over a 10-year period. Based on the conclusions obtained, the authors suggest the Department of Housing and Land Service District Government Bandung Regency to conduct further research, namely the determination of the optimal number of funerals and graves in Bandung district

Abstract
One of the challenges in the workforce and industry for educational institutions is the recognition of competency of graduates who have competitiveness. Certification of expertise is a prerequisite that can demonstrate the capacity and competencies of graduates who will enter the workforce. This paper aims to analyze the direction of developing professional certification to build the capacity of highly competitive graduates. The method used is descriptive qualitative, data collection through direct observation, semi-structured interviews, documentation, and Focus Group Discussion. Data analysis techniques used are domain analysis, taxonomic, componential analysis, and theme analysis as a process of interpretation, by thoroughly describing and displaying the meaning of the objects that are the focus of research. The results show that to increase capacity, graduates must be equipped with competencies that are tested and certified in accordance with their scientific and professional fields through competency testing of students by professional certification bodies at universities. Capacity building is carried out through a tiered process designed in an integrated learning curriculum with the needs of specific expertise competencies according to the Indonesian National Competency Framework (KKNI). Higher education through the Professional Certification Institute (LSP1) can become an independent institution that serves the assessment/competency test for students.

Abstract
Delay in construction industry impact the time and cost of project and mostly being the basis of dispute between stakeholders of the project. To reduce the impact, knowing the causal factors and lesson learned from past projects and studies is essential. Through this study, a literature review on the subject of construction delay factors studied in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam was undertaken to identify top factors and to determine whether there are special causes referring to this region. A comparison was made to a similar study on developed economies in Europe and North America. The result of the study revealed that the most significant factors causing delays in the Southeast Asia developing countries were related to contractor (material shortages, improper/ ineffective planning, poor site management and supervision, and equipment shortage and failure), and owner-related causes (financial/ payment issue and design change/ variation order). The results of the study support the view that contractors handling projects in developing countries are dealing with the shortages problems, inefficiency/ incompetence of the contractor, and problems caused by clients.

Abstract
Lack of collaboration between vocational education institutions and industry causes a gap between the two (Khan, 2019). The open unemployment rate of SMK graduates is always the highest among graduates of other education levels (Indonesia, 2019). The real work that can be done to overcome these problems is to increase cooperation between SMK and Industry. Through the SMK revitalization program, Industry is asked to provide maximum access to students to carry out industrial work practices or internships (Inpres No. 9, 2016). This study aims to determine the development of technology at industry from the perspective of vocational-level interns student. The results of the study can be used as a reference for schools to prepare basic competency content that is tailored to the needs of the industry. The data was taken from all grade XI students of the Mechanical Engineering Department at the Mitra Industri Vocational High School with a sample of 46 students. The results showed as many as 76.1 percent of students carried out apprenticeship programs with a duration of 3-6 months, where the suitability of vocational competencies with the needs of the industry where the internship was in the category according to the percentage of 52.2 percent. Regarding the issue of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, as many as 30.4 percent of students have heard of the issue in the industries where they are apprenticed. On the other hand, the need to increase the content of Basic Competence in the engineering field in order to be able to prepare the teaching and learning process in accordance with the development and needs of the Industry.

Abstract
Repeated cyclic loading is organized on a part that causes fatigue fracture. As which occurred on the concrete beam bridge that receives the brunt of the weight of the vehicle. The modulus of elasticity of concrete varies depending on the strength of concrete, type of loading, characteristics and a comparison between cement and aggregates. Concrete with the substitution of cement in conditions of static load tendency to be stronger than normal concrete, this research used substitute material cement is Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBFS) are classified as waste (hazardous and toxic substances) that have properties resembling cement, so that expected to reduce waste slag as an alternative material partial replacement of cement. Preliminary testing has been conducted to determine the optimum value substitution GGBFS on concrete quality (fc) 30 MPa and a maximum in 50% PCC and 50% GGBFS. In this research used 4 specimen concrete beam size 20 x 30 x 330 cm, 3 specimen concrete beams each beam with high levels of 45%, 50% and 55% GGBFS, and 1 specimen of normal concrete beams as a comparison so in this research expected that GGBFS concrete beams that require cyclic produce better durability than normal concrete.
