Abstract
Kopi Luhur Dumpsite is a waste dump facility from area surrounds Cirebon City. The Kopi Luhur Dumpsite has 9 hectares area that implements an open dumping system that may cause the spread of flies and rat vectors, release unpleasant odors, and reduce environmental aesthetics. Also, the Kopi Luhur Dumpsite has inadequate leachate treatment plant and methane gas control system. The aim of this study was to assess environmental risk due to dumping activities at the Kopi Luhur Dumpsite using IRBA (Integrated Risk-Based Approach). IRBA examines 27 parameters under three classes, namely, site-specific criteria, waste characteristics at the dumpsite, and those related to the quality of leachate from the dumpsite. Data were obtained through mapping in the field, interviews with managers and communities surround and testing samples in the laboratory. The research results showed that the Kopi Luhur dumpsite has corresponded to moderate hazard level with a total risk index score 575.3536. Abstract
The cycle time in mining activities is the time needed by a mining equipment or a combination of several mining equipments to complete one or one series of several particular jobs or tasks. The cycle time in some cases will never be constant but follows a certain distribution with an average and certain standard deviation of time. This is due to the fact that each mining equipment and / or each component of the work varies in time to complet the task. The cycle time of some mining equipments and / or some components of work is basically an arithmetic operation of the variation of cycle time of each individual mining equipment with its individual distribution. Arithmetic operation of several data distributions can be done stochastically by using Monte Carlo method or method with fuzzy number operation. This paper will briefly describe the uncertainty analysis of cycle time using both methods and finally comparing the results of both.

Abstract
Polymer flooding is one of the methods to improve sweep efficiency and reduce water mobility when water channeling takes place in an oil reservoir. Theoretically, if the polymer viscosity increases, the mobility ratio decreases. Thus, the oil sweep becomes more efficient while the recovery factor (RF) becomes higher. However, there is a phenomenon in which polymer with higher viscosity does not always improve oil recovery. One of the factors that influence this phenomenon is the existence of Inaccessible Pore Volume (IPV), so this study is needed to determine the relationship between polymer rheology and the amount of IPV. Two commercial polymers with the same concentration, FP3630S and ChemEOR, were done by rheology testing and injected into a number of sandstone Berea cores. The effluents of salt tracer (potassium iodide) and polymer flood were collected, and their concentrations were measured using atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) and UV-Vis spectrometry, respectively. Based on Rheology test in the same concentration, polymer ChemEOR has a higher viscosity, but from the Coreflood test, ChemEOR has smaller oil recovery than FP3630S. The IPV of ChemEOR and FP3630S were 30.6 % and 23.12%, respectively. The size of IPV of a polymer is influenced by the ability of the polymer to increase viscosity, so that the greater the value of the viscosity given, the greater the value of IPV from the polymer. The FP3630S polymer can reach larger rock pores even though in terms of the water-oil mobility ratio is smaller than ChemEOR. With a smaller IPV, the result proves that FP3630 polymer displays an increase of oil recovery compared to ChemEOR polymer.

Abstract
Some patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) have high expression of dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP4) enzyme that breaks down glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) and glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP1) hormones. During eating carbohydrate, K and L cells in the human small intestine produce GIP and GLP1 respectively that stimulate pancreatic β cells to release insulin. Recent evidence has revealed that fruit consumption before meals reduces fasting blood glucose level in patients with T2DM. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the effect of fruit consumption before meals on DPP4 activity among patients with T2DM. A randomized control trial study with pre-posttest control group design was performed in 19 T2DM patients. They were randomly divided into 2 groups: 10 in the control (C) group eating a standardized diet and the other in the treatment (T) group eating fruit before consumption of standard diet. Fasting and post prandial serum DPP4 activities were measured using a H-Gly-Pro-pNA substrate in the 1st and 7th day-s intervention. Kruskal Wallis and paired t tests were used to analyze mean DPP4 activity in both groups with p value < 0.05. In 1st day intervention, mean fasting DPP4 activity in the C group (189.42+116.27 nmol/ min/ mg protein) was higher than mean fasting DPP4 activity in the T group (121.75±74.86 nmol/ min/ mg protein). Reduced post prandial DPP4 activity was found in the C group (111.84±71.05) and increased in the T group (143.99+72.41). After 7 days intervention, reduction of fasting and post prandial DPP4 activities was observed in the C and T groups respectively. Meanwhile, mean fasting DPP4 activity in the T group remained unchanged and increased post prandial DPP4 activity was in the C group. Fruit consumption before meals reduces fasting and increases post prandial DPP4 activities in patients with T2DM.

Abstract
Background: Dengue has always been a major public health problem in the Philippines and is endemic in all regions of the country. Because of the growing number of incidence of dengue in the country, many were convinced to vaccinate their children with anti-dengue vaccine. Dengvaxia is an anti-dengue vaccine licensed and approved for use by the government in December 2015. However, the second quarter of 2016 saw uproar and issues about the vaccine, causing panic and fear among parents of the vaccinees. Immediate suspension of the vaccine was ordered due to the multiple controversies following the Dengvaxia issue. Purpose: The main purpose of the study was to identify and describe the experiences of the parents who have children vaccinated with Dengvaxia. Methods: The study utilized a qualitative Hermeneutic phenomenological research design. Using a semi structured interview guide questionnaire, a total of 14 parents of Dengvaxia-vaccinated children were purposively selected and interviewed. Data were analyzed using Colaizzi-s phenomenological method in data analysis. Results: The experiences of the parents revealed four themes and fifteen categories. These themes are as follow: drives for participation, emotional disequilibrium, damage controls, and the phenomenon aftermath. Conclusion: Parents experienced difficult times emotionally, psychologically and physically especially at the height of the controversy while focusing on the health and well-being of their children. The mental trauma faced by the parents due to the fear for their children-s lives was an adversity that they had to hurdle through. The entire experience put uncertainties towards the immunization programs of the government but the lessons learned from the experience exhibited every family-s resilience in the midst of the controversy.

Abstract
Abstract. Kapok is a source of natural fiber in addition to cotton, which availability is abundant and contain high cellulose but not been utilized optimally. This study aimed to determine the optimal conditions of sulfuric acid concentration and hydrolysis time in the production process of nanocrystalline cellulose (NCC) from kapok fiber. The research was conducted in several stages, namely the delignification with alkali hydrothermal, bleaching with alkaline hydrogen peroxide agents, isolation with sulfuric acid solutions, and NCC characterization. The optimization used Response Surface Methodology (RSM) with Central Composite Design (CCD), which consisted of two factors, namely H2SO4 concentration and hydrolysis time. The optimized parameter was the crystallinity degree of the NCC. NCC characterization included functional group analysis with Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), surface profiles and dimensions by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM). The results showed that the optimum condition of NCC isolation from kapok fiber was obtained at 54.46% (b/b) H2SO4 with hydrolysis time of 48.96 minutes, resulting in a maximum degree of crystallinity of 71.8%. The hydrolysis process with H2SO4 caused a change in the NCC functional group. NCC had a diameter of about 11.2 nm and high thermal stability that potential for various composite materials

Abstract
Mining activities have a positive impact on the economy but have a negative impact on the environment due to the emergence of acid mine drainage through this activity. Conventional acid mine drainage treatment is an activity that requires high energy and costs, so it is necessary to study economic and sustainable acid mine drainage treatment processes. The development of acid mine drainage treatment involves the use of microalgae for remediation, or commonly referred to as phycoremediation. The obstacle in the application of mine acid water treatment is the characteristics of wastewater which limits the growth of microalgae, where acid mine drainage has a high metal content, and low pH. In this study, acid mine drainage with different concentration was used as a growth medium for Nannochloropsis sp. and growth kinetic of Nannochloropsis sp. is investigated, as well as the effect of metal exposure and pH variation on the development of Nannochloropsis sp.. The output of this study is expected to be able to provide an overview of the possible application of phycoremediation as a biological acid mine treatment process.

Abstract
Wireless magnetoelastic (ME) biosensor was designed to detect one of the most popular foodborne pathogen, Escherichia coli (E. coli) O157H7. Binding of the bacteria to the antibody on the gold-coated ME sensor surface changed the resonance frequency of the sensor under the magnetic field, which was quantified by a network analyzer. The response of the sensor to the increment of the concentration of E. coli was investigated. A detection limit of 4.5x105 CFU/mL with a sensitivity of 4.7 kHz were achieved by the sensor with the dimension of 1x0.2x0.023 mm3. The immobilization of antibody-antigen was proven with the fluorescence microscopy which measured the fluorescence dye at the antibody to confirm the successful performance of the immune response on the sensor surface. The results demonstrate that the wireless ME biosensor has good potential to detect E.coli rapidly and efficiently.

Abstract
Early yield estimation of tangerine is crucial to predict market price at harvesting time, which helps farmers to take precautions to ensure their minimum income. The conventional method for the yield estimation based on human eyes is inaccurate, subjective, and time-consuming. Hence, the demand for the development of accurate, rapid, and automated yield estimation methods has been increased. In this study, an advanced image analysis technique, convolutional neural network (CNN) was used to detect tangerines in the trees at the unripe stage. The CNN transfer learning model was designed based on ResNet-50 of which the last 10 network layers were modified to be suitable for tangerine detection. Images from 130 tangerine trees were fed into the constructed CNN model for training followed by validation. The model could distinguish unripe tangerines from green leaves, stems, and various backgrounds with an over 92% accuracy. The result demonstrates that the developed CNN model has potential to be used for the early estimation of tangerine yield.

Abstract
Gas Well PCA was produced in February 1994. This well is produced commingle of 2 reservoirs A and B. DST result shows both two reservoirs have contrast deliverability. The last production test shows gas rate 7.28 MMSCFD. This well purposed to further workover program to obtained optimum recovery. Integrated production modelling is essential for well performance analysis, enhancement of the production system. Gas well performance cannot be analyzed without considering the reservoir, the flowline and the processing facility, as each of these components affect the operation of the entire production network. This study will take into account the effect of comingle of 2 layers with contrast deliverability by building integrated production model. The Inflow Performance Relationship (IPR) Curve will be analyzed each reservoir to know each production performance. History matching analyses also performed to check the reliability of model in dynamic condition. To achieve the accurate history matching results, the simulation model was run based on the available historical production data. Based on this study, current recovery of A reservoir was 55%, B reservoir was 75% and reservoir B already water out. It is recommended to do workover on this well by isolate reservoir B then re-perforate reservoir A and produce gas only from reservoir A to get optimum recovery.
