Abstract
On peoples farms that do not yet have a modern milk processing industry, marketing becomes an obstacle because the milk is easily damaged. In addition, public interest in consuming fresh milk is still very low due to the lack of attractiveness from milk. One of the ingredients that has the potential to improve the quality and attractiveness of consumers is the use of dragon fruit skin powder Dragon fruit skin contains antioxidants and antibacterial so that it can maintain the pH value. The purpose of this research was to determine the time limit for pasteurized milk storage by adding dragon fruit peels at room temperature. This research was conducted using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with different storage duration treatments (0 hours, 4 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours, 16 hours). Red dragon fruit peel powder was added as much as 2%. Storage treatment with the addition of dragon fruit peel powder affects the pH value. The pH value increased from 0 hour storage to 4 hour storage then decreased at 12 and 16 hour storage. This shows that the addition of dragon fruit peel powder can increase the pH value until 4 hours of storage. Antioxidant value decreases with duration of storage. Significant decrease in the value of antioxidant activity occurs in storage for 16 hours. The quality of pasteurized milk with the addition of dragon fruit skin powder can be maintained up to 12 hours storage at room temperature.

Abstract
Eggs are one of perishable food products and a very short shelf life. If the eggs are left in the open air (room temperature), it is lasting only for about 10-14 days. After these days, the eggs undergo alteration of the damage such as evaporation of water content, foul smelling and changing taste. Efforts to overcome the damage, it is necessary to perform preservation. Preservation can be done by marinating. Marinating eggs can be conducted by soaking with various solutions such as lime water or vegetable tanners containing tannins. Melinjo leaves contain high levels of tannins 4.55% which are expected to be one of the vegetable tanning materials. The experiment was conducted in the Laboratory of Animal Technology. This study was used 176 duck eggs that were arranged using completely randomized design (CRD) of factorial pattern 4 x 4 with 3 replications, and consisting of 2 factors. The first factor was the levels of melinjo extract ( 0%, 30%, 40% and 50% ) and the second factor was storage duration (1 day, 14 days, 21 days and 28 days ). The results of this research showed that higher levels of leaf melinjo extract, the Haugh unit valuewas increased and the depth of the air cavity was decreased. The longer of the storage duration, the value of Haugh unit of yolk index was decreased. The depth of air cavity, depreciation, were increased. The use of melinjo leaf extract can be used as a preservative from the level of 30%.

Abstract
The rats were parasitized by ectoparasitic arthropods which have a close relationship with rats as their specific host. In the rats body found various types of ectoparasites such as ticks, mites, fleas, and ticks at the same time and is known as polyparasit. This research aims at obtaining data about the diversity of ectoparasites on different types of rats and their habitat. The rats caught in the house habitat, forest, field, and sewer. The caught rats were put into a cloth bag, labeled, then taken to laboratory to be identified by using key rodent identification. Then, the researcher did the collection and identification. The results showed that There were 87 rats caught from all the habitats. The four rat species trapped from four habitats were Rattus rattus diardii, R. tiomanicus, R. argentiventer, and R. norvegicus. The total number of 2548 ectoparasites were collected from the rats of Hoplopluera pacifica, Polyplax spinulosa, Xenopsylla cheopis, Laelaps nuttalli Hirst and L. echidninus. Diversity index of ectoparasites on the bodies of R. tanezumi was predominant (0,525). Statistical analysis with t-tests (α = 5%) of all index diversity between male and female rodents infested with ectoparasites was not significantly different.

The title of this paper is “The Dimensions of the Main Character in Victor Hugo-s Les Miserables”. The paper tries to analyze and discuss about the dimensions of the main character of the novel created by Victor Hugo, Les Miserables. In analyzing the dimensions of the main character, the writer applied the theory of LajosEgri in his book entitled The Art of Dramatic Writing as the main theory. Besides, the writer alsoused the other supporting theories which can be seen in the bibliography section. In conducting the research, the writer applied three steps and those steps are data source, data collection, and data analysis. The data source of this paper was taken from a new simplified edition novel published online in 2015 by E-Pen Book Publisher Company, Inc. on their own site, which the original version was written by a very famous author, Victor Hugo, entitled Les Miserables. Then the data are analyzed based on the theory of character. Based on the result of the analysis, there are three kinds of dimensions found in Hugp-sLes Miserables, which are Physiological Dimension, Psychological Dimension and Sociological Dimension. The physiological part of the dimensions relates to the physics of the character in the story. The psychological dimension relates to the attitude and the behavior of the main character, while, the sociological dimension can be seen through the main character-s social class.

Abstract
This study aims to describe the gender harmonization contained in the text of al Muāsharah by Sheikh Abdul Laṭīf Syakūr. This concept is considered as Syakūrs elaboration on gender equality in an Islamic perspective. Gender equality is one of the 17 goals in Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The analysis of this manuscript uses a descriptive analytic method to bring up the facts in the manuscript which are then analyzed in accordance with the objectives and indicators contained in the formulation of gender equality. This research results in gender harmonization which is interpreted as fāsṭabiqū al khairāt as a form of gender relations in an Islamic family. Presentation of the concept of gender relations in al Mu-āsharah leads to Islamic gender equality as an elaboration of rights and obligations between husband and wife. The existence of women in the world of work and the sustainability of education are considered by Syakūr as a fairness. Likewise in sexual relations, Syakūr stressed the importance of women getting the same things as those obtained by men.

Abstract
Integrated Pest Management Farmer-s Field School (IPM-FFS) is a program of human resources improvement which leads to empowering aspects of environmentally sound farming communities. To assess the effect of the implementation of the IPM-FFS, it is necessary to evaluate the changes in knowledge, attitudes and behavior of farmers in applying the four principles of IPM. One of the purposes of the implementation of the IPM-FFS is to reduce the use and application of chemical pesticides appropriately. The study was conducted from January to April 2018 in four districts of rice development centers in Siak Regency, Riau Province. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with total sample 80 farmers consisted of 40 IPM-FFS alumni and 40 non-alumni farmers. The evaluation showed that after IPM-FFS was implemented, the percentage of farmers adopting IPM technology increases, on the application of cultivation of a healthy crop on alumni 79, 8 %, except for the use of fertilizer with a sufficient application dose of only 75 % and non-alumni an average of 65 %. IPM FFS alumni also practiced rice agro ecosystem observation regularly, and understood the existence of natural enemies and their preservation. In controlling the pests, most farmers applied preventive methods by practicing healthy crop cultivation, chemical pesticides are applied if pest attacks have reached the economic threshold, and this condition causes the use of chemical pesticides to decrease. The calendar system of using chemical pesticides regularly without regard to pests- existence, for alumni was practiced by 65 % to 0% and non-alumni from 95 % to 40 %. Rice productivity for alumni increased by 18.18% and non-alumni 12 %. Alumni revenue increased by 18, 2 % and net income increased by 29, 7 %, non-alumni of 12, 00 % and net income increased by 22.7 %. The R/C value of alumni also increased by 13, 2 % and non-alumni 11, 27 %.

Abstract
The Industrial Revolution 4.0, in addition to the potential to overhaul the industry, also changed various aspects of human life. Almost all nations have included this movement on their national agenda, as a way to increase competitiveness in the global market arena. 4IR includes a variety of advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), wearables, sophisticated robotics, and 3D printing. The five main sectors that will be Indonesias focus for the initial adoption of these technologies are food and beverages, textiles and clothing, automotive, chemical and electronics. Indonesias abundant agricultural resources are supporting the food and beverage sector so that they have great growth potential, and also as one of the capital to build competitive advantage in the production of biochemical products. According to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 16 of 2006, agriculture which includes food crops, horticulture, plantations, and animal husbandry is all activities that include upstream business, farming, agro-industry, marketing, and supporting services for the management of biological natural resources in the agroecosystem, which appropriate and sustainable, with the help of technology, capital, labor, and management to get the maximum benefit for the welfare of society. Horticulture is an art, technology, science, and business for planting and utilizing garden plants and plantations. Efforts to meet the needs of consumers and the community must meet the requirements for evaluating the quantity, quality and continuity of the product. The low productivity of horticulture is caused by problems such as scattered locations, small and inefficient business scale, policies and regulations in the banking, transportation and export and import sectors that have not fully supported national horticultural agribusiness actors. Horticulture business has great potential. Horticultural products need to be encouraged in order to support increased exports. One effort that can be done is to maximize processed fruits and vegetables, with the main objective of reducing dependence on imports of raw materials for agricultural products so as to increase efficiency throughout the industrial value chain through the application of Industry 4.0.

Abstract
Farmers on suboptimal land are generally economically disadvantaged and need to be supported by low-cost technology. The study aimed to find out a low input technology package in maize cultivation on suboptimal land in Riau Province. The research was carried out on the tidal agroecosystem overflow type C, around the Mandau River on alluvial land, peat, and alluvial + peat mixture in Siak District. Time of study in March to December 2018. The materials used were hybrid maize varieties such as Nasa 29, Bima Uri 19, and composite maize Bisma and Sukmaraga, Urea, TSP, KCl, farm yard manure, dolomite, locality liquid organic fertilizer (LLOF), grilled ash, biological fertilizers, decomposers, pesticides, herbicides. There are 4 fertilization packages, i.e.: A (high dosage), B (high dosage + LLOF + Grilled ash), C (50% dosage + LLOF + grilled ash), D (low dosage). Experiments were designed using randomized complete block design and repeated three times. To find out whether farming is profitable or not economically, it is analyzed by using Benefit Cost Ratio. The results showed that Nasa 29 and Sukmaraga varieties produced the best average growth and yield for all soil types and fertilizer doses of 4.0 t ha-1 and 3.9 t ha-1 dry seeds, respectively. NASA 29 can produce 6.2 t ha-1 dry seeds in a mixture of peat + alluvial soil even though the dose of chemical fertilizer is reduced by 50%. Reducing the dose of chemical fertilizer can be done to improve the ability of farmers to buy fertilizer depending on the type of soil and the availability of LLOF and grilled ash. Mixture of peat and alluvial is good soil for maize growth if combined with fertilizer package B. Decrease in chemical fertilizer 50% (package C) causes yields to fall to 6.23 t ha-1 and farmers get a profit of Rp 12,418,000 per planting season with B/C 1.9.

Abstract
While frost is a natural phenomenon in Hungary from autumn to spring, the frost damage, causing crop damage and yield reduction or even harvest shortfall, does not occur every year. The aim of the study was to estimate the occurrence and frequency of frost damage in fall, winter and spring frost damage from the CarpatClim data base, in the wine regions of Hungary. Determining the daily distribution of the LT50 function between September 7 and May 15, with the Cold Hardiness model which contains 23 grape varieties, the occurrence probability of fall, winter and spring frost damage can be accurately determined. The extent of frost damage, frost duration and strength of frost is significantly affected by tolerance of grape varieties. We analysed the extent of fall, and spring frost damage respectively at frost susceptible, moderately frost-tolerant and frost-tolerant grape varieties. We examined the stepovers of frost damage thresholds by using CARPATCLIM database during the period between 1961-2010. The results provide not only frost damage quantification, but they may also help to judge the complex value of cultivation areas more accurately and to parameterize the crop safety of wine regions.

Abstract
Sweet corn (Zea mays var Saccharata) is the result of a recessive mutation that occurs naturally in genes that control the conversion of sugar into starch in corn endosperm. Three main genes affect the sweetness of corn, namely the sugary gene (su), the sugary enhancer gene (se), and the shrunken gene (sh2). Downy mildew is a major disease in corn and can cause yield losses until 100% if it infects resistance plants at 10-15 days after planting. The purpose of this study was to obtain information on the character of growth, yield components and downy mildew disease resistance on some sweet corn lines in the S-3 generation. The study was conducted on July 2019 until October 2019 in Wedomartani Experimental Garden, Faculty of Agriculture, UPN Veteran Yogyakarta. The seven pure line were used: BFa, BFb, BFc, BFd, BFe, BFf, and BFg by using a Randomized Block Design with 3 Blocks. Planting in each experimental unit consists of 3 rows, each row consisting of 20 plants. The growth properties that were observed is plant height, stem diameter and number of leaves. The yield components that were observed is the number of cob, the length of the cob and the diameter of the cob. The plant disease resistance variables were the number of infected plants, the number of live plants and disease incidence. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance with 5% significance, followed by Duncans multiple range test with a level of 5%. The results showed that there was no difference on all line used. In the yield component the results show that lines that have largest lengths are BFa, BFe, BFf, and BFg. All line have largest diameter of the cobs except BFg. BFc, BFd, BFe, BFb, and BFg have high resistance on corn downy mildew.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the response of inflation to changes in interest rates in Indonesia, thus analyzing the inter-relations between the two variables. The analysis uses the Granger Causality Test and Impulse Response Function approach to monthly time series data for the period January 2014 to June 2018, which includes Consumer Price Index, SBI Interest Rates, Interbank Money Market Interest Rates and Deposit Interest Rates. There is one-direction causality between the SBSBI and CPI. The government responded to the inflation rate by making SBSI adjustments this indicates the operation of monetary policy. The impact of changes in the SBSI to inflation rate lasted for six months. SBSI Adjustments are transmitted on the money market through deposits and credit. Changes in deposit and credit interest rates were responded to by inflation.
